If i could give 6 instead of 5 stars i would. The hospitality that Kaylie extended us from the minute we got there until we left was incredible. She was genuinely cheerful, friendly, and professional. Always refilling our beers at the right time. Food was incredible - fresh and flavorful. generous portions and they don’t nickel and dime you for extras. Fantastic assortment of beers and cocktails. 110% would recommend!
Never had a bad meal. Sitting in the dining room is a little loud for talking.
Please visit and enjoy The Yelling Goat. This week the Mrs., grub hubbed the chicken fingers for lunch at work and I got the leftovers late after returning from work. Wow, these fingers were fantastic, and said those must have been great fresh. So we headed to TYG for lunch on Sunday. Too many times recently I've asked was this meal worth the $$'s. For me, this days lunch at TYG was worth it without question. We will for sure be back and look forward to working through the unique menu.
Yelling Goat never disappoint s.Had a couple friends over that had never had there pizza, ordered the Steak Steak & house salad well,it was just as great as l remember it.We pared it with a crisp glass of Savigion blanc that l just purchased in Lake Geneva.Consistancy is key, can't wait to order the Mexico.
First time visit and I was pleasantly surprised. Great food and excellent service. Our waitress Megan was so sweet and she provided great service. We will definitely be back
Jaden our bartender was awesome. Food was great. First timer but will be back.
Ate here for the first time and absolutely LOVED it. They have an extensive menu and it's so hard to choose. Will definitely be going back to try some of the other selections. ALL their food is homemade, right down to the whipped cream on the dessert! So hard to find this quality these days! They have great customer service. Our server Karlie was fantastic. We made several small requests like items on the side, asked for a sauce that came with a different meal. No problem for Karlie. She honored them all with a smile. I'm usually disappointed in the quality of restaurant food for the price you pay. Not the case at The Yelling Goat. Definitely worth the cost and Definitely recommend!
I’ve gone to the Yelling Goat a few times, and I tried one of their pizzas, one of their calzones, and the Truffle burger. All of them are really good, but the burger was amazing! The staff is really nice and friendly. They have a good selection of beers and cocktails, and their milkshakes are really good too (the strawberry is my favorite).
This is our favorite restaurant. The food and the service is spectacular! The roast beef sandwich is my favorite. The bartenders are very professional and make excellent cocktails at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend The Yelling Goat fior either lunch or dinner. They never disappoint.
Loved this place! Great food. Friendly servers. Only downside.... They serve Pepsi
Food was delicious and our waitress was great. I forget her name but explained things and was engaging.
The short ribs are awesome. The salads 🥗, pizzas 🍕, & sliders 🍔 >>>> amazing. Service is always solid.
This spot was a total winner! The energy was electric, and we were lucky to have snagged reservations ahead of time. The menu offered something for everyone, with massive portions and plenty of options. Those burgers? Absolutely phenomenal! Prices were super reasonable, and the atmosphere was perfect for our little ones. The staff was friendly and attentive, too. We can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious dishes!
The Yelling Goat never disappoints! The burgers are absolutely massive and packed with flavor—definitely a must-try. The homemade French fries are crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. We also tried the Neapolitan-style pizza, which was fresh, authentic, and delicious. Everything from the food to the atmosphere was top-notch. Highly recommend!
Best fish fry in Lancaster hands down! Huge selection of beers both on tap and in bottles. They always have a few sour beers to choose from which I’m a fan of!
I never ate here but years ago I ran into here having to use the restroom extremely badly and they gave me no problem about it. 5/5 stars because restaurants that don't allow anybody to use their restroom are businesses I'd never want to actually go to to order food. The entire place looked very clean, there was tons of people and everyone looked very happy and well fed
Abriana was our waitress! Went there for the first time for my daughter’s birthday and were so impressed with this place!! Such a great place!!! If you haven’t been here GO!!! Food and service so awesome 😎 they even had a pony ride for my girl! Lovee this!!!! We will be going back
What a place!!! The most fantastic food, staff, and of course wine.... They have something on the menu for the whole family. If you are anywhere near this place, stop what you are doing and go there. Update. This place just keeps getting better and better!!! As the weather breaks get to this place ASAP. The pizza is off the hook good! And I forgot if it’s snowing there is no place better to wait out the storm.
Service was friendly and fast, especially at the bar. The Berbere sauce is incredible on the wings and the pork belly.
Thank you to our server Bella for giving us the best dining experience. It was my sons birthday so we always let him choose the resturant of his choice. We arrived before he did so after being seated( we made a reservation) by the hostess immediately Bella arrived shortly after. She suggested a desert ( on the house) for my sons birthday. She asked if we'd like water and took our drink orders. I asked if she'd like to wait until he arrived but she said no problem I will be yours tonight! And she was. I love how she gave us the time to order as well as dine. She was excellent in all accounts! Friendy professional helpful and sweet! Food was delicious and we all loved how the menu offers so much to choose from. I would suggest the beef stroganoff 5 stars! Meal came with a salad and a nice warm roll. Some entrees 2 sides are included. Cocktail of choice was a giblets which the choice is yours. Vodka or gin. Nice and cold and refreshing. My son loved his choclate cake. Thank you Bella. Since we usually meet at various resturants in between warsaw and Buffalo we all decided this resturant will be the one we will meet at. The Yelling Goat has a nice sized parking lot a outdoor patio and a clean and relaxing indoor dining room. Thank you The Yelling Goat for the wonderful dining experienceand looking forward for you to be our server Bella
Always something really good to eat there. This time I had the corned beef hash, it was amazing, best I've ever had. Their beer selection is really good too. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and can point you in any direction beer wise. My gf is a vegetarian and there's always something "grass like" that she enjoys, haha. Definitely will visit again.
Super. Great food. Good service. Got there shortly after opening. Quiet
Have been there a few times. Great food and good size portions. A bit on the higher price side. Also wish they served their sandwiches past four. I’ve gotten the tart cherry and bleu pizza and calzones that were all excellent. Fun atmosphere inside and they have a nice patio in the warm weather. We’ve gone on Friday and it’s very busy. Call for a reservation if possible.
We came here for drinks after a luncheon. Great drinks and excellent service. Fun staff made for an entertaining and awesome afternoon. Will be back when we get back to Buffalo....
Having been there twice, I have to say... I am thoroughly impressed. The freshness of the ingredients is paramount to the quality of the taste. Personally, I ordered the steak salad (pictured), and being someone who is extremely picky about the food I consume, this restaurant ranks in my Top 5 of WNY area eateries. I was brought here by my godparents a month ago, and decided to return with my parents. All of us enjoyed our meals and raved about it to our extended family, at a gathering afterward. Our server was attentive and made sure all of us had our drinks topped off. If I were to pick a place to eat every night, this would be one of those places. Just incredible. Thank you!
The food and service were excellent. Very pleasantly surprised being that it was my first time there. We had the bacon cheddar burger and the Ethiopian wings. The wings were cooked perfectly…little crispy on the outside and fantastic flavor to the seasoning. The burger was one of the best we have ever had. Cooked perfectly, juicy and great flavor. Staffed correctly and well managed. I will definitely be back…soon!
We looooved everything about this place, food, drinks, decor....satisfied this foodies tastes. Funny fact, we met the owners neighbor while we were looking for food recommendations, went for dinner then lunch again the next day! So, thank your neighbor who has a daughter that was visiting from out of town 🤣
First time going. Excellent service and food was great. Ordered the eggplant Parmesan which was soooo good. Loved the red sauce and the cheese on top was great quality. Huge portion, I ate half and had half the next day. Would definitely go back.
Had a great experience at this restaurant. Abriana was a fantastic waitress for us. Portions were great and flavors were tasty. Kids also loved their meals and the free refills and toy were a great value! All round recommend!
customer service at it's finest. we arrived late on a Saturday night and just wanted to go to the bar to drink and possibly eat. The place was packed. We were advised that we should have made reservations. The owner came over and said that he would accommodate us. We must have had two different bartenders and wait staff checking on us and keeping us updated. We ended up sitting at a table instead of the bar. (our choice) The long Island iced teas are amazing. I had the steak steak steak calzone. the thing is huge. it was very good. The marinara sauce was hands down the best I've ever had. My wife had the Fig Gorgonzola and Caramelized Walnuts pizza It had Sun Dried Mission Figs, Gorgonzola, Truffle Oil and Mozzarella. It was delicious. This place is highly recommended!! I also tried the meatball. they were homemade and delicious.
Was a nice place to eat. Standard prices for this kinda place now adays. The food was good. Service excellent. Would come back here if I'm in the area again.
This is a fantastic place!!! So much to choose from!!! There’s hamburgers, pizza, wings, sandwiches and entrees!!! I tried the beef on weck, and it was out of this world!!! So delicious!! The best I’ve ever tasted!!! ❤️ My husband had the wings, and they were so good!! Our waitress, Shelly, was very nice and attentive. She brought my mother a beer sample to try!! So kind and thoughtful!!! If you are in Lancaster, NY, you should stop at the Yelling Goat!! You won’t be disappointed!!!❤️❤️❤️
A fun atmosphere. Dinner on a Sunday was not available until 4, so at 3 pm we had to order lunch. There were plenty of choices which were ample and very good.
First time visit. It won't be the last. Great wings and short rib sandwich. Really cool vibe and we had a nice server.
Reuben was delicious, and the braised short rib dip sandwich was to die for! Meal was great, server was attentive, and we had a late lunch/early dinner so there was hardly anyone there with no wait time around 3:30pm! A little loud at the bar but to be expected at times.
Excellent dinner spot! This place has something everyone can enjoy. Enormous portions. Super friendly staff. The bread was fresh and fluffy. The cocktails were perfect. The tomato florantine soup was incredible. The meals were savory and filling. You'll definitely have leftovers. My husband and I love coming here for a little date night.
This is actually my second review for this place, and honestly, it deserves it. My wife, family, and I absolutely love coming here. I’ve made it my personal mission to try everything on the menu, and after about 7 visits, ordering something new each time, I still haven’t found a single bad dish. If anything, each visit somehow tops the last. Today I went with the beef short ribs and wow. Perfectly tender, packed with rich beef flavor, and just absolutely satisfying from first bite to last. Easily one of my new favorites. My wife ordered the loaded potato soup, and I’ll admit, I was more than a little jealous. it was creamy, hearty, and spot-on comfort food. For her entrée, she went with the chicken Marsala, and that dish was every bit as delicious as you’d hope, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully done. The consistency here is what impresses me the most. Every visit feels like a treat, and the food just keeps raising the bar. Between the variety, the quality, and the flavor, this place has quickly become one of our absolute go-to favorites. I forgot to mention $7.50 Mules. So limey and delicious. Perfect summer treat If you’re thinking about trying it, stop thinking and just go. You’ll thank yourself later.
Definitely want to eat here again soon! Lots of options for both drinks and food. I got the Traditional Macaroni & Cheese which was delicious once it cooled down. The Tropical Treasure cocktail was so gorgeous and I loved the combination of fruit juices. The ladies bathroom was clean and had one normal sized stall and one handicap stall that also had a baby changing station on the wall.
I found my new favorite place to eat while working in the Buffalo area. The food is incredible, the wings rival or beat anything I have had in Buffalo including Anchor Bar, Duff's and Bar-Bill. The service is top notch and the employees are extremely good at what they do. The berbere rub on the wings with the goat dipping sauce are my favorite! Pork by the pound with the BB&B sauce are a close second. You will not regret dining here!!!!
Came here for the first time yesterday for a dinner for my sister's birthday. My initial impression was the parking situation SUCKED so I was quite aggravated entering the restaurant. By the time we left my attitude changed and will definitely be returning! The food was amazing and everything came hot and presentation was great! Our server (Bella) was awesome and was very patient with our large party and got everything we requested timely. The restaurant was quite loud at times, but it was a busy night so it's understandable. Had a great time!
Loved this place, Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. Menu had so many options it was hard to choose. The food is homemade, large portions and very good. It seems like a very busy place just about every table was full. They have a lot of interesting things hanging on the walls, a machine that tells your fortune. I definitely could have spent more time walking around the place to see what else they had but like I said it was busy and I didn’t want to be in the way. We had artichoke dip for an appetizer. For entrees we had chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak and beef stroganoff.
This place is a gem. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Our waitress was polite and professional. We started with the artichoke dip. (Everything came out in a timely manner by the way) the dip was very good very garlicky as I like garlic this wasn’t a problem. Our dinners came with a choice of one side so we all got Cesar salads without the anchovies of course, but they give you an option to put anchovies on your salads. Our entrées. We got beef stroganoff, chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak. The chicken fried chicken and the chicken fried steak are sitting on top of a mound of mashed potatoes and their homemade white gravy!! Overall this place was fantastic and it is the first time we’ve been in here. It really is a gem. If you’re in the area you have to check this place out.
This was my first time coming here and I had heard a lot of good things going in. The menu was full of a lot of good and varied options for all ages. I ordered the chicken parm and it was one of the best I've ever had. The chicken was well seasoned and flavorful. The pasta was cook just right and the sauce was addictive. We also ordered the fresh mozzarella which was just as good and also covered in the same sauce. The overall atmosphere was delightful. I was beyond satisfied with my experience and hope to go back soon.

The food was very good. We had a pizza that was different from the regular cheese and pepperoni. Loved it! Tons of beer choices.

with the exception of the chicken friend steak, large portion size BUT the meat was very tuff...... overall our dinner celebration gathering was great...
Was delighted. Met a friend for dinner and a couple of drinks. Had the YG Mule and the fig gorgonzola pizza both were very good. The service was prompt and friendly.
Perfectly cooked and larger than my head. What more could you want in a Calzone?
Really enjoyed the food and service during our business lunch this past Thursday.
First time visit based on a recommendation. I was excited to see gluten free pasta on the online menu as i have celiacs. We went in for a late lunch only to be told no pasta until after 4pm. We both ended up getting a burger and fries. I got mine with no roll as no gluten free options. Burger was great, the fries were stone cold and harder than a rock. The waiter offered fresh fries and took drinks off the bill. I didn't get the fresh fries as the burger alone was very filling. It's a nice place with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff were really nice
Party of 5. Margheritta Pizza was good but not great. The calzone was huge and tasty. Vodka tortellini hit the spot. Fingers were fingers.
The atmosphere is top notch! Stopped by on our way thru town. Reviews were good and who can not try a place called the Yelling Goat! Wing night was awesome except for the wait. They were busy and honestly I think our server forgot to put our order in so we ended up waiting for almost an hour which seemed too long but the server should have kept us informed. once we tracked her down we had our order pretty quick. It was worth the wait. Best wings I have ever had! Meaty and crunchy with great flavor. In the meantime we snacked on the bread with olive oil which was fabulous. I had a whiskey sour that was really good. I would go there again if ever in the area and get the wings! Note the sandwich menu is only available until 4 PM. Worked out well because I would not have experienced the fabulous wings.
So happy that we found this cozy gem while visiting our family in Buffalo. Tyler was our awesome server and explained everything on the menu and gave us great recommendations. We ordered the BBB wings, and the shaved prime rib pizza. Both items were absolutely delicious. Definitely will be back next time we are in town!
The Yelling Goat is a beloved fixture in the Lancaster area, renowned for its quality food, outstanding service, and one-of-a-kind vibe. You will find all kinds of unique signs and memorabilia on the walls and throughout. You can count on generous portions here, with most dishes ranging from good to excellent. Crowd-pleasers include their burgers, the Greek salad with chicken, the Reuben, and their pizzas. And don't even get me started on the massive calzone! Even the wine pours are notably generous, making each glass well worth the cost. Extensive beer menu (scan the QR code for all the details). Given its popularity, especially for bigger parties, booking ahead is definitely a smart move. Some refreshing could be done in some of the higher traffic areas and restrooms but overall it's in nice shape. They do have a patio area on the front (street side) and along a small portion of the parking lot.
Unfortunately changing my review to 4 stars. Would give 3 if not for the previously positive experience. I had friends come to town this last Saturday so I was excited to bring them here after the lovely experience I had last time. We came in for a reservation but the place was not busy at all. We still had to wait for them to put tables together and then for the waitress to come around. Our fewn apps took a while but then the food took even longer! I was shocked as there were barely any people in the restaurant. Our waitress didn’t even bring out the food. A waiter brought each meal out individually. Food was good but a few had upset stomachs after. Sadly I will think twice before bringing friends here again. Everything my friends and I got was delicious and the service was amazing! I got the chipotle chicken pizza I believe and it was soooo good! I can’t wait to come back
DELICIOUS food!! I had a short rib sandwich on homemade bread. Husband had the wings which he really enjoyed. Service was a little slow, but the food more than made up for it! Will be back.

The food here is a bit hit or miss. While the dinners are usually good, the pizzas have consistently been a disappointment. Every time we order one, something seems to be off. For example we ordered the Margherita con prosciutto which was supposed to come with prosciutto and roasted tomatoes. It was horrible. The tomatoes were fresh, not roasted, not even ripe. The waitress told us “well they were cooked on there”. The prosciutto looked like sliced corned beef, it was not prosciutto. On the bright side, the beer selection is solid and always enjoyable. Love their berbere wings and Au Poivre 8oz Filet Mignon. It’s worth a try for dinner, but I’d recommend skipping the pizza
We went to The Yelling Goat on a Wednesday and it was surprisingly busy. Nice atmosphere, but the space is a little tight. We sat at the bar and bought drinks. The bartender gave us menus to order food but ignored us for the next 20 minutes. I was pretty frustrated with him. So my wife and I decided to sit at a table. The waitress was excellent who waited on us and memorized our order. My wife had the grilled romaine salad with added chicken and she probably would have given it a good review but the bacon on top of it had too much bacon grease on it, which was probably just a mistake. I had the BBQ chicken fingers, which I really liked alot. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza to go which I'm bringing home for my kids. My grade is 3 out of 5 stars based on average overall service and average food.
The food was alright but the server was a really nice man named Gabe. He did whatever he could to make it nice. This places always so loud with everyone talking over each other. Not my preference.
We just had lunch here. There were four of us. I had a Reuben sandwich. It was greasy, the corned beef was stringy and overall the sandwich was sub par especially for a price of close to $ 20. The pizza and large burger that were ordered at our table looked pretty good. My other friend’s cheese was burnt on her burger. The service was terrible, very slow. Took a long time to get our food and my friends wanted a drink refill and that took a very long time. After waiting at least 20 minutes for the waitress ( Shelly) to take our check we went to pay at the bar. Suddenly our waitress appeared out of nowhere at the bar. She never came back to our table. Overall bad experience. I would just like to update this review as I have been in contact with Collin at the Yelling Goat. He has told me that he will send me a gift card and speak with our server. More importantly ( to me) is the fact that he seemed genuinely concerned and apologetic, that in itself goes a long way!
This review is based on the Bavarian pretzels with honey mustard and beer cheese, the baked brie appetizer with tart cherry and walnut, and the deep dish Chicago style pizza. The pretzels were warm and very soft but covered in some type of oil and extremely greasy, the beer cheese was okay, it was made with actual cheese, not fake cheese sauce that some places have... the honey mustard was good. Nothing to write home about. The baked brie appetizer was really great! Four stars for that. The pizza was way overpriced, $27 for a small pizza and the crust was just absolutely awful, so dry and flavorless.. might as well eat cardboard.. Would never order that again. They had really unique salt and pepper shakers that were in the shape of light bulbs, there was some food spatter on the wall so it could have been a little cleaner, service was very good.

Sorry Tina. I removed my 5 star rating because I think the pork chop on the menu should be removed until you fix the recipe. It’s a greasy mess. Normally the food is fantastic and my wife’s was delicious. We will be back but fix that thin breaded burnt mess with goo on top that you call a pork chop. See the grease on my plate in the picture.
This experience that I had with this pizza was bad. Don't like to give bad reviews, I feel that this one was unique, the waiting period was one hour I was excited to try this pizza i heard good things about this place. The cheese pizza and the cheese and bacon pizza both look a little on the well done side the first bite was like biting in to a burnt toast i think they left it in the oven to long the crust what's inedible and the cheese was burnt. I cannot believe that they cut into this pizza and did not realize that the pizza was overcooked and preceded by putting in to a box and gave it to me. So all for all I give this place 2 out of 10 Luna's. Will not be coming back to the place.
Went here for a birthday dinner. Was not super busy. We ordered some drinks. They came out with only half of the ingredients and when I asked server where the whip cream and other items were that were listed with the drink. She said the whip cream was out at the bar in the basement was more. But she didn't offer to get it for our drinks. No one asked if we wanted waters refilled as we sat and waited for the food which took over a half hour to come out. The burger I ordered was overcooked. Not cooked as I asked. The manager came over and was a very nice lady. She heard our concerns and took those things that were not right off the bill. This restaurant before covid always had delicious food and great service. Not sure what happened. I normally don't post bad reviews but this was the third time we had try eating at this establishment in the past few years and it has been disappointing
The table we got was sticky. We were the only table with paper napkins instead of cloth. Order a salad and had it split over 2 plates. That was the highlight of the experience today. The service was slow. We ordered burgers with the "homemade fries" and it must've been the smallest taters bc not one fry was over 1.5in long. The burgers were both order "pink" inside and they were both over cooked....by a lot. I requested mayo and mustard on the side when i ordered the burger, the mustard took another 5min getting there. Getting the check took about 15min. Honestly disappointed. I've eaten there several times and never had a problem i would send out of towners there. They mailed it in today. I won't be back and I won't reccomend them any longer.
My husband and I stopped I on a Tuesday afternoon about 2 pm. There were two other patrons in the dining room when we arrived. My husband ordered the insider burger I ordered the three cheese grilled cheese. We waited 45 minutes for our orders to arrive and when they came my husbands burger was raw inside. They said they would redo it which took another thirty minutes. They did give him a beer on the house, however we felt the time we waited when there were only two other guests there was unreasonable. The good overall was average. Sorry but a big disappointment.
This used to be one of our favorite restaurants in Lancaster, but seems to be going downhill. Let’s start with the flies, which are everywhere, all over the tables, decorations, and our heads, as soon as we sat down. It’s December by the way. We ordered Reuben sandwiches, which are normally delicious and our go to. The corned beef was just a few pieces of fat and the overcooked ends. There was virtually no sauerkraut or cheese and one sandwich had a little bit of Russian dressing. They were extremely disappointing. Another member of our party got a cheeseburger and asked for pink, it was beyond overcooked. The fourth member of our party got grilled cheese and bacon. The bacon was also cold and very hard. The french fries on our plates were hard and cold, as though they had been fried twice and left to sit out. This entire meal was incredibly disappointing and we will not be going back. There are far better options available in Lancaster, especially for the price.
This is such a hard review to leave because we are also restauranteurs. My wife and I wanted some nice hearty salads for lunch so we looked up a few places. We ordered two salads (the mango salad and the arugula, mango, duck walnut, goat cheese salad—never had there been a more literal name for a salad which is fine—just hard to order on the phone). We were told these two salads were going to be 35 minutes. Even during a busy rush (which would seem strange at 2:05), two salads shouldn’t take 35 minutes. What makes it worse is that the Arugala Duck Salad (for short) is described as tradition “New Orleans” style salad. We lived in New Orleans for 4 years and ate all over the city. It’s a culinary mecca. This is not close to anything traditional to New Orleans. The salad was quite small for a $21 salad. Two salads totaled $56 which we don’t mind paying based on the food description. I’m in the food and beverage industry so I know the cost of goods. This was literally two handfuls of Arugal, some cubed mangos, a blob of coated goat cheese, and waaaay overcooked tiny slivers of duck breast. I understand the rising cost of business in this industry, but I could never to this to my patrons. The duck was embarrassingly bad and the beef on my wife’s salad was so overcooked, it was almost inedible. The duck breast slivers were not only small and overcooked but rubbery. That’s strange because the fat wasn’t rendered properly so the skin was gelatinous and chewy so it being overcook was just a lack of care or lack of training for the cook who cooked the duck breast. The packaging was so half hearted for $56 for two salads. This was rough. I’d be willing to adjust my review with a response from the owners. But, as far as first impressions go, we won’t order again based off this experience. So unfortunate in flavor and overpriced for the result.

Too busy for the amount of staff on duty. Too expensive for the service and quality of food. Pizza was ok but there’s better and cheaper pizzerias within walking distance. Waiting area and bar adorned with ventriloquist dolls. Here folks just wait near the creepy dolls😂 Not impressed
I don’t usually write reviews, but I left this place genuinely frustrated. We came in on Good Friday—a day when many people don’t eat meat and traditionally opt for fish. You’d think a restaurant would be prepared for that. But nope—*they were completely out of fish at 7pm* No warning on the website, no heads-up from the staff until we were already seated and looking at the menu. We made a special trip here, expecting a meal that matched the occasion, only to be told they couldn’t serve it. The staff were polite, but “Sorry, we ran out” isn’t enough when it’s a basic expectation on a major day like this. Poor planning, lack of communication, and honestly, just disappointing.
Terrible Service stopped in on a Friday night ! Asked for a table was told a little wait because it so busy during Lent. Not a problem told 15 minutes ! 45 minutes later check in with host an told we’re not even on waiting list ! 2nd time in 2 years ! Kind of Sketchy the same thing happens twice ! We will take our business elsewhere !
The food was awful. The chicken tasted like sausage, and the sauce it was smothered in was supposed to be creamy and lemony, but was separating from the amount of oil that was in it and didn’t have even a hint of lemon flavor- there was so much oil it pooled up in areas on top of the mashed potatoes it was served over. The pizza was burnt and dry. When they asked if anything was wrong with the pizza because it was barely touched, we were honest and said, it’s burnt and dry. Our server brought our complaint to someone else, who came back to the table to school us on how they cook their pizzas - wanting to argue that this is how it should be. We didn’t want to argue, we just gave our honest opinion when asked what was wrong with it. Sausage was dried out, there was barely any sauce, crust was black and dark brown, as well as the cheese (so dry it was like cardboard), and she’s trying to tell is that is how it’s intended to be served. Ha! Ok. Mac and cheese was….meh. And salmon was just weird. Spent $240 before tip. Worst dining experience we’ve had in a really long time. Beyond disappointing. Server was good - we didn’t short her on the tip for the amount of the bill - but will absolutely never go back, and if I hear someone’s thinking about going, I’ll tell them not to bother wasting their money.
Worst disappointing meal here ever. Ordered artichoke dip. Half the toast that came with it was black. 2 burgers were ordered. Both the bottom bun was soaked with grease. The top half was hard as a rock and literally crumbled when cut in half. My burger was suppose to be no pink. It still had parts that were pink, yet the outside was burnt black. Other burger was go greasy, the grease was running down their arm. Like what is going on? Will not be returning.
Horrible food that we ordered. Told the Waitress and wasn't her fault.. we had told them what the problem was, didn't want more food where it was Again HORRIBLE.. I wouldn't recommend eating here . As we were leaving Very Rude "gentleman "lol, NOT !! insulted my 80 some year old Mother. Shame that I couldn't have given a 5 star for better service and MANNERS.. But our waitress was tipped well.
Terrible!! Ordered a burger that was beyond burnt. I had already waited almost 30 minutes and the other person that was with me was finished eating so I didn't get any dinner. The most ridiculous part was they acted like they were doing me a favor by removing it from the bill. I hadn't even bitten into it because it was so clearly burnt. Additionally the ice that was in our drinks smelled and tasted disgusting. We won't be back.
2/28 visit. Friend ordered Reuben bread was burnt and fries were cold, sent it back only to get same cold fries. Husband ordered burger pink got it no pink and me? I ordered poutine and pork belly, poutine (expensive fries) were cold, even curds were ice cold. Pork belly was definitely over fried and hard to chew. My dog liked it, but it was inedible for human consumption. After years of going there, I would not recommend, it was $100 nightmare.
To be honest I would not waste my time coming to this establishment. The customer service is hands down embarrassing. They should be ashamed of theirselves. Waiting in line for twenty minutes when we had reservations. the hostess asking “how many again” when she never even asked us in the first place. Finally after sitting it only took about twenty minutes for someone to come over and bring water. Not even start to ask for anything else.…. this is also after the fact two possibly three parties came in and sat down AFTER us and already at least had their drinks to the table. when the Employee was putting down the waters I told her not to bother as we were about to be leaving anyways. The employee said sorry and that they thought someone else had our table. so that also tells me yall don’t know what tables are assigned to who. just over all a messy establishment that shouldn’t deserve money in their pockets
Wow such a dissapointment. Do not waste your money. Its an overpriced, filthy, over crowded establishment with terrible diner food. Very overrated. Food was absolutely terrible. Bland no flavor and very over priced. Cheap oil and balsamic with stale bread was just tje neginning. Mantel separating tables was filthy with an inch of dust at least. Waitress was ok didn't bother to ask why the $30 meal was untouched. Maybe pizza is the thing and we missed out but won't be back.
