Great service and food was delicious.

All I can say is WOW! Our server Lucy was the best server i have ever had in my 52 years of living. Me and my family came here to eat after my mother’s funeral and she instantly made our group feel welcomed. Lucy was very quick with everything and she made our day. I would recommend and definitely have all of my colleagues request Lucy when visiting. Great job having such a great employee 👍🏻.

It's our 2nd time in this branch and we were always satisfied with the food. Great customer service as well. For the price I think the quality is worth it. It's nothing fancy but even a simple omelette and pancakes tasted extra special. We love the blueberry muffins here, we only had 1 but we all tried it and kids even loved it.

Had a very nice family breakfast during recent CA visit. After living in CA for a short period many years ago it's always fun to visit a Mimi's again when we're back visiting. This time was another great visit, with excellent service from Ricardo. The food and setting were great and we thought the value overall was top notch. Highly recommend for a casual meal.

Always love me a Mimis cafe. I order the Quiche and today I did the Florentine, not the Lorraine and it's quite good. I love that Mimis offers a full bar which I ordered a White Russian. Service and atmosphere are great.

The food is good. The service needs to improved though. Waitresses are incredibly friendly and nice. However they were telling people the wait time was one to two hours but the place was quite empty, specially for Mother’s Day. I find it odd, so we said we will wait and in fact they gave us a table within 5 minutes. In the time frame we waited for our table at least other 3 group of people left.

Came for a quick lunch at the bar. I asked for orange soda and they didn’t have it. Bartender put together a mix of sprite and orange for me and it’s delicious. Service was excellent, food came out quickly. French onion soup was perfect and house salad with ranch dressing was great portion. Simple but satisfied customer here!

We just held our Colton High School Class of 1962 Reunion Brunch for 30+ attendees at Mimis Cafe in San Bernardino on Sunday, Oct 6th. We held it in their semi-private room, and our attendees were allowed to individually select from the menu for one set per person price, paid by our reunion committee. The breakfast menu was of course outstanding as were the Mimosas & Bloody Marys, and the service from Wesley, Shana, and Angel their manager, was superb! We'd highly recommend Mimis Cafe for any group event, as the semi-private room was ideal for ours!

The service staff is excellent and the food is hot and delicious! Definitely go and enjoy a meal!

Great place to get a meal. It is a French Restaurant, but the menu is more typical of an American restaurant. Do not expect anything authentically French. Great place to get a steak or turkey dinner. Plus, they have really good muffins and banana bread too! If you like Hot Chocolate, then this is the place to order hot chocolate with your meal on a cold night, they serve huge cups of hot chocolate here!

They always seem to have a special going, besides the regular menu. It wasn't so crowded as some, good servers!

The service, staff and chefs are great here. Our Server was extremely attentive to all of her customer's needs and kept all of our coffee cups filled. Chandra really went above and beyond. In addition to one of the most delicious omlettes, she made our perfect breakfast even better with exceptional service.

It is always a pleasant surprise when a simple dish is done with such care and flavor. Our server was kind, attentive and made sure our drinks were always topped up without us having to ask. The service felt personal and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Located in one of our favorite dining spots in the area, this restaurant is now on our list for future breakfast outings. We will definitely be returning again soon.

I came here the first time with a friend to check out the place. The food was great and came out timely. Everything was going good till it was time to pay. Yancy left us to wait an hour for our check and to pick up the receipt took even longer. While others here who came before were helped quickly. It didn't feel like we were checed upon often like her other tables. Disappointed that the service was bad however the food was fantastic.

This is a slightly up scaled diner with a French flavor. The bathroom and all else seemed clean and tables were immediately cleaned. We we seated swiftly and all the staff were pleasant and attentive. They serve shoe string fries which means there is no hope that will be hot although they were fresh. I got the fish and chips which was hot and fresh. The tartar sauce was sweet and not really like a classic French remaulade and the coleslaw was made with what seemed like thinned mayonaise. Nether what I expected. Lynette got the bread pudding which was exactly what she expected. Its a nice place to have a meal and chat.

Tried this place for breakfast for the first time on a Saturday, we were seated right away and served with our drinks promptly. I ordered their fresh baked carrot muffin and it was really good, the coffee also has a good taste. They have breakfast potatoes that are flavorful and go with just about any breakfast entrée. We ordered their $7 mimosa and it was good, the orange juice wasn't sour and the champagne wasn't overpowering the taste. Customer service was good, our waitress was attentive and the place was clean. The only thing was that it was very noisy, compared to other places we go to, not sure if it was the area where we were seated but I wasn't able to have a nice conversation because it was hard to hear. I know it might not be the restaurants fault but it did impact my experience overall.

Old chicken from fried no test preparation it’s ok.

I miss the old Mimi's Cafe with the French theme, corn chowder and warm bread. However, I I saw good reviews and decided to bring my son here for a birthday breakfast today. We were met by three employees upon entering, two that didn't look at us, and one who stared at us blankly and didn't say anything until I said hi. That man turned out to be the manager. The service was decent after that, but it was one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had. I ordered a seasonal quiche which was on their special menu. It was runny and mushy inside, and served with a pile of dry potatoes on the side.(See photos). I tried to be a good sport and ate some of it, but at some point realized it didn't even seem like eggs inside. I asked our waiter about this and he insisted that they are eggs and summoned the manager, who, despite his frigid first impression, was now oddly smiling and attentive. He concurred that they were indeed eggs even though they had the exact texture of silken tofu. Our waiter stated that he didn't even know what tofu was. Seriously? Regardless of what it was, it was unappetizing. He offered to replace it with something, which I appreciated, although neither employee was ever apologetic. After all of this, nobody ever came to clear our table although we were sitting there for a long time. Our waiter was sure to come back to ask me if I was done with the check, however. I had high hopes for Mimi's because of the atmosphere, but will not be returning for this quality of food and service. Fifty bucks for one adult and one child, and all I got out of it was a hot cup of coffee. Disappointing.

The service was good. Chandra was an attentive server. The quality of the food I found did not meet my expecations. I tried the mango mimosa and was underwhelmed. I tried the cream cheese french toast and felt like the flavors were not great. The blueberries in the dish were crushed and shriveled. The roasted potatoes seemed over seasoned but not really flavorful. I dont think I would eat here again since my hotel served better breakfast/brunch.

Notes to restaurant: don't swap your guests food with other items without letting them know, and try to accommodate your guests when you make multiple mistakes. The two gentleman greeting guests were friendly and great, our server unfortunately was not as nice. We all felt that our server wasn't very friendly or accommodating when it came to attending us. We ordered a "Beef" burrito and when we cut into it, the burrito was filled with "Sausage", we informed our server that perhaps we might have mistakingly ordered the incorrect one, to which she promptly responds with "We only sell one kind of burrito", she went to the kitchen and returned to inform us that they ran out of "beef" for the burrito so they decided to fill it with "sausage" instead without informing us, hoping we wouldn't notice or care I assume. Not the biggest crime in the world, except what if we ordered "beef" for a reason i.e. religious beliefs, taste preference. That to me is extremely inconsiderate, unprofessional and irresponsible in so many ways to swap out one item for another without letting your paying guests know. We were given our bill and then given a corrected bill afterwards because they forgot to add an extra item, and I felt like a discount or just not giving us the revised bill for the inconvenience and bad service would've been a bare minimum way for them to accommodate us for their mistakes. Overall bad experience for a first time visit and we won't be returning.

Even though the presentation was very nice, the Food was bland and cold. I think the omelets were made from egg wash or powder.

My family and I went in with no expectations and still left disappointed. The food was uninspired; you’d likely get more flavor from a microwave dinner. The artichoke dip came with a side of half-cooked chips, which only added to the sense that quality was an afterthought. Due to it being Mother’s Day, the menu was significantly reduced, leaving only a handful of choices. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, service was noticeably slow. That might be understandable on a holiday, but the restaurant didn’t seem overwhelmed or particularly busy. Ironically though, the only moment that felt urgent was when we were being rushed to leave. Don’t recommend.

🚨 Where do I even start with our Mother's Day brunch experience at Mimi’s Cafe in San Bernardino? The first impression was far from welcoming – the entrance was not only dirty, with unwashed walls and a littered entryway, but also home to live spiders and cobwebs. We had reservations for a 10:00 AM brunch, expecting a special day. Despite our punctuality and preparedness, we ended up waiting an unacceptable two hours past our reservation time. During this wait, we frustratingly watched newer arrivals get seated ahead of us. When we finally got our table, another shock awaited us – the brunch menu was abruptly closed, despite it being just past noon. There were no indications, announcements, or signs about brunch hours when we made our reservation, and nothing was said on arrival either. It's common knowledge that brunch usually extends well into the afternoon, but not here; they cut it off at 11 AM. This chain of mismanagement, and the lack of communication from the staff, especially on a day as important as Mother's Day, was deeply upsetting. The promised $34 per person menu sounded delightful but did not make up for the chaotic service and the atmosphere we encountered. PS. Saw people leaving after seating, and I now know why. Title. Terrible Omelette and They Had the Nerve to Charge Me for a Fix! I came here for a simple breakfast and left completely disgusted. The omelette I ordered was beyond awful—rubbery, overcooked eggs, greasy, soggy fillings, and zero flavor. It was so bad I had to send it back and politely asked for it to be corrected. Ask if I wanted a box and to add insult to injury, they charged me for it! Unbelievable.

I was excited for the chicken and waffles Benedict but it was tasteless and dry. The hollandaise was broken and the poached eggs overcooked. Bringing it up to the server she offered to take the plate back to fix it... (Just bring correctly cooked eggs.) Two poached eggs came out soon after but we're undercooked. I love the food here when we go to eat however I just put an order through door dash and it was horrible. Presentation was a zero the berries were almost frozen and the eggs were severely overcooked. So not order from here. Only eat in person.
