As always, the fried calamari is what I go for. That's the reason for the 4 stars. The prices have definitely increased ($$$) and understandably so. Just make sure you know what you want when you get to the counter. The lady there isn't much for conversation. Place your order in, pay up, get out and come back for your order later.

We just accept it knowing she's like that to everyone and it's not you specifically. Unhygienic and rude old lady. Saw her dropped some freshly fried calamari on the floor and picked them up and packed them! 🤮🤮🤮 Last visit, she was cutting some fish while wearing gloves. She just rinsed her hands still with the gloves on. Guess what? My bag, calamari container and change were wet and smelled like fish! 🤮🤮🤮

First off they do not ever pick up the phone and their customer service IS THE WORST!!! BEWARE. I called multiple times right when they opened to place an order for the fried calamari party tray. Finally a lady rudely answers. After I placed my order and tell her what time I want to pick it up she doesn't ask for my name or number and then just hangs up on my without saying bye.. two hours later my bf arrives to pick up the tray and the rude lady on the phone states that NO ONE called or placed an order for calamari!! He had to wait til they made a new order without even apologizing even though we know for a fact we spoke to her but since she happens to purposely not get your information for your order so she can totally pretend that we are the delusional one and didn't place an order. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I need to ask for pricing because I can't find a proper menu online that is updated. That's shameful. I really like the food here but I don't feel like spending money on this business if customers are treated like this.

I don't get it. The day I came in I ordered orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. The lady, possibly owner, made a statement that she's working by herself. Made us wait for our order for 40 minutes just to give us what appeared recycle chicken that has been refried again and dumped a bunch of orange sauce on top. To top it off the very few pieces of honey walnut shrimps were on top of cut up head of lettuce. I didn't pay for lettuce. I would have made a complaint but this lady was rude and can barely speaks English. Never again will I come back here.

Most of the good comments on here is for San Jose location. That lasy up front is rude ngl. She needs to retire. I saw her pick up food from the floor with her gloves on and did not even wash her hands as she proceeded to prep food.

Its quite disappointing how the lady in the register is quite rude. She also uses the same gloves for counting money and preparing food. :(

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at an eatery. I've been craving this for a while but walked in to a very fishy odor -figured it was due to their seafood specialties. The lady asked if I was ready to order while my husband got cash from the ATM so I ordered the salt n pepper calamari I couldn't wait to have, to which she replied "no more food just calamar, the cook go home." I say ok no problem, one salt and pepper calamari please... she then starts cleaning and says they are getting ready to close. The ATM withdrew from my husband's account but the machine did not dispense cash. When he tells her, she said, "oh no more money in there" as she runs to the back to further ignore us both at this point, yet she watched him use the machine while taking my order but not really taking my order. Worst customer service I've experienced probably anywhere and I would give no stars if I could.
