I have been ordering from Ronny's for years, now. I work rather close by and I try to order lunch from them on Fridays as often as I can, sometimes on my own and sometimes with other co-workers. I have tried almost everything on their extensive menu at least once over the years. I am mostly satisfied with the quality of the food with the exception of their pizza. Personally, I am not a fan of the taste or texture of the pizzas I've tried. However, in regards to everything else I've had from them, Ronny's is my go to place to order from. Their subs are absolutely phenomenal, their dinners are top notch (especially the fish fry and the lasagna!), and the chicken fingers are great(I recommend the honey mustard sauce). The usual delivery driver, Chris, provides great service and goes out of his way to make sure we have an enjoyable experience. I absolutely recommend Ronny's and their amazing food and service... Well, except for their pizza... you'll have to try it and decide for yourself.

Ronny's is a Lancaster/Depew staple that I can remember since middle school, in which is was at EVERY school function and later the same at high school, even being sold daily at the school store at 2:45 release. I don't know if it was that over exposure but personally I am not crazy about their pizza at all- though there isn't anything inherently wrong with it. On the other hand.... I love their subs. I never heard of a "ham royal" before ordering from here and it was a less spicy alternative to the traditional royal. Yet, I love their royal sub here as well, whatever brand capicola they use is great. Flavorful and not too spicy. Also, the only sub place I can think of offhand that doesn't use shredded lettuce that is nasty af; the quality of the lettuce/tomatos/onion is fantastic unlike so many places where it's soggy and well past the time for best use. Also, they have a very unique blue cheese that is made in-house. What else? Their chicken finger dinner is awesome and there is something magic about their crinkle cut fries and the bit of grease and sauce from fingers that comingles and flavors the fries, wish there was a way to capture that as a menu item on its own. Also props for all they do for the community and area schools!

Some of the best subs in our area, you should not be disappointed! Some of their pasta dinners are very good for a "Pizzeria" as well, and don't forget to try their Macaroni salad made fresh every Thursday.

So I’ve been ordering from another pizza spot and thought it was my favorite place for the longest time. Well.. I decided to venture out and try something new since I heard this place was the bomb! To my discovery it is now my FAVORITE PIZZA SPOT!! Always nice when placing an order via phone and very kind in person! Pizza, wings and etc is absolutely delicious! Personally, I CRAVE their Blue Cheese so when you couple that with the amazing food, it's easy to see how they're a go-to call for me when I need a quick grab and go.

Food was good. Did a slice and a stinger. Barb-q sauce could be a little stronger. Sub was good. Definitely better than subway. People were friendly. Wheelchairs can get through the door so that's a bonus. As a top food Reviewer in the country I would go back for the sub.

Stopped in for the first time after getting some coupons in the mail to try a sheet and 30 wing special. Pizza and wings both cooked to perfection and the service was exceptional. The woman cashing me out made sure to double check that everything we ordered was correct and let me know that if for some reason we didn’t enjoy it, give them a call and they’d be happy to make it right. You don’t find service like this at many places now a days. Will definitely be back!

They were open today after the blizzard that crippled the area for days. I went in knowing they’d be busy and placed a takeout order fully expecting to wait a while. The nice lady who took my order explained that they were swamped and it would be a while. Then she said she would start on it because I came in. No more than 10 minutes later, I had my food and it was absolutely delicious!!! If I could give 6 stars, for the incredible customer service, I would. Thank you for your hard working employees! Additional thoughts 6/3/23: In this day and age of everything being expensive, their prices are on the lower end but the quality and quantity of the food is entrenched on the upper end. I’d put their subs up against pretty much anyone’s. Also, I inadvertently placed an online order for pickup instead of delivery (recently had major surgery) and not knowing what to do, I struggled to the car to go pick my order up. When I got there, I called, asking for someone to please bring it out to me. They happily obliged. Whoever is running this place is doing a tremendous job! Customer service, food quality and pricing are all top notch!!! Very happy they’re right down the street

Always a toss-up for us between Ronny's and Picasso's. Ronny's is more of a take-out pizzeria only, but they always take part here in the Taste of Lancaster. Check them out if you are too rushed or just aren't in the mood to cook on a Sunday.

Wings are always good. Pizza is average. Real buffalo and good bbq wings. They mix a little wine into their bluecheese and it's great. Probably the best blue cheese I've ever had. Whenever I come back home this is where we get pizza and wings.

Nice little place, there is room for a few people to sit down and eat at the window ledge. Had a large cheese and pepperoni Pizza, the only thing is there was hardly any sauce but still good. They opened the box and asked if the pizza was done enough for us. Great service.

Ronny's is always good dependable Western New York pizza and wings. I've had them every time I've visited the area for 10 years and never been disappointed. The pizza is a medium thickness with good amounts of cheese and toppings. Clearly made with care. Wings are top notch. I like them extra crispy and you need to ask for that, but that's pretty normal. Overall, if you want a good pizza for a family dinner or wings for whatever, you won't be sorry with Ronny's.

Ronny's food is always delicious. You just know that when you call you are looking at a 1/2 an hour to pick up your order. if they say 25 minutes.. its always 10 more minutes. A little forethought on your part will go a long way to get your hands on some delicious food. great wings,, great pizza and great homemade blue cheese!

Just moved to the area so just been on the quest for good pizza and I’ve found it so far,I’m still trying out places but Ronny’s is in the head of the pack so far.The undercarriage is crisp the sauce is what sets it apart from others, garlic but not overpowering sweet but not to sweet plenty of cheese ,and you should never they say judge a pizza with anything but cheese but I like cup pepperoni very good!Subs, I have had there signature steak sub, guess what? My new jam for subs.Pasta you say? Oh yeah! tryed the stuffed shells complete with salad and garlic bread very good! Service was fine if Mary Jo is there say hi! Prices you ask are average for the area I’m going to include a picture of the menu with the dinner I ordered yesterday, the stuffed shells 4 of them and the half a sub $24.95 and I’m eating twice off that, great job to the crew at Ronny’s!

The chicken finger pizza is amazing, it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. But whenever I call to place the order for pick up, the employees tell me 30 minutes. But most of the time it’s 45-60 minutes. The food is most definitely worth waiting 45-60 minutes for, but it would be better if they were more realistic with the time when I call to place the order. It can be frustrating to show up and have to wait an additional 30 minutes for the order

I grew up with Ronny's my dad used to get a bucket of chicken wings for us. The food now is just ok I really hope they get there mojo back.

Service has improved greatly but seem to be cheaping out on hot sauce. Ordering here for the past 4 years, my wife for over 20 years. Anything that has hot sauce is not hot at all. Order hot wings extra crispy, seems more mild, barely any sauce, and not crispy at all. I order hot I expect those wings and fingers to be swimming in hot sauce like they used to be! Pizza is delicious as well as their subs and the homemade blue cheese is fantastic!

Been ordering from here for years. Was always satisfied. Last two orders totally disappointed. Last time ordered thin crust pizza. It was soooooo thin and soggy. Couldn't even pick it up. Had to eat with a fork. This time it took well over an hour for delivery so had to cancel order and ordered from Leo's. Driver was NOT responsible. If the restaurant knows that dinner time is so busy, extra drivers should be hired. Or should be told that it will be over an hour and give me the option of ordering or not.

I ordered the Grilled chicken wrap with lettuce only dry. I had a wrap filled with lettuce and just a few small pieces of chicken 🥺 Next time I'll just have it with the chicken and perhaps I'll get it filled for $9.00 🤞🏻

So I just Tried Ronny's for the first time in years, they had kinda went downhill... Ordered their LG Cheese & Pepperoni with their NEW Sweet Sauce with a Double order of Chicken Fingers, with a Extra Blu Cheese and wasn't too impressed. I actually preferred the Fingers which stole the show, over the Pizza. The Pizza didn't taste Sweet at all, just tasted like normal Sauce. Not like Papa's Pizza which is top Notch the bomb and you can actually tell the difference in their Sweet Sauce and Traditional Regular Sauce. Also the Cheese didn't taste like just Mozzarella, kinda seemed like it was a Provolone Blend because of the tang taste unless their Mozzarella is bad which I hope it wasn't. The pies in the Warmer looked more delicious and the melted cheese compared to my pie I received. Which I've seen a couple Pizzerias do to make their customers come back. Awesome slices and not as good when ordered for home. Maybe spend the money on better ingredients over the Pizza boxes with their name on it, Especially because they haven't even gotten a 40in TV with a Digital Menu on it, and still have a old school menu from the 90's. Idk where their money is going because its not going into the Business look/appeal or ingredients I mean the price wasn't Bad for $45, but I guess you get what you pay for. If your on a budget it works i guess. I would do Pizza Heist Pizza if your on a budget tastes better in my opinion. It sucks spending $30 for just a pie at Papa's, but the quality ingredients shows. Idk if I would order from Ronny's again tho, Chicken Fingers yes, but pizza no. Thought I'd give them a shot again because people said they changed, and it didn't show today at all. I know my pizza. I could eat pizza everyday, just not from here. I'm Sorry.

Extra sauce not given but was paid for.......chicken fingers about half the usual size.......bleu cheese was like watered down skim milk............burnt the italian sausage in the sub. Unfortunate and disappointing.

I grew up in lancaster, 15 years ago this place was amazing. I ordered a pepperoni and onion pizza for the first time in years...the sauce was soo thick, like tomato paste. We also got charbbq hot wings and they were great. The pizza has to change. They have went downhill. If you are family owned since 1982 why are the recipes changing? I really wanted to like ronnies since it was my childhood pizza place, but pizza heist taste better, texture wise as well

Pizza is a 2/5. There's nothing special about it. Def won't come back with the pizza heist across the street. They're a 4/5 and the same price. Slices are too big, so have a pizza slicer to cut smaller for kids. Large pizza with 20 boneless - $33 not worth it imo.

The food is great but is never seemingly ready on time. It’s a shame too because the blue cheese is amazing

Very disappointed, order a small pizza, 10 wing special at 4:30 Thursday. It wasn't delivered till 6:00, not happy. Plus both me and my daughter felt sick afterwards around 10 at night. Food poisoning possibly, sorry to say Ronny's we won't be ordering anymore!!

Unfortunately, 2 subs for delivery arrived 1.5 hrs after we were told delivery within an hour. Be aware Ronny's does not have enough delivery drivers to cover peak hours. Never again.

Haven’t been here in years and won’t go back ever this time. Meatball 1/2 sub 2 meatballs cut in half, barley any sauce or cheese, squished flat and both sides burnt. Nope m done!!!

Seeing they took down their "Contact Us" page. Let me start by giving the facts. 1.Place order at 4;30 pm. Large pizza and single wings med, crispy 2. Knowing their history on NOT having orders ready on time got there at 5:15pm. Order NOT ready. 3. Pizza came out at 5:20pm--NO WINGS 4. Wings came out at 5:30. Pizza sitting on counter getting VERY cold to the point it was cold to the touch. ( OH ya forgot to mention--it was a steak pizza --they claim is rib eye--it was steakums from the store) 5. Wings where NOT crispy they where "Hurry up and just throw them in a box. SOAKING with sauce and a TOTAL mess. This place has gone down hill SO fast that Little Caesars is ALMOST better. They DO NOT even deserve ONE star BUT to list this post you are FORCED to give at least one

too much cheese tooooo thick not liking

If I could give it zero stars I would. It took them over 1.5 hours to deliver my order (large pizza and fries). When I called back I got nothing but attitude (after being on hold for 10min.) Almost 5min after I hung up the Pizza delivery guy showed. I sent him back with the order and cooked a Wegmans frozen pizza. After going there 10 years, it is time to find a new place. Maybe Picassos or that new Marcos place.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire existence! I seriously can’t believe this place is open to be able to serve food like that. I’m sorry , but there definitely needs to be a change. My kids gagged after one bite. Sorry but I must be honest.

Ordered a large half cheese half mushroom. There’s barely any cheese on it, pizza almost burnt. Taste awful.

Gave it one star because the first sub I ordered was good. The second time was terrible. I ordered a steak and cheese with onions and mushrooms. What I got was a soggy sub, literally wet, one mushroom, no onions, banana peppers and about half the meat that came in the first sub. They won’t get my money ever again. I have no choice but to update this review, about 45mins-1hr, I started feeling very sick, went to the bathroom and have been going non stop since. I’m having moderate stomach cramping, I’m pale and sweating. I feel miserable after eating that sub. I hate to leave this kind of a review and genuinely feel bad but this is what I’m experiencing.

Let's start with that I have been a faithful regular customer of Ronnie's since the 80's. The food has always been good (for the price), the service is always hit and miss (all kids). However, the past year Ronnie's has really gone down hill in both food and service. I remained a customer but far less often. My past three orders have been unacceptable for 3 different reasons. Few months ago I ordered a bucket of wings extra crispy and medium. The wings were red and bloody, raw, I threw them away. couple weeks ago I ordered a Steak Supreme sub. The meat was loaded with gristle. I threw it away. Tonight I ordered the Sunday Family special. After standing there 20 minutes past the due time, I asked for my money back. The manager said that I should not have been told to come in 30 minutes because pasta takes a long time to cook. 10 to 12 minutes last time I checked. Sorry Ronnie's I just can't support you anymore.

I was extremely disappointed with the pizza my husband picked up today. The cheese topping, and the overall flavor was not the quality I was familiar with. It was to be pepperoni and half with onions. The onions overpowered the whole pizza. Ronny's was previously known for its pizza.

I got an order of 20 wings extra crispy. I got 10 garlic park and 10 medium. So first thing is the wings we soggy as a wet napkin. The garlic parm has absolutely no flavor tastes like plain wings. So I figured the medium would be better but I was wrong they also have no flavor. To top it all off they have the worst blue cheese I’ve ever tasted. Would not recommend if you are trying to order wings. Have not tried the pizza but not going back to try it after this horrendous wing order

Used to get food from here at work all the time (not by choice )and thank god we no longer have to any more. In an area full of pizzerias this place just fades to the back. Nothing special about the pizza. Stuffed shells and pasta usually came rock hard covered in sauce. I'd recommend trying another spot. The food would be free at work and I would opt out and get myself something good instead!

I’m genuinely concerned about the food quality here. Management really needs to improve quality control and properly train staff on food preparation and handling. Customers deserve much better.

Had been going here for 2 decades. Unfortunately the quality of food has been consistently going downhill the last few years, from pizzas to subs , just not like it used to be. Also, always 10-15 minutes late from the estimated pickup time. The last few times I’ve found myself waiting in the lobby because our order wasn’t ready at the time they gave . Sad to say but there are other new pizza places that are within walking distance that don’t have these issues.

So I said ok make them medium extra crispy and sloppy sauce I got not one crispy and dry mild sauce for the price of the food there you would think that they would take there time and care about there customers this is not the first time they messed up my order out of 5 times very unhappy ☹️ and probably just find a different place to go !!!!
