Our cashier was Sarah. She did an amazing job handling split orders for my group and recommending food that my residents really liked. She was sweet and understanding that it took a minute for everyone to decide what they wanted. Would come back because of her, even if everything else wasnt great.

I visited today for lunch and ate inside. I was greeted quickly and received my order (correct and fresh) within minutes. Multiple employees checked on us as we ate and even offered to refill our drinks. While we were there, I watched the lady running the register go open the door for a couple as they came in. Everyone was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the meal was great. It was the best Whataburger experience I've had across multiple stores. We will be back!

While a week or so ago, I gave 5 stars across the board... this visit lacked the cleanliness in the dining area and from ordeeing to while we ate - there was no sweet tea. Well, there was - but they had to get it in back. I don't know if they were short staffed or simply too busy ... but it makes a big difference in the dining experience. The food was good tho. Hot and well made. The staff was polite and professional.

The cashiers were attentive, but some may still be learning the computer. I asked for no cheese, but she couldn't find how to take the cheese off. The cashier asked me if I was aware of a free burger reward in the app with the purchase of a fry and drink. We couldn't get my app to pull it up. I still ordered it and paid full price. Our food arrived quickly. The fries weren't hot and were a little 'wilty'. The food tasted good. The cost was higher than I expected. Several tables in the dining area were visibly dirty, and it was 2:45 pm, not during a rush.

The food was really good and the girl in the drive through was nice. The only reason I gave it a 3 star was because of the trouble for me to actually get to order and get my food.

Breakfast taquito nothing like it used to be, Now it's half the size and lacking flavor and it cost double. I couldn't taste the sausage or cheese even though they put a little on there. Like alot of fast food places they cut back on quality and have the nerve to go up on prices and don't get me started on customer service now days. They are not training these people and the workers just don't care, no motivation to do a good job but they get to keep that job anyway! If I want to deal with bad attitudes I can just stay home. What's wrong with people!

Good food, for fast food, but they’ve gotten my order incorrect. It may seem small, but when you ask for no onions and for 3 concurrent visits I get onions on my burger there’s an issue. Even McDonalds gets that right.

I’m sorry ‘Blue C’ if we were an inconvenience for you while ordering our food and while trying to get it corrected because the order was wrong. ‘Blue C’ needs a position in the back where her negative aura doesn’t show to the patrons. Also, I ordered a chicken sandwich; it came with lettuce and tomato; just a word of advice, if you will not eat old wilted lettuce yourself do not assume others will eat it.

I sure am enjoying the $2 worth of extra cheese i ordered on my burger but didn't get Foods alright, im out traveling and dont have the time to turn around and get what I ordered. I've been hitting a tough run with drive thrus recently where I dont get anything I order correct. I'm on the go a lot, I dont have time to cook, I just want my food done the way I ordered it, especially if I have to pay extra.

Whata- disappointment. Ordered a sweet and spicy burger it was missing a patty and the roll was cold. The manager apologized and remade it. The second one was super greasy. The onion rings were cold. Fries average. For 30 dollars for two medium meals I expected better.

After sitting in the drive thru over 30 minutes upon getting home ,the fries where ice cold ,the sandwich was still hot, the cinnamon roll i ordered and ate half of it found a clear peice of plastic with a sharp point inside the the cinnamon roll, this could have ended drastically bad had i been a child or elder . I will never again visit any of the whataburger establishments again
