I Love the Monte Cristo! It's what I get everytime. Please try it!! You will not regret it, and you won't find it anywhere else. You dip your sandwich in a raspberry jam, and its the perfect combination you never knew you needed. Your taste buds will thank me later! You're welcome. The loaded baked potato is so good, I eat the skin too. I honestly Wouldn't have it any other way. I love that the strawberry lemonade has real strawberries in it, so every other gulp you suck up a fruity treat.

My server Kevin was great! Very friendly, got our drinks and food out quickly and accurately. I got the chicken wraps before and he mentioned they changed the wraps from the red ones to the current ones and he had not tried them yet. I got them anyway and still delicious!

We got there about 9pm. They had our entire party of 9 served with drinks and dinner within 30 minutes. They were extremely busy, but everything was hot and delicious! 10/10 recommend. These guys arents playing!

This is one of the places popular for dining by locals. They are located in a cafeteria hub areas. They have parking for customers and the dining rooms are large. There is a little waiting at peak times of dinner, but not too bad. They have so many staffs who properly take care of every table.

First time visit with my wife. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. The waiter was attentive and polite. The plants and fan were different then usually ceiling fans. She got the 12oz ribeye and I got the cornmeal breaded catfish. Both were good except the tarter sauce. It tasted more relish or mustard like taste to it. Other than that it was great.

I love Cheddar’s! The variety of food that they have on the menu is amazing, and the prices are great. The service and food has always been good, and it’s never taken a very long time. My favorites are the cajun pasta and the grilled salmon, but everything else I’ve had has been enjoyable.

We arrived a little after 12, and waited no more than a minute. In fact, it was as if they were waiting for us. We ordered the onion rings and cheese foe appetizers. They were delicious and bright to us without delayed. The house salad is an excellent choice. It is an average serving. You wouldn't be able to satisfy your hunger, eating only the fresh greens. This veggie plate comes with four sides. The cheesy broccoli and red beans and rice sides are a fantastic choice. There are over 10 sides tou can select from. The onion rings were cooked properly; not soft, not crunchy, and the dip that accompanies this appetizer is a tasty house blend and traditional ranch dressing. The service was great and the best part is the pricing. For the quality of food and service, you won't be disappointed to pay the ticket. We will certainly return for seconds!

The food was very good. Everything was fresh and the hot honey buttered croissants were very good. I ended up taking some extra ones home, just that good! We also had their hot spinach dip, chicken fried chicken / twice baked potatoes and corn. Totally worth the price!! We went Saturday for my mother's birthday its not until September 11 but the service was so amazing and Cody was so sweet. He not only did an amazing job but helped us with anything we needed. I'm an early eater! My party and I came around 11:00 AM and were seated quite promptly by the hostess; the waitress was soft-spoken but diligent! She was amazing; she didn't forget any of our orders, she was courteous to make sure the apps came out before our entrees, and always checked up on us every now and then! I got a bottomless soda, and for my meal I had the country fried chicken with 2 pieces ($14.29). For my sides, I had got the loaded baked potato along with the Broccoli Casserole. When the food came out....every element on my plate was fresh-to-order. I was amazed at the quality and level of service I received this past Friday. Keep it up, Cheddar's!

Food was great for classic American dishes, meatloaf had a nice flavor to it, a little smokey. Country fried chicken was very filling and crunchy/savory. The shrimp Alfredo was creamy and rich. They also provide 1 free plate of 4 honey butter croissants which was nice, they tasted good too. Food per person was around ~$16, but lots of food that could be eaten as two meals.

Cheddar has multiple locations throughout Texas. We visited the College Station location while visiting family members. It was noon, so it was not full. The food was good, but it took way too long to serve. The kids were hungry, affecting the table mood. The waiter was sorry, but he was dependent on the kitchen. Besides the food delay, the experience was good.

Buttered Croissants, Big Fan, and Healthy Wins Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is a vibe. The atmosphere is cozy but upscale enough to feel like a treat. And can we talk about that giant ceiling fan? It’s a conversation starter every time. It adds this cool, laid-back energy to the whole place while keeping things literally and figuratively chill. Now, onto the food. First, the butter croissants. They’re warm, flaky, and slathered in honey butter, basically dessert disguised as bread. You’re going to want more than one, trust me. If you’re leaning toward healthier options, their Lemon Pepper Chicken is a great choice, light but flavorful and served with rice to keep things satisfying. The Grilled Salmon is another winner, fresh and perfectly cooked, especially when paired with some steamed veggies. Cheddar’s nails that mix of comfort food and a relaxed atmosphere.

Had the steak and fried chicken strip plate. It was decent but not mouth watering. Waitress was attentive and on time so. My biggest complaint is the size of the tables. We were a group of 6 and one us us is of good size. Originally they tried putting us in a booth but the booth was very tight for him. We asked to be moved and we're moved to a table. All good here up to here. Issue with table was that the tables were two different heights and due to occupancy of restaurant had to have two people eat on uneven surface ( about 1 " difference). So it was not the most comfortable seating....

I really don't know how to rate my last experience here. Let me start off by saying I called in a To Go order. The young lady on the phone was friendly, upbeat, professional, and helpful. Upon entering the restaurant, the host, Ben, greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. He then escorted me back to the To Go area. The young lady who assisted me there was again more than accommodating. The atmosphere here is always welcoming, and the employees go above and beyond for you. Now, the downside of this visit, I arrive at work and sit down to eat my fish and chips (although I substituted broccoli and rice for the fries). The fish is a golden brown, I take a bite, and it is undercooked. Quite a bit undercooked. So I ate the broccoli & rice along with my croissant roll. When I phoned the restaurant, the young man who answered the phone (who will remain nameless) was pleasant and apologized for the undercooked fish. I explained that I wanted to bring it to the managers attention. I also stated that I wasn't upset but thought I needed to bring the issue to the managers attention for a couple of reasons. First and foremost, they needed to know that the quality of food was coming out of the kitchen less than the standards that I've come to expect from Cheddars as a semi regular patron. The young man stated that he "didn’t know what to do in this situation but next time I came in I could mention it but he didn't think they could do anything." He took down my name and phone number. To date, no one has contacted me. I think this this situation should be a training moment from management to front-end staff. Secondly, I would've appreciated management offering me a replacement meal since I couldn't eat the fish I paid for. I guess next time I'll be one of those customers and demand a manager and throw a fit until I get my money's worth. Lesson learned.

3/17/24 We were here for lunch after church. The honey buttered croissants were a pleasant start. I had the Buffalo chicken wrap. The chicken tasted good with the Buffalo sauce not being overwhelming. The "slaw" inside the wrap had a good clean flavor. The tortilla was not good. The tortilla was not flexible as it did not mold with the filling. My wife had the chicken fried steak. The steak was a full thickness. It was NOT pounded to paper thin. The carrots were sweetened and were still a bit crunchy. The corn was sweetened well beyond nice. :(

The food here is very good a nice price range as well the inside is very beautiful and the staff is very happy and helpful nice spot to come hang out and get a cold one or a nice spot for a family dinner keep up the good work guys!!👍

The food was good I guess, but it wasn't really my cup of tea. I liked the mood that's set in there, but the booth's aren't friendly to pregnant women. I enjoyed my time with my friends, so I guess that's a plus.

We had a great dinner experience on Dec. 20 2017. Our food came in a timely manner. Our wait staff was very friendly. The food tasted very good.

Food was 3-and-a-half stars. Service was 3 stars. Cleanliness was 4 stars. Alcoholic mixed drinks 3-and-a-half stars. I ordered the cheese fries. The fries were too greasy. I also ordered the chicken pot pie. That was actually good. My niece ordered the shrimp alfredo. That was 4 out of 5 stars. My wife ordered the margarita. She said it wasn't so good. Overall, this is a good place to come eat and hang out.

Think twice before ordering curbside. I'm only giving a 3 star because at least 1 of our meals was really good and our issue was resolved, however grudgingly by the on shift manager. We ordered for 4 people today. When the food got home, we unpacked only to find out one persons entire meal was missing. I called ahead while our roommate went back to the restaurant to let them know food was missing from our order. The on shift manager asked why my roommate didn't bring the entire order back so they could "verify the meal was missing". Seriously?? I'm sorry, but I'm not having our ENTIRE order cold and gross just so you can satisfy yourself that we are not liars. After attitude, we were given the party of our order that was missing and went on our way. The packaging was poorly done. Instead off bacon queso fries, I got soft fries, bacon bits UNDER the fries, and the queso in a partially melted plastic cup which cause queso to go everywhere EXCEPT for on the fries. The chicken strips have seriously shrunk since the last time I went to Cheddars. They were tiny. The portion used to fill me up... in fact I could not finish it. After dinner tonight I was left still hungry. I'm not one to waste food. My friends bread was placed UNDER his chicken fried chicken, squishing it completely. I don't know who did training or if the ones packing the meals were just being lazy, but I will not order curbside from here again and I'm seriously considering never going to cheddars again.

Been here three times. First time ordered a steak, was cooked perfect, great taste, sides were on point, service was great after we were finally seated. Second time, apps were cold and came 2 minutes before our food. Steak overcooked; traded it for a salad which was ok but greens were older than they should be in such a busy restaurant. Visit three, my son's birthday dinner, we had some drinks. They were ok but more mixer and sugar than was reasonable. Anyway, ordered another steak, a tbone, but received a ribeye. They cooked me a tbone, there was literally, less than a finger on the filet side of the tbone and it was overcooked. I let them try one more time. It came out cooked ok (tbone is hard to cook perfectly) but the filet side was a joke still... But I was starving at this point. Steak was chewy and I only had 3 bites. We were tired of sitting there. Manager didn't even offer up a free dessert or anything for the troubles and since it was my son's birthday. I told the host and the server it was his birthday too... Not even a song or a scoppe of ice cream. We spent well over $130 for the 3 of us and 2 of the meals were burgers. Seriously.

The appetizer took 20 minutes and the entrees took 30 minutes to come out, which is not a big deal, but it was my daughter's lunch break. Maybe they were short staffed. Normally cheddar's is a good choice. The weekend before was great. Wonderful service from the waiter and all. I understand it was christmas eve so maybe they where short handed.but we would have been willing to wait for a proper reset. We had to call staff back multiple times to clean missed dirt.smashed bread under table and all.the food was a lil over cooked but I was nervous I was bugging them and didn't want them to do anything to my replacement meal. I will not be choosing them again to celebrate my birthday.

I was very disappointed with dessert I ordered the hot fudge cake Sunday. I took a big bite of ice cream and had a sour milk taste. The chicken fried steak I ordered was fresh. Very disappointed as I love Cheddars but the whole meal was a disappointment 😞 They have removed some of the best parts of the menu like ground beef from the queso, the broccoli casserole that has changed and did not taste that good. We never once received the ability to have a drink refill (never offered), or asked if we even wanted dessert. I guess she felt that since we had a machine to do her job for her than she did not need to come back. AC was blowing hard on one side of the restaurant. Everyone they tried to seat on that side of the restaurant had to be moved, rather than Cheddars turning down the AC. They serve a complimentary croissant appetizer with a sugar glaze that makes your fingers sticky, but the don't automatically bring plates. The white gravy for the chicken fried chicken was not good. We tried ordering an appetizer using the kiosk at the table, but it never arrived. The waitress said she would take it off the ticket but never did. I had to flag down a manager to get the appetizer removed from our ticket.

First of all the resturant was empty 20 guest at the most. We where seated next to a large party which fine until the father of a six year old started feeding her like an animal. The girl would take a bite of steak and throw the rest on the floor between our tables. Girlfriend had to walk out her way to avoid stepping on half eaten food. The girl would then pick up some of the food and eat it off the floor. We asked the waiter to move us away from this table and he brought out the manager. The manager first worlds 'you have a problem " we explained the situation and merely asked to be moved before we ordered. He said that would cause a disturbance. To keep from causing any more issues we just got up and left. This location really needs to have the health department inspection and new management. This will be our last visit to any Chedders locations.

I order from here at least 2 times a week for lunch at work. Every time they over charge me. I have worked in the industry before so I know they manually add their tips. So every time I purchase my meal they add on extra tips for themselves. I always looked past it until this time. I ordered a medium well steak which has some pink in the middles not a lot. This is what I received. When I called to speak with the Manager I was placed on the longest hold ever. Finally Micheal came on the line and stated that there was nothing they could do for the overcharge or the wrongly cooked steak. I informed him that is not a way to keep customers coming back he did not seem to care. I will never go back here and encourage you all reading this to think before wasting your money at this joke of an establishment.

Cockroaches!!!! A friend and I went for lunch on a Thursday. I will keep the story short. There was no cockroach when we sat down at the table. When the rolls and drinks came there was a cockroach. I noticed it because my 4 month old was reaching for it. Waited 10 minutes for our waitress to tell her and she was nowhere to be found. I was getting more grossed out and impatient so I went to the hostess stand. I thought her eyes were going to come out of her head. She said “I’ll get my manager right away and I’m so sorry that’s gross”. Waited 2 minutes for a young man and paper towels to remove cockroach. NOBODY cleaned or offered to clean the table. Manager came by and said “so sorry construction workers must have left the back door open”, and that was it she left. My problems with how the situation was handled. 1. Took almost 15 minutes to remove cockroach 2. Cleaning the table was not a priority. I wouldn’t let my son touch anything in there after. GROSS. 3. Not listening when told it probably came out with the food because it wasn’t there sitting down. And was right by the rolls on the table. 4. Treating us like it was our fault THEY had Roaches! I have never been so grossed out and disappointed with service. YUCK! In the picture I set my glass on it to keep it from moving after a smash, because it was still kicking. And pushed the rolls away to get it further from food. Advice!!! If you still want to eat there make sure you witness them clean your table.

My friend and I both ordered our steaks well done. They clearly were not. The flies were awful. Our waiter was attentive, he was the best thing about our visit.

Pasta was extremely dry spoke with the manager about this issue and and he wasn’t so helpful. The manager also refused to give me his name this was very unprofessional $18 for a dry pasta is ridiculous I would recommend this location

Both our salmon and ribs were way overcooked. The waiter was attentive and offered to recook the salmon. It, as well, was way overcooked and inedible. Also the bourbon glaze tasted scorched or burnt so that definitely didn’t help the flavor of the salmon. Hope the kitchen staff do better next time.

Came in last night with my family. The food was trash the server act like she didn’t want to be there I ask for well done they give you a bloody ribeye I was so disappointed I will never be back

Went in with the wife and kids on a Sunday afternoon, a party of seven. We had Charlee, according to Mason, one of their best. We’ll get back to him in a few. From the beginning she was brief and looked like she’d rather be anywhere else. Like we were a burden, which I’d rather be somewhere else also but that’s not my job. She took our drink orders and came back. I asked again for lemons with my water. After taking our order about thirty minutes or so into it she comes out and tells me the t bone will be another twenty minutes and would I like to order something else. So I ordered a different entree and asked again for lemons. All interactions with her were brief. My meal comes out after family already pretty much finished theirs but honestly my kids were restless so not the biggest deal. The steak! The steak was well done! I mean look I know this isn’t Porter’s or salt grass but I asked for medium rare. Medium would’ve been ok but come on people….. you’re killing me. When we got the check she just put it on the table and said here you go. Like what in the world. Terrible service, like What did we do? I even asked the waitress, Was there an issue with me or my family? She said no why? I asked for her manager. Mason to the rescue, Mr Mason comes up with his massive arms both hands on the back of the chair leans in and asks what the issue was. I told him about the night. You’d think he would be like man I am so sorry about that anything we could’ve done to make the night better. Negative, he says that doesn’t sound like Charlee she’s one of our best. Like wow wonderful experience. Look guy, talking to you Mason. I doubt you’re the general manager, or training manager but if one of my guys made a customer upset I would have apologized on behave of that employee and I would have done my best to correct the situation. Instead you dismissed my complaints and told me that she was one of your best! I expected more from a store that just won a 2025 diamond star award. In closing all I have to say is that was bad service, bad management, and a bad steak. So sad that the only time I’ll be able have a good cheddars experience is when I go to Conroe.

Worst experience I’ve ever had while dining with family. Upon arrival, the hostess asked if we would like to be seated on the patio, at the time the weather was nice. After about 15 minutes the wind picked up and it felt like it dropped 10 degrees (this was not the fault of the establishment, that is not why I have a low rating for them) We asked if we could move inside, they stated that they would move us as soon as a table came available. Appetizers were brought prior to drinks being brought out although the appetizer was ordered after drinks. My water had what looked like a huge dead bug floating in the top, the waitress gave it to me anyways and there is no way someone could have missed that. We asked for a new water with lemon, she sat the old one down on the table behind us and a new water never came. At this time almost an hour had passed and we were still waiting on a table inside. They brought the food out, it was cold by the time it hit the table. We asked for to go boxes and the check so that we could leave. Within 5 minutes of this someone else came outside and said “hey sorry, but we can move you in now.” We decided that since our food was already cold, the waitress already had a horrible attitude with us, and dead bugs are added as extra protein to drinks that it was in our best interest to leave.

Food was great the service is something else I went here wanting an enjoyable experience. Everything was going good but after we ordered the drinks it took 15 minutes for our drinks. After we got our drinks we ordered our food and it took an hour and when I say a hour I mean 4 uno games. DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG 4 UNO GAMeS are with 5 people.

Tuesday 14 Oct we had lunch there. We ordered different meals with mixed drinks. I had a frozen margarita. I couldn't drink half of it before my throat tightened up. After lunch I went to home Depot. By the time I left home Depot I was sick. I live 40 miles away. Stopped 4 times to dry heaves. Was constipated, bad. Couldn't pass gas, swelled up like a basket ball. Was two in morning before I could go to bathroom. My wife got the worst case of diarrhea she ever had. I still had dri heaves the next day. I won't go back. An update. Chedders had a company contact me consernig my complaint. I repeated what was in my review plus some. Took two weeks to get over the food poisoning I got there. I informed her that I wasn't going to sue or ask for any other stuff. But she specifically asked me again if I was going to file on them. It appears to me that my health wasn't a concern, just wanted to know if I would sue. My advice to you is any time you suspect food poisoning from a restaurant you immediately go to an ER.

I recently visited this location with my three children, and while we were seated promptly upon arrival, the service that followed was extremely disappointing. After being escorted to our table, no server came by to greet us, or even take our drink order. We sat for approximately 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. During this time, I noticed two other families arrive after us, and both were attended to almost immediately. Their servers introduced themselves, took drink orders, and made them feel welcomed, while my table was overlooked completely. As a parent dining with 3 kids, it was frustrating and uncomfortable to feel ignored in such a visible way. What made the experience more concerning was not just the lack of attention, but the sense that our presence wasn’t valued at all. Customer service and hospitality are a major part of dining out, and unfortunately this visit reflected the opposite. Based on this experience, I will not recommend this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works with the staff to improve attentiveness and professionalism, as no guest should feel disregarded the way we did.

Disappointed in our experience today. We arrived at 12:56p, after church. More than 20 minutes went by and not a single server came to even ask our drink order. There were 7 of us, not hard to miss. We decided to place an order to-go. There were 2 orders. Manager refunded partial of one and not ours which was the larger of the 2 orders as the order they did credit was for 1 person while ours was for 6. To make matters worse, in addition to not offering to credit our almost $50+ bill, having 3 fussy children who are hungry and thirsty, we weren’t even offered to-go drinks or a coupon/future credit, nothing! Very disappointed! We finally left at 1:50pm with both orders and are heading home to eat. We don’t expect much but to just ignore us and then not try to make it better for all parties involved just demonstrates poor customer service.

Taste wise its just like any other chain restaurant. But what wasn't fine was the behavior and our order. Along with our pasta, grill and chicken we also had two coffee and a cheesecake . The coffee is supposed to be unlimited refill. We just wanted one refill at 9:15 PM and they said they don't have any pre coffee. (The shop closes at 10). For anything else I could have understood but for coffee??? The cheesecake was stale and hard af. The server was pretty rude after he told us there is no coffee and just said use the machine at table to pay if you are not paying by cash, didn't even ask if we want to order something else. Which we would have, but oh well. There are better places.
