Stoped while on the road and ate a Jr with med fries and tea, which by the way was fresh. RR was clean and dining room was clean too. Being from out of town was just total accident that picked that store
First time to visit the BK in Conroe in Many Years. The Service was Great and the Food was Hot and Fresh!!! I just wished they opened Before 6am. Highly Recommend the Burger King in Conroe!!!

I went to the BK on 336 N in Conroe, and it was awful. So I tried this one. My food was fresh, I didn't have to wait long to be waited on. The food was hot! The staff was friendly and the establishment was clean.
One of their better locations for sure..for a quick lunch it's quick and easy..I always use drivethru..can't speak for indoor dining..convenient and great prices..

Fast and accurate. What else could ya ask for during a lunch break. My food was fresh, correct and delicious. Have you seen the new value menu? If you haven't, check it out. Great food at an even better price.
My grandson loved,he ate so fast, I said slow down and he said grandma this is so good can I keep eating it for now, I may want another one. I said eat your way but you can not eat another one and he said ok and did not slow down
Unfortunately, I am dieting with WW. I discovered the 5.00 your way on a moment of weakness. Oh my goodness, what a find. A choice of sandwiches I chose chicken Jr., A freakingly fresh hot fries ( unusual fresh and hot ), 4 nuggets, (which are dog treats), and a tiny little drink.
Ordered ice cream in a cup. The cup wasn't full. When my husband mentioned there wasn't much ice cream in the cup the gal said well...it's more than what's in a cone. Unfortunately she failed to think we were NOT getting the cine. Can't compare apples to oranges. No need to be rude. 🤷♀️

The Conroe Burger King us the best within 50 miles. Food is hot and the order is always prepared correctly unlike most of the others in the vicinity. Best BK in these parts.

Kudos to the young man working the drive thru around 7 pm on 8/10! He had a bright smile and was very friendly. I had to wait a few minutes, but my food was fresh and hot, so it was worth it. Will definitely be back to this location.
I don't know if this Burger King is under new management or what. But please keep it up. Every time i come to this particular Burger King no matter breakfast, lunch or dinner the food is fresh and made to order. Thank you to the cooks and the workers. This is the Burger King from back in the day.
They consistently deliver their menu. Their Whopper Jr actually looks like their advertising. Their fries are also always fresh and crisp.
03/17/2025 Monday this is the one in Conroe on Dallas Street across the street from CVS pharmacy. Everything's good at Burger King the only thing that is not acceptable in my point of view is you're only allowed to use your receipt code once a month which is not good for business where Whataburger in McDonald's let you use the codes all the time Burger King should change their policy about the codes on the back of the receipt so a customer can use them all the time instead of once a month cost of living is expensive enough that's all I have to say Amen.
I always get the same thing every time I go there. The impossible Whopper meal. It tastes better than the actual Whopper. The only thing I don't like is them not lightly salting the fries either they have too much salt or they can only do without salt. And the drinks always usually have a slight mold taste to them. Other than that I don't have an issue with them and I like Burger King better than McDonald's.

The service it’s extremely nice; food was freshly made, and the place is very clean. They have a very honest staff, after picking up my family from the airport we stopped there on our way back to Dallas.... long story short... I forgot my purse in the booth. I called about an hour later, and they told me the purse was there in their office, an hour later I picked up, and everything was intact! I am extremely grateful to them.
I was in here just a few minutes ago i ordered some fries and a drink went to pay and my card was locked i told her just a minute i didn't have good enough signal i had to go outside to unlock it. The woman taking my order was so nice she said no problem. When i came back inside to pay for my order she said no and paid for it for me. thank you again ive never had anyone do anything like that for me and to the supervisor yall have great employee she seemed so happy just to do something for me that i had to stop across street at 7/11 Just to write this review and acknowledged her she has great customer service and deserved to be complimented for it. Thanks again completely turned my day around.
Great Ch'king Sandwich!! Fries were hot and fresh, though a bit too salty for my taste. Employees were nice and attentive AND got our order correct!! Lemonade was perfect, not too sweet and very lemony. Good eats!
One of the best Burger King restaurants I have visited. So much better than any chain burger place in Colorado Springs. Lots of burger places in Conroe Texas but this one is real good. Seems like the people working there actually have pride in what they do.
Manager was very helpful and took his time to fix a mistake the other store off North loop created. Will only be coming to this location in the future! Great customer service and not combative like the unprofessional manager at the other location! Very eager to help me and fix my issue and offered to fix the food that was made incorrectly! Even though it wasn’t his stores mistake!!
I went through the drive through at 10:50 AM. Craving breakfast. Instead of just telling me no, they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. The manager compromised and made me 2 breakfast bacon. Egg and cheese croissants, fresh and delicious, and I got an iced coffee. This is customer service.
My kids had not had Burger King in so long because they are always for McDonalds. They were pleasantly surprised and so was I. Our Whoppers were GREAT! The fries were fresh and crisp! Excellent service!

This Burger King location restored my faith in Burger King as a company…. To be honest Burger King is typically my least favorite fast food burger and fast food restaurant at other locations. But this location is genuinely great. Their burgers are more flavorful and well cooked than other locations and have kind of changed my opinion on the Burger King chain. The staff are always friendly as well. I got the how to train your dragon meal here months ago and the SpongeBob meal most recently and both were a memorable and pretty delicious experience.

Everything was spot on but they did forget a small fry. Its more of the ordering online cause if you use some kind of coupon or so, you cant modify your burger if you needed to like if you were alergic to something.
Terrific food at this location and the staff is really friendly. I took off a star because their drink mix is horrible! That is not what a Coca-Cola is supposed to taste like, or any other drink they have, and it has a tap water taste. No filter. So sadly you only get 3/4 the meal. Other than that, very quiet, very cozy, and pretty clean.
Nice updated Burger King. Burger King's food is pretty consistent so if you've been to Burger King you know what it's like. Only weird thing was that there seem to be a lot of indigents there mid afternoon. I've been to this Burger King before and that's been the case... I don't know if there is a homeless shelter nearby or what, but it wasn't a big deal to me, but I know that might bother some people.

I strongly dislike BK as a whole because 9/10 experiences I have had, were unpleasant. Most of the time the food is not fresh and there’s just an overall lack of quality. Nevertheless I stopped by for breakfast as a last minute decision. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant with hash browns and an OJ. All of my items were fresh, the drive thru wait time was minimal and the employee at the window was kind. Good experience, which is an anomaly for me.
A bit slow during lunch hour but everything came out piping hot and fresh.
I enjoy the smokey taste of their burgers. The food service was a bit slow at the time I went but it was good. They had diverse music playing on the speakers in the restaurant promoting different styles of diversity in the music. That was cool
I like this Burger King. Just 2 issues. Sitting at the drive thru window the smell of human waste is enough to make a person nauseous. I don't think it's coming from inside of BK but it's awful. Also, if you go into the restrooms the floor feels like it was mopped with grease. I couldn't even get to a stall without falling. It's every time I try to use their facilities. I report it every time, but they don't care.
I just wanted 2 Rodeo Burger's, & A Courtesy Cup, for Water, & She wanted to charge me $5.58 a whole Dollar & .85 cent's to much, Cos she thought I wanted a drink.. And they went up, on their burger's, as well!!
Just stopped for a quick snack. They got my order right right Fresh Fries just like I like them and didn't make a fuss about my request either. 3 stars because they need to renovate no lie and they wear no gloves making the sandwiches SEEN....
Small jr burgers are 2 for 5 dollars should be 3 dollars for those I must say they were fresh and good tasting
Food was fine. Just be aware they have no changing tables in the bathrooms. Had to go out and change my baby on the seat of my hot car. An employee gave us a dirty look when we left our tray on the table too, despite us having three small children and leaving everything neatly on the tray. We just didn't have a spare hand to carry the tray to the trash.
We enjoy their food,but. The app doesn't work. The few points it finally did register after a year,it took,when trying to order a free burger. Then didn't place the order of the burger in the end & then they wanted full price on the special!! Wow!
Totally disappointing! When I asked for a quarter pounder I was told that I was at the wrong place and needed to go to McDonalds. I told the clerk that all I wanted was a beef patty with mayo & tomato on a bun and the price came up @ $4.59. That is way too much so I said that I would take the 2 for $10 deal. Ignorance is a good excuse if you don't want customers. When I asked for the Sour Dough bun the answer was "We don't have sour dough buns here." So I went to Sonic.
Food was cold when I got it and the place looks like trash. The cashier was super nice and friendly so that's the only reason there is two stars. Food tasted bad as well.
Line was very slow, and my French fries had a raw potato taste to them. Very disappointing, if I had to wait 15 minutes there's no reason they should be serving undercooked food.
Got a double whopper. Patties fell apart in the burger and you could see that they had been soaking in water for too long. Ironically, I knew that they served my order too quickly to have made the patties after I ordered.
I love burger king but the last few times i eat at this location the burger was cold. My cheese didn't even melt. They pre-made the meat.. And my fries were under cooked.
Nuggets are good. Sandwiches are basic. Mozzarella sticks equal like 1 to 1 and they kinda rude. Mcyds is right next door. So is popeyes. There are options Update: 1 year later they are still rude and the outside order menu is so dirty your not really sure what your getting
Food was good, but I ordered on the app.....as it turns out, it is much quicker to order in person....I arrived 6 minutes after my order was to be ready. I walked up and the guy told me they were still making my order, gave me my drink cup and waited 8 more minutes to get my order ready. Several customers after I came in had paid and received their order, before I got mine.....as it turns out my order was under the warmer....they never told me.....
I asked for a medium hash browns. And almost every time I asked for medium hash browns, I get small hash browns INSTEAD! This has happened 8 times in the span of 2 months. The reason why I didn't delete another star is because the food is actually decent for a fast-food chain. Maybe I'll have it my way somewhere else until they start getting my order for hash browns correct.
The place was full of smoke, poor employees, we couldn't eat properly because our eyes were hurt. Only there is only one restroom in the facility because the other one was out of paper and clogged.
I really hope the remodeling will help the atmosphere. My kids love getting the kids meals and toys. The last two times we have been to this BK they have not had the advertised toys or the new crown / box. Kids were disappointed. Fries were yuck.
Food was pretty decent! The service was pretty harsh. The lady taking our order Corina which I believe is her name , had an attitude while taking our order. Then when I went to pay I mentioned the card reader wasn’t on and she responded snappy. The tables were also dirty. Overall decent food but bad service.
Bought a whopper meal and the fires where way over salted. Took it back to the counter and the workers seemed mad lol. Ummm not my fault you over salted the fries lady 😂 Like how can you mess up French fries?
Thesr people are unreal...when you order something and repeat it 3 times and they get it wrong. DO YOUR JOB OR GO HOME. Since i went thru the drive thru then took my food home i didnt lnow it was wrong til i arrived there. I had to throw it out because it had something i SPECIFICALLY said i didn't want on it....nay as well drove down the highway and threw 14 dollars out the damn window.
I just ordered from here and the Burger I ordered was completly wrong and I am just confused on why it's so hard to make something correctly. I have problems from so many places in the area and it's getting ridiculous that people can't do what they're paid to do. It's pathetic

We ordered our food and sat down to find out they hadnt cleaned before opening the doors. Dead and dying bugs under most tables and almost every corner. Told the daytime manager and he seemed like it was a regular occurrence. We wont be back

I ordered a whopper combo, #1 with cheese and bacon, no tomatoes. Dr. Pepper to drink. Response is " Medium or Large". Ok, so of the 2 options I say medium. What they meant was would you like to pay more money than what is on the menu and upgrade to a medium or large. I just assumed I had 2 options. I realized when the order totaled a couple dollars more than what was in my head. I told the lady at the window that it was deceptive the way they worded their response, got a blank stare, said deceptive again, blank stare again, then told someoneone on the headset to hold on, the another blank stare. Just a language barrier and inventiveness, I decided to skip it. The food was perfect and tasted great, I thank the accuracy, the cook, and the recipe. Please, do not be deceptive in your suggestive selling practices as this can cause you great food delivery to get a negative rating at this location.
I was here at exactly 11:30 PM and they said they didn't have any food or meat yet they had workers in their and 3 cars parked outside and i have a video. Esteban told us there was no meat or food but they had workers. The lady in the drive thru said they were closed. Estaban said their was no food, the lights were off and their was no sign that said their was no food, you need a sign if its true.
Food is good, drive thru service was ok. What really disappointed me was they charge for sauce. Only requested one for two burgers I had. Sad its burger king and can't have it your way or be your way. Whichever lie you go with lol
On 6/30/21 around 12:15pm the manager was very rude to me and the employees, shouting at them and me! Yes, it was very busy but no excuse for the unprovoked type of behavior and especially coming from a person in management!!! There were plenty of employees working to help get the orders out, in my opinion.

Whoever answered hung up on me bc I asked if I could change my ubereats order drink choice due to the app not offering a certain beverage. He said I have no control over the app, what lever the app says, is what I fill. Which I replied that’s why I called ahead of tine to see if I could change my drink if y’all did in fact offer that different beverage. He said that’s what the special instructions tab is for and hung up on me. How would I know to order something if it’s not even offered through the app?? Never using this location again. I was never once rude or disrespectful, I didn’t appreciate being spoke to that way followed by being hung up! Rude!
Food was bad. Felt like I ate leftovers my kid nuggets were hard and my burger was cold. Honestly broke my heart. I headed home and gave it to my dog and guess what, my dog didn't even eat it. My dog looked at me saying tf is this Matt. I was shocked because I never heard my dog talk before. Just do better next time.
Manager there is a piece of work. Can't get an order right, then blames a new employee that had nothing to do with the order, rushes you and acts like he is perfect, like he did nothing wrong and that its the customers fault that he got the order wrong. Spend your money else where people. There are businesses that care and take pride as well as hire the right people to manage.

The Manager was very rude to our family, we stopped here with our trailer and asked if it was okay to park on the side because our trailer was loaded with an elderly lady's load that we were helping move. The person at the drive thru said if we wanted to, there was plenty of space to get through on both lanes of the drive thru. The manager waited until we ordered our food to turn around and very rudely say that it wasn't okay for us to park there.
Spent close to $30 for 2 whopper meals- asked for BBQ sauce and was given one packet. Before they told me they would charge me for BBQ sauce. Will never go back
Unplesent rude staff. I am Uber and doordash delivery driver. I had to pick up an order from the Burger King at 907 west Davis street Conroe tx. The order had two drinks and foods. Time is around 11.55 am on Sunday the 19th February. I asked weather I can have a plastic bag since the food bag is heavy. Staff girl told me that they don’t have plastic bags. When I showed them the plastic bags the girl rudely talked to me very angrily. This is not nice. I never pickup Burger King Orders here after
Needs better speaking bilingual cashier's.. didnt hand me my receipt and when i reached for it she waded it up and droped it into the trash.. so wanting for my order number was nice Very Pleasant.. Soda machine was nasty and tasted like plain carbonated water..
The managers are some of the most thoughtless group of folks. Very hateful attitudes, not processional what so ever. They really not to up there skills when it comes to dealing with all types of people.Just may be there lack of education of knowing how to make things work out for the better in the long run..
I went to the Burger King on 3/26 and ordered a Trio and Duo. I was missing my fries to both so I called to let them know. I called no answer. I called back someone answered but never responded. I finally got in contact with someone 3/27. I was speaking to someone and he got quiet and when I said hello he disconnected the call. The service is trash and it don’t matter what time of day you call they do not answer. I hate I spent my money at this location. I SPENT MY MONEY AND DIDNT GET WHAT I ORDERED
Absolutely terrible customer service. The driver through person taking the order was extremely rude and sounded like he was doing us such a favor to take our order. Then at the window, the lady that handed us the food would not communicate with us, she was too busy talking to someone else that works there, it was clearly a personal conversation. When I said thank you, she just closed the window in my face. If management wants to review this. It was at about 2pm on Sun Dec 3rd, 2023.
Whoever was working around 10ish in the drive thru last night needs to be taught how to greet clients through the speaker box. I know they can hear the beep sound when a car comes through! Made me go around twice cause somebody couldn't respond to my order. I know we have bad day's but damn if y'all want service you need to be better then that!
I have NEVER had a bad experience at any Burger King, until today. The heavy set guy working drive-thru apparently got offended when I asked if 4 ranches were in the bag being that it was an online order. He gets 2 more ranch and slammed them on my hand and said "Now there is" and closed the window. Horrible service!
We ordered takeout through the mobile app but the app glitched ordered twice and charged us twice which was around $42 each. When emailed about issue they said they could cancel the order and were only going to give us $30 in giftcards. I’m severely disappointed that not only did they not help but they wanted to steal $12 from us.
I rolled through the drive through at 10pm. No other cars no customers inside. I ordered and despite not having any other customer but me, they still managed to give me cold fries and a cold burger. Come on!
1. They need to update their phone number or reconnect the phone. Can’t get ahold of them for anything. 2. I am so disappointed. I took my nephew to get the Sponge Bob meal. We went inside because he wanted the Sponge Bob crown. I ordered the meal. All we got was a hamburger with onions and tomatoes which I asked to leave off. Did not come in the special box, they were out of the desert, no shake either. I had to pay extra for a drink and the tater tots. Please do not advertise something special if you can not deliver. He was so so disappointed. I was angry. I will never go back. Wow! 2 Weeks later did not get the courtesy of response. I tried to reach corporate which is impossible. I do not want a refund I just want management to respond and understand that your store is a huge disssapointment. How do you explain to a 4 year old this is all you get. I know this sound petty, but he looked forward to his Sponge Bob meal and they did not deliver and they were unapologetic about it.
Nathan, the 3rd shift manager was preparing the food on Sunday morning around 2a.m. and we’re from Houston coming from Lake Charles-casino broke with my last $20… Nathan makes us two orders of trios 2 burgers a piece with fries … sends out the burgers old and cold and we didn’t find out until about a mile up the road as when we tasted out burgers WE HAD YO GO BACK TO BK and find out why? Nathan explained that he was cleaning the broiler and “what is he Supposed to do’ then he said he’ll remake our food 👍 and he’ll cook the meat in the French fryer 😳 and we said we wanted a refund. BUT Nathan said I can’t do a refund without my Managers permission. 🤬😡 NATHAN! You messed up our food and told us you will drown it in fryer grease - HOLD UP !!!! Does Burger King cook their meats like that? Does the GM tell him to do it like that? DOES CORPORATE KNOW? DOES THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT KNOW!!!!!!!!!??!??? If y’all been eating at the BK in the mall parking lot and you have been feeling ill you need to contact an attorney. Go to the hospital and have them document it and file a claim with this BK insurance company. Contact the health department. This BK needs to be shut down. We had to leave without any replacement or refund. We literally were robbed by BK. IS NATHAN GOING TO KEEP HIS JOB??? Heather needs to be the Manager she was very professional and ladylike. She did real good. She’s being forced to work with an incompetent individual who told me I was holding up his line. This needs to finished.

Ordered 2 cheese sticks made fresh. They cooked it until the cheese was bubbled out to the outside. Then packaged it and served it to me anyways. Complete empty shells. The audacity...the worst. The manager working today was very rude and unprofessional refused to give me their name or the number to corporate. I still filed a complaint to corporate with the store address and time of order. Do better to treat your guests with respect and if you hate your job than freaking quit and get another one. No need to be bitter over YOUR mess up. I hope the manager working today gets the day they deserve
The fries were fresh however the burger patty was shot dead burnt. I had already left the store and made it home already. I’m so pissed that my sandwich was so NOT FRESH.
I asked for no pickle ,only condiment mayo. They didn’t understand that at first the food was cold. The every burger was plain (except 1) , and then the shit wasn’t even hot. The fries no salt they were. They were warm. The manager did not want his name and the lady who took my order did not want their name. ……. made me refund my order due to them, not wanting to fix it yelling and screaming, saying that they took the order correctly. I stated it incorrectly, which she didn’t correct my order until at the window. This place has no good management ….. all the food was pre cooked nothing was fresh and hot
ALL The food was cold. The chicken sandwich was so salty even my dog wouldn't eat it. They told me at the window that they couldn't add ice cream to the order after we left the drive thru box. They gave me 4 different reasons to why not.... they don't sell ice cream, can't add to the original order, the machine was broken, and they had a line of people. Don't go here you will get food poisoning!!!
