I visited today for lunch and ate inside. I was greeted quickly and received my order (correct and fresh) within minutes. Multiple employees checked on us as we ate and even offered to refill our drinks. While we were there, I watched the lady running the register go open the door for a couple as they came in. Everyone was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the meal was great. It was the best Whataburger experience I've had across multiple stores. We will be back!

Nice newer fast food stop. All we got was milkshakes at the drive thru, but what we could see looked great. Don't know about the meals we will try them another day.

Food is great, the Jasper location is severely lacking in the service aspect. I believe they'll get there considering they're a newer location. Hopefully they get it together soon!

While a week or so ago, I gave 5 stars across the board... this visit lacked the cleanliness in the dining area and from ordeeing to while we ate - there was no sweet tea. Well, there was - but they had to get it in back. I don't know if they were short staffed or simply too busy ... but it makes a big difference in the dining experience. The food was good tho. Went to whataburger, orderered 2 number 5 meals one with no tomato and another one substitute with ketchup instead of mustard they didn’t even put on my order messed up the burger and the people were moody as hell 20 minutes at the window wait.Absolutely outrageous and expensive not coming back.

Make sure to check your food before you leave ask for a double Jalapeno burger when I open it up was a single an had to search for the two Jalapeños under all the tomatoes that was on the burger I basically had a tomato sandwich with a piece of meat not to mention the spicy ketchup I ask for an didn't get

I went to Whataburger while my husband was at the tire store this was about 4pm as I was walking to Whataburger this young blonde girl in a car leaving wearing her uniform was flipping her middle finger off at a worker at the tire store yelling child rapist now I don’t know the story on what happened but that is unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed by Whataburger management to hire someone with disrespect and colorful language while wearing the uniform yall should be ashamed of yourself for having an employee like that

I have yet to get a correct order from this restaurant. Every single time I have order it has been wrong. For the price of what you are paying for there you expect better attention to detail.

For anyone thinking about stopping here, you’d be better off driving a couple of miles down the road to Alabama Stackers where you can get twice the amount of (warm/better quality) food for the same price.

Ordered dine in. Every open table was dirty so we had to clean off our own table. It took over 20 minutes to get our food (no special order requests) and when it was finally ready - it was served cold. Absolutely unacceptable when spending $15/meal.

Awful, incompetence. Couldn't get an order right if they had the manager do it. First of all I’m from Texas. Home of Whataburger! I used to eat at Whataburger almost everyday back at home so when they started building a Whataburger here I was excited. Well the food didn’t taste all that great. They didn’t get my order right. I had a coffee with sweet cream and both vanilla and caramel flavor didn’t add any of it. Also had a Bacon Taquito with 2 extra things of cheese. Didn’t get my extra cheese and the Taquito wasn’t even wrapped. it was just a flat tortilla with eggs, bacon, and one slice of cheese.

Ordered my son and I food at 5:41pm. Finally made it to them at 6pm in the drive thru. Young female ask my name and said I don't have your order then proceeds to go to the cars behind me. Then a young guy comes out and calls me Howard and I said no. I tell him what I ordered and he comes back out and says a robert ordered the same thing. I said that's not me. He says they making yours fresh now. So the young female comes over says she needs to collect $27 for my order. I give her $30. They manager came handed my food n drink at 6:16pm. I asked for my change and receipt. The manager laughs and says the next time I come back the meal on her. What a joke, they might as well close if they waiting on me to go back.

Service sucks waited over 30 minutes for our food in the deive through with only a few cars ahead of me. Service might have been better if they wasn't on the phone.

They had me sitting at the drive through for about thirty minutes with no answer there was no one in front of me and a few people behind me some inside i pulled up to the window to see if their drive through was closed or not working and about three workers looked at me and said nothing so i drove away with no whataburger tonight let’s hire some workers who know how to manage a fast food place please

so its my first time coming to this location cause my wife wanted some whataburger and i pulled up to the mic to order the first time and bout 3 other people pulled up after me and was taken care of first so i went around and pulled back up and had to wait my turn again and i understand this location just opened up a couple weeks ago but im still not impressed

If there was an option for zero stars , I would have chose that instead. Worst experience in a restaurant ever, beef patties were dry and old tasting the bun was hard . It took forever to get my food. I was pulled up for 20 min and they weren't even that busy. Disgraceful! Gross food, horrible service. Never coming back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Whataburger, whataJoke ! I don't know what happened to this location. When it first opened it was great, but ever since this new jerk manager Blake took control it has been a disaster. Quality of the food has suffered as well as the happiness i used to see on all the faces of all the employees. I will not waist any more of my money at this restaurant . Someone from whataburger corporate office should evaluate their choices of management at this location. Because it is getting ruined!

After sitting in the drive thru over 30 minutes upon getting home ,the fries where ice cold ,the sandwich was still hot, the cinnamon roll i ordered and ate half of it found a clear peice of plastic with a sharp point inside the the cinnamon roll, this could have ended drastically bad had i been a child or elder . I will never again visit any of the whataburger establishments again
