If your restaurant isn't going to make the food for Uber/Doordash orders then don't offer the service. Your employees have made several drivers wait for long periods of time, accepting orders and then don't make the food. That is just wrong.

This place deserves 0 stars!!!!! Do not eat at this nasty location terrible customer service no one speaks when you first walk in! They do not keep the lobby clean . And the manager Cindy clearly sees the mess and does nothing . I can only imagine how nasty it is behind the counter !

Many time that i have ordered tacos 🌮 they are cold/ not even warm. As if the tacos are made up and sitting in grease. The place could be shut down for serving food at not hot enough temp. The tacos are actually cold 🥶 I doubt they even wear gloves. You can't really see the people working in the back and i'm actually scared even pull through her at night. With the young teenagers in charge! No telling what goes on. 🤮Uncleanliness.cold food! Get a manger to over see all this. Especially night shift. They've been cold And greasy when I ordered in the daytime also

Ordered 4 tacos a sprite and a coke. Tacos were stale. Had to throw them away. I was too far to drive back. The coke tasted so watered down. The guy at the window sounded like he didn't want to be there

Pretty sure this place pre makes their food hours ahead of time and then just wipe off whatever you don't want. Every single time I ask for no cheese, ketchup etc. I always find a piece of the paper they use to wipe it off. Go to the jack in the box on Webb Chapel instead

Absolutely Horrible!!!!! This has to be the slowest drive thru on the planet. First you have to tell them multiple times at the speaker that you have a mobile order, & when you give them your name, they can't seem to understand it because they don't understand simple English. I was so upset by this terrible experience, I pulled into a car wash & threw all the food in the trash!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! 2/24/25

Unfortunately I had a bad experience tonight with a lady. I placed my order, made me wait in the front about 15 minutes, when I received my order and checked I was missing 4 items...I was the only car.... at that time I was already disappointed. I come back around to tell her and she takes a full minute before she approached me. I told her what I was missing.. Leaves and comes back and has the audacity to ask me to park at the front. I told her no, I'll wait here, you already made me wait 15-20 mins and she said "I don't know what to tell you, they have to make them." I ended up just leaving and get home (I don't live far). To make things worst my Food was cold.... soggy fries and over salted .. Will not be returning ... Terrible service... Can't get a order right when No rush... highly doubt they can when in rush hour.

Nasty lettuce literally trash. I used to work at whataburger and every time I took out the trash it smelled like these tacos always without fail. Most of the time they make some good tacos but not today going to have to puke this out later. If they cut corners on lettuce I can’t imagine what else they doing in there.

Ordered online at 12:36am. The order was supposed to be ready 7-9 minutes after that according to the app. As I write this they still have me waiting outside when I got here there was not one person in the drive through meaning they didn’t start on my order until way later once I actually pulled up. Cars got here after me but there was no reason for the huge delay. I didn’t even get a courtesy “sorry for the delay”

Avoid this location at all cost. I’ve given them way to many chances. My order is constantly incorrect/missing items. Tacos barely have any meat, they just load it with lettuce to make it look like the tacos are full. AVOID!!!!!!!
