Service amazing always. Friendly staff. Always feel welcome when I come.to enjoy ice cream. Definitely be coming back soon.

I was pretty much the only customer in line. But then again, it was a random Wednesday around noon. Service was expectedly quick and the workers had great customer service skills.

I have been to this location many times and it's definitley not the closest to me, but it has the best customer service and worth the extra couple miles. I had a last minute blizzard cake emergency and Amanda was amazing and helped out and the other workers there are also awesome and want to provide the best service.

Dairy Queen has always been a childhood favorite but they have a delicious sandwich called The BLT turkey its hot and a must try and they will mix ur milkshake flavors if you ask chocolate and banana you do have to pay extra for the banana but it's real banana and it's delicious try it

Love this Dairy Queen!!!! The customer service is wonderful, they were so friendly and helpful. Also this location is right on the property of Fiesta Village and if you're looking for a great time then this is the place to start. Have a nice cool treat and then a game of miniature golf or race the go carts or hit the water slides. Good clean family fun.

Food is ok. They could have healthier food options or even offer coffee for the adults.

@Ashlyn Nelson sounds like you dont know how to pick up a cup... did you grab it like you were crushing a can? I mean how else can this drink "explode" on you if you were just lifting it up? smh

Hot fudge milkshake? How else can I impress you. Chili dogs? Great food.

Pretty pricey for anything but has awesome ice cream.

I only come to this location for the DQ. It's ok here but they need to restructure the front entrance so the line isn't directly in front of the cashier payment areas. Common sense isn't so common I guess.

We went on a Friday night and it seemed everyone had the same idea. We got our stuff pretty fast for how many people were there.

Took my grandkids here yesterday the two young men that were working both African American were efficient and friendly and all smiles my hats off to them for their customer skills and of course everything else was pretty yummy too!

We've only had one experience when the service was bad. Overall, a great place for a treat, cleansed you can get into Dairy Queen without having to take the kids passed the rides and various Fiesta Village activities.

Love their food and ice cream but they are always uderstaffed on weekend evenings when busy! If there are more than 2 people in line we usually walk away

this is not a full service DQ, has all the cool treats but not the hot eats. if u like the grilled sandwiches then u should be happy though

Worst banana split. Used green bananas, spoiled pineapple topping, no nuts and not mmm uch whipped topping. Although they replaced it with a large sundae, Dairy Queen should ensure that food like this does not stain their brand.

The shake itself was great but the young man that took our order did not have good people skills he was short with his words and looked like he just was bored and tapping the counter while we were ordering

Closes and hour early at 9:00 pm when it clearly says they close at 10:00 pm someone needs to replace night staff because they obviously can’t tell time 👌🏼

My ice cream failed the upside down test and it wasnt free. They said it was my fault and made me eat it

It said on Google maps that it didn't close till 10pm, I was there at 9pm and a line formed behind me thinking it didn't close till 10pm ether. There were people eating their ice cream all around us and an employee sent us away and said they were closed.

Bad reviews. The service staff in the store ignored people, they all ignored me, I will never come to this store again.

This place is garbage. The floors are filthy, so the place reeks of piss. Ordered some blizzards and the employee handed them to me with the contents smeared over the outside of the cup. The royal berry cheese cake one we ordered only had three pieces of cheesecake topping, but my Jurrasic Chomp had plenty of crunch topping. The treat was also very melted like they were not using the correct amount of mix or something which made the blizzard less dense than it usually is. Just avoid this place altogether. I should have left the minute I smelled the piss. If this place wore pampers it definitely loses it's stars!

This DQ/Orange Julius location SUCKS! HORRIBLE customer service. I sat there happy because I was so excited that California had an Orange Julius nearby. But then this happened, & nothing was done. They didn't put the lid all the way on, on my Julius, so when I went to pick it up, the entire drink spilled on me. A worker noticed right away & said "Oh, I got you, I got you." But then walked right out the door & never came back. Meanwhile my boyfriend was getting me napkins helping me clean off my pants & shirt. 10 minutes later, the manager comes over to me, & asks what I had. He cleaned up the floor, & gave me my drink expecting it to be okay. No, I'm freezing now because I'm covered in smoothie, & it's sticky!!! This is not okay. So now I have a "Buy one get ones free" coupon, for THEIR LOCATION ONLY. What makes them think I want to go back there, after this shitty experience!?

The ice cream cake was horrible and very little for $34 or $36. I ordered one the previous year for my son's party that was held at Fiesta Village and it was excellent. I complained about this cake looking very very small and almost no gram in the middle. THAT'S THE BEST PART!! I was hoping that there was some sort of a mix up. I felt mad and sad that I had somehow let my daughter down when I took it out of the box in front of her friends. The only reason I accepted it was because the party was starting in a hour and I prepaid for it. Never again that's for sure. I haven't been back since because no one from management cared enough to call me back about my legit complaint. I wasn't even looking for a full refund either and the girl acknowledged that the cake was not usually made by her and that she didn't know how to make it. She did offer me a free treat worth about a buck lol but I declined. I'll just go back to Baskin-Robbins whenever I want a consistently delicious ice cream cake or treat.
