The dunkin donuts in Topsham put cheese on my sandwich even though I asked for no cheese, by the time I realized this I was already on the highway. I stopped by the Bath store to see if they could remake it for me and they did it for free. Thank you!! You guys are awesome.

Coffee is always made right for us when we go through. Even understaffed they are doing a great job. I guess that would explain the rather grumpy sounding person taking our order.

The service at this Dunkin is always on point. They are fast, friendly, and understanding when u mess up ordering on the app. Food prepped well too.

I really like all of the employees at this location they’re always very friendly and working hard. Although I would like to emphasize the interaction the last time I went to this Dunkin. I went into the lobby and was greeted by two girls, they gave my dog a free donut right before they closed, in which I was planning to purchase regardless; they offered and it was a nice gesture of them and makes me want to visit in the lobby instead of the drive through more often, it was two young girls working at the front counter.

It's attached to a gas station store and has a drive through. Staff friendly enough but wasn't comfortable sitting there.

Depends on who is working and time of day you go if your coffee is made correctly.

They should have more gluten free options or if come here more. Good brownies and coffee is never stired when asked.

Sometime in late summer they hired a young girl who has the most irritating voice. She also makes numerous mistakes on orders thru the drive in window. Every time I hear her voice I cringe.

The food is fine, if not expensive if you ask me. But they can never get my coffee order right. Not to gripe, but I ask for it black and it comes with sugar or cream in it all the time.

The people were extremely lovely and kind. Dunkin's employees are exceptionally ready to please. Inside of another store is where you will find them however they don't have their own private entrance that I can remember and it's nice that they do have one big Corner seating that would probably house comfortably for but you could probably squeeze in five. I did see someone in the booths in the corner at the wall where there was a plug, he was using his laptop so I know for sure there is one place to plug in at the booths. The staff members are timed and their bosses know exactly how many seconds that you are in the Drive-Thru and how long it takes each customer to become hopefully satisfied and driving away. There is no bathroom in this facility however next door in the building they both share our public restrooms. Again the people are lovely everything else is just okay. But then again I'm not a big donut eater and I don't particularly like coffee that's super strong I tend to like sugar cream and Light coffee. The times that I have been inside they really neglect the area where you put your condiments in your coffee if it isn't the way you personally want it. However they're super great about making anything better if you don't find it to your liking. I just don't like to complain or make a fuss so I would prefer just grabbing through for more sugars and putting it into my coffee, however there so very very nice they would do it anyway. I really enjoyed the staff what a great attitude

BEWARE: the cover to the tops of the hot coffees DO NOT stay on!!!! You can be driving down the road, grab the cup, and have it spill ALL over the side of your leg while driving. While it’s EXTREMELY hot and distract you! Has happened to both the boyfriend and myself. If I could send pictures on here, I would show you the side of my leg and the cup itself!!

I ordered a coffee yesterday with light cream, no sugar, I was handed a cup full of cream and sugar with maybe a splash of coffee, I threw up in my mouth when I took my first sip. I was traveling so I stopped at the next Dunkin in Wiscasset, they fixed my order free of charge, made sure it was right before I drove off, I give one star the bath Dunkin, and 5 to Wiscasset. Never stopping in bath again🤮

I asked for unmelted sugar in an iced coffee when I got to the window noticed that they didn't even write down half the stuff in my coffee and was told the sugar will melt with ice. Ask for her to remake it and she ignored me and walked away. My receipt says the employee number is 117133 and name is bree.

I had a terrible experience with a roundish faced blonde/brunette, i’m not sure her name but it began with an R. She asked me if I was illiterate when I asked what time they were closing, she rolled her eyes when I asked for extra cold foam and my donut came out misshaped.

Dunkin in bath is not decent the store is clean but they always mess up my coffee and I always have to return it theres no smiles no one's happy to take your order unless their from the Brunswick store filling in no managers to give refunds and and when they have to remake a drink their visibly annoyed making it hard to even go there McDonalds has better service from 15 yr olds and that is just sad and pathetic why should I have to drive to the next town over so I don't have to 50 50 guess if today my coffee will b correct I will no longer waste my money or time there .... And I don't ask for much a large coffee with 5 cream 5 vanilla bean syrup well stirred ... And they just cannot get it correct I work in the food industry and don't understand how hard it is to fill a cup with coffee pour some cream and pump a vanilla bean syrup Despenser 5 time into the cup then stir that should literally take 3 mins at the longest ....They clearly don't have proper management and all the employees are forced to suffer because of it ....

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, got a turkey sausage on a multigrain bagel. This is the third time they have messed up my order (roughly 1/3 of the time it is messed up)

Waited for ever for our 2 coffees 1 of them was supposed to be a lrg iced coffee with french vanilla 7 sugars and 7 creams the other was a lrg cold brew hazelnut 10 and 10 when we got them the french vanilla was a hot coffe and the lrg 10 amd 10 was so dark and barley had surgar in it..... we asked them to please make it again when we got them back a second time they were wrong again still very dark and hardly any sugar.... i spoke with one of the workers and tried to explain to her what was wrong and she rudley grabbed them from my hand and said i dont know dear but ill make them again when they finally came back she rolled her eyes and pretty much tossed them in my hand and walked away..... i was pretty offended buy the lack of customer service that this particular dunkin donuts has i would never ever recommend this place the employees are rude and uncaring....

The Bath Dunkin Donuts is the worst in the state by far!! Managers are rude under pressure and the staff looks very unhappy

I have been in the Bath location twice this week, both times have been unacceptable. The first trip I wanted a caramel iced latte and could not get it because they did not have caramel or the whipped cream I wanted. The second time I did get what i wanted but I heard an employee saying f the customers they can wait for me. One of the other employees said that the customers come first and this other girl started again with f the customer. If i the customer did not frequent this facility there were be no dunk in and she would have no job. I was totally insulted by that lady. It was very unacceptable

I ordered my coffee on the go Walk In. When I arrived I went into the store & I discovered the lobby closed & only serving drive thru. After walking back to my vehicle I drove into the drive thru and after waiting quit a few minutes I saw that the door by the drive thru open and a women was working near the door. I got out of my vehicle and with a mask on I went to ask the lady if I could have my coffee which had been ordered at least 10 minutes earlier. At that point a brunette women comes & angrily rants at me and shoos me out the door without even asking how she could help. How rude!! I simple wanted my coffee not to be rudely yelled at. I won’t be going to thus Dunkin anymore!!! McDonalds would have gladly gave me my coffee with a smile and may have even brought it out to me!

Lousy Customer service never get the order right by time you get to the window. Go there everyday n it’s the same problem. Food is over cooked.Coffee tastes burnt. Turn over in staff so much all the regulars have left too many young ppl. No good morning hi or any correspondence. I go out of town to get my DD coffee for better service.

It's easy to order but the workers are so rude and pretty much throw your stuff towards you they say the price and that's it. They need people who actually like their job and workers who don't take it out on other people! I will not be going back here ever

I have never had a problem with this branch of DD until today. I ordered a Coconut Cream Iced Macchiato and received a Caramel Swirl. When I had it remade it was horrible. The only taste I got was espresso. I also ordered a Maple bacon sandwich. When I pulled it out of the bag it was falling apart. Definitely subpar customer service today. 😡

I go to this Dunkin every Weds since my boyfriend works near it and Everytime I do, they make our coffees wrong. So I have to go to Brunswick to get it re - made. I'm not sure how hard it is to follow the slips, but it seems they do not care enough to try. The customer service is ok sometimes depending on who is working but most times they don't sound or act happy to be there serving customers.

This girl in the photo started yelling at me in the middle of Dunkin', speaking in a very unpleasant way. I put my leg up on one of the chairs because I have an injury and was putting ice on it, and I needed to keep my foot elevated. Anyway, her behavior wasn't right, especially yelling at me in the middle of the cafeteria. I thought it was very rude of her, since I was simply enjoying my coffee peacefully.

Customers need to be aware of how some of the workers speak about them as soon as they're out of earshot. Morning crew are the worst offenders. I've heard them spreading nasty rumors and gossiping about customers in the drive thru, and in big apple. Not professional and the food is hit or miss, depending on who is working.

They don’t even know how to make and serve a macchiato. It was done wrong. We didn’t get our donuts and muffin for like 10 minutes. Another employee working the drive thru was also rude. Kids are going to be loud and they weren’t even going near customers.

Young lady at the front register was extremely rude. It was not a pleasant experience to say the least. She genuinely seemed as though she hated her job/ working in customer service. She did not acknowledge customers, had a short attitude, did not care nor handle food/drink items gently. I am not a “Dunkin” local, as I am from the Mid West. I was very excited to try Dunkin and this experience ruined it for me all together.

I used to go there every morning to get coffee. It is hit or miss on a daily basis. Consistently getting my coffee wrong. At least twice a week. It was so bad that I actually drive 15 minutes farther to another Dunkin Donuts.

The worst Dunkin to ever exist. Stay as far away as possible. They have yet to make an order correctly in 3 years of colleagues coming through. I stopped going here a while ago, but today I was desperate. Guys I work with fall into the same trap. They are the only shop this side of rt 1. Best to take the exit and loop back to Joes.
