Nice selection on menu. Reasonably priced. Thought it was one of greatest ideas to have a mixture of chicken teriyaki,boneless ribs and shrimp toast with pork lo mein. Other multiple selections like that as well. Glad i found this place food is great and quick delivery.!

Food was good enough, little different flavor than some other places. Would have like the steamed vegetables steamed a little longer, sesame chicken was spicier than most places, but still quite good. Customer service was an issue, short and terse on the phone. And if you ask what sauce I would like, it would help if you also put it in the bag instead of just saying OK and leaving it out.

Food was decent at best, long wait time when picking up. 15 minutes standing there just to be acknowledged by the woman behind the counter.

Ordered delivery first time. Sesame chicken had no white meat at all. Soggy. Felt like I was eating mostly fried dough. Pork fried Dumplings were overcooked mushy. Sauce for dumplings was extremely salty. Tasted like basic soy sauce out of the packet. Egg roll was just okay. White rice was good. Wonton soup mushy! Nice delivery man and price was very reasonable if you don’t mind below average food this is for you.

Honestly i’ve never been so appalled. The girl told me 50 minutes for delivery (we live right up the block) the food didn’t show up for 2 hours after 2 phone calls and the second phone call the girl said the driver was on his way. 25 minutes later it still never showed. So she lied. Told me to come pick it the food up 3 times during the 3 separate phone calls (including the first one) I explained to her 3 times i couldn’t leave that I have a newborn which is why I would wait for the 50 minute delivery. It turned into two hours. When the driver showed up and we opened the food the soups were cold and so was the combination platter. We ordered from here at least once a week and supported them after the cars going into the store multiple times, but now I will never order from them again after this experience. Don’t take orders if you cannot fulfill them within the time frame given, I would have ordered somewhere else if the girl was honest with me the first time and they wouldn’t have lost my business. They also forgot my homemade duck sauce I was charged for. 😡 UPDATE: So 3 months later I gave Great Wall a second chance. I asked if the order would be delivered within the time frame of 45 minutes. It was here in 40. So i ordered an order of spare ribs and two soups. I open the spare ribs and start eating. As I was eating them they smelt like raw bacon. As i began to chew the inside it was undercooked. The outside was burnt. (photo included) Pork undercooked we all know is not good. As i took each rib out of the bag they were all burnt on the outside. I have an auto immune disease and I can end up in the hospital if i eat anything undercooked. Hoping I do not get sick. I am now very very done with this place for good after this.

I made a delivery order for $33, gave a generous tip well over 20% only for me to discover that they forgot a portion of my food. I called back, they owned the mistake and sent the driver back to deliver the food. He rang the bell, placed the small paper bag of food on the floor of my front steps and ran to his car. Shrimp toast was burnt. Shrimp was lobster sauce tasted like mop water. Shrimp Lomein was dry and had a funny taste. Boneless spareribs was salty. Highly upset that $50 was wasted and everything went In the garbage. Never again.

Save your money this is the worst Chinese food I have ever taste. I ordered Shrimp chow mien with shrimp fried rice. There was no sauce in the chow mien it’s was dry rice with shrimp and veggies on top. Please save your money.

Put me on hold twice, hung up on me once, was then told they couldn't find my address on GPS and could I come pick it up. Had them spell it back to me twice they had the right address and still said they couldn't find it. I am 4 miles from there so I get it maybe too far? I would have preferred them to just tell me they don't want to deliver that far. But to say I can't find you on GPS? They really think people are that dumb? Won't be trying here again.

In this day and age of Uber eats and Door Dash you need to be efficient and competitive if you're offering an online platform for delivery. Nice people and good food, just a very long wait time

I've ordered from them several times in the past. Haven't ordered in at least a year, tried them again tonight but it's the same old story, almost a 2 hour wait time after ordering online because they are busy. What a waste of time... 1hour and 45 minutes to deliver... i called at 1 hour 35 mins... and got "we ver-wie busy... we ver-wie busy"... suddenly a broken tooth asian "show" up smiling... deliv-ry... i told him take it back.. and refund... he look scare... after i spoke with an alleged name of Chow... hmm ... Refund!!!
