My favorite burger joint here..oh yeah!..they use peanut oil to fry their all natural French Fries...its pricey but your paying for quality "pink slime free" meat..the burgers here are the bomb!!

The food is always good but we arrived at opening. (Only 8 minutes ago) Not a single one of the tables has been cleaned. I'm not a germaphobe but for all the tables to not have been cleaned in between closing last night and opening this morning is kind of ridiculous.

The food fries were great. The burger is okay. But I don't think the hotdogs are not worth what you pay.

I used to enjoy coming here, but the quality and value has dropped off a cliff. I paid $30 for 2 burgers and a large fry. That's not even including drinks! It's not even like the food was any better than anywhere else that serves burgers and fries. To make matters worse, I recently visited a certain similar fast food chain mainly located on the west coast (with an emphasis on entering and exiting) and it was a night and day difference in cost for the same, if not better, quality of food. Five Guys has lost the plot. I don't see any reason to go here instead of another burger joint anymore. The cost versus value ratio is just totally out of whack. I don't think I'll be returning any time soon.

I often go Five Guys this location. Crews are nice and burger is yummy. However, French Fries has been over-cooked. It was burnt - too dark and taste was even bitter. I worried about taking acrylamide (carcinogen from overcooked potato in 120~140C). Please train crews not to overcook French Fries.

Placed two orders online. Only one ready. Rude employees. Had to replace order. Waiting 15 minutes for a grilled cheese. Never again at New Hartford will I place an order online.

Showed up late and my mobile order for pickup was still 30 minutes late... idk if its rocket science but definitely not intelligence. Coming from a man who helped managed food trucks, a crew of 2 with 10 sqr foot can do laps around these people

I was told 15 min for my small take out order.. I show up in 20 because they have never had my order ready on time.. it took over 40 minutes for my order to be ready. I walked in, the person at the cash register asked if I had a take out I said yes then walked away and never came back. Now I’m waiting 5 min for someone to even come over so I can pay. THE GIRL WITH GLOVES ON PREPARING THE SANDWHICHES COMES OVER, TAKES MY MONEY & HANDS ME MY CHANGE, NEVER CHANGED GLOVES & GOES BACK TO TOUCHING ALL THE FOOD! What an animal, to do such a thing especially with how dirty money is! Everyone in there waiting for their food was extremely pissed off about how long the food was taking. The guy doing the fries, was throwing an absurd amount of Cajun spice on the fries to the point I couldn’t even eat them. MY DOGS WOULDNT EVEN EAT THE FRIES! New Hartford 5 guys needs completely brand new staff. This place is a very popular but the staff is destroying the business. Not to mention the prices are insane then everyone has to deal with the rest of the BS that is coming along with it. This is getting reported to the health department because handling money then peoples food is NOT OKAY! Do better!

Circus type atmosphere. Seemed just wanted to get you in and out. Very unprofessional. If you're trying to walk to pickup area because you ordered online there's no need to be stopped and then have your name constantly yelled throughout the restaurant. And beware when you order just the burger pattie in a bowl as they give you chopped up pieces of whatever is ok left over or laying around. And if you order a sandwich for whatever reason they don't even cut it. Just overpriced for the lack of service and decent food.

Delivery via grubhub was prompt. ordered little bacon cheeseburger & fries, Both were old, completely cold, greasy & just gross overall. My milkshake had things added I didn't request like cookie bits & pb cup bits. the lid was not taped closed so anyone could have messed with it. The bag was very sloppily sealed so again anyone could of reached hand in. I couldn't eat this disgustingly cold $35 meal. Why Five Guys would you even send out food for delivery like this? You need either better management or better training for employees because the cost of this food is insane & I deserve & expect piping hot, freshly made fries & burgers! No excuse for anything less. Do better. Seriously!

They don't know how to read an order here . last time I went they had to remake my burger twice today they adding there own choice of toppings and pretty sure none of there burgers should have pink in them since they claim all burgers r served well done
