Opinions de Kalaveras San Bernardino
Food was so damn good, I had to slap my momma and then leave a 5-star review! LOL. Miguel & Eric, the two, Spanish male bartenders are always exceptional and drinks are “to die for” great. This is one of the places that anything you order off the menu, you won’t regret it. Compliments to The Chef!!!
Food was good. Smaller portions but flavor and quality were on point. Not very spicy at all. The decor is super fun and colorful ans they play Spanish music videos on the bog screens that they have all over.
I love that SB has a Kalaveras location! I love the decor/atmosphere. The food is good, the drinks are good. I like that they have vegetarian options. I have been here multiple times and will come back many more :)
Great food, Great service They make you feel comfortable. Perfect for brunch dates with your girls .
We tried the Kalaveras by Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino and it was great. They built into the old Lotus Garden location and kept the decorations like it was "taken over" gorilla style. Pretty neat. The food was great. I had the sushi roll - I can't remember the name. But it was deep fried, covered in sauces and onions. It was fantastic!
This is a great restaurant and bar with beautiful ambience and great servers. Gigi was my server and she met and exceeded my expectations. Great for Lovers, Families and business lunches and/or dinner. Spacious parking accessible to strollers, wheelchairs and Seniors.
Had the best experience at Kalaveras. We had never been there before and oh boy this place is now a favorite! Food was amazing. Service was top notch and zi had complimentary fireworks and dessert for my birthday@! Thank you Lily (manager) and Allyson for a great time!❤️
Our servers name was Jocy, she was the sweetest and was very attentive, we appreciated her bubbly personality that added to the fun atmosphere. Pricey for the quality of the food in my opinion but the drinks are always top notch. Will come back again.
I had a really great first experience here at Kalaveras. The margaritas were strong and flavorful. Great selection of food and drinks. I had the Lomo Soltado. Here, it has a spicy flare Kalaveras style with sweet potato fries and garlic sauce. Our waitress Lily was so friendly and attentive. Actually, everyone who works here looks and is so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend
Food was so on point, went on Friday around 6pm with a party 5 (child included). It was dim with red lights. TV screens everywhere with music videos playing. Waitress was nice & attentive, food came out quick, warm & tasty. Margarita flight was bomb and loaded. It is on the pricier side paid $170 not including tip.
I just want to say that the Waitress Yoseline R. made our experience one of a kind. She was Amazing, Outstanding, and Knowledgeable at her job. Thanks for a Great Birthday with my Family!!!
Kalaveras has become our hang out place. We try to be there once a week, unless other plans come up. I would recommend visiting the place and judge for yourselves. If it’s not your vibe, at least you tried it. Have fun!
We came here for taco Tuesday. We've driven buy several times but never came in My wife & myself. Along with our neighbor Discided to come in. Wow we didn't expect The visual overload. Lots of videos going on at all times it very colorful with beautiful graphics. Our tacos were very tasty. An with a salsa bar you can customize to your tast..... I highly Recommend this place
Drinks are a must have and there Drink specials are amazing Monday is my favorite food is on point.
We had a great experience! We went to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and to watch the World Series Baseball game. The waitress was very attentive to my allergy and was very good in bringing items that we requested to the table in the timely manner. This is definitely a family-friendly environment. We had the Diablo pasta and the Dragon Roll Sushi and they were both really good.
Great time, food, experience, service. My girlfriend and I had come for our two year anniversary. We told the server and we were surprised when her and a couple others came to us to give us a celebration flan that was amazing. Lilly was the best served we’ve had. She was very attentive and nice. We’ll be back very soon.
It was my first time there, and I was pleasantly surprised. I'm glad I didn't let the negative reviews deter me from going. We went around 4pm on a sunday, it wasn't super crowded so the waitress was very attentive. Food and drinks were delivered fast and they were delicious. We will be back.
10/10…Our server Erandy was amazing! All of her food and drink recommendations were spot on! It was our first time trying this place so we didn’t really know what to expect and we loved it! She made us feel very welcomed! We’ll be back! Thank you!
Great food, live music and party atmosphere on a Saturday night!
This is a new place in our City and our first time there. We went for Taco Tuesday and saved $2.00 per taco. My wife had 2 chicken tacos. I had 1 chicken taco, 1 carne asada and 1 Chicharrón taco. The chicken and carne asada tacos came with guacamole. The chicken had big pieces of meat and were flavorful with green sauce. We were brought complimentary chips and salsa. We ordered guacamole and came with pico and chips. The guacamole side was a big serving. My wife had a margarita $13.00. We shared a churro sandwich desert, can’t really eat it as sandwich. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was friendly. There were a lot TV’s around that played music videos and was entertaining. You could order a skull with shots and had fireworks brings to table - another table had it for a birthday. It’s not exactly cheap-everything below $20.00. They had a long list of drink options.
A group of 10 of us decided to try a place none of us have been to. Kalaveras is very bright and festive. The staff is friendly and did a great job waiting on us. The music inside got a bit loud at times during birthday celebrations and other types of celebrations. For drinks, we had several of their top drinks, and all were very good. I saw a flight of margaritas at another table that we will have to try next time. The food was amazing. Their salsa was delicious, and they had habanero salsa that was very good. The Loma Saltado was fantastic. The Birria tacos had zero complaints and were ordered by multiple people. The pasta a la Diabla was excellent. Others in the group ordered different individual tacos as their meal and enjoyed each of them. Overall, there were no complaints about the food, and everyone was full at the end of their meal. If you haven't been, I recommend giving Kalaveras a try. We ate at the San Bernardino location. We will be back.
First time coming to this location. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, we received 5 star service. We were taken care of by everyone that assisted us. From the hostess to the waiters to the servers. It was amazing. You rarely see this kind of service these days. Service was fast and food was delicious. They were quick to refill drinks and check on us. We were here celebrating a birthday and the birthday singers and sparkler candle was so much fun. We will definitely be back here. You can tell everyone that works here loves their job.
Ordered a California Burrito with a drink, burrito was good sized and tasty. Fries were good and to get a seat did not take long, definitely come again to this area.
Had my 55 th Birthday here and it was perfect with 34 guest. The service was great the food was great and the entertainment was awesome!!I totally recommend Kalaveras in San Bernardino!!
Really good food. I’m gonna put constructive criticism for the business. Some of the chips were a bit stale. We came in at an odd hour. But that’s the only thing. GREAT place to eat. Guy serving us was excellent. Thanks.
Celebrating my birthday here on the 4th we trade a variety of the food service was awesome food was outstanding I would recommend this place by the way I judge a mexican-style restaurant by the chips and salsa and that was on spot as well 💪👍🎂
We ordered the nachos with chicken and nachos had barely any cheese and I only saw like 5 beans. Music is loud and not kid friendly the Music videos in the TVs have alot of naked women on them. The waiter was great. It was our first time looking for a good Mexican nacho place we gave this place a try.
Taco Tuesday is a long standing tradition for my cousin and I. On her last night in town, and on our way back from visiting our grandma, I took my cousin to check out Kalaveras. I had been there twice before for Sunday brunch, but this was my first time on a Tuesday. It did not disappoint! We made it just after Happy Hour started, so it was kind of empty at first. That soon changed. I LOVE the ambiance there. There is unique wall art and decorations throughout, tv screens in each area playing Latin music videos for all age groups, and the custom service was excellent. The server was friendly, checked on us numerous times, and the tables were bussed promptly. The tacos were delicious and only $1.49 each for the majority of the flavors. The margarita flights for 4 mini margaritas are always $20, but are definitely worth it! If you’re in the mood for Mexican Food, I highly recommend stopping by. According to the sign outside, they apparently also have “Margaritas Mondays.”
We didn't have a wait time and it wasn't as crowded as I'd expected maybe due to the day and time we went. The food was delicious and the music playing got us in a dancing mood, overall good vibes. Definitely would go back with friends and family to try more of their menu
I decided to bring my family here as an appreciation of what they do for my family. I had made a reservation online to book a seat of 9. I was a little upset because I called to confirm if it was made, and they left me on hold, so I got there, and I asked it it was booked they told me yes they have a table ready when ever we ready. As we went to the table, I saw they gave me a table in the middle of everyone, not even a nice reserved place I asked them to move us and I know they were bugged because I told them I expected a better seating then just a simple table in the middle or everyone passing by and all squished. The place was not busy. If it was, then I would understand. We finally had a seat and order. The server had good customer service, and the food was delicious. I guess I can give them another try.
Great option for Mexican food, good flavor, good portions, never disappoint
5 stars for this review! The food was so tasty! We had the Birrea Tacos with Consume. We walked in during happy hours, and our drinks were discounted. I had my usual Modelo, and the wife had a horchata cocktail. Yes, the flower is real in her drink. The atmosphere was fun, a bit loud, though. We were able to see a birthday celebration while there, fun fun. The cost for all was about 30.00 per person. You have to try it.
The food was really good-authentic! Recommend the enchiladas and birria tacos. The drinks were good too. Coming back for my Cinco de Mayo birthday!
We really enjoyed our lunch! Food was served hot, tasted great, margarita flight was fun, and service was friendly! Prices were reasonable. Atmosphere was cheerful! We will recommend and be going again!
Abel and Antonio were absolutely amazing. Abel was on top of everything and wasn’t so pushy on his service which was great. As for Antonio he was great especially when he noticed I was unhappy with my churro sandwich. Thank you both!

The food was amazing and I can’t wait to go back
My God I have never had a better ceviche tostada. It’s so different so yummy. The árbol black sauce just adds so much. Perfect flavors. The place restaurant is nice very inviting. Love love!!
Had my 55 th Birthday here and it was perfect with 34 guest. The service was great the food was great and the entertainment was awesome!!I totally recommend Kalaveras in San Bernardino!!
The drinks chips and salsa are great they do your drinks right. We didn’t order any food due to us already eating previously before stopping in but the food looks bomb.
Went with family last weekend for my 2nd time. Great food & drinks! Service was kind of slow & it wasn't that packed on a Saturday around 4pm. It took forever to get a 2nd round of drinks. Clean environment, cool ac. Waitresses and waiters are very polite.
Music was all over the place, wouldn't set the mood for anything, food was good, could be improved though. Service from the waitresses was excellent though. Not sure if I'd be back any time soon.
Food is very good. I just wasn’t into the nightclub atmosphere. But it was a Friday night. Hubby and I want to go back for lunch hoping it’s quieter. We had the asada tacos and the cheese enchiladas. Both were delicious. I can’t put my finger on what seasoning they used for the asada but it was really delicious. And the sauce on the cheese enchiladas was heavenly.
I had the pleasure of visiting the place for the third time, and as always, it didn't disappoint. I spent some quality time with friends over a few drinks, and I must say, the atmosphere at this location is truly something special. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day and soak in the great vibe of the place. If you're looking for a spot to relax and enjoy some time with friends, I highly recommend giving Kalaveras San Bernardino a visit. I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do.
Good drinks, a bit on the pricey side but they usually have weekday and happy hour deals. The food itself I would say is decent. It's not bad but nothing special either. Overall good spot to hangout have a few good drinks and listen to good music.
The food was well flavored with a lot of playful twists in classic Mexican dishes and some not so classics like pasta and sushi. They even had options for vegetarians like myself with the sweet potato tacos, the mushroom tacos, and the potato taquitos. My favorite dish was the taquitos, they had a decent position size and they were extremely well flavored. My only problem was that they mixed up one of my taquitos and it was chicken randomly which kind of made me a little suspicious the rest of the meal. Otherwise the server was very polite and extremely responsive, he even gave good food recommendations. Everyone who got drinks seemed to enjoy their drinks as well. The vibe was fun and the bright out an extremely cute sign for my loved ones birthday. Overall, I liked it and think it's a great spot for celebration especially for an adult crowd.
Visiting from Dallas Texas! I had shrimp enchiladas which were pretty good. My bf had a burrito that was stuffed with shrimp, chicken, French fries and cheese. But the sauce that was inside tastes like mint which I didn’t like at all. The place is really big service was okay we felt kinda rushed to order though
Went for taco Tuesday. Barbarcoa is delicious. Take out is .50 more per taco. The dripping greasy tortillas and no sneeze guards for the toppings bar, and the juice is self-serve with just a laddle spoon, so people were touching the rim of their used glasses and spreading germs, I would've gave 5 stars.
Came here twice on a trip. Tacos were good. Come for a special or happy hour to make this more affordable. Drinks were pretty good. Music is loud and may be unnapropriate for kids, as well as videos. I personally wouldn't bring my kids here but otherwise great for a night out. A little dark but it didn't bother us.
We went on a Saturday around 1pm. It was pretty quiet and they had so many seats available. We had a party of 6 ppl and 3 kids. We loved the service and the food here. They took good care of us. Our waiter even made food recommendations for us that were helpful. The Camote Taco is good for vegetarians. It was missing a little flavor though. The Culichi Roll is delicious. It was very crunchy though. Hard on the teeth. Fuego De Dragón: 3.5/5 (sour, tastes like soap) Camote Taco: 4/5 Culichi Roll: 4/5 Cheese Quesadilla: 4.5/5
Has Apple maps or Google Maps ever steered you wrong? Ok, maybe but if it steered you to a Mexican restaurant that looms like an old Thai restaurant, you are here!! The margaritas were top 5 ever and the appetizer, queso fundito…so good I didn’t even get to get a picture before it was devoured. Totally forgot as we savored the pickled onions and carrots, cheese, and chorizo. All food was delicious and were able to sit and slow eat all our food. At lunch, its rowdy with “business lunches” hopped up on tequila! Loved the atmosphere and music playing to set a good mood to smooz with the lady.
Not giving a 5 because we waiting a while to get our food and then the bill. I wasn’t expecting it to actually be good but it was delicious. I tried the Hazlitt beer it was good. The decorations were awesome.
1st impression was like wow this is a nice cozy place, BUT the food was bland and tasted like some cafeteria food. I was extremely disappointed 😞 the food looked 100 times better than it tasted. Now I've cooked professionally myself so I might be a hard on them 🤔 😅 naw the food was trash 🗑 I'm sorry Kalaveras but you need some new cooks 🍳 now however the drink that I had at the bar was delicious michelada mango 🥭 and tamarind and a couple more ingredients, I asked him to surprise me and hook it up and it was fabulous.
Went to this place on Mother's Day. We were there right at opening, so we did not have a wait. The place on the inside looked amazing! I absolutely loved the art everywhere. The bruch prices are amazing! I wish they had mimosas included in the bruch but you can always add that on. The food was really good. The chips and salsa were definitely fresh.
We had a great meal with great friends. And great drinks. Waiter was amazing but we did have to flag him down a couple if times.
Wow the best taco Tuesday deal I have come across in town...I found it by chance....no regrets with anything ordered... I tried four different tacos and I loved all of them... I only wish that the tacos were a bit bigger in size but despite the small size...they were all packed with a lot of meat....and bold flavors . It was so delicious....I enjoyed everything that I tried.. I can't wait to go back to try the rest of the tacos I didn't get to eat the first time around..... So worth it..... As promised, I went back for more and oh boy....was it worth it... haven't been this satisfied in a long time... wonderful 👍
The vibes here are incredible. The bright colors and happy staff make this place an enjoyable place to eat at. Only downsides for us were lack of flavor in some of the food and the music was incredibly loud so we were practically yelling at each other. Other than that, the drinks were great, happy hour prices are awesome and so was our server. We will be back for sure.

Given that the restaurant opened less than a month ago the food could have been better. My wife ordered the asada platter and parts were not cooked through properly, the side of rice was overcooked and I ordered the tacos gobernador platter and they were plain. The drinks weren't any better , the micheladas tasted watered down and the margaritas were too strong. The atmosphere was great though. Can't wait to come back in a few weeks to see if it gets better.
Place is nicely decorated but feels like a club inside music is a bit loud playing reggaeton very hard to hear . Staff was average food was very average but the portions were big. Pricing was high as well. I didn’t really vibe here just seemed like overpriced street food with the appearance of pop culture.
Customer service was great, friendly, and welcoming. Food was not quite what I like. Not bad, but not great. Rice and beans are very plain. If you like the type of music they play, you'll love it, but I'm not a big fan. Did like the art on the walls.
Food has a lot of lime flavor. Beans and rice were good. The service fee of $49 was quite a lot and not mentioned when the reservation was made. Not likely to eat their any time soon.
Waitress is rude and antisocial The food wasn’t even good. The meat taste like if they saved the meats the day before and use them for todays “buffet” Though the drinks are good, you’re better off just being a bar than an establishment that sells subpar tacos. How do you not know how to heat up a taco? Or meats. My tacos were dry, cold and not worth to visit again.
The food was amazing, but I would never ever come here with my family. My husband and I came to celebrate a family friends 50th birthday, so it was all adults. We left the kids with a babysitter so we could enjoy some adult time, and I am thankful I did. The music videos playing on all the tvs had plenty of provocative images. Lots of basic music videos with girls with big butt's wearing thongs and twerking. This is definitely not somewhere you bring children. I wouldn't even bring my teenagers as we try to limit exposure to that type of indecent exposure. BUT the food was delicious. I would order to go for me and my husband but that's it. We would not dine in again.
Food was too bland for me felt like everything needed salt. A little too pricey for what you get. Looks of the place were ok. Went on a band night which was just too loud for me couldnt hear my wife that sat right next to me had to yell and point at the menu uncomfortably to order food. Lights like it was a concert were excessive and blinding. But also place was kind of dark to the point i couldnt see the food in front of me properly. Waitress and staff were really great they came by often and picked up our plates as soon as we were done. Staff was also very friendly. It was my wifes bday and came by with a big bday sign waving it around which was nice while the other person had a sparkler with a dessert both singing happy bday song was not expecting that but it was very very nice especially since i asked if they can just put a candle on her dessert. I didnt know they did anything like and made the night more special thank you.
I prefer the san pedro location over this one. The food is alot for very little. Was burnt and dry. The service was great but not the best overall.
Our server was great, the music wasn't blasting to the point that you couldn't carry a conversation, the drink menu was great but the food not so much. Three in our tables plates were barely warm, and there just wasn't enough flavor, in my opinion. I also missed the automatic 18% service charge before ordering. Being one single bill in our group was just not it. It wasn't my night I guess.

It was a really good place to eat about a year ago. A LOT has changed since then... It's not bad but it's not great. C+ I recommend eating on Tuesdays they have good taco deals, if you're a drinker they have good margaritas.

Beware if you come here to celebrate a birthday. I mentioned a birthday and the server asked if we wanted to have the celebration. It was so loud I couldnt hear what the server was even saying. I asked if it costed any money to which she said $10 a shot - I asked for 3. They come over singing with 8 shots and proceed to charge me $75 plus $30 for the "extra 3 shots". Absolutely ridiculous. I had to talk to the manager and he wouldn't take off the $75 charge. He offered to take off the $30 and "service fee" which is the server tip. I wasn't going to stiff the server so I basically paid $40 for a song. Overall the food is mostly good, the drinks are mostly good, the price is HIGH and the atmosphere is too loud! I don't mind a fun atmosphere but we couldn't hear our server and she couldn't hear us. Plus getting ripped off for a birthday.
Do not take your kids to this restaurant!!! There are so many television every direction with dirty and nasty music videos all around you. Even in the restroom!! I had no idea what I was walking into. The food was good, but not for kids!! I saw other families with small children too. There needs to seating for families, because like me I didn't know. The music changed to more early 2000 so it wasn't too bad after that. It is not a restaurant to take your kids. Like I said I didn't know, if I knew I would have not went. But maybe this will help someone else. The music was so loud you can't hear anyone. This is a club/restaurant. For one meal and reg drinks two kids meals and one dessert was 86 something. And don't worry you don't have to tip because it's already added to your receipt. I mean if you're coming to get drunk and eat it's a good place. NOT FOR FAMILIES!
My servers name was Cassandra. She was not very attentive to my table. As she was more focused on tables who had large parties and ordering several alcoholic drinks. So if you plan on drinking and having a big party you will have better service. If you are not ordering a lot and in a small party expect to ask several times for a refill and for utensils. The food was good but the service was horrible. I did express my concerns to the manager who was on duty and he did not seem to care about anything I had to say.
Service was horrible, we were a party of 4 and were charge an 18% gratuity fee because our bill was over $200. I’ve never gone to a restaurant where they charge gratuity one a bill over $200. Drinks were horrible. I couldn’t even taste the alcohol. They’re were overly sweetened. I do not recommend. Don’t even waste your time here!
THEY CHARGE AUTOMATIC 15% SERVICE FEE, I ONLY HAD A PARTY OF TWO. $18 QUAC. COMPLETE RIP OFF, DON’T COME
This review is not intended to attack the staff or the establishment. Instead, I am sharing my experience in the hope that it will help improve the overall customer experience. I am not a food critic, so I apologize if my feedback is not structured in the traditional sense. I will try my best to break down my experience from the beginning until the end. Let's start with the setting of the establishment. They did an excellent job of creating a vibe and atmosphere, and I was seated quickly since I had a reservation. However, the area where my daughter and I were seated was not what I had in mind. They placed us on high chairs and a table, which made it difficult for my daughter to stay still. Additionally, they placed us in a very dark corner of the floor, and I had to rely on a flashlight to read the menu. I could not see my food well either, which is essential for a great dining experience. I asked for more light, but unfortunately, it was not possible. Our backs were facing the main entrance, and there was no soundproof barrier, and I could hear employees' private conversations. Also, the menu did not offer a kids' section, which made me realize that this may not be a family-oriented restaurant, and I should have done more research. The music was too loud, and it made it difficult to have a private conversation with my party. I understand that profit is essential to running a business, but I noticed that they placed too many tables with little room between them, which took away from the privacy of the diners and could be a possible safety hazard. My daughter's plate was served promptly, but unfortunately, that was not the case with mine. It took 25-30 minutes for my plate to arrive, which was two mole enchiladas with rice and beans. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, but the damage was already done. This could have been due to a lack of communication and preparation. The manager offered to apply a discount and a dessert on the house. Now, let's talk about the food quality. In all honesty, it was not what I expected. At first, I was skeptical of the quality of the food due to the low price per plate, and my concern was valid. I have been eating Mexican food all my life and have set a standard based on my experience. My daughter's plate of Quesobirria was a 6 out of 10. My plate of Mole enchiladas would rate a 1-10, with the 1 being for the avocado, which was good. The Mole sauce lacked flavor and texture, and it was too thin. A good mole is thick and has a distinct aroma. The chicken was dry, and the tortillas were made from poor ingredients. The rice lacked freshness and taste. I asked for a side of fresh salsa to add some flavor to my dish, but unfortunately, it was never brought to me. As I mentioned earlier, our waitress and manager were apologetic and acknowledged my concerns, but the damage was already done. I have worked in the service industry for years, and I know that first impressions matter. Consumers work hard for their money and expect to receive a service and product that is similar or superior to what they get at home. The staff performance reflects management, and management performance is based on training. In conclusion, I hope this review will be useful in improving the overall client experience. As I said before, this is not an attack on Kalaveras or its staff. I am grateful that they have brought their business to our city, which needs more vibrant businesses to attract crowds. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
Awful Dine in experience. Only thing this place has going for is it’s food. Took forever to even get our order started, server forgot to bring my sons food and brought it close to an hour later without apology, had to stop the poor busboy to get our server since she practically abandoned our table. We understand being busy or accidents may occur however we never got an explanation or apology. Another thing that was unacceptable was when receiving our bill from an older man, not sure if manager, he asked if we “needed our change”. As a former server that’s absolutely unacceptable to ask a guest. Would have give 3-4 stars if it wasn’t for the horrible dine in experience.
$86 for 2 adults for cold food is outrageous. The buffet for 2 adults for cold food is outrageous never again I felt robbed . . . I had to say it twice because I'm in disbelief .
Now I know, not all locations are the same, Riverside is the BEST 😁 Don't go to the SB location, worse experience ever, went for the $1 tacos, the amount of meat was extremely small and very dry, no taste, I ordered a margarita cucumber drink, not enough chili on the rim, got the bottle of the cucumber juice with a lot of flakes on the bottom of the drink, no taste of liquor. All TVs were playing inappropriate videos and music not for families, music was too loud, can't talk to my family members. Didn't get our drinks till 30 minutes later, had to eat our food without drinks.
Staff wasn't attentive to our needs. They forgot about our appetizer, my waiter wasn't checking up on us if we needed more beverages or any other requests. I was already over it. Had to wait close to an hour to receive my check. We asked to speak with their manager but that wasn't possible because they didn't know where she was so they gave me a poor excuse instead. They took my information down for a follow up but that was all empty promise. I heard bad things about other locations. This is going to be part of the list. You're better off going to other restaurants that has the same atmosphere instead. Hopefully management sees this review and retrains their staff in hospitality
Good food , although messed up our order. Served meat enchiladas instead of veg. Enchilada. Shortage of staff Staff messed up our order Loud music, couldn’t have conversation with our group. Two tables were too loud, too much to drink, not suitable for children .
We went on a Sunday. There were only 4 tables with customers. They were not attending us properly. Everything we asked for, they forgot. It was my sister bday. They never sang for her bday. I definitely will not be back. I work in customer service and that was the worst I've seen. If it wasn't for thier gratuity. I would have not tipped. Sorry not sorry.
Very unprofessional…And google tells u they close at 11:30pm and that is not true at all. I arrived at 10:40 and the doors was locked … chairs on table and waiters laughing cuz we were outside…. Never will return to this location ever again
Do not never go to the one in San Bernardino on hospitality Lane they service is horrible. The managers are horrible. They will beat you out of your money. I had the worst experience ever. I should’ve followed my first mind and went to the one in Rancho Cucamonga. Because this one is San Bernardino will leave your table Nasty. They didn’t clean our table until we was ready to go. We had to Beg for service beg for drinks beg to order our food I’ve been calling Ever since that day to speak to a manager, I finally speak to one. He was very unprofessional and very rude. Not once he tried to apologize for what happened to us there he kept getting smart. I caught the one in Rancho Cucamonga. The manager was very respectable. He even apologized to me and it wasn’t even at their restaurant. he took all my information down and told me he will call me on Wednesday to check back in on me to see how someone reached out to me. If you don’t wanna feel uncomfortable go to the one in Rancho Cucamonga you go to the winter San Bernardino you’re going to regret it
Ordered hard shell taco and got taquito instead, even though the menu specifically said “soft shell or hard shell tacos” taquitos were undercooked and messy with condiments. Rice was hard and undercooked like Chinese fried rice! Smelled like mold as soon as you walk in and see the dry empty water fountain. Very disappointed will never return. No wonder why it’s was so empty inside!
Food was not even close to being authetic , I was shocked. Lacked flavor and was not cooked with love. Would not recommend.
Terrible service, food is way overpriced for the poor quality, they dont tell you that they automatically add a 15% tip rhats why they dont care to give you good service. Our waiter totally ignored us , guys save yourself from a bad experience, Dont come eat here.
