I only come to this starbucks! It is THE Best! I work in Colton and love coming here before, during, and after work. The staff are polite and ALWAYS get my order right! Drive thru is fast! The lounge inside is clean and comfy! It's Awesome!! Great Job!!
I'm a fan. This location is great! They attempt to get to know me when I come in and are always positive. Service is usually pretty quick, but this location can get quite busy.

Not only is the customer service up to part, but the cleanliness and drinks are up their as well. They have a great area inside to relax and enjoy your drink whether it be with friends, work related or school. They also offer many chairs and sofas outside the store as well. Over all this is a great Starbucks and recommend anyone here.
Got there on time to pick up my mobile order and it appears someone took my drink but the barista was nice enough to make it again for me with a smile. On another note- their grilled cheese sandwich is the best I’ve ever had!

My Cuzin Georgia was not doing so well health wise. When they asked what she wanted she asked for a drink from Starbucks. My Cuzin(her brother) raced there right before they closed. They told him they were closed. He explained why he was there. … They gave him the drink with a note of wellness for his sister… Above and Beyond this crew!! I just stopped by for a pick-me-up. Asked for a dark roast brewed fresh in a matter of minutes. Ordered drinks & was literally out in 5 minutes. The sweet young that helped us provided amazing quick service! I didn't catch her name but she had a nose piercing lol. She was awesome! Great locatio not busy at all.
Wanted to try something new I found on pinterest and I felt bad because it seemed kind of complicated. So I ordered it and expected to get the order wrong or have the barista be frustrated with me. But she did everything down to the T. She understood my order the first time I said it and was very Professional and Efficient. The area was kind of scary but the service and quality of beverage was not effected whatsoever. Hardly any line too.

This was my FAVORITE Starbucks to stop at! This location was often not crazy busy, and if they were, the line moved pretty swiftly. The staff was always pleasant and talkative. Definitely recommend visiting this one!! Plus 98% all items in stock.
Happy hour is at 5pm, ending at 6pm. It's where some coffee drinks are half off. I love this place and the way the inside is set up, its calm and you could do anything from homework to business work there! I definitely recommend it.
Wait was a bit long in the drive thru but there were many cars ahead. The drinks were great and hit the spot just right. I entered to use the restroom as well and the girl with black hair and purple ends was very nice and patient seeing as she had many orders but she was also assisting with drive thru orders.
I had a horrible experience at the Starbucks On interstate 10 and pepper and Colton California the CUSTOMER SERVICE was very rude starting between 8 pm and 8:30 pm I asked for a Venti caramel Frappuccino with no whipped cream and they had whip cream on my Frappuccino. I told him I didn’t want whipped cream and the gentleman just wiped it off. you can clearly see this on the camera then I tasted the Frappuccino and it taste like water I asked them if they can redo my Frappuccino and they remade it and it taste the same. I asked for a refund and they sounded frustrated. I went to the Starbucks on ninth Street in Colton California and I met a wonderful lady named Gabriela she made my Frappuccino the way that Starbucks always makes my Frappuccino. Her customer service was superb from now on. I am going to go to the Starbucks on ninth Street, thank you Gabriela for your smile and for you making my Frappuccino this actually was the best Frappuccino I’ve ever had. God bless Gabriela. I recommend her have a raised shame on the Starbucks on Pepper Street. They all need to be retrained.
If you're looking to cash in your stars, the Colton I-10 location near La Cadena typically has a great selection of Starbucks merchandise, jsyk. It says they don't when you look on the app, but they always have more than the other nearby stores. Employees are all very welcoming and friendly. The location has a friendly local vibe. Beyond that, what can I say... it's Starbucks! Always a fav in my house.
I go eat in at Starbucks two or three times a week and i generally like this one. I've only had my order come out wrong once in over a year so that's saying something. The ladies are nice, there is one male employee who gets on my nerves 🤷🏻♂️ but other than that it's alright there. Not as welcoming as the Renaissance location, but what can you do?
The best Starbucks in town. Staff extremely friendly and the coffee is always the way I order. Every single staff member has a smile on their face no matter what time a day you go. I visit 3 to 4 times a week. And always have the best iced coffee with caramel flavor w cream. Perfection!
Another one of my very rare 5 star reviews! My visit to this Starbucks location today was great as every employee present exceeded my expectations for my overall experience. I had intended on going through the drive through but the line was longer than I cared to wait. It was moving at a reasonable rate which was a good sign of fast service. I ended up going I side to notice that there was no line to wait in, I was greeted, my order was taken with professionally, respectfully, and patiently considering they has the long line of orders outside. I genuinely appreciated that. While waiting for my order I was able to stand and look around and notice every employee was wearing mask, working hard, working fast, and treating each other with respect. This Starbucks location is operating at a professional standard and every employee working here has made it that way. Great job to all who work here. Also my drinks were beautifully crafted 👍

This experience is beyond awesome !! I accidentally put my order into a wrong location. They were more than happy to make my drink customized to the hilt. And just explained us nicely and very politely about being timed at the window. Because we drove straight to the window.

All the employees are great. They are friendly and make sure every customer feels special. I have an espresso order that is not typical and the baristas make sure anyone new knows how to create my coffee the way I like it. Also, a huge plus... they super quick.

Drive through is a breeze and the workers there are always so kind and happy. You can tell that whoever manages this location really tries to encourage a happy enviroment for workers and customers. I kid you not, everytime I go I get complimented by whichever cashier at the window. It's nice to stop here and feel the positive vibes

This is my first time in this store in a long time and it was completely remodel with new seating that gave off a nice atmosphere and the team are all very helpful especially Asa. He took my order and answered all my question in a professional manner and show genuine care in my questions and helping me in anyway during my visit. I’ll will be back again.

Usually my experience at Starbucks is consistently "get in, get out" I briefly get to smell the scent of coffee before I'm already out the door and I leave feeling no different but today I went through the drive through for a caramel frappe and an employee named Sean made small talk with me in the window, I really liked his care about my plans for the day or the 4th of July, he really brightened up my morning.
My mom’s final request was her absolute favorite drink...her "Strawberry Açai". So to the Starbucks, THANK YOU from the bottom of our heart for making her drink so special & with lots of love. Finally, they got my Starbucks just like I want it. The girl that took my order was very, very nice. I am sure that it wasn't the one giving me my order because you can tell by the tone of her voice, I want it to say thank you for been so kind but I let her know here, even though I don't know her name. The staff looked down on me told me they're not a charity Starbucks and not to ask for a hand out cause I'm homeless but, they were surprise when I paid.
I love Starbucks, but the DT line gets too long because they are in an awkward spot off the FWY.. I took away 1 star because I always ask for the recipe iced coffee and it always comes out tasting different... and I'm always in a rush to complain.
Parking is really small and it's pretty difficult to squeeze into the area. I'm currently here right now waiting to meet up with a business partner of mine. Aside from that, the customer service was awesome.

The coffee was good, and the treats were good as well, but way overpriced. For two large iced coffees, a cake pop, and a pumpkin spice cupcake sized muffin, it was $15+.
This place was super busy but there were only 3 workers! We had to wait a long time in the drive thru. The girl at the window was very friendly and as busy as it was she was still smiling and I appreciated that. I understood it was not their fault but management should know better than to only have 3 people working! Coffee was made delicious...so it made the wait not so bad!
Its your typical Starbucks on the inside. The staff are friendly enough, and the place is mostly clean (The bathrooms are good). The parking and drive thru are really cramped. People tend to park across the street because there is not enough parking. It's a great place, though, to meet up with friends, or study.
Place is always packed drive thru line takes forever and you go inside it still takes forever. No parking at all its location is right off the 10 freeway near a exit so im sure that has alot to do with it. One of the mangers talkes to her employees crazy and to customers. We get it your a manager! But treat people right. The stass are pretty nice. I just dont think it should take 18mins for a cup of coffee. Overall its a Starbucks.

App said it was about a 20 minute wait. Turned into 30 minutes. The app said my order was ready even though it wasn't. Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch creme frap and they put coffee in it so had to go back in and get it remade.
They don't always make your drink with soy as requested when you order it. If they don't think you'll find out, they're wrong, especially if you're lactose intolerant. Other then that they are great, but it's hard to express that when you're feeling sick because of their mistake.
I always come to this location due to being close to my job, and every time they always get my ORDER WRONG ! management needs to talk to their opening shift team, always forgets my cinnamon power on top, I ask for vanilla sweet cream cold foam and they put whipped cream! And when I let them know they forgot cinnamon powered or anything they make faces LIKE IM THE PROBLEM, um no get my order right and you won’t have to re do the order. A jobs a job do yours right. Very unhappy with especially when I place the order online and go for a quick pick up I have to still wait so they can make my order right. I was doing repairs at home and while I was hammering my nail into the wall, the top of my hammer detached leaving the nail half in the wall. Luckily I visited my neighborhood starbucks and had the worlds hardest Ham and Cheese Panini to finish the job of hammering my nail into its place. Pros:Works as hardware Cons: not edible, very burnt.
Today was my 2nd day in a row here. Both times I was greeted with a smile by the cashier and helped. Service from the bar Both times was unsatisfactory in the same manner. Today I asked for, and reiterated Id like an EXTRA EXTRA HOT latte, up to 200° if possible. Not only were both drinks under 140° based on my thermometer (calibrated), but I watched the young lady make drink after drink without wiping the steam wand. Complete cross contamination as she went from whole milk, to fat free, soy, and then back to whole milk for mines. She never used any thermometer in any of the milks that were steamed, and made no knob adjustments before steaming my milk. Im not sure if they do not use thermometers, dont have them, or if the steam wands have internal thermometers, but either way..nothing was done differently to assist my needs. This has become a regular problem, and not just here. I am done with you starbucks.
Ordered a head of time said 8 minutes. Pulled off freeway it took 25 minutes. And then it was not right. Horrible .. Label was correct just not my drink. Disappointed
Place is like your general starbucks. I do believe it made a couple of us sick, though. I was here previously and got a flat white and noticed there was stuff floating around from the previous drink, so I don't doubt it.
This location doesn't honor the free refill via drive thru, even though they closed the dining area. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Starbucks should have made an exception, but instead treated their customers as if we're inconveniencing them. I'm only patronizing the locations that are just as loyal to me as I have been to them.
I don't even like to review things. But this just happens wayyy to often at this starbucks, every time actually. I tend to come here after work or school, and most of the staff is cool except for this one chick. She always starts closing up like 40 minutes before closing and makes people feel uncomfortable by complaining about how were still there on her stupid head piece and by sweeping or mopping at your feet when you're just sitting there. I don't understand why she doesn't just change shifts or jobs if she hates it so much.
Chemists, chemicals, chemicals... nothing in this place I consume. Coffee is bad.... everything here has sugar and bad stuff. Nothing worst than this corporate coffee. I only give 2 stars because of the professional staff and atmosphere.

If you really need a coffee fix, but have no patience, choose another store. This store's location may seem ideal because it is right off the freeway, but the parking lot/drive thru is terrible and small. If service is slow, the cars are backed into both streets, as the store sits on a corner. This will be the first time and last time for me. Rating does not reflect service: Employees were awesome and friendly! They deserve 5 stars for having to deal with that craziness!!
At drive thru I ordered a basic caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. When I got my drink it was so cold as if half the cup was filled with milk. I embarrassingly told them and they had no problem making another but I hated making the line wait. The next cup she gave me tasted like watered down coffee with no flavor. I parked and walked inside and again apologized because it was just not what I expected. I wanted my $ back but the person inside was so sweet and offered to make another I didn’t have the heart to deny her offer. The one made didn’t taste bad but I can tell that extra shot was not included. I did not have the heart to make them go through the process yet again. Sadly it was not a great visit even though everyone tried their best… I still needed my coffee fix.

Asking me if I want food, I said "no thank you" didn't bother to read me back my order. I wondered why it cost allot. Came to the window and she says "you said you wanted a sandwich". I said no I didnt ask for food. She gave me the side eye and attitude when I asked for my recipe. I work in customer service aswell so I'm always nice cuz I know how it is. But honestly you guys need to check some of your employees maybe re train them
I seriously hate this starbucks!!!!! Everytime I come here they get my order wrong or the drink I ordered is never made right. I ordered a "Spiced APPLE JUICE with whip cream and Caramel Sauce on top". Instead I got a hot cup of Regular coffee and whipped cream on top smh!! I so over this starbucks it should be shut down. Not one employee does anything right. I don't care how friendly you are learn to pay attention to your orders and get them right!! I don't even drink coffee! I really HATE this location.
Slowest Service Ever!! Drive thru here is the worse! Don’t understand how other Starbucks can move quickly and efficiently while this one takes it’s sweet time and the drinks still aren’t made correctly..
Asked for a pink drink w/ no ice. They made it with ice. Told them I didn't want it with ice. So the girl takes it back dumps the ice out and puts more milk in it. When I got home it tasted so bad, I just threw it away. Also asked for 2 kid size drinks like I've had before and she gave us 2 talls. Never going back to this location.
The drive thru was only on one side. They didn't follow the order. My hot sandwich was cold. I asked for Lemonade and apple juice in my acai refresher. No Lemonade. No berries in the refreshers.
Went to star bucks this morning to get a strawberry acai, I enjoy mines with no ice. The girl who served me told me that star bucks has a policy that if you order a drink that usually come with ice and you choose to have it without ice they can't fill your cup up, What a waste paying customers should have options.

I came here on 05/07/2023 aound noon time. Jamile was the rudest barista I have ever came into contact with. Angela the manager was also very rude and decided to refund me instead of making my drink the way I requested it. The worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks.
This Starbucks has the worst customer service by far, someone cut us off in line at the drive thru nearly hitting my car. The girl taking orders saw what happened and called her manager. Moments later 2 employees came out as to which “AJ” started talking to the woman who cut us off instead of finding out what really happened from the employee who saw the whole thing happen. My mom walked up to him and tried to explain what happened and he proceeded to immediately cut her off and told her “it’s no big deal”. I don’t know about anyone else but i think someone nearly hitting my car is a huge deal. Later we come to find out he isn’t even the manager. After “AJ” said “you know what the best part about my job is? Being able refusing service” and threatened to call the police on us. Meanwhile the manager did absolutely nothing to deescalate the situation. There were so many ways to handle what happened but these employees decided to act incredibly unprofessional. AJ also started to badmouth us to other customers. Maybe Starbucks should start to hire people who know how to handle situations like this with empathy and professionalism. The only decent person who works(ed) there is/was Stacey. Hopefully she’s moved on to a better place and is no longer working with such horrible employees like AJ.
I don't like to give bad reviews but this time l have to not only for us but for the other customers as well.My daughter placed an order on the app so we parked in the designated parking spot,she got out the car and there was a note on the door saying "lobby was closed sorry for the inconvenience " so we assumed they were still taking the app orders out, some people were there before us and left but we continued waiting for 30 min, meanwhile we where calling the store to find out what was going on. Finally they answered and said we had to go on the drive thru because lobby was closed, we know the employees knew we were there but no one came out to say we are not bringing app orders out right now. Now we don't know how to get a refund because obviously we left with nothing after a long wait and there was a long wait on the drive thru.
It seems like every time I order something from this location, it does not taste very good. It's disappointing. Staff messes up order and acts like you did something wrong! This location is consistent...consistently terrible!
I had previously been here and it WAS great. But now it's not what we have expected. Order from here yesterday on the mobile app and didn’t even have my order ready. It had been almost 20 min. And when I had asked for my drinks they told me that they never received it. Yet, they were able to print out my order and read it off a receipt. Didn’t even offer me something for the inconvenience.
Cafe order. Walked in. Grande dark roast, one Splenda, lite soy. 8:26AM on 3/22. 7 employees behind counter. No cars in drive thru. Baristas spent more time talking about teeth and roof of mouth, yes I could hear it, but not making my simple coffee order. Unacceptable that I had to wait 2 minutes and 21 seconds for a cup of coffee. I think it should be policy that barista who takes order like this, should make on the spot. But, they didn’t ask for my input, advice or how other locations do it. I think I’ll keep going to those other locations.
I don’t really write reviews , but this location kinda shocked me on how unprofessional their morning crew is… I order on the app and go at my estimated pick up time then I am scolded by an employee for coming too early even though I came at my estimated pick up time the employee stating that “a mobile order should wait 5-7 mins after the order has been place” I used to work fast food so I understand the troubles of a rush , but scolding me and my wife for doing something we had no control of is just very unprofessional not only that , but the attitude of this shift team in the morning just makes zero sense to me at all… their night shift doesn’t act like this when I order regularly and come at my estimated pick up time I don’t understand how their shift lead let’s them behave like this and maybe they should learn a thing or two from the night shift. ( a great location , but only best from the night shift )

On the rare times I have come here my order is a simple latte; and somehow it always tastes horrible. It tastes like burnt coffee beans… not to mention that the layout of this drive-through makes no sense and is dangerous when you are trying to get on the freeway or how it causes major traffic jams all the time. It sucks that this is the only coffee shop that’s close to me because I definitely don’t recommend
BE CAUTIOUS IF PLACING A MOBILE ORDER. The first time I placed a mobile order on 02/27/2022 they forgot my cappuccino and I had to wait longer for them to complete my order. The 2nd time they had me wait 10 minutes to get my order. Both orders have been placed early morning on a weekend, minimal foot and vehicle traffic. If you need a quick pick up I would not recommend this location.
The service was absolutely horrible. All but 1 if the worker acted as if I was bothering them by being there. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. There are locks on the bathrooms with codes to get in. When I asked for the codes for both (we were traveling) after buying a few items the girl riddled it off so fast at 5:45am again like I was bothering her. She didn't offer a receipt nor say anything once I put my card in to pay & it was accepted simply walked off. Once in the bathroom it was flat nasty! Yucky is an understatement. Which I find crazy since they are "protecting" it w/a lock. Once out the bathroom, they didn't even give us our whole order. I had to ask for the coffee I paid for as she asked...."do you want it?". I got my receipt so I cld get the info so I can call the manager & corporate. This is by far the worst Starbucks experience I've had.
I came today and waited 20+ minutes just to order my drinks after waiting for now 30 minutes now I come up to the window and there Apple Pay doesn’t work which is my only form of payment they were giving me attitude for not having a card on me and rudely said there Apple Pay hasn’t been working all day but come on they should be telling people that they don’t have that form of payment as soon as they order, everyone uses Apple Pay now a days. I waited 30 minutes just to drive off without my drinks and on top of that she threw them away infront of me. I worked fast food before and I would of handled that so much better come on now !
I just got my drink from Starbucks and the rude or untrained employee did know how to handled a hot drink. if someone older a hot drink u should give a cup sleeve and not be upset just cuz they don't have enough money for ur tip. But no these employee were just upset and mad doggy at me.
This location thinks they can violate California law by not refunding cash balances under $10 from gift cards. This is illegal. I complained in person and by phone and was hung up on twice. The manager on duty has committed a crime and should be fired immediately. I've filed a complaint both with Starbucks and the California attorney general. This is an actual crime.
One of the most worst experiences I’ve had went to the window and asked for a straw and a stopper, and they refused to give it to me. The server turned her back after coming home from a hard day work would not recommend this Starbucks.
I always go to this location or the one on Pepper & Valley and today the girl that helped us out seemed upset because I wanted my drink to be remade. From what I know if you're not satisfied with your food or beverage, a barista will "gladly remake it" for you a.k.a the "Just Say yes” policy. But that was not the experience. They in fact “ did not gladly remake it”. I will definitely not be going to this location anymore!
I went there for the first time today in the late morning. From beginning to end, I was met with rude looks and the way the employees speak. It had ruined my day from what this store employees put me through. Made me feel like I did something wrong when I didn't do anything. As someone with mental health this really was not what I was expecting to be treated like in a Starbucks which usually has friendly people at other stores. This one is just not it. Maybe there's nicer employees at the end of the day but when I went, kindness was not it. Couldnt get it off my mind all day.
I truly doubt this will have any impact, but this is the first time I've gone to this particular location...and they got my order wrong! Then the guy at the window seemed very much like he didn't even care. I definitely won't be going back. If I decide to visit Starbucks again (because coffee shouldn't cost that much) it won't be that location. There are way too many Starbucks around to put up with that again.
I was super thirsty decided to stop by this Starbucks and BUY a cup of ice with water ..... the cashier explains that based on their policy they cant sell this to customers.......i explained that i would like to purchase this ( i really don't understand if there was miscommunication but it made me think automatically this wasn't correct i felt singled out ( this Starbucks Rep had no customers service skills no Empathy to provide service ) its Super warm ill wanted to buy was a cup with water and ice. ( THIS STARBUCKS NEEDS FORMAL TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS DECISION MAKING AND ETHICS ,) please let me if i can help
I order two large caramel fraps. One NO WHIP CREAM. they made a mistake and asked me if I wanted them to remake it, I said yes.low and behold, the guy just swiped off the cream with his hand and gave it to me like that. I didn't make a scene since I was with my wife. I got diarrhea after drinking it since I'm lactose intolerant 😮🤬🤬 we rarely come to Starbucks and prefer Tierra Mia. 👀😍😋😶🌫️
