My wife and I were visiting Dallas we always stop by In-N-Out burger and Jack in the box. They don't have either of those in Memphis we're moving to Dallas in the next few months. One thing we can say Jack in the Box has the best egg rolls universally. We don't know where you get them from but they are the finest.

Ran in real quick, and got a Jumbo Jack and a Lg. Drink. Special order on the burger (no K add M). The freshness of the bun, the crispness of the lettuce, and the perfectly ripe tomato with the must.& Mayo being correct.... All of that was enough to make me notice what a GREAT burger I just purchased. Made my day!!

I tried the #12 on the menu and I was very happy with this choice. It was a crispy chicken breast with kosher pickles and a delicious sauce Al in a wonderfully fresh bun. I was satisfied and surprised at the first bite to the last.

Im updating my rating to 5 stars. Idk what changes yall have made, but the service has improved so much! The order accuracy has not only improved, but you have some amazingly friendly staff. Specifically an employee named tiffany who is always so polite and speedy taking orders in the drive through. The food isnt the issue here, it is the employees not paying attention to the orders. I only come here for convenience, but my order is always wrong. For example, today i asked for bbq sauce and ketchup with my chicken nugget meal. I now get to enjoy my meal with bbq sauce and 7 packets of hot taco sauce. Ive also ordered jalapeno poppers before and received egg rolls.

The service is fast, the environment is always clean and the food is always hot.

JIB tacos-no-sauce-please are crunchy, fried, cheesy and the mystery meat seasoned perfectly, so I'm never disappointed! And I can't resist the cool, creamy cheesecake - delicious! I'd get egg rolls, but it takes too long, and I REALLY miss the chicken sourdough club. But the best recipe they ever served was the chicken caesar wrap: chopped chicken and romaine, chunks of tomatoes, and caesar dressing - soooooo delicious!

I had never been to one of these before but had been told that the food was good. After visiting this one I have to agree. Had a burger and some tacos and was very happy with all. Service was good too. Will be back for sure.

This was the second Jack in the Box I visited in one day (don't ask, I was traveling and we picked up food for the flight). This location far surpassed the first location...kudos! Clean, quick and efficient. Thanks.

One thing I love about Jack in the Box are their chocolate shakes. This location has the best service, its quick and fast. Both Inside the lobby or in the drive through, their customer service is top notch! The inside lobby is also very clean and that's a plus!

Good access from the three nearby roads, but no access from the gas station next door (so be aware of that). Despite visiting at lunchtime, the service was quick and efficient. They made one, small error in my order, but otherwise it was a satisfying visit.

It’s Saturday 10:48am looks like a slow day, still all tables are dirty. I had to clean one my self. I hope next time I came back I don’t have the same experience.

This place is good for fast food. Nothing special, but their tacos and also egg-rolls are fantastic and are a good option for a quick meal. The tacos are also perfect for hangover relief, lol. Seriously, they work wonders for a stomach thats churning from overindulging the night before. The only thing negative I can say is that it is very frequent that the prices charged, do not match the prices shown on menu. Only off by a few cents, but still, I dont like inconsistencies on pricing. It always makes you wonder if someone is pocketing 50cents on every order??? But, since this place was remodeled a few years ago, the employees here have been exceptional. Most of them care about the customer and the order, or at minimum, they truly act like they care. Good management group and good employees that are always friendly. If you dont wanna cook and want something fast, go get ya some tacos or egg rolls. They are always hot n delicious!!!!

So yesterday 08/10/2022 I ordered a meal I went 3 minutes up the road to eat it and the food was cold. I called and was told to come in the next day and they would remake it. I did and they did. But although that was good customer service, I still had a day where I ate cold food. Not happy about that at all. I work 13 hrs a day so that wasn't good for me cause I didn't finish the food because it was cold.

I do not feel particularly safe at this store after dark. Food is standard fare for Jack in the box. I have been here a number of times and there is a significant variance in quality and consistency regarding salt. I am admittedly a little bit soft sensitive but, there have been times when the product has tasted like it was double salted by accident.

It's the only one near south Carrollton that actually is open but they don't even stay open 24/7 like other Jack in the Box. Its hit and miss on when they're open. Also a hit and miss on of they will have Tacos. They seem to run out of inventory rather quickly.

The staff sounded impatient from the how can I help you to the total. Like hed rather be anywhere but there. Are order was fast and correct though. The parking lot is very small and co nbn fusing to maneuver around in. But overall it wasnt a horrible place and the food was good for fast food.

This Jack-in-the-Box used to make really great ice coffee but lately their iced coffee is basically all creamer and no coffee on it. Also the drive-through employees used to be very friendly and helpful now the new employees at the drive-through are unfriendly.

I hadn't eaten all day, and my blood sugar was down. I went inside, there wasn't one person who greeted me and let me know they would be with me. They all looked up at some point and kept on doing what they were doing. Normally, this would have been enough for me to walk out, but like I said, ... blood sugar was down. This place is hit or miss. This is why they got a second star. I ordered my food, loaded tiny tacos and 2 regular tacos a d a LG drink. Well, the little red haired keyhole took my card and, after texting someone for a bit gave me my card back, and then the drink with the lid not o. All the way... maybe she was distracted by whatever was in the text or maybe things happen... I'm handed my bag, it was light so I checked it... the tiny tacos had no toppings, it was wrong and I pointed it out. I was asked to pull around. There was already a car there so I opted to throw away my trash at the can next to the drive. Little red haired key holder girl yelled at me in a nasty tone. So I pulled around. She locked all of the doors (how I know she had the keys) bizarre at 645 but whatever, not my problem. The cook brought me my food and asked me for the old tacos back... which, okah, but leaves me wondering if he's eating them (if so great, waste not) or are they going to give them to someone else? I choose 5o believe the first option, but it leaves me wondering. I stop here a lot, don't recall having seen these two before, thr normal girls weren't there, but the regulars are the reason they got 3 stars instead of 1

Chicken raw didn't cook properly, my sausage burrito is trash my ham in the burrito looks like a beauty guru whyyy is it holographic and cold. I have bad luck with this restaurant. They never really take care of me. In every purchase something is missing. I don't like going to ask for my correct order. since you never know what they can do to your food. bad workers take offense and can play tricks on your food. Better not come back.

Stood at the counter 3-4 minutes before acknowledged and still hadn't taken an order 3 minutes or so after. No one else in the lobby but us and drive-thru had 2-3 cars! Horrible customer service!!

after driving over 15 minutes to reach this Jack in the box I still had to wait 15 almost 20 minutes to get the order for an online pickup. Ridiculous and the coffee was all foamed up and bubbly like it was full of soap.

How can all of your fryers be down all together? That’s a little absurd considering you are fast food and you rely on fryers. Funny fact, I went to jack in the box off of Josey lane and Hwy 190 first and they were about to close at 10:30 for maintenance too so I opted for this location. Wrong idea, drove for no reason.

Hi, I don’t often go out but I don’t recommend coming here I won’t ever come back from the moment I entered the store and ordered my cashier looked miserable and had an ugly tone also its not professional and not sanitary I was sitting at a back table witnessing the kids who work their eating the food without gloves, my food had also been sitting there for a while, meanwhile they served other people, when I got my food it was cold and disgusting I try to get the attention of someone and I was ignored where, before I left I used the restroom in honest regret I should’ve waited the restroom smelled horrible and looked unsanitary worst experience ever.

Their lazy employees really need to stop locking the door before closing time. It's literally the only place I can get food after work because I'm walking and everything else is already closed.

Entire staff is on social hours spent over 45 mins in the restaurant for a mobile order they hadn’t even begun making my order until 45 minutes after I first told the guy at the register. The guy at the register made himself a drink and took off to the back to sit in his car. The driver through guy was the one that ended up actually making my order. The lil girl (Carmen is name on receipt) working the drive thru around 11am on 8/2 was extremely rude. Basically throws my food at me and doesn’t say a word. Idk when minimum wage got so rude but act your wage and have some respect.

We just went to jack in the box to buy 2 regular Oreo shakes and the shakes had many hard white pieces of plastic in the drinks while we drank them and it hurt our teeth. Worst experience ever and we will be taking this up with corporate . We also have pictures. Its too late for us to go back

They advertise WiFi but after you connect and login into the network you get a message telling you to call the 800 number listed. Also, I'm a little discouraged by the signs they have on the walls letting customers knows that their paid purchase only comes with 30 minutes of dining in their restaurant. So please make sure if you're coming in one night with the family for a relaxed and stress free dinner - make it quick because you only have 30 minutes to eat your meal before it's time to kick bricks... Seriously, Jack? SMH

We eat at this location several times a week and always order at drive thru after a long day working in Dallas and it's very disappointing that the last 4 times the food was not cooked fresh and was so bad we had to throw it away. We couldn't return it because we drive directly home after ordering and take George Bush Tollway to Plano and eat in car on our way home. There was one time we sat in the parking lot and was able to return food for fresh cooked chicken sandwiches but the manager there is very unprofessional and never apologized for serving food that had sat under a food warning heat lamp. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE RETURN THERE TO EAT. Plano locations are not like this and foods always cooked fresh. They need a new manager that knows to make sure customers food is cooked when they order.

The worst experience I have ever had at a Jack in the Box. Ordered three tacos and drink. After waiting 15 minutes I asked about order. I was told they forgot about me waiting. I was even asked to present receipt to get order.The entire time I was in store all three employees were on phone's. I will never go to this location again. Someone needs to handle situation.

Stopped there yesterday for a breakfast jack meal. Inexperienced window person on a Saturday close to lunch, really? Order was initially wrong. No one else there should have clued me in. Fries were cooked in dirty grease and soda was off. Had to trash both. At least the breakfast jack was hot. Never again! Does anyone clean anything at this place??? My advice is to keep driving.

Very horrible experience at this location. I did online order that was done incorrectly and I report this to Manager Cindy who gave me wrong kind of feedback. I pick up my order it was hard cold and there wasn't any meat on my order. Plus when I told them stuff was missing , manager Cindy was more concern about how many condiments I request than the priority of the order being correct. If she put same energy in order being fixed correctly, my food wouldn't taste so horrible or almost crack my teeth from how hard it was. Attitude she gave me when I approached her with thank you and how you doing was not call for. If your having bad day you don't reflect it on your customers .I won't be going back to this location any more. They don't know how to fix the food right and no concern for customers. That is not good at all.

Many time that i have ordered tacos 🌮 they are cold/ not even warm. As if the tacos are made up and sitting in grease. The place could be shut down for serving food at not hot enough temp. The tacos are actually cold 🥶 I doubt they even wear gloves. You can't really see the people working in the back and i'm actually scared even pull through her at night. Pretty sure this place pre makes their food hours ahead of time and then just wipe off whatever you don't want. Every single time I ask for no cheese, ketchup etc. I always find a piece of the paper they use to wipe it off. Go to the jack in the box on Webb Chapel instead

First you have to tell them multiple times at the speaker that you have a mobile order, & when you give them your name, they can't seem to understand it because they don't understand simple English. Unfortunately I had a bad experience tonight with a lady. I placed my order, made me wait in the front about 15 minutes, when I received my order and checked I was missing 4 items...I was the only car.... at that time I was already disappointed. I come back around to tell her and she takes a full minute before she approached me. I told her what I was missing.. Leaves and comes back and has the audacity to ask me to park at the front. I told her no, I'll wait here, you already made me wait 15-20 mins and she said "I don't know what to tell you, they have to make them." I ended up just leaving and get home (I don't live far). To make things worst my Food was cold.... soggy fries and over salted .. Will not be returning ... Terrible service... Can't get a order right when No rush... highly doubt they can when in rush hour.

The order was supposed to be ready 7-9 minutes after that according to the app. As I write this they still have me waiting outside when I got here there was not one person in the drive through meaning they didn’t start on my order until way later once I actually pulled up. Cars got here after me but there was no reason for the huge delay. I didn’t even get a courtesy “sorry for the delay”

Avoid this location at all cost. I’ve given them way to many chances. My order is constantly incorrect/missing items. Tacos barely have any meat, they just load it with lettuce to make it look like the tacos are full. AVOID!!!!!!!
