I’ve never in my life seen someone be so happy to be at work . Jennifer G, give this girl a raise . Her customer service is beyond my expectations. She honestly made my day lol , we need more people like her!

love this location! way better than ontario mills, which is always packed to capacity. i can order fast, get my food quick, and sit down to enjoy without having to scavenge for a table. employees are always nice and helpful

We to get some lemonade because I love the green one, it’s always so delicious, Aubreyanna was so helpful and kind while taking my order. She took her time in explaining some of the food items I had questions on, all while having a smile on her face. After putting in my order for a lemonade, I had to get a corndog as well “hot dog in a stick lol” . Food and lemonade were absolutely delish the girl on the fryer Jennifer was also very kind and always smiling. I will definitely be coming back when I go to the inland.

I had to write because I was so impressed with Sanaii and her excellent customer service. I arrived at opening time and she setting up, and while doing so, she was engaging, encouraged me to wait, noting she'd be ready in minutes (and she was). She was cheerful and welcoming. And very impressively, when she finished preparing for the day and before she took my order, she said she was going to wash her hands and did so, very thoroughly. She was exemplary and I hope her employers take note of what an exceptional representative she is of Hot Dog on a Stick, always a favorite of mine but she really stands out. Thanks.

I love this spot and have been going to it for years! Can be a bit pricey but the lemonade is made fresh daily. Corn dogs are made fresh to order as well as the fries. Nothing is sitting out under a warmer. They haven’t changed their recipe in years so I feel like it’s a better option. No hidden ingredients because it’s literally just cheese and hot dogs. Staff is always very friendly and nice!

Just requested a refund. Walked up with 1 person in front of me waiting for an employee. I went to the side to see thru porthole window. I see 1 employee maneuvering stock. She saw me. I took my place back in line and she emerged with a upturned lip and attitude. Without washing her hands she took the order before me, handled cash and dispensed change. Got to me... I placed my order and again TATTYANA went to work without washing her likely filthy hands. She dispensed my drink- (including dirty palm on the lid of my cup) then announced my total. I handed her my card and asked if she wears gloves, washes hands ever and reminded her what I witnessed. Wow, her attitude was less than gracious. Apparently customers ruin things for her at work. Tattyana stated she doesn't wear gloves for hot dog cooking...no offer of explanation for my drink prep though. But she did ask if I wanted a REFUND. YES!!! Her manager emerged and stood by, then, took over my refund process. After explaining what just occured, pointing out that I have no idea where her hands have been, its cold and flu season, its common professional courtesy to WASH YOUR HANDS ...etc, I was appalled when this mgr suggested that I should've asked her to wash her hands. That's not my job. That's your job. Does this place even require a food handlers card for employees?

Since when do we close ten minutes early. Because we feel like it. I came in to simply pay to refill my souvenir cup and you couldn’t even do that. You will no longer be receiving my business

Got the funnel cake sticks and they tasted like the frying oil wasnt changed. Greasy corn tasting funnel cake garbage. Made me wanna puke. Waste of money.

The girl behind the counter count a handful of cash and started making batter. I'm not a cooking expert, but aren't you supposed to wash your hands before handling food. This is gross.
