Very fast and friendly!!! The food was good, too!!! I had a grilled cheese with pickles and a powerade drink.
Everyone that I've come across have been very polite and sweet!
The one on 19th street was pretty good i guess they couldn't here me so they came outside to take my order over all it was a good place
Every once in a while, I love to stop into Sonic for some fried cheese sticks. They are SO good that they don't need the marinara sauce you can get with them, but occasionally I will eat them with the sauce. (I am one of the few people who don't like ranch dip, which you can also get with the cheese sticks.) I also love their cheese poppers, which are similar to the fried cheese sticks, but are tater-tot sized and made with cheddar rather than mozzarella. The staff is fast and friendly to boot. I'm also a fan of their chili cheese tater tots.
We ordered drinks and they were good. Today Sonic had 1/2 priced corn dogs. They were fresh and hot.
That is the drink pyramid, I had only 15 minutes to get drinks for business meeting in the morning. This sonic was on the spot and super fast turn around. I appreciate how they took care of me. FYI, tip on that app
The best Sonic I've ever eaten at!! Good lord, the green chilies are awesome, and they were grilled, and everything tasted amazing!! Nice employees, too. Thanks for the great food and friendly service. I live in Colorado, and let me tell you, ya'll don't know how good you have it! Sonics in Colorado are the worst!!
My fiance and I were there on Tuesday 5/9/23 around 9:30. We had just come over from the vet next door after putting our beloved cat Maleficent to sleep. We were a mess and taking a moment to breathe when a waitress came out and asked if we needed anything. We just asked for water since it was so hot and we had to walk back home. We apologized for loitering and explained why were sitting there. She returned shortly after and said not to worry about paying, it was taken care of. Free water might seem trivial, but that small gesture of kindness in our darkest moment really touched us. If you ever see this, thank you so much for giving us a small bit of light in the darkness.
Very friendly staff and the food is fresh. Anytime there has. Been a mistake it was promptly fixed. I give props to the night crew especially for their speediness and accuratency. Drinks are good, staff is good, place is clean. Must be good management. Keep up the good work.
The manager in the mornings Laura key is the best manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with as well as an valued employee to the establishment. Hopefully they know that because it would be detrimental to lose someone with her skill set and tremendous customer service!!
I have eaten Sonic food at at least 40 different locations over the years and I must say that stopping here in Levelland has been a wonderful experience. I have eaten here four times already in the past two weeks and the food is fantastic. I have come in the morning and at noon and the employees are on the ball 100%. I have to give all the credit to the manager, I understand her name is Laura, she is also the cook and an amazing cook at that. This company should feel very lucky to have her. I am new to the area and this has become my favorite spot to eat. I already know I will not be disappointed as long as I come during the first shift.
Absolutely Astonishing Burger And Tots At 9:30 In The Morning!! Some People Work Nights And Do Not Want Breakfast When They Get Off Work , They Did Not Hesitate To Make The Burger And Tots !! Loved It!!!
I didn't catch her name, but the young lady that served me twice here with black hair, is the best server I've ever had at a Sonic. Very friendly, helpful, and a hard worker. I will update if I catch her name, she deserves a raise!
Levelland Sonic is coming on up. Sonic app is limited not user-friendly doesn't give pay at the store option. OS has Plenty of room for improvement.
I'm giving them four stars I love this place but they're getting four stars because every once in a while they do mess up in order but when they do they do take care of it and fix it highly recommended
Me and my friend had a good time at this place. Left our server a good tip,she poliyely explained why it took awhile for our order. We got to Sonic at 950 a.m. she explained that it was early for the ice cream machine to work that early..i got my milk shake just shy of10 a.m. we work at a restuarant so we understood and had a good laugh at our forgetfulness of time.
It seems to have gotten rid of all the infestation. But while observing carhops awaiting my order for my kids and I. There were 2 carhops within view picking stuff up off the floor, fixing hair, handling money, for 30 minutes I watched as not once did I see a hand wash or even sanitizer for that matter. They handle our food and drinks. Please pay attention and respect personal hygiene when handling food and drinks for customers.
Frozen treats were good. Milkshake was too thick, had to eat it with a spoon.
Half the stalls do not work , have to repeat my order several times and sometimes food is not fried enough like tots,cheese sticks,fries.
Food is good before noon, after that don't expect anything to be right. Also, who wants a wet stickey cup in their cup holder!
I ordered a couple of shakes and they got my order mixed up ,when they served it the lids were off my shakes were leaking and a mess. The cookie dough shake tasted a little old.
Love the remodel but service is poor. Take too long to answer the booths orders are not right At least the manager is quick to fix the mistakes and is friendly
Service was promp and the carhop (James) was very nice and courteous, my only complaint is the parking lot was so horrible, the order stalls had the biggest pot holes I’ve ever seen at a sonic, I struggled to even get out after getting my order.
Very very slowwwww service. Got part of order wrong and person over intercom wouldn't fix it but caught a carhop walking by and she finally fixed it after sitting and waiting for 15 minutes after we informed them there was a problem.
The staff here is friendly and the service is quick. My order was correct, which is good and better than I can say for the McDonald's down the street!
For a newly renovated store, the menu boards seem to always be out. If I can't order on the app, I don't bother.
Kinda slow and burger was very blah. I remember when the hamburger bun was actually toasted. Probably won't order another burger here.
went to this Sonic Saturday Jan 30th purchased a small slush and I paid with my card, I ran it once the screen said nothing so I swiped it again still said nothing.. then the car hop came to my car asked for a cash payment I pulled up my bank account the amount was taken out of my bank twice the car hop told me that the amount wasn't going through but it did twice so I paid cash and twice on my debit card the car hop did nothing said to call the manager I did that the phones are busy can't get through.. I'm not a happy customer paying $9 for a small slush....
My friends and I regularly order drinks every other Tuesday and Thursday. We have a list set out for them and it takes forever for them to be ready. Also the drinks come out wrong as well from time to time. There should be no excuse as to why the orders are wrong and slow.
The drink was good just don't like that when you pull up to order all the pavement has been eaten away that your car literally sits in a hole while you ordering and they are all like that!!
People are a hit and miss with good customer service. Food is fresh sometimes and the food is greasy you regret eating there an hour later. My wife and I eat there sometimes and it never fails to make both of us hurt all day long with stomach cramps. The drinks are ok but definitely would not say they taste like Dr pepper it's more water than syrup. Wait time is sometimes a issue we left before we could order one day we sit there waiting for about 20mins and no response so we finally had to leave.
The food is sometimes okay. The service sucks, they can never get my drink right even though it's 2 ingredients. Their app never works and there windows to take orders never work. You have to know exactly which window to go to.
We frequently have a bad experience here, the only reason we keep coming back is the 1/2 price drinks. Most of the time we're waiting 15-20min for 2 rootbeers. Today we had 5, after about 30 minutes we finally walked up to see what was going on. We got the drinks, but 2 were just carbonated water. There was no rootbeer in it. Not really worth the 1/2 price anymore.
Only giving one star because I cannot post without it. How hard is it to get one order right. I order chili cheese tator tots and get tator tots plain. Worst sonic I've ever been to.
I thought MAYBE I'd try again. Wrong! No improvement. Waited 6 mins before order was taken. Waited for 15 mins for food. Pressed button again. Left after 4 mins and no response...or food.
Only 1 start because I gotta park in like 3 different spots before I find a machine that works to order half the time I give up and go elsewhere
Eaten here twice ....shame on me. 1st time bad 2nd time worse I think do not clean soda machines. Made me so sick

Horrible service, long wait times. Staff looks like leftover McDonald employees who couldnt cut it. I dont want someone smothered in tattoos and piercings handling and serving my food. Absolutely horrible
Ordered a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger and got a plain cheeseburger, asked them to remake it and after bringing us the same plain burger 5 times, we just gave up and left
I go to sonic often and this one has never been good. Not sure if it needs new management or what, but I stopped going here because everything I got was not good.
This Sonic made me pay full price for a malt after 8:00 when shakes are half price, unlike Sonics in real towns like Lubbock, Amarillo, and everywhere else. It took 15 minutes for the order to arrive with the unannounced higher charge. Pitiful. The Sonic chain should beware of franchises like tho one. Rated only one star because I couldn't rate it zero stars.
I am usually a fan of Sonic but this one is the world's worst Sonic. I ordered an oreo Sonic blast and it took 20 min to get the blast and it came out melted and didnt have no oreo in it. I hope that corporate actually reads these and steps in and attempts to make it better. I dont even want to give this Sonic a 1 star i would rather give a ZERO. Avoid if in a hurry and if you like to get your order wrong then please come to this to this worst Sonic in America.
Had to wait 20 minutes to even order. People that came in after me got to order and get their order before I even put in my order. Whoever is on the headset needs to do a better job.
3rd time is the charm, last 2 times went to this Sonic, did not take my order. Went again today, and received same treatment. Will not return.
I've had too many unpleasant experiences. Until ownership gets better quality employees that are interested in putting out quality food and drinks - I will advise against patronage.
They don’t sell bags of ice which is fine, but manager/owner is rude. Do better.
If I could give 0 stars I would . The people taking your order is rude & yells at you . Then tells me they no long make something that's on the menu cause they dont want to make it . Till I tell them it's on the menu .then when they bring us our stuff they pretty much throw our drinks & shakes at us !! Learn customer service & how to be human !!

The worst Sonic I’ve been to in my life.They’re complete rip-offs. I asked for a m and m shake and they just gave me a vanilla shake and that I have to buy the m and ms separate and pour them in there.
I'm sorry for changing my review, but if you put it on ticket, made sure your cooks read it. None of my order was right for the 3rd time. I've lost all hope.
This place is the worst i have ever been. The staff and management need extensive training. BBB will have a review to on them. The owner of sonic should be looking for new employees.
Sat for 30 min still waiting on food. while other vehicles got here after and have received their food and drinks. this is a horrible establishment that has no management. And this is not the first time this has happened avoid this sonic at all costs make upper management realise they have too fix this place aka fire management and start over
Well it was better a year ago went yesterday 4 cars in the stall including me pressed the button and waited so about after 10 mins i left never got to order any food or talk to anyone and still hit the button multiple times

First time going since they reopened and it was not a good experience. I don't know if the order taker was new or not paying attention but the whole order was incorrect and the food was not hot.
Always check your order if your taking it to go. Condiments you ordered will be missing and they never put the cheese with the pretzel stick that the app tells you comes with it. Thought they were getting better after the renovation but it's the same old bad service.
This is a very disappointing place. I love Sonic Drive In in general but this Levelland store definitely doesn't take pride in thier work. Sloppy food and I imagine what the kitchen conditions might be like considering the onion rings were very dark and burnt. The fries were dark and dry. Possibly old dirty oil? Burgers were not made correctly though the receipt reflected the correct order. Employees don't care to double check or just saw and didn't care period. There are hardly any cars in parking lot so it definitely wasn't due to being too busy and got rushed kinda thing.
Everytime my husband and I order drinks with fruit, cherries, lemon or lime, they usually do not give any. Even when we pay for extra. Tired of paying for it and getting none. Also tired of the non working stalls.
This sonic is hit or miss. What a disappointment. They left a drink off, I told them, they argued over and over even when I showed them on the receipt they still argued. They even printed the receipt and told me the item wasn't on it, but it was clearly in there! They still wanted to argue I didn't pay!?!
Customer service is horrible, the outside is filthy and run down looking, the food quality is terrible, management is unprofessional, half the time the car stations don't work, employees look dirty and behave unprofessional the list goes on and on. I've lived here my whole life and Sonic has always been a gem in Levelland. It was a hangout for the kids and definitely the place to go to grab a burger..... not anymore. Such a shame how poorly it is managed and cared for. If I could, I would have rated it -5 stars.
I ordered 2 deluxe cheese burgers with mustard no mayo. And they gave me mayo anyways. They didn’t listen to my order. I am a college student so I have to get back to school quickly. Of course I didn’t realize the mistake till I was back at school. I am not satisfied with the listening skills at this location.
I ordered my food off the App.spent over $21 The food was terrible hamburger was dried out, French fries were old I think they gave me last weeks fries. The drinks were nasty. They tasted horrible. I'll never buy food at this sonic again
Takes 4ever. The order is never right .I mean how the heck do you mess up a chocolate Oreo shake? They did it! The staff is nice but that's about it. Everything else about the Levelland sonic is horrible .The owner doesn't even seem to care how his business is ran .Ugh!
Its some kind of bs when you order your food and they dont even process it through the damn system!! The idiot took our order (which we had to repeat 5 GD times for him to understand the word 'onions') and then told us the wrong amount (from what it showed on the screen). When we called back 20 minutes later the woman that answered us blew us off and didnt even respond after we asked where our order was. We waited 20 more minutes and the same idiot that took our order said he couldn't find it in the system. To hell with this place!!
Ordered a grilled chicken wrap, 20 minutes later they brought me a fried chicken sandwich, I told them that they gave me the wrong item and it look 10 more minutes to get me my money back. And the guy on the intercom hung up on my the 3rd time I asked for my money back. Worst sonic ever. Just go to KFC
On "End of School Year", I ordered 4 corn dogs & a drink. I sat there for 15 minutes & asked for them to check on my order, the answer was "it is on it's way out", 10 minutes later, still no order & i asked the female carhop to check on my order, her reply was "we are busy", so I told her to cancel my order. In the meantime while I was waiting for my order, 3 cars on each side of me received their orders (corn dogs & drinks), 6 cars got their food before me. I will be awhile before I go there again. (P.S. I wouldn't give it even 1 star, but to post I had to).
They are friendly, but their service is very slow. I usually just go to get a drink. Multiple times they have gotten the size and order wrong. I waited 12 minutes to get one drink, which they got wrong. Then another 10 to receive the wrong size.
I left without my order it took so long. I beeped in to remind them I was waiting on one iced coffee. Waited some more...then, beeped again to let them know I was leaving . Don't stop unless you have lots of free time.
My wife and I went to sonic tonight, it took FOREVER for someone to finally take our order. We give them our order, he asks if there is anything else, I begin to tell them what else we want and he had zero patience to take the rest of our order and he was no longer there so we left. Terrible service!
They have some good employees but our orders got messed up three times. The manager refused to fix our order that we paid for. We got no refund and told us to leave. Don't come to Levelland sonic. Worst Sonic ever.
Good luck finding a stall that works. The employees are very nice, but I hardly get to interact with them when I can’t even order at a stall.
Ordered a chili cheese tot to split with husband. A little bit later we both started to experience stomach pain and now have severe intestinal cramps and other unpleasant issues. Won't be going back here.
Just awful today!!! While it was happy hour, we were patient for the first 15 minutes. Had to try 3 stalls before we found one that said it was working. Pushed button and waited and waited for response…just wanting 2 drinks. Pushed button again, still says they’ll be with use shortly, waited another 5 minutes, still no response, waited another few, then had to chase down a car hop to order. It was another 5-6 minutes before they brought 2 drinks and couldn’t make change for a five dollar bill without going back inside! All in all almost 30 minutes to get a couple of drinks. Someone needs to get their act together!!!

This is without a doubt the worst Sonic in all of West Texas. First off just try to find a working menu board. Good luck with that game of chance. Any item you order takes soo long to be delivered. And when you do get, it’s usually wrong. Nothing taste fresh made. The drinks taste “off”. This run down location really should just be shut down. It would be a favor to the town.
In spite of the recent face lift the service is still not good. They consistently fail to include the condiments that are ordered through the app and when you call to complain you get a flippant answer or "We have new carhops that aren't used to looking at the tickets." Shouldn't that be some of the first things covered in training? Food is ok but you better check everything on your order or it won't be going home with you!
The worst sonic ive ever had. Had to send an order back twice WITH a receipt describing what we ordered. And they still managed to get ot wrong due to the lack of attention they seem to have. Never again 👎 avoid this place if you care about food quality, time, and great atmosphere. Do better. Thank you.
Has to be the slowest service of any Sonic ,waited 20 minutes for a cherry limeade, then i left. I should of known better after the last time of getting a wrong order, but I thought I would give it a second chance, never again. 2/24 yeah I tried again, I should've known better, the cheese steak was a huge disappointment, the bun was stale there was barely any meat on it the tots were cold and greasy, I ate there about an hour ago and I'm already feeling sick to my stomach. , Please get someone in here that can manage this place .
They usually have half of the booths broken on a daily basis. Food is either slapped together and/or extremely salty. Sorry but I'd rather drive to Lubbock than support this small town dive.
The amount of working menu boards this location has I can count on one hand. And to by pass that problem we use the app. But there’s no identifying markers on the stalls so that’s a hassle too. Also on a side note it wouldn’t kill to have the drinks wiped off before bringing them out. FOUNTAIN needs to do better.
Took four try’s to find a board that worked. Ordered a sonic burger with tots. The burger was VERY BAD NOT EVEN EATABLE. This place should be shut down until it can be improved. It is a shame there can’t be a decent Sonic in a town this size.
Well we was enjoying going to sonic well after tonight I don't think we will ever go back. Did our order on the app I put in the stall number and all well the app kept acting up well let's just say it charged our bank 3 times we sat for 30mins until someone came out and asked if we had an online order my husband said yes they told ok we will have it to soon we was like ok well another 30mins past and still didn't get our food and they turned the lights off and just knowing we was still sitting there and no one never came out and asked SO THEREFOR WE WONT GO BACK
Hailey is unprofessional with the male guests. I wasn't going to say anything but this has gotten out of hand. Anytime I've come up alone she's very short and quick to walk away. When my husband and I come up she is the opposite. You can be kind and do your job without flirting with my husband who is right next to me. Frankly it just makes us uncomfortable, and definitely won't make us leave a tip if that's what she thinks. Everyone else is great.
Burgers are always a mess. Tonight our patties tasted reheated anyone who has ever eaten a reheated patty knows the taste. They caked on condiments to try and mask the flavor they failed at that as well. Wish people had pride in their work.
Service was good l, but I got my burger I did not check till I got home, I took a bite and my burger had two old patties they were dry and hard. I am very disappointed in the meal that I paid for.

Almost every stall is out of order but no out of order signs. I've seen several accidents almost happen because people are stall hopping trying to find one that works. It has been like that for months. Sometimes the food is good sometime it is nasty as can be.
Ordered was completely wrong missing 1 patty on 2 burgers asked and was charged for jalapeños had zero empty container of fries 1 was half full. Called to talk to manager and no one is picking up the phone. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue with an order. This place has gone downhill.
Ordered a chili cheese cony, the hotdog was so old I couldn’t even cut through it. Tater tots so old you could break a tooth on them. My sons burger was missing the ketchup mustard and pickles. All the food was cold and we waited 20 mins for the food. With a wait that long all the food should have been fresh. This is utterly ridiculous! Management need to be redone and the employees need to take pride in there job even if it is a fast food joint! Will not eat here again!
I've been able to order online without issues up until now. I had to sign in just to place a stupid order. I couldn't remember my password so I changed it, I log in, but now they need me to update my mobile number. I put mine because I have only one number, it says it's linked to an account. I use my husband mobile number, again, already linked to an account...... UGH, we ONLY have my mobile number and my husband's mobile number!!!! If I could give a negative star, I would......
decided to splurge and get a chili cheese dog and it was disgusting. The dog looked like it had been being cooked for days. Luckily I didn’t get sick but I might have. Check your hotdog before you take a big bite. Yuck!
Carhop came out and said he couldn't hear me. When he got to my vehicle he didn't have a notepad or anything so I asked do I tell you my order?? He says yes. I tell him my entire order, he goes back in.. after 45 minutes (didn't even realize that much time had passed already) I press the button for help again and ask about my order. The female carhop let me know my order was NEVER put in!!! Ridiculous wait time!!! Service is terrible!!!
Waited 35 minutes for one burger and a cup of ice. Slowest service ever. They were not busy at all.
The burgers were not made to order, the veggies on the burger were old and minimal, and I had to press the button several times before anyone would take my order; but the drinks were fine. It will take me a long time, if ever, to go back to Sonic for food.
