It's a great McDonald's. I can't remember them getting an order wrong. The employees are nice. There isn't a play area for the kids, but they have a cool LED light table that will react to movement. That's where my kids go to eat. You will get your food fast, and the place is clean. I'm 90% sure you'll be satisfied with your visit. Hope this helps.

I go to this McDonald's a few mornings a week. I always receive friendly service. Only once was my order taken incorrectly. And that was when the employee thought she remembered what I usually order. Even then, it wasn't bad enough to merit a complaint. Bonnie, an employee there, always welcomes me with a smile and she is always friendly. This is my neighborhood McDonald's and I enjoy going there. Nutritional guidelines limit my choices and amount of visits, but when I do go it's pleasurable.

My daughter dropped her Cheeseburger and they replaced it for me! What great customer service! It's things like that that keep me coming and spending more money. If there was one thing I learned when I worked at McDs back in the day, it was good customer service and the power of work flows.

Food is always fresh, dining room and bathroom always clean… I’ve came here a few times in the dining room and in the drive-through and have been taken care of by a employee by the name of Kyle. His customer service skills is A+ and very professional. There are other great employees but he for sure stands out.

It's Always a nice treat for my kids to go to McDonald's. We had fun, employees were nice and food was...it was as good as McDonald's gets (i hate fast food) But no complaints here.

It was very good. There was kinda of a long wait in drive thru, but that was kinda of a good sign because the fries would be fresh and hot and the big mac was super good! If you see a long line, it's worth it. Went again today and it was probably one of the best meals I've had there yet! The crew was on point and everything was hot as it should be. My family and I haven't eaten at MANY McDonald's all around us and when traveling never have we had the customer service that Tierra showed us today she is truly a beautiful soul thank you! This restaurant is especially clean and has great seating options, I will say do not go there at peak time around 3:20 ish when the little middle schoolers fill the place they can be very rowdy and problematic.

This is the best location! I come here and it's out of the way for me. My Frys are ALWAYS hot even in drive thru. There is a young man who is a manager there I forgot his name but he is an exceptional manager. Kudos to him and for running a great crew! He brings my food out to me and is very friendly! The food was good but part of my order sat there while waiting for fries so some of it wasn't hot enough. Usually, my food from this location was is hot so I'll give them a pass this time.

This McDonalds is pretty up to date and modern. They have pretty fast service, but at times the drive through attendants make a mistake or forget drinks etc. As long as you double check your order before leaving it's your typical McDonalds experience.

We visited after visiting CalSkate and the place was empty. The employees were very nice and greeted us. They have a self serve kiosk if you’re into that. The good was very good but it’s still fast food fare.

My 90 year old mother loves to come here but she can't hardly get to the door. Wish parking had been planned differently.

It is what you expect from fast food. Be sure to check your order. This location sacrifices getting the order correct for speed of service. I'd personally rather them just take their time and get it right the first time. Everyone has been friendly at this location. That matters more than anything in my book.

I've been in Grand terrace for 15 years and McDonald's has been a major staple for my family and I and I love this establishment. Mgr. Monica didn't "get her lastnight" but was at the register when I walked up didn't speak as she was counting money in the register. 1 minute passes then 2 minutes until she finished with even greeting or even saying one second someone will be with you shortly. I absolutely did not like that l came inside and the cashier could not do 2 things at once as in talking to an employee and not be able to bag customer's order at the same time to get us out of there but instead stand and talk, I also didn't like the fact that the cashier is helping with drive thru order but see customers inside waiting at the front waiting for they're order to get taken even tho drive thru employees already have assistance it was the slowest inside order ever and there wasn't that much customers in the inside l will definitely not return to this location.

This McDonald's is notoriously messing up orders or being slow in general. There was spilled chocolate milk near the entrance that was there before we came, sat for 40 min and was still there (but with a cone near it "wet floor") but not mopped up...really?! 10 seconds to mop! Our order came without fries, because they were not ready. I saw 3 people upset that their orders were wrong while we sat...Makes me upset that fast food workers want $15.00+ an hour, but don't want to actually earn it... frustrating.

The building is gorgeous and the drive thru is fast and efficient, but my mcmuffins were hard and stale. I was rly excited to try this location since it looked so nice. This place is just plain wrong, they sell happy meals bit they dont include toys and dont tell you anything. You complain and they just shrug shoulders and dont even offer a price reduction. Also they dont carry any sweet snd sour sauce. These store operators are tryi g to save any money they can at the expense of the customers. Horrible slow service too.

I knew McDonald's was evil ever since it was making fun of Soviets in line for a first McDonald's in USSR (not because we didn't have food but because it's was first business from overseas). Now the evil grimace is showing in the US to Americans. The corporate took out soda machines and like a dummy you've got to stand there and beg employee for a cup of water. Been standing there for 5 min and still didn't get water. Since there is only one soda machine for the whole restaurant and it's in the drive-thru, it has to go through all the orders of drinks on the list before dispensing a cup of water 🤦‍♀️ P.S. and if you wish to have a refill on your soda, they have to throw away your cup and get a new one which created tons of pollution. I guess once evil is always evil in case of McDonald's. 💔💔💔

I would've given this McDonald's a 5 star. I like that the drive thru is spacious and have a good system going to make it a faster service. The problem is I ordered a large fry and like most McDonald's, it was more of a medium fry. I don't understand why they do this. Well if you don't mind panhandlers and sidewalk poopers this McDonald's is ok. Food is usually hot and they usually get the order correct. Somehow I don't think the new "double drive up" ordering layout is all that helpful because people don't want to merge according to when they ordered. Evidently they feel it's their birthright to be in front of you... so that's fun.

Walked over there to get something to eat last Saturday around 8pm and found a sign stating that they had closed the dining area at 4pm. Mc Donald’s food is what it is but the quality is usually consistent with other Mc Donald’s although this location changes more than some others in the area. I have never encountered a bad attitude from anyone at this location but their service is noticeably slower than other Mc Donald’s locations. This location definitely needs to improve on speed of service and product availability but closing their dining room during normal business hours is not an acceptable business practice.

The girls in the drive through were not the most pleasant. Ordered coffee at 2pm and it was bitter and tasted like it was old. They also didn't have lemon for the iced tea. McDonald's can do better than this.

Mc Donalds food is not the same any more. it used to be real good. The food was tasty, fresh and juicy. We have gone many times and was very displeased not only with the food freshness but also customer service. I feel that since order kiosks were put in we have been ignored at the counter. Many times I have stood there while employees would walk past the counter not even saying I'LL BE WITH YOU SOON OR SOMEONE WILL HELP YOU IN A MINUTE. JUST IGNORED. I DON'T GO THERE ANY MORE. Also trying the read the ever changing menu and prices is annoying on those new menu boards. The kiosk is worse. It takes more time cuz you have to pick every little thing.

The one staff member I associated with was nice but instead of taking people's orders they make you use the kiosk. If you're paying cash, you get a receipt from the kiosk and you have to flag one of the employees from the back to come to a register to ring you out (it took me about 2 minutes or so to get someone's attention. When I did, she elbowed another employee and nodded her to come assist me). I figured maybe they'll work faster and more efficiently since no one is really playing cashier but the tables weren't clean, fountain drink section was full of spills, the lids for the cups were messed up, some sizes were missing, and when my order came I was missing 2 burgers. Maybe next time I'll just hit the drive through and see what that's like.

We placed our order through the kiosk, but were paying cash so we had to wait to make our payment. About 5 minutes later, we paid the cashier and proceed to wait for our cones. About 20 minutes later we were FINALLY handed our two cones. Simply ridiculous. The poor person that ordered after us was waiting for a parfait....all a crew member had to do was open a refridgerator... nope, customer still had to wait. If you are thinking of going to McDonalds for fast food, don't go to this one. They are everything but fast.

Drive through never asks if you need anything just look at you with no expression while handing the bag... usually get asked to pull around to the front and wait for food and the order is almost never correct and they do not bring the sauces asked for so you have to park and go back inside because they cannot do their job. Lol these people want 15$ an hour! I believe they hire high school students which is cool but they need better training because obviously the manager is terrible. Never coming again.

I went through the drive through at 2 PM on Saturday 10-9-22 and ordered a small chocolate shake for my mom who is staying at the nursing home down the street. When I got to the window the girl handed me a vanilla shake and I said, “oh, I ordered chocolate” and tried to hand it back. She snotilly said, “that IS chocolate.” I took it and left. I thought maybe there was syrup at the bottom that I could not see and I would mix it later for my mom. No, it was clearly a vanilla shake. My mom took a few sips and was clearly disappointed. I hope the manager shares this with the employees that were working at that time and the girl remembers me.

This store is constantly out of soda or Ice or the ingredients for a frappe. They have long lines and you don't find out what they are out of until it is finally your turn to order; you are then stuck in line behind the persons who did order. Be custoner conscious put up a sign informing customers when out of menu items.

THE HORROR! Just got out of the drive thru! Now the person who took our order is great! She got the special sweet tea with 3 creamers! After waiting 12mins, the New Travis Scott meal was not in the bag or our drinks. I understand that we want to save on putting everything in one bag but after being burned by my local McDonald's far too many times didn't matter that the bag is tearing apart cuz I will double check my order! I could not believe how terrible this McDonald's was. I have the McDonald's app and I went in to get free nuggets. I also ordered a medium fries and a drink and I requested that my fries not have salt on them. While I was there a number of people were griping about how long they've been waiting for their irder. My order, as simple as it was, took 22 minutes. When I can receive my fries they were covered with salt. I asked that they be remade without salt she literally yanked the bag out of my hand through it down in the wastebasket and gave me a dirty look. My nuggets were so greasy, I could not eat them. Never will I go into this place again.

This is probably the worst McDonald's I've been to. I had the misfortune of ordering from the McDonald's drive thru recently and was appalled by the level of rudeness of the employees that served me. It felt like I was dealing with a group of masked bandits, as they acted like my request for a few coffee creams and some ketchup was a huge inconvenience. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. McDonald's needs to seriously reconsider the training they provide to their staff, both in terms of customer service and satisfaction. I for one will never patronize this establishment again.

Absolutely the worst location. I used the mobile app and parked... notified them that I was there and waited 15 minutes before going in to retrieve my order!!!!! We were not the only ones doing that... customers parked in spot 2 and 4 had to go in to retrieve their order as well. Shame on you McDonald's and your management team at this location for not knowing how to successfully use the app your company put out.

Need to to listen to customer when they order . When customer orders fresh hot fries and they get old nasty cold fries. I watched them put the fresh fries with old fries and mix them all together.

Place is depressing colors depressing no playground it’s only meant for grown ups very boring they don’t know how to take accurately orders too expensive food prepared poorly no customer skills n why don’t they sell the treat books for Halloween anymore? Horrible just absolutely horrible in every way Not going back anymore They’re over paid under trained in every way n it’s not a place for kids anymore just a depressing place for depressed grown ups

i don’t really write these, but it pissed me off so much. i just got off a long shift and drove to this mcdonalds thinking it was 24 hours but it wasn’t, when i arrived, no one was there but the lights were on.

I normally do not write these. But it is very frustrating that this is not the first time to happen. I have let it go in the past. But this is just not right. When someone asks for extra ketchup and pickles on their Cheeseburger, and the order comes with no ketchup or pickles???! I am curious as to what is the point of asking for extra of anything if they are just going to ignore the customer outright. I attempted to call the store back as soon as I realized this mistake, and no one could answer the phone for twenty minutes. I would really like for our orders to be what they are. It is bad enough that we are given 1 sauce or 1 ketchup on top of our 20$ order. I'd happily cook at home. But when I want a McDonald's order, I'd hope to at least receive close to what I order!????

They're usually ok at this location but what the hell is this?? Ordered a side of bacon which is usually 2 long slices of bacon at other locations, and here, they cut 1 piece of bacon in half and threw it in the box. $3 for one slice of bacon. Literally insanely greedy.

I asked for coffee with three creams. I was deliberately served hot water with cream. NO coffee, really disappointing.
