Still can't believe I was asking to wait on my mozzarella sticks and they were barely warm once I got them.. The teenage female that worked at the drive thru had a horrible attitude. You forgot what I was waiting on so you really should be nice.

I really don't like to give 1 time reviews in case it was a bad day. This Is a 1 time review. I had chicken tenders-tough Fries- the grease was old tasted horrible Chocolate shake- way too much chocolate for my normal people's taste but I enjoyed it. I will say that customer service was fast to respond and refund my meal. The restaurant was clean and speedy service. I'll still eat there no question

Standard Arby's atmosphere. It cleaner than I expected it would be. The food didn't taste fresh, kinda dry like it'd been sitting out a while. The service was rude. They just said "what do you want" when I got to the register then never spoke again. When my food was ready they just slung the bag of food onto the counter and pointed at it. I ordered it "for here" but they packed it to go so it was frustrating with no tray.

Update.... gave it a year and decided to see if service was better. Fries are good, but seriously... What Arby's runs out of the actual Arby's sauce? Probably won't be back here again. The food was good but the service wasn't the best. It was as if the cashier and a cook were the only ones working while everyone else in the store stood around with their backs to customers. Although my order was taken incorrectly, the food did tatst great. The macaroni and cheese was amazing! I couldn't finish what I did get!

I had mobile ordered a classic roast beef and cheddar meal with an 8pc jalapeño bite and a mozzarella stick. i ordered an extra cheese cup as well as arby’s sauce and marinara. when i get to the window i received awful service didn't say a word to me, it was Kayla Griffin, when i opened my bag i had not received my jalapeño bites or any of my sauces. i was extremely displeased, i talked to manager Kelliena Stanfield, she was extremely helpful and kind. she even gave me a free jalapeño bite, because of her i will be returning to this location.

I order something from order eats 4 meals one being a kid meal I was missing a drink I tried to called to see if it was an Arby’s mistake on Uber Eats mistake could not get a hold of Arby’s. I called like five times and it just ring ring ring. I currently do not have a car to go up there and pick up the drink.

Didn't get the order right and they jipped me on the fries, I didn't do a thorough check of my order because the lady who took my order and the cashier were nice. Make sure to always check your order, and to get a receipt. Edit: Having to go back and get a refund for half my order because the 2 sandwiches that were supposed to be cheddar roast beef already didn't have cheddar but when I went to prep and eat it, it had a sauce on it and it tasted faintly like chemicals and the roof of my mouth burns now.

Ordered food at drive yhru. Got sent to another parking spot to wait. After 10 minutes waiting had to leave to go back to work. Several people waiting in these spots just as long. Ridiculous!!!!!

They cashier was rude I just ask if I could get arbys sauce and she screemed it's in the bag but then get home &there was no sauce at all in the bag

I never seem to get what I paid for when I order online here! Whether I order thru the Arby's app or thru DoorDash, there's almost Always something missing or wrong! I ordered a FRENCH DIP sandwich (its SUPPOSED TO come with Au jus dipping sauce) jamocha milkshake and apple turnover! I get back to my home, open my bag and see that I have no au jus sauce, no milkshake, and the apple turnover has NO ICING on it! FFS! So I call them to see if I can make it back there before they close (it's 151 and they close at 2, but I'm literally a 2 minutes drive from the store I just picked my order up from at 133) but was told that they'd already closed and there nothing they can do. Needless to say, but this will be the absolute LAST time I order online and leave without checking every single item in my bag! It is utterly ridiculous and rather sad that I should have to check the apple turnover for ICING!!

Terrible experience from beginning to end. Pulled up to the speaker and all you can hear is smaking and attitude. Like I was holding you up from something important. Get to the window all the girl said was 13.77. After looking at the receipt I see my is order wrong. I look up and the girl i now know is Jeala is handing me a bag saying the fries flipped and closed the window. This order and food gave this same bull as the huge silver nose ring which greeted me instead of you . Both of them have just been left hanging. Trust and believe i definitely took the survey on receipt but that didn't safice. And to think your putting hard over cooked chicken tenders on a tortilla calling it a wrap. The irony. Don't recommend

I recently had a terrible experience at Arby’s. I placed an online order, expecting everything to be ready and correct when I arrived. Instead, I encountered rude and dismissive staff who made the process unnecessarily unpleasant. To make matters worse, the food was absolutely disgusting—nothing close to what I anticipated. Not only was my order missing items, but I was also informed (after arriving) that some of the items I ordered online weren’t even available. How does this happen in 2025 when your online system should reflect accurate inventory? I’ve had disappointing fast-food experiences before, but this one was a new low. The only thing that could have made it worse would’ve been finding something disgusting in my food—which, to be honest, I half-expected at this point. Arby’s, this was unacceptable. Step your game up.

They got my order wrong. I went back and they refused to remake the whole order, only what they got wrong even though it was their mistake. I’ll never come back to this location again. But at least I have a fresh sandwich with cold everything else…yeah that makes sense.

I go to Arby's mon-fri when i pick up my granddaughter from school at 2pm. She's 4 and loves their milk shakes. I buy 2-4 at a time depending on how many of my grands will end up at my house that day. I went Thursday and ordered 2 milkshakes and a med order of fries. Once they gave me my milk shakes, I pulled off and was to far away when I realized I left my fries. Ok, I went today through the drive thru and ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 chicken wraps, I told the young lady about the fries I'd left Thursday. She said, drive around. So I said , I was waiting on a response about the fries (because I needed to know if they were going to replace them or would I have to purchase some more). All of a sudden, this other voice came through the speaker yelling at me saying that she was the manager and that they were going to give them to me, but now I could just pay for the fries(why? Just because I wanted to know)? I told her that I don't care who she is, and I don't have to pay for fries because I don't have to get any. Then she told me that i could leave and she threatened to call the police and I said, call them!. Seriously? How silly was that? When I got to the window, there was a tall gentleman that I thought was the manager, all of the other times I'd been there, and hes a very kind man. He tried to find out what had happened and to try and smooth things over. Then when I asked for a carton for the shakes the girl that took my order said, oh Lord! Now what was the problem with that? There was another gentleman there, he gave me the carton, gave me my food and was nice as he could be. Arby's should know by now to screen their workers because they had another employee, at another Alabama location, that threw hot cooking oil out of the drivethru window into a customer's car. That didn't turn out good for Arby's.

I waited for a terribly long time, over 20 minutes. I finally tapped on the window to ask if the window area was closed. That's when I took the picture. I was talking to the manager and tried to place an order. He waived his arms up and said he's off then left the building. There's nothing worse than employees standing around on phones when customers are waiting to be serviced. And managers that don't want to work. The cashier stated that he was trying to get the drive thru down. I wanted to order cheeses sticks but he stated the the grease hasn't been changed and he didn't want to serve bad food to me. I saw him serve fries in the drive thru and they were very dark, burnt like. So I just left. I am glad that he was honest about the grease.

Honestly I was given a burger that was so black I actually had chunks of black stuck in my teeth. They pulled me off their timer even though there was no one behind me and made me wait for this burger for about 10 minutes. This is the Wagyu steak burger meal I paid almost $12 for and the drive-thru lady with the nose ring seem irritated that I was even bringing it back. You could tell how badly she does not want to be there!! Never coming back.
