Gabrielle is the best. She always has a smile for customers, always makes good conversation, and always seems like she's having fun while doing her job well. I like the food here, but Gabrielle and the staff at the Norco, CA location make the experience enjoyable as well. I highly recommend this establishment.

FABULOUS💖!! One of my top 3 places to get fast food. As I live a healthy lifestyle and I am a vegetarian as well. So getting food here is great, delicious & good for you too😉 I would love to add that they make excellent burritos here. They put in alot of food so it is more than fair for what you pay for!! Very nice and welcoming staff and atmosphere. ❇Note: I discovered that you can add extra beans, rice, or mix beans or rice too!! Which is always a nice option. 😍My favorite: Black beans, white rice, extra cheese, sour cream burrito 😘

First time I tried a burrito. And have to say it was amazing. especially the red sauce it's was hot, and you can feel it in your mouth flaming up. But not spicy it was perfectly balanced.

Chelsey and the crew here are amazing. This is the best chipotle on the planet. I would drive another 50 miles just to eat at this specific Chipotle. Literally all of the staff are amazing/friendly. 11/10.

Very clean restaurant, fast service, and great food. Usually never have any problems but if something arises it is fixed right away by the great staff there. Two thumbs up!

My mom just turned 90. She visits Chipotle in Norco several times a week. She has list 50 pounds, and is off most of her meds, because the food is so healthy and the people are so loving. They brought her a birthday present and a card signed by all the staff. 💕💕💕

Did someone say steak burrito?! I personally love chipotle I dont know why you would say otherwise. My steak was fresh along with some killer white rice sour cream goodness and some fresh green lettuce, with the slight crunch and wonderful flavor. Employees here are excellent and go above and beyond for their customers, thank you chipotle, thank you

The food is so good, and the menu feels much healthier than a burger joint. There is socially-distanced seating available on the patio; there are about a dozen tables, several of which have big umbrellas. It sometimes can get a little breezy, so put something weighty on your napkins.

We loved this place! I ate the Kids Quesadilla (veggie instead of beans) and I loved all of these especially the peppers/onion mixture that are my absolute favorite because I LOVE the vegetables! We'll come back as soon as month! It's worth the price!

Ordered my food through grubhub about 6pm on 08/25/21. Putting the date and time down to hopefully give credit to the workers this day. They did an amazing job! The food had arrived to me 15 min sooner then expected. My daughter hadn't been feeling well and hasn't eaten much. She is now enjoying her quesadilla and watching finding nemo and feeling much better. They had made her night, my fathers and mine. Food turned out amazing. My dad had never had Chipotle till now and he is a fan now. Thank you for all the hard work you do during these tough times. Your effort makes our lives better <3 stay safe

This location is awesome. Staff is very friendly and fast. Many Chipotles have a long line but usually when I go here I am in and out burrito in hand in just a few minutes. Clean restaurant and I like the outside patio seating during the day if it's not too hot.

This is by far my favorite chipotle location. If you come here you will receive the very best attitudes and quick service. The employees are awesome and they give you the best customer service I ever seen. The food is cooked right and it’s always clean here. Every time I come at any time of day, they are always on top of things. They have a great manger which means they have a great staff. Excellent service!!!!

I just wanted to say our host, I believe her name was Katelyn, was super sweet, especially working so late. My boyfriend and I came after the gym and the food was amazing, warm, and the store was clean. I want to give props specifically to the staff working yesterday night (8/30/23) around 9 PM, they deserve all the recognition!

This is a late post.... WHILE visiting my daughter and her wife we ordered Chipotle from the Norco location and loved EVERYTHING. I even enjoyed the leftovers the next day with my limited quantity diet. I'm definitely ordering from here again in the future. This is also my daughter in laws favorite restaurant. Keep up the great service CHIPOTLE in Norco on Hamner👈🏽😁😍✌🏼🥳🥰

I Love Chipotle! I have visit here at least once a week for dinner. This restaurant is always clean, well stocked and has lots of options for seating inside and and out. The Staff is always friendly and their meats are always fresh and cooked perfectly! The chicken is always so juicy and tender! Mad Props to the chef! All of their toppings are fresh and well stocked too. If you're looking for lunch, dinner or just wanting to snack on some chips and guac, this is the place!

Food is always great, and they have a nice big dinning area. Clean bathrooms and an outdoor area whoch has maybe 7 tables. The wait staff though needs to be a little patient with customers, they were kind of rude, saw how one customer was treated, staff talked to him condicendingly and like she could not wait to get off her shift. Same with the cashier... a little smile would not hurt or could it? 😆

I have tried many Chipotle locations across Southern California, but this one is by far my favorite. The staff here are always friendly, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. They are willing to go above and beyond just to make sure you are happy with your order. Everything feels fresh, clean, and well organized every time I visit. It is clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Highly recommend this location to anyone who loves great service and good food.

If you want something quick and simple this is the place for you. You can pick whatever you want in your burrito or tacos or salad or bowl. The price of course has gone up and the flavors somehow also changed 🤔

I like the location and I've been there many times. Tried online ordering a chicken salad but would not do it again cuz they only gave me half the quantity of lettuce I would have requested if I were there in person. But what i did like was that they were able to modify my orfer a little before it was given to me.

Food is good but prices have gotten out of control. $18 for a burrito, chips and a drink? Only going to get worse next year when minmuim wage goes up to $20 an hour

Food was okay. I got barbacoa it was tough & not shredded like I'm used to. The portions were mediocre at best. Im used to getting it piled on without having to ask for more helpings. Will I go back? If it's the only establishment nearby. I might have to try another location or it might just be the server but felt like it was deliberate service to save a buck.

I usually LOVE Chipotle but the last few times I have been disappointed, not as fresh, and rice tastes different, unsure what's going on over there, but the steak bowl I am eating now is not all that great, the meat is over cooked, the rice dry, and well like I said, just not as fresh. I sure hope it's better next time because this was always my go to spot in the past 2 years, and the last few months, not so much. Disappointed.

I had ordered a bowl through the app to pick up in 30 minutes. 30 minutes exactly is when I got to the store and my bowl wasn't even started yet. Food was great, but had to wait for them to finish with 2 other customers before my bowl was started. Always a fan of Chipotle though!!

This is a good chipotle, just disappointed as the cashier swapped my burrito with another person’s. I knew which one I had but they had the audacity to tell me no this one is yours. Went home hoping I was wrong, ending up eating half of this dude’s amalgamation of a burrito. Be cognizant of where your burrito is at all times.

Ok so it’s no secret I’m a large man (body builder). I eat more than the average person and I get that. So I order a triple chicken bowl. I figure why beat around the bush. I don’t mind paying for it I just need to eat. So I get really upset when someone tries to give me less than what I’m paying for. I literally told the kid on the makeline I’ll pay 22 dollars for my bowl but it has to make sense. Triple is triple. It’s not x1.5, x2, or x2.5. It’s x3. Then I get to the end and she rings it up for 18 dollars. Not everyone rings it up the same so I ran the card. I thought maybe she was being cool after I had to fight for the correct portion as I ordered it. So after she runs the card she goes, there’s a separate transaction for $4.30. I very calmly look at her with mild disgust but I just say ok and I hand her a 5 dollar bill. That girl had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my change and never gave me a receipt. Can we maybe hire an adult to work here on a Sunday morning?

I normally love Chiplote but the rice was hard and old. The booth was filthy and hadn't looked like it had been cleaned in a long time along with the floors that were very nasty will not be returning to this location.

Rice and beans had the flavor and quality but lacked the quantity. Protein was about right. Fajita veggies were looking old and nearly none left, I asked for some but unfortunately, the employee tried to give me the leftovers and not ask for more to be made. Lettuce and cheese servings are also not given much of.

The service was great the atmosphere was also great however I didn't like the taste of the food A lot of people talk about how good it is so I decided to try it. I did not like the food at all. I just didn't set right with me. I ended up throwing my food away after the bite. What's okay for some people may not be great for others. Personally I won't ever eat there again but that is my choice.

It was not very good today...usually better. Both the carnitas and the guac were watery. The guac also had unripe avacado in it, with a bunch of dark brown material (probably from the seed or skin). It was inedible, although I tried. In the end I was hoping I wouldn't get sick from it.

I expect franchise restaurants to be the same as far as portion size, ingredients and quality are concerned. In several occasions, in this place they put less veggies, and less meat in my plate in comparison to other Chipotle places. I live in the neighborhood, but after the second incident I have avoided this place. Not a good business practice.

I don't know if it was an unlucky day but quality has gone downhill since my last visit. pulled meat was not pulled and had fatty chunks. my paper bag was overloaded and ripped (lucky I was quick or food would have been lost). and "fruit" for kids meal was a single unripe cutie 😑, seriously even their mother company McDonald's gives you apple slices!

I ordered from Uber eats and I got my meals the time that was given. My steak burrito bowl was completely cold. I had to reheat in my microwave which wasn’t great because I had lettuce and guacamole on it. The burrito was completely cold as well and was also reheated in the microwave. And the chips were stale. Worst experience and very dissatisfied.

Whatever you do don’t order ahead for pickup. They’re super stingy with the protein, I ordered three bowls and all three had just a few pieces of protein with the majority of it being rice. We even ordered and payed extra for the new steak flavor and we got literally 3 pieces. This has happened on two separate occasions. I’d recommend going in person where you can actually see them make it in front of you.

Lately has been getting worse and worse. I just went inside ordered a bowl and chips. I get home read like no chips in the bag. no big deal try and call (3 times) to see if I can get them next time. No answer on 3 calls. Decided to go back to get my chips. The guys seemed annoyed when I told him, didn’t say a single word to me. Terrible customer service.

I was here years ago and now we notice a completely different management. Everything was dirty and the food it doesn't taste as good as before. Chips were old. I asked to switch for a other ones and it was the same old taste. Hopefully they get better because is a very good location but very poor management. Bathroom was with not toilet paper and dirty as well.

I order from here every now and then because it’s local, but their portion sizes for their meat is always very under portioned , especially for the prices. The last bowl I ordered, maybe had four pieces of Carne Asada. Essentially, if you do not order double meat, you won’t receive enough for a full meal.

This location clearly lacks leadership and supervision. The employees were young high school kids who had the music turned way up and they also had their own additional music playing in the back. The last two times I ordered here they were also out of key ingredients such as sour cream, guacamole, lettuce and chips.

I come here often bc I enjoy Chipotle and it’s the closest one to my home. The food here is pretty good. The atmosphere and service is horrific.. Employees blast music, are not friendly, and do not pay attention to customers. They look like they are miserable... They consistently say they are out of items like cheese and fajita veggies so order it online. The food is good, everything else is horrible.

Flavor and service wise I love it! Great. I love ordering online and picking up saves lots of time specially when you only have half hour lunch. The reason for the two stars is because I tried giving them so many chances with the salad. But I'm aways disappointed with the result. I went in the other day a got a burrito bowl a. Large chip. Went i got to my car and looked in the bag i noticed the chips were not put in the bag so i went back in .the girl said she couldent remember putting them in i said well you must have forgot. First trip: couldn’t identify what foul tasting, gray substance was amongst my guacamole and beans. Throw burrito away. Second visit: was forced to order here do to someone’s generous offer of picking up lunch. Figured there’s no way they mess up a quesadilla right? Boom. Dump session that last so long I start to vomit. In no way I recommend ordering from this band of careless teens. Suspicions of poor kitchen hygiene and perhaps hijinks from the youngsters is happening. Thank you and god bless

Never leave reviews. But this place blows. Charged extra for guacamole and get absolutely nothing. Burritos are so small it’s actually concerning. This has happened here multiple times.

This particular Chipotle is not the best. The rice is ALWAYS old and the chips are BENDABLE AF...no crisp or crunch. However, the customer service is always great...not so much the food.

Poorly managed location. A bunch of kids running around not taking initiative and not paying attention to the customer. Don't scream and celebrate in the back about something when you have a line of customers out the door and service already at a snail's pace. And running out of chips? How does that happen?

This place has messed up my delivery multiple times Causing me to drive back to the store which completely defeats the whole point of paying the delivery driver. Politely asked for anything that can be done for this happening So many times. Girl comes back with her manager and says they can give me a recovery meal, I gave her the name in which the order was made with and she gave me specific instructions to come back with that name and I’d get a free entree. Today I tried doing that and after my food was already made and prepared, instead of trusting the customer they said they had no record of that name so I cannot have my food, so instead it’s getting thrown away because this guy is an idiot

I love me some Chipotle, but this location always disappoints. Last time I went I had to wait a couple minutes for someone to come out and ring me up so I could leave. Today I got a burrito to go so i could eat before class. The burrito wasn't properly wrapped and over stuffed with lettuce so while eating in the parking lot it completely fell apart and made a mess and I got it on my clothes and my car. Would not recommend this location at all. Go to the Miguel's across the street or make the drive to another location for a better experience.

Don't know... I don't know if it's all locations or just this one. But, I got next to nothing in my chicken bowl, and the prices have increased. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. This is the "negatives" of the owners "business decision".By that I mean he/she/...they😒, decided to cut costs by cutting your portions and inflating the price. Sure one or the other is a given, but doing both is pure greed. I'll just buy laxatives and Chipotle sause from now on Same price, same end results. In all seriousness. Its time for this franchise to meet its end. Side rant: If companies were smart they'll lower their prices because most people are learning how to replicate their favorite dishes and services. The weak companies will go for the "quick buck" by inflating prices and limiting portions/ services. Smart companies will stay the same and even lower prices which will bring more business and with that a more competitive status in employment opportunities which will ultimately drow the competition. Time to short $CMG 😈

I eat chipotle literally almost every day but visiting this store has been a mistake. The food quantity you get is half of any other chipotle location and the staff lady, she had an "leave asap and never come back" kinda expression.

Am so disappointed because hubby and i are going to bed hungry. The food we ordered and paid for never got delivered. After waiting 1hr, i later found out the order was cancelled. No one communicated with me, so i can make other plans. I hope i get my money back soon as they were quick to charge my acct.

The service was terrible. When asked for my order the lady repeated back to me what rice and beans I wanted, then nearly put the wrong beans. She handed my food over to the next lady who had an extremely sour demeanor. I asked for a little hot sauce and she dumped a bunch on my food, followed by contempt when I asked for more sour cream and cheese. Upon eating my food, I found that the rice tasted plain. The hot sauce that was dumped on it was overbearing. The chips were stale. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here. I'd rather visit Popeyes up the street.

Too many workers and they all didnt know what they were doing. After ordering our food I asked for tortillas and he burnt them cause he forgot them so he had to make new ones. I also ordered chips and I had to wait the registered girl had to stop take her drawer out and go get my chips took 10mins. She came back and I asked why so long she said she couldn't leave her registered so she took it with her. I looked around and it was very messy there. Last place I will go again. Very unsatisfying

Got a long piece of straight hair in my food while it was in my mouth!!!!! My hair is curly. PUT A HAIR NET STOP TRYING TO LOOK CUTE WITH YOUR LITLE SIDE HAIRS ON THE SIDE OF YOUR HAT YOU’RE NOT. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

Horrible service. I did an online order and it wasn't ready by the time I was given. The business is having their customers wait outside, the employees are calling the customers by name from peeking their head out the door, kind of like being at the doctors office. You have no choice but to wait in the cold until your name is being called. Waited in the cold for about an hour and there's no other way for them to contact you. I tried speaking with a manager, called approximately 5 times and no one answers. An employee should wait outside with their customers. Horrible.

I've been going to this location since it opened. The service has definitely gone down hill. This is the 1st time that I've actually decided to write a review pertaining to the service and the food. I went in today and purchased 2 bowls. As the server was preparing my second bowl with steak, cheese, and guacamole I asked for fajitas but they were out and the wait was 5 minutes, and I didnt have time to wait. The server was new, at least I had never seen him before. I had to tell him to give me more steak as he had only given me an extremely small portion which was not a normal portion. As I was paying for my 1st order the server proceeded to put cheese and guacamole in my bowl. As I returned to my office I sat down to eat my lunch and was surprised to see that the server had only given me a very small amount of cheese, it was really a sprinkle of cheese. This made me very upset. I went back to the Chipotle only to be told by the manager that I was wrong and this was in fact the the correct amount of cheese. This really didn't help the situation as it only upset me more. He didn't care that I was a long time client and that this had never happened before. Instead he proceeded to tell me how I was wrong and that was that. I asked him for my money back, I will not be going to this location again. As I was waiting, a couple sitting at a table expressed their concerns and disappointments at the food portions as well. I got my money and left.

This place is horrible. We ordered delivery when we got it it was terrible. No meat or rice our bowls were filled with lettuce. Also all our food was cold. When we called the manager Gabby said she would replace our food whenever we wanted just say that Gabby said it was ok. We called today and spoke to Willy the acting manager. He was incredibly rude he said Gabby knew nothing of this so he could not do anything for us. I told him we had a receipt and her name written down. He said he could do nothing for us. Never eat here.

Not worth it!! Overpriced and smaller portions. And when you ask for extra (even though you’re paying for extra) they put 5 grains of rice? Really? Keep your precious food. FYI when someone is allergic to something you should change your gloves and make sure that specific ingredient(s) doesn’t touch the food. Shameee!!!!

Terrible customer service. I had a question on an extra chicken charge when I didn’t ask for extra, I just got the chicken on the side and management was very rude. Didn’t offer any solutions and was just expecting me to pay for it when I didn’t order extra chicken. I never write reviews, but I am very upset at how I was treated.

This Chipotle location is borderline disgusting & extremely poor customer service by ARELY. How do you run out of Berry Agua Fresca at 6:30 pm and claim you do not have anymore for the rest of the day when you close at 11pm. The iced tea container is wide open. Trash overflowing and the condiment counter looks like it hasn't been organized or cleaned for hours. ARELY was rude when I asked for more Berry Agua Fresca and was not concerned that they did not have anymore. The food at Chipotle is good but this location is gross and customer service is horrible. Chipotle Business Manager: Before you respond acting like you care with your customer service website, I already posted my review, I do not need to post another complaint on your feedback website. Send me a personal email address or phone number so I can speak to someone directly. Not your overseas customer service phone number.

I come to this location often and I normally love all of the staff really great energy however, today I came in and there was a cashier with a nose piercing, and she was honestly the worst person I’ve ever seen in a customer service position . She had horrible energy very rude. I don’t even know why she’s here, if she hates her job that much she should get another one .

Normally when I eat here at this location, I have to deal with 1 rude team member and their rude manager but luckily for me, this person was serving my food this time around! This team member is incredibly rude and hostile towards customers. The food is ok at best but some team members including the manager are completely rude and lack common respect for their PAYING customers. I will never return to this location. I do not like dealing with rude people especially when I am a paying customer. I understand that customers can oftentimes be rude as well. However, I do my best to be kind and respectful, but do not treat your customers poorly and expect them to continue returning. Avoid this Chipotle and eat something else... It's not worth the headache or frustration of dealing with adults that behave like rude children...

Went to pick up my order, got home and there was no chicken in my kids meal! Went back told the young lady Hispanic with a nose ring I was missing the chicken , her response was so you want a side of chicken! No apology just handed me the side of chicken! Got home and instead of my tortillas there was a quesadilla TOTALLY MESSED UP MY ORDER!! Worst service ever!!

I did a DoorDash order and they excluded the guac and salsa. This is not the first time this happened. DoorDash refused to refund my order so I paid for a bowl without guac and salsa due to chipotles negligence.

To start I would not even give this store one star...from the beginning we walked in the place looked dirty but we were hungry...when we got to the counter the guy with all the face piercing and beard told us they were out of guacamole wow! That's something you should state to the customers waiting in line instead of telling them when they get to the counter....every one looked sloppy and unkeeped ...huge problem was the guy working with food serving customers with no hair net on his beard and facial piercing that aren't even allowed... food businesses require food workers to remove all facial earrings and other jewelry when performing activities around food. Nose piercings, like any other earrings, can harbor germs and can cause cross-contamination. Touching the nose piercing and other facial jewelry during cooking can contaminate utensils and food...and people wonder why Chipotle has so much problems with customers getting sick...we walked out didn't even eat there knowing we might be having facial hair in our food or getting sick...The district manager should probably get health code and management training for In N Out Burger....In N Out knows what's up

I come here often for lunch. About once a week. The food is always great, I love Chipotle, but I came in and their kitchen hood wasn't working, and so they didn't have any chicken, steak, or chorizo. I always get the chicken. They had a sign up on their spit guard window, but their sign did not say anything about them not having fajitas. I always get fajitas as well. So when I started my order, I wasn't aware they didn't have fajitas available due to their kitchen hood not working. I asked the person at the register what they were doing for clients to compensate them for not having the items available, the person simply said, "nothing". I continued my purchase, with items that I don't normally purchase and with my bowl half full compared to what I normally get. I don't think this is fair, having to pay full price for a bowl that's half empty when compared to a normal purchase, and for having multiple items missing. If they would have offered half price, or some sort of compensation for this, then I wouldn't have wrote this negative review. This isn't the first time they have items missing, but this time there were multiple items missing, and no compensation to any of the clients.

Terrible customer service. They forgot the rice on my burrito bowl. The kids build your taco only came with taco shells and cheese. The other order was filled maybe half way, if that! We spoke to the store employees and they did not care at all. Don't recommend.

I went to purchase 2 burrito bowls today and when I went to pay I was told I was going to be charged extra for the salsas, sour creams, and corns because they were on the side and not on the bowls. I asked since when did this extra charge appear and I didn't get a straight answer. I have been ordering all my orders this way because my food inside the bowls gets soggy since we don't eat it right away. If this is the case the customer should be notified prior to putting the lid on the bowl or you need to create signs that inform the customer of these changes and let us decide what is more convenient for us as consumers. I am very upset about this experience. Additionally, when I ordered through the app some of my sides were missing and our bowls were half full but prices continue to increase. I understand that a lot of things continue to change. However, this was the last straw and I do not appreciate the service I was given today or in the past. I do not want anybody to have the same horrible experience that I had. Therefore, I will not recommended it to anyone. I hope these policies change otherwise more customers will endure the same experiences I have. This is not very professional or acceptable.

To be clear, Chipotle is always very good food however I was hesitant to order anything from this location after doing a bathroom trip before ordering. A male employee was in the bathroom used the facilities and left the bathroom WITHOUT washing his hands. When I joined my wife to order I noticed he was the cashier, so I didn't panic or say anything, then he departed to the back and a young lady took over, so crisis averted and we ordered. But it makes me wonder what kind of sanitary training happens at the Chipotle in Norco!

Food is great and fresh. The atmosphere is very boring. It’s always messy. The area you get your drink, napkins and utensils is either always dirty, sticky or they’re out of forks. It’s always the forks! You walk in and not a single person greets you. The attitude the servers have are wild. Just a bunch of kids with attitudes. After you pay. Don’t expect a thank you!

Bad customer service kicked me out one min before opening because they werent “open” what is 60 seconds going to do to you ? wish there was an option for a 0 star! when i clearly told her i could wait because my car was in the shop and the winds were horrible. When you walk into this place, walk up to the steamline and look at the uncovered meats. You will see they are ALL very dry, not hot, but barely warm, and uncovered. This is a bacteria breeding zone, in each and every separated container.

I’m going to start off by acknowledging that we did get there about 10mins before they closed on 12/16/25 but if the restaurant is open then the employees shouldn’t give such terrible attitude to a paying customer. My husband and I got salads and the girl helping us had such a snotty attitude, she would also serve my husband big scoops of food but she would barely put anything on the spoon for my plate, once we were getting ready to pay my husband asked for some dressing and she said they didn’t have anymore. My husband was bummed out and said he couldn’t eat the meal as a whole without the dressing and the employees response was “well, you don’t have to eat it” (eye roll) grabbed the 2 plates and threw them away. I hope I don’t ever have to come back to this location. I can understand a bad day but it shouldn’t cloud good Customer Service. Go at your own risk to this location.

I’ve worked in fast food all my life including chipotle and have never even thought about speaking to a customer the way one girl did here. She was extremely rude and dismissive. I understand places get busy and people have hard days but you don’t go and take it out on someone u don’t even know. I left without getting anything and won’t b back.

I picked two chicken bowls; the portions were the worst I have ever had in any restaurant. Owner, regional manager, store manager, you just lost the entire family business. We all promised never to buy food from your place as a family. Look at the portion. Training your employees better, PLEASE. Awful waful

I placed an online pickup order at the earliest time available, but after eating the food, I experienced diarrhea, headaches, and nausea. I've never gotten sick from food before in my life, so this was an awful experience. I still have a lingering headache and feel nauseous, making it impossible to do anything. It seems like this restaurant doesn’t prepare fresh ingredients in the morning but rather uses leftovers from the previous day. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I ordered a bowl and the hispanic gentleman helping me with long hair and mustache was skimpy and did not care at all. I asked for corn and he says they ran out. And the next customer asks for corn and the lady helping him out goes to the back gives him corn. I understand it’s just corn but come on, lying in front of a customer and then your coworker grabs more. If you didn’t know there was more in the back at least check, thats pure laziness. I barely even had rice, don't be skimpy when it is close to closing time, at least get rid of your inventory so it doesn't waste.

Portions are tiny. My bowl was half empty. The layer of rice was so thin i could see the bottom of the bowl.
