Okay. I’ve been to several McDonalds in my life. But in my 19 years of living I have NEVER had a McDonalds this scrumptious, this AMAZING. They serve you, the fries are cooked to perfection and perfectly salted—not soggy. The nuggets were crispy, the Big Mac with the perfect ratio of sauce to other condiments and lettuce/onions and pickles. I kid you not, I was taken aback. This meal was EXQUISITE, CHEF’S KISS, DELIGHTFUL, SCRUMPTIOUS, DELECTABLE. For lack of better wording, I was having a foodgasm in my seat. My legs were shaking, my toes were curled, my tastebuds were dancing, I was sweating in my seat, I had to bite my tongue to not moan in the McDonalds when I took my first bite. It was as if I was floating and it was an out of body experience. I think the food is amazing because the crew is given positive reinforcement in the back, they are constantly told “good job guys,” which truly makes a difference in food, atmosphere, and service. 5 stars can truly not encapsulate how SPECTACULAR and SENSATIONAL my experience was. I live 40 minutes from this McDonalds and was looking for an inexpensive lunch near Adventureland, but I swear I’m going to drive 40 minutes out just for this McDonalds. I’m beyond impressed, speechless, and my heart will forever belong to this McDonalds. I rarely leave reviews unless it’s well DESERVED.

Friendly service from all the employees. Food seems to taste better than it use to. I don't mind waiting an extra minute or 2 in the drive thru line if it means I will receive better quality food.

I used to work for McDonals when I was in college so I know when the store is following guidelines from franchise handbook. This restaurant is doing everything right. Great staff, clean environment, and most importantly, great food. If you have ever experienced soggy french fries, slimy burgers, stale nuggets and swore to yourself never to step in a McDonalds again. This particular restaurant will show you how fast food can taste when it's done right.

We used the Drive through the person that took out order was super nice and repeated our order back to us which is good! When we went to pick up they were super nice and repeated order again which to me was a plus. They were making sure everything was correct. The food was good and the fries there perfect . Definitely coming back to this location.

The self serve kiosk is great to have when the cashiers are overwhelmed. If you know exactly what you want...you can finish a transaction in under a minute. I used Samsung Pay. I applaud McDonald's for the innovation and efficiency.

Best McDonald's I've been so far! Food is much better then in the city and employees are so amazing , nice and helpful ! Ordered food on the touchscreen and the lady brought it to the table.

Manager on duty was very friendly and was quick to help when there was a small software bug on the self order kiosk. The bug/glitch wasn’t worth mentioning as it likely only impacted a select handful of people and was fixed the next time we went. Rather than acting as if we weren’t bright enough to use the kiosk, she immediately saw what the issue was, confirmed it was the system and not us, and corrected it. Very good service in this regard and we were very pleased.

I have to say, I used to love McDonald's as a kid. Not so much last few years. Their prices became ridiculous well before Bidenflation. However, this mcdonalds had reasonable prices, and pairing the full price menu with the discount menu, provided a good quality meal at a reasonable price for my daughter and I. Friendly and comfortable. I will go back!

This McDonald’s location is great. Beside the unexpected times when I’ve been there and their machine were down, I have generally enjoyed most of my experiences there. Usually, staff are average in kindliness so I never expect to be extravagantly welcomed. Food is usually average in taste, temperature, freshness as well.

I just had the best fast food experience at this McDonald’s. Came for lunch with my father and my son and the service we received was top-notch. This location is always kept very clean and that was true today as well, but the reason I write this review is because of the service today. Several members of the team, including management, went way out of their way to give us an exceptional experience and to make my son extremely happy with his happy meal toy. I wish I knew their names but we were there at about 1 o’clock on May 8th So the managers who were on duty at that time are the ones who deserve this recognition. Thank you very much from me and my son!

The dual drive thru lane we were on was broken. So we drove up and told the 2 ladies standing there. They were so nice and apologized and took our order with no problem. We had to wait for our food at a pick up lane and they were super fast and they brought out a caddy with condiments for us to choose from. Probably 1 of my best Fast Food experiences.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the old Spanish lady behind the counter with the long straight hair very helpful. Conveniently located on Fulton st, near to the bethpage golf course. Went there for early morning breakfast. It's very clean and staff is welcoming. Food was fresh. Beautiful ambiance.

I come here everday for coffee. The staff handles the business quite well and my order is always correct. However I do feel that their communication as a team needs improvement - sometimes the hourly staff members just dont know whats going on or how to handle large volume business. But the effort is always 100%

I care for a man with special needs every Sunday and we go to this McDonald's because it's all he'll eat. They're very helpful and will bring me the food if I can't carry it. And they're very patient when it takes a few minutes to pay while holding on to him. It's nice.

Nice establishment, spacious and modern but with a retro 70's diner feel. I used the restroom which was surprising very sanitary. I had some coffee while doing some work.

This place has a double drive through which makes the wait time super short. The staff is always helpful and fast. And the kiosks inside the store to place your order are very efficient. All in all this store is a step above the other McDonald's that ive been to on long island.

Went through the drive through and quickly got my meal. I went for the caramel iced latte upgrade on the drink- but someone forgot the caramel. Food was otherwise decent. I would roll through again but check my order before leaving 🚗.

Nothing special or different about this locations fast food restaurant. The wait was not too long but it certainly was not short. Unfortunately they messed up my large drink so I had a giant cup of nothing to drink with my meal.

One of the managers here is terrible. She yells in a very high pitch voice and very slow with her service. I went there today and it took her almost 10 minutes in a pretty much empty restaurant. Rest of the crew are very nice though.

Easy go to. Order errors are common. Missing items or no napkins included. Especially when using mobile app for curbside or drive thru. Facility is newer than most.

Usually I like McDonald’s, in fact I come to this one fairly often on my way home from work. Today I place the order like usual on the McDonald’s app and go to the drive thru to pick it up. No answer at the drive thru so I drove to the pick up window and waved. Time was approximately 1143pm and I know they are open til 12am. They open the window and say they’re closed. I tell them I thought they were open til 12am. I am told that Blanka decided to close early. Long story short I got charged on the app for food I did not receive. I asked for a refund and was told it could only be done on the app. I was not provided a refund. So I am complaining on here and on their app. Hopefully they remedy this. Update: the app sent a notification this morning that I would be refunded. I also received a call from McDonald’s apologizing for the issue.

I usually order food for pickup via the app. This location NEVER includes the sauce choice I selected in the app. Why have the option to choose a sauce if they don’t add it to the bag? They recently started bringing out a caddy of sauce when delivering food to the drive-up spot, but it doesn’t have all the flavors.

The food is decent. The dining area is pretty clean but the bathrooms are horrible most of the time. Urine on the floors and the toilet seat almost every time I come here. I have to wipe the seats with water and soap before use Everytime. Bathrooms should be clean more regularly.

They Cannot get a drive thru order correct. If you do not stay at window and check bag 9 out of 10 times there is something missing.

It's a long challenging day, coming from work..late evening, asked for big Mac NO meat, no sauce..reach home and open it up and what do I see!? Not meat BUT the evidence of meat and sauce😡. Sauce being wiped from bread and here comes the best part.. particles of meat left behind from a inconsiderate employee!! So disappointing😯 Being that McDonald's franchise has geared to the"vegetarian" world, I would say it only behooves employees to do the same!

Service has really gotten ehhh at this location. They don't look at you, they don't speak to you, and they don't fill the dang fries. I got a large fry and it was litterally only filled halfway. Fries are getting pricey these day but if you're going to do the shrinkflation thing at least get a smaller container so it's not so obvious.

The place was clean and updated with those new kiosks too order from. The reasons for the 2 stars is wait time, food quality, and food appearance. I waited almost twenty mins too get 3 different orders. So much for the"fast food". The place was practically empty. The only reason I can think that they were so slow was because of the drive thru. The food appearance was well below average compared too other McDonalds I've visited. Then the food quality was so subpar that o actually threw my chicken sandwich away. The lettuce looked old, the fries were under cooked. The whole meal was a great disappointment. I think I'll leave the whole McDonald's chain alone for a little while. The best think about the whole meal was the soda I served myself from the DIY fountain. This particular location gets a double thumbs down with the 2 stars. 👎👎

Everytime i go there either late at night or normal time I have to park and wait for my order. I ordered one time 3 hamburgers. Had to park and wait. Then I ordered double quarterpounder and 10 piece nugget and medium fry. I once again was told to park. Fast food especially McDonald's was set up for fast service . It inexcusable really. Neber ever have I had to do this for small order or rarely for big orders in a NY other McDonald's.

I used to love this place and I always came to hang out with friends, but between the skimpy fry portions, relatedly expensive prices, and complete uninviting change of the interior I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

I ordered my food for takeout and checked it when I received it (as you absolutely have to, because there are frequent mistakes with their orders). The french fries were cold. This is a normal occurrence at this location and I usually ask for a fresh batch and they make them, but this time the manager literally told me my fries were not cold. Who the heck does the manager think she is telling me what temperature my fries are. The dang fries were cold. Eventually, with a nasty expression, she takes my fries and makes new ones (or so I thought). My "new" fries were rock hard. This manager literally just threw my cold fries in the oil and double-cooked them. This location is a joke. They make frequent mistakes with orders and they don't take responsibility for the mistakes and get angry when they have to make it right. When the manager herself behaves like this, the store has no hope. AVOID.....

ok. so fastish service. but at what cost. they cheer for Xtra tartar, but none given. the sandwich was 99% for sure microwaved. we ordered a fish filet at midnight. it was microwaved, charged without providing the charged item. I haven't been to this location in over 12 years if at all. def. don't want to come here again, at least not. at night. my location in Lindy isn't perfect, but Idt I've paid for a microwaved sandwich B4, especially when paying 12 bucks with subpar. fries. don't make it so obvious at least

I ordered via the online app breakfast sandwiches at the McDonalds in Farmingdale, Long Island on August 11th, 2025 at 1047 am. I entered and waited 20 minutes. I observed a coffee on the pick-up counter when I entered the restaurant. An employee called out a number for an order that was not the one on the app about 7 or 8 mins later. After 20 mis I approached the counter and asked about my order. After a couple minutes they brought a bag with the wrong number, but after checking further was in fact my orders. I asked for a fresh coffee, being that the coffee was there for over 20 minutes. What appeared to be a manager or supervisor said OK and instructed his staff to make a new coffee. After a couple of minutes he returned to me standing at the counter and said "3 more minutee". I that point I left, frustrated and waiting so long, and absolutely disgusted. The whole point of the app is to have accurate, speedy service and convenience. That didn't happen whatsoever.

Usually good, but the JV squad must have been working today. Guy taking drive through orders was so quiet you couldn't hear a word he said. Kitchen staff couldn't keep up with the line of only 3 cars a 1pm. Everyone looked miserable. Not typical for this location

The manager Annabelle was extremely rude towards me and my family. She yelled at me as well as the other employees. I do not see her fit to manage this brand of McDonald's and would like to see her removed from her position before returning to this establishment.

The manager (Annabelle) is incredibly inconsiderate for her own employees and extremely rude. Will not be returning to this McDonalds until the managers give the same respect they receive.

Very disappointed. Went there about 3pm and the place was packed with junior high school kids. Very upsetting that management didn't do anything about kids yelling and walking around with E cigarette. Wound up going to Lindenhurst location on Montauk Hwy. This one i give 5 stars.

Service was terrible tonight. Management was impeding good service. I assume the bossy man standing around yelling at everyone was the manager, considering that under his coat was the typical manager clothing. Other nights I have visited, I received excellent service. This last visit was terrible primarily due to a lazy manager standing back yelling at customers to get their orders themselves. When asked about the cup for the fountain drink already paid for the manager told me to go behind the counter and get it myself. He did this to multiple customers. The staff there know what to do but the manager standing in the way was too busy being self important and bossy to allow service to occur. The meat in the burger was unevenly cooked as well. Parts of the quarter pounder was still raw. I will not be returning to this location. There is a Wendy's not too far away where I have never received poor service. Just keep going past McDonalds on Fulton street until you reach Conklin. Make a left on Conklin and head straight. Conklin changes to Hempstead turnpike. Wendy's will be on your right. You'll also see the farmingdale dinner right next door to Wendy's. Any service at any other restaurant is better than what I received at this location. There are too many fast food options nearby to put up with this type of service and treatment.

I placed a simple order (3 bundles) and they left out the French fries and ruined my son's dinner. We will be going elsewhere. They cut their staff and took 25 minutes to get our order at the drive thru.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Literally every time I go here, they mess up the order and NEVER give ketchup with french fries. If you order from here, check your order before you leave. Chances are they forgot to put part of your order in the bag.

This is my third time visiting this location. For some reason the chicken nuggets were old/stale on all my visits. Each time I visited was around 8pm. The French fries tasted warm and fresh but the nuggets were a huge disappointment.

Half the time I used to go there their ice cream machine was down. I got sick from their food twice in 2018 and once in 2017. I stopped going there as of June 2018. I just can't be bothered. This past weekend, when I went to get a shake for my sore throat while waiting for my prescription to be ready at CVS, their ice cream machine was down again! I was offered french fries. I have a sore throat dear, fries don't soothe. Just don't bother with this place.

Crew here are great-awesome costumer service. Food is ok, coffees are good. The Manager is horrible. First of, she yelled at her employee in front of us. She doesn’t treat them right. She bi**** about us using the coupons- she said one costumer at a time but it’s different transactions and different people-we’re just eating together.McDonald’s, please don’t issue coupons if you will give just give us a hard time about it. We come here because you send a sheet of coupons in the mail.Other than that, you wouldn’t be our first choice honestly.Please straighten this out

Went to the drive through to get a black coffee only. 15 mins later, still sitting behind a car who's order wasn't ready. Why don't you guys just tell the person who's order isn't ready to move to a parking spot and bring it out to them like every one else. This has happened to me multiple times. If your coffee wasn't so good I wouldn't go back .

I've been here three times, I won't be going back. They take a long time and have not gotten the order correct any time yet. The last time I just wanted 2 McDoubles with Big Mac sauce. It took multiple tries and I eventually got the Big Mac sauce on the side. But even to get that, 30 seconds after they said they'd give it to me on the side since they forgot to put it on, they handed me a bag and hadn't added it so it's a good thing I checked.

My son and 3 friends went here at 10:30ish pm, waited on line for 15-20 minutes, ordered food but didn't pay yet, then were told they were closing and had to leave. Then proceeded to call the cops on customers who were sitting and eating because it was now 11pm and they wanted them out. Very rude and unprofessional.

My family and I went to the drive through getting just simple coffees and we come to find out the caramel macchiato hot was not sweet at all but no caramel so we had to get back out of the car Go in and get extra caramel and Then get the attithe the fourth Coffee was good out of all 4 of us and ended up being just as playing so yeah watch your Coffee Check it before You Leave

Only could receive if orders were placed on their App. Only snafu their App was down all day because the volume on their App because of their bogus promotion. My life has been at mc Donald. Last night I had a quarter pounder and a new spicy, crispy chicken. They were both good looking but I'm guess with south west flavor. Whatever it was, I spite both out. Even the fries had a greasy taste. Disgusting! Horrible, good bye to what was great. Uuuggg taste lingers.

Was trying to ask drive-thru guy questions and he didnt answer a single one just added whatever item i asked about to my order. Then rushed me on thru with noone else in line and what do you know, they got my order wrong. Completely rude and per usual the order was wrong. I never go to McDonalds so I had 2 simple questions that they couldnt be bothered with.

I give this place a minus if it was possible! The drive through experience to order 3 things was a pretty sad scenario. I wish I could've filmed it and posted it on social media if I known it was going to be so bad! Repeated at least 4 or 5 times what I wanted but the person wasn't "getting" it for some reason. Then I go to pay my $14.20 bill..give a $ 20 with the 20 cents so instead of getting back $ 6 dollars, I get back $ 6 and 80 cents. I told the scholar that I gave him the change and he looked at me and gave me another dollar, taking back the change. So I have now 7 dollars, I look at him and ask is this correct, he goes and gives me another dollar, I'm at 8 now. I probably could've got my whole meal for free if I stayed there. The crispy chicken that was soggy on a cold pre toasted bun was just as horrible as the wet chicken. Thank you Mc Donald's!

This is the worst McDonald’s on Long Island. The food is never cooked, the fries are half raw, the nuggets are old and dry, the staff is miserable.

It is the worst store. Today I stopped to buy a happy meal for my daughter and had to wait 15 minutes while the cashier was in the drive thru. Then after almost 20 minutes I left and when I got to my house, I realized that in the happy meal there was no chocolate milk and the hamburger looked so nasty without cheese and it even tasted a bit spicy.

I got my burger and there were 2 bites taken out of it. seeing that at the start of my work day definitely started things off on the wrong foot update: I tried giving them another shot. I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese with no pickles or onions and an iced coffee. the coffee was awful and they left the pickles and onions on the sandwich. take the extra 10 minutes to drive over to the hempstead turnpike location instead of going to this one

Just drove a distance to get a Fish sandwich. Went thru drive thru window. Person tells me I cannot order, all services are down. I said Oh, I feel so bad I drove out of my way. She never said I could go inside.I'm driving away and I see people walking out with food. I ask them how they got it, you can order inside, they respond I saw several cars leave the drive through and ride away. Person needs some training.

Ordered two mc doubles and there was only one patty on each. I mean come on double is in the name of it. Poor quality

Unfortunately I can’t find the picture I took, if I do I will post it later. This is the 3rd time that I ordered a McFlurry and they gave me 3/4 of a cup if that. The person giving my food was not very friendly. Also while at the drive thru, it’s the regular cashier I always see, I overheard her telling the manager how bad her mom was, (she was rushed to the hospital, and they put tubes in to help her breath, can she leave) I heard the manager say, there’s nothing you can do, you just have to work) I thought there would be more sympathy. If she were my employee I would have let her go to her mom. In my opinion that manager shouldn’t have a job anymore. Personally I would have walked out to be with my mom, no matter what the manager said.

At the drive-thru I ordered a #2, #4a and 3 #5. They tried to tell me I ordered just the sandwiches for the #2 and #4a, 3 #5, plus an extra 20 nuggets and only three drinks. I made them start over to get it correct and when I got the the 2nd window I had to fight to get all 5 drinks because, you know, 5 meals equals 5 drinks. It's a good thing I live 100 miles from this location because I'll never have another reason to visit.
