My first time eating here, and it was great! You make your own bowl, and when I was putting it together I did not know they were going to cook it. I thought I was going to eat it raw 🤮. I just used a little bit of veggies, and a generous amount of tofu. My bowl was still not completely full. I told the cashier there wasn’t room for noodles. He said, “I’ll make room.” I gave the bowl to him, and he put 3 big tongs of noodles on top. Then threw it on the grill for the cook to cook. The cook poor’s a brown liquid on it, and steams everything. Then it’s all put into a larger container. Everything was cooked fine, but I didn’t use a lot of veggies. If you want you could ask them to cook a little longer to make sure the veggies are softer.

Best service I ever had. I’ll come here all the time now first time coming great food great service.

It's in a mall food court. Good food. But the options are limited due to space. And they give way too many noodles.

Foods good, just wish you can add your own sauce and noodles. (They do that part for you) Other than that, the meat was pretty good quality and everything was surprisingly fresh and clean looking. The workers were pretty friendly as well.

At this location you load up your bowl. Its expensive at $22 for the large bowl but i enjoyed it very much. They put the sauce and noodles on which was not problem. They put on alot of sauce the way i like it and stacked a generous portion of noodles. In no time at all it was done and it was good. I docked 1 star because they keep the plastic tray and hand you a very hot carton after its cooked. So handle with great care when finding a table or bring your own oven mits 🤣. This was at the food court inland center mall of san bernardino.

I love the food, I've been going since I was in high school, I'm 46 now. It is a little pricey but you can stuff the bowl down with lots of meats and vegs. Can't do anything about the atmosphere, you're at the mall. The guys cooking the food can be more friendly.

Food is good, would be better if they offered seafood options

Food court NOT CLEAN. There was no ice for the drinks....meaning no ice to keep food cold at salad bar. Veggies looked wilted and less variety of veggies to select from. Counter dirty and lastly the large grill was filthy my food was sticking to grill. Not enough employees!!!

Visiting the IE at our kids home and we decided to order some magnolia BBQ. We want pick up so we knew the customization options would be limited. Great Khan’s was my daughter recommendation. Son in law recommended another in the area. We ordered and took the drive and although it didn’t disappoint it didn’t wow us either. The noodles were good the meat wasn’t tough. But overall just lacked a burst of flavors. Maybe someday we will go in to the restaurant and rate service and ambiance. For now solid mid road experience and food.

Just a heads up, if any of your food tips over and falls onto your tray they won't cook it. Apparently, they don't cook it bcuz it has gone bad if on the tray. Anyways, I had gotten my food and tried to make it fit as well as I could bcuz those bowls are really small. Well mine happened to tip over onto the tray when I slid the tray over in the line so they threw most of it in the trash. Then the little bit they had cooked they served in a to go tray and I told them that this wasn't right. They said that they couldn't cook the other food bcuz of this ridiculous rule they have (what I mentioned at the beginning) so basically what they cooked is what I was going to get. So I got mad bcuz they were comfortably still going to take my money meanwhile I'm left with hardly any food! So I asked for my money back. Don't get me wrong, the food there is great. But this time they had really bad service. Very disappointed.

Foods great sometimes. Used to tip really well with the old staff because they were laid back and not uptight, not anymore. Just go there for the food. I'm good at stacking my bowl, but they stand acting like the food comes out their pocket. For 20 bucks I'm sure they still make a profit. Don't be mad at the player. Be mad at the game. They have a bad attitude and never smile. If they don't like there job then why are they working there. The Mongolian BBQ at the west Covina mall is excellent 👌. I've bin wanting to go to the one in Victoria garden as well. Pretty much anywhere but here. I just go here cuz it's closest and I dont tip anymore.

Not only was the staff completely rude but the food was so gross. The meat did not taste good at all and the vegetables were not fresh. Everything taste so old. I don't know what theybare doing but it doesn't taste right at all. I seriously hope I don't get sick from he few bites that I ate. The rest is in the trash.

The food is good and the actual staff are pleasant.. However the managers definitely need training in professionalism, the guy that runs the place (refused to give me his name) is very rude and unprofessional.. Chased after me over 3 dollars he claimed i owed HIM after i filled my bowl up, he then proceeded to put his hands near my food in a gesture he was trying to take my food that already paid for and then told me hed take my food and not issue a refund unless i paid the 3 dollars because its a new policy that he has to charge extra, mind other customers admitted they packed there food and they didnt pay extra, i paid the 3 dollars as the manager was literally making a dramatic scene trying to justify himself by pointing at other peoples plates and embarrassing himself.. The policy is still not posted as of the next day and this is after several customers stated to him that if theres a policy change regarding food charges he has to post it not make a scene like an adolescent child over 3 dollars so i will be taking this to corporate.. The Mongolian bbq on Del rosa is way better then this place anyway lol

Owner was awful. Service was as bad as it gets. Even after purchasing food I went to ask for change so my kids could get on a ride and he refused to give me quarters. Do not support this heart less individual.

Went here as many times to determine my review will be consistent & IT'S YES!!!!!! I've been eating mongolian grill however, this is the Only Branch, Staffs especially the cashier who always serves me are rude, no smile always telling to all customers no pressing ingredients nor using hands and it always end up a very very bland food. In all Mongolian grill except here they don't have this kind of attitude. Also, they're giving you a chili oil that has no oil ~ all seeds🤮😡 Food here is very very expensive even with their own coupons. Customer service here is always very very POOR👎👎👎👎I DON'T EVER RECOMMEND AT ALL THIS TO ANYONE😡

This place used to be a wonderful establishment but they have ruined it tremendously. The idea where you can only have a set amount of meat gets rid of the whole uniqueness of the place and why we used to come. I find no driving reason to come down here anymore compared to a totally different place. Also the lack of options of the added food they have gotten rid tofu and a lack of sauces. All and all they have ruined the entire reason to come here.

This used to be my go to place to eat when visiting the mall. Now they weigh the meat, you hardly get any, and the pieces are broken to make it even less, also you only have one meat of choice. They charge extra if you want extra meat and you want 2 meats. The sauces seem to be watered down. Lack of flavor, and the veggies aren't washed either, the guys cooking your food have good customer service that's about it. I didn't know there was new owners. It's not the same. This place went down hill. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK..😡😡

Terrible customer service, the person in charge at the front was very rude and has no sense of hospitality, raised his voice when saying not to overpack food or make mess yet they say not to push your food down when technically that’s the only way you can prevent toppings from falling over. Overall this place is very stingy with their food even after you agree to pay 17+ for a bowl it’s not worth the very little amount that they only allow you to get.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I always came here for great food & a good experience but i must say after the new owners this place has gone completely down hill. First thing is 4oz of meat & a WHOLE BIG BOWL OF NOODLES NOT OKAY. Also dont have any of the sauces available literally they had Mongolian sauce which was watered down & no teriyaki sauce my meal was disgusting even after trying to doctor it up myself .. it was disgusting 🤮 just not the same at all anymore dont waste your time guys 17$ For this never again. Lost a big supportive customer

First yes I can admit the food was okay. It’s the overcharge that gets me. I ordered 3 bowls with 2 drinks it was $50 dollars! My son wanted a refill on a regular drink and he said we have to pay full price! That’s insane I go to abc Mongolian and pay 35 for 3 bowls rolls and soup with poms a lot more for less and better tasting. Instead of buying another drink with them I went to the Thai kitchen I refused to spend another dollar for mediocre food and greed.

Very disappointing. I use to come here all the time, but when I recently went there wasn’t a lot of sauce options anymore, they’re very stingy with the noodles and the food was terribly bland. I will not be eating here anymore and it was a waste of my $15.

Don't ever eat here you are far better off spending $5 less and getting better customer service with actually really good food all the same way and style at Tyler mall Mongolia grill to put into perspective

Today me and my wife decided to drive 40 mins just to come here as our last couple of visits just for here was amazing, I’m not sure what happened tonight as we are hungry after a little Christmas shopping, the 3 young gentle men very rude and very not nice, a lot of standing around and No rice, I asked were they gonna be able to make some, they said no because it takes to long and they are trying to leave when they are closed. Very unprofessional, grill was not cleaned and we asked if they could clean the grill before putting our food down and they said no it stays like that, but after we got our food they cleaned and looked at us and laughed, never in my life have I been treated like that, I or I should say we will not be coming back
