I'm not going to use their machine to order my food. It seems like whenever I do the self-serve thing here, my food gets processed last. When I asked about it, I got completely ignored. Maybe they don't speak english.

Coming home from work, tired, stop to get something fast to eat. Thinking the personnel, we'll double check an order before giving it to customer. Not only was my munching meal, missing my 2 tacos, I find it almost impossible. And adding munchie, meal only comes with 4 onion wreaths. And not even a normal size either, they ran out and said, what the hell let's just throw what we have in also ordered curly fries, not only were they stale and cold, not even half of the container was full. Getting home and finding this out does not want you to jump back in your car and go complain. I called the establishment and no one answer the phone to speak to a supervisor to see what they can do for me, not the first time. I've had issues at this location. Also, they are extremely slow in the drive through. And once you get your order something that always is wrong with it, whether it's something major or minor. Checking the box needs to improve their service. It's a big time

Bad service at night only like 1 or 2 very lazy slow workers if you are in a rush at night or come on lunch break like I did you may be late after receiving food here.

So I ordered that new mint mocha oreo shake thing and it looks nothing like the picture plus when I picked up the oreo shake the lady with orange hair said it was the right shake when it was clearly green. Idk how prices go up but quality is worse.

My experience was horrible.The French fries were full of trash from the oil and we were given a very little amount.The French fry pack was barely filled up halfway.

Walked in all the way from SBVC College for lunch and saw only two people working orders. While the general manager was in the lobby on her lunchbreak it seems. I waited over 6 mins before an assistant shouted at me "YOU HERE to pickup an order!" ...she saw my eyes widened because that took me by surprise then said or "HAVE you BEEN HELPED " in a demeaning tone. Not even a greeting and you knew I was the ONLY customer that you were ignoring 👋 Like I was a bother or interruption to her drive thru. I quickly asked is drink machine working ...she said no to confirm that. The screen was blank as it was flooded and turned off. Three more customers walked in she turned⁹ away from me when she saw i was looking for her name badge but she wasnt wearing one. She came back and helped them almost immediately. I added 10 mins to my visit to see how she helped other customers as they walk in... to my guess ...she helps everyone now almost immediately with a smile now even. She saw how I was watching her professionalism. Did I deserve your cruel expression like I was bothering you when I WAITED. Normally I would ask what you needed to improve on before I sit down to right this... but seeing the General Manager PEEK around the corner at me with you hiding by the drive thru window...you knew what you did 👀 Seeing that you have three women camped on the street side entrance looking in trash and one shooting drugs ... i'm the least of your worries I won't be spending my local money here ever again THANKS... I'll go hungry. 😎

This place prioritize their Drive thru customers, over dine in customers.. It's not a first come, first serve basis... They had me waiting until there Drive thru line was completely served before making my food let alone even began to make my order. In fact Someone in the Drive thu ordered the same exact order #21 and they gave them mine that was already comeing out, and told me that it was still being made, When my order was finally ready, it wasn't what i odered because they gave it to the Drive thru customer, i asked the managers where is the extra bacon i ordered and she said she wasn't the one who made it, And that she has no control on how much the cook puts in it, and she knows they put 3 strips of bacon in there... there was one slice of bacon under the ham, I ordered EXTRA The audacity of these employees, who trained yall, to top it off she was like 38 yrs old woman, i would expect some maturity & decent customers service or understanding, instead she just rude and immature, Oh not to Mention thier break fast menu was completely blank, so i couldn't even dispute what my oder supposed to look like because they don't have a visual breakfast menu, They said it was getting fix and they didn't know when it would get fixed, and quite frankly i don't think they care how long it takes... worse experience ever. Do not dine here if you like being mistreated.

First of all how do you run a business without a phone line working in it the number that shows here in Google is disconnected second of all I just went there this morning because I needed to get food for my kids before heading to work well the lady that helped me out today forgot to serve me my drinks and guess what I'm already on my way to work in Ontario so I'm calling the freaking number to ask why didn't they give me my stuff because it's their job to give every customer their order complete and guess what I can't complain because they don't have a line they don't have a phone where to call this is horrible business
