An arcade of enormous fun. I came with two friends, and we had quite a blast there playing a great selection of arcade games. They have traditional ones, new ones, and modern renditions of old video games such as Pong and Space Invaders. Game chip prices were pretty affordable. You can spend around 20-30 dollars for 3 people to play 5 or 6 games together. The selection of gifts you can purchase after enjoying games has interesting, funny stuff, too. Highly recommend this place for game lovers, kids, and anyone craving big fun.

I have 2 boys that are 15 and 10. They really enjoyed all the arcades but but so did my husband and I! We ate at the main restaurant and the food was really delicious. I was totally surprised the food was as good as it was considering it being an arcade/entertainment center. There was plenty of parking at the time we went... 11am. I would recommend going late morning than later in the day because the crowds are pretty intense during Friday and Saturday nights. Came back and had another fun time with the kids. We even had cocktails and beer at bar... yummmm

Best time of my life at this place! Got two 1000 ticket wins in a row this day and was totally amazed by the delicious salmon and fries they had at the place. Although I was hoping my fries had no salt to which they had a ton of salt. Food was ok, it's not cheap if you want to add playing games though. We bought 100 tokens w a meal for 30 which wasn't to bad but only played about 9 games. 2 games were broken. This Dave and Buster's was bigger than others we've been to but we didn't see half the games until we left as they were on the opposite side. Recommend checking them all out before playing and using all your tokens. Staff was super friendly.

Very enjoyable time. We were able to get an hour and a half at pool tables. Enjoyed video games. Card is loaded and we'll be back. Food was very good. They were short-staffed so service was slightly slow. Oddly could not order wine by the glass at our table in the bar area.

There are a ton of arcade games. Many of the games allow you to collect tickets to redeem for prizes. Fun place to hang out for a while. Several areas for dining and watching TV. We didn't order any food. You can purchase a game card directly from their kiosks and recharge them any time. We came during the Winter Break time, so this place was packed with families and kids. They keep the lighting dim for a darker effect, but it makes it hard to find small children if they run off. This place is great for teens and older, but not so much for little kids.

You can Eat, Drink and Play at Dave and Busters. We went to play arcade games and the interactive multi player video games and it was a lot of fun! The atmosphere is electrifying comparable to one in a Vegas casino floor. Difference being this is kid friendly and you win tickets not money :) Coincidentally it was a Wednesday night where you get 50% off on all game price, so it felt so much more worth it!! Service wise there weren't many attendants to answer queries. We approached couple of people to check if the balance credits on our card are valid for some other day but they seem to be pretending to not understand English. The lady at the customer care lounge was nice though but we had to walk a bit to get to them. Haven't tasted the food yet so no comments, may be next time. They host karaoke nights on Thursdays and it's free post 8. Could be a fun evening. Stay tuned for an update :)

Loved my first experience at dave and busters! Some of the games were faulty.. but it was mostly fun! What stood out on my first visit was the music! It was soo zillennial coded; hits from the 2000s/2010s! It made me wanna start dancing :)) My second time though, the car games had really loose steering wheels, some games were not working. Games = the bike racing, godzilla, speed of light, the 4x shooting battle game is fun (but its never free), basketball (connect 4) are fun games! The dance off here was a first that i tried and enjoyed on a beginner level - but it really needs more song/dance options.

A lot of the games were out of order and physically damaged. Several he's took our money and then stopped working. The games we were able to play were fun, but the experience was definitely lacking. The food was decent bar food, although the ravioli was supposed to be in a "brown butter sauce" and was basically just sitting in melted butter. Drinks were good. Service friendly though our waiter never really came back to check on us at all. Everything is ordered through the app at the table and you have to pay for the order, and tip, before you ever even get served. Wanted to add a dessert on but the bill was already closed out. Won't be going back any time soon. Will try again in the future, hopefully, once things start to go back to normal.

This is the second Dave & Buster's I've ever been to and it was really disappointing compared to another location I've been to. There were so many games out of service and we had to wait in lines to play a lot of the games. My niece got tired of waiting for games to open up so we left about after an hour. The only positive experience was the man up front who was very helpful in helping me with my online giftcard.

I have been coming here since I was a little kid. Always had a good time here, vibes are always decent. Started to come here to watch sports games now. Came in to watch a PRIMETIME game, and asked the staff after waiting at the bar with no server to possibly get some help and service to change the TV to the game. We got helped and another 10 minutes with absolutely no response from anyone. Asked again, and our waiter told us that their boss said the teams weren’t playing. Pulled up on my phone to show them the game and she went back to let them know. One of the staff, I am assuming he runs the channels, came out to explain why they don’t stream it. No problem with that, simply asked how come? Bro throws the paper in front of me with their schedule, where it clearly says NBALP and I am showing him on the phone that it is on League pass, instead of trying to explain that the channel is League pass and they don’t have actual league pass and can’t stream the game… the dude crosses his arms and just looks away, ignoring everything I say. All the while being aggressive and was extremely condescending, my party was shocked. As a customer coming to a SPORTS bar, why is it such an issue for one to ask about a game? I felt burdened asking them to change the channel. Maybe they were having a bad day but I was extremely appalled to how I was being treated. Started talking about DNB policies and I tried to ask him if there was a way I can know in advance of the games being played so I can avoid the inconvenience. He didn’t even listen to that portion, no response, just kept shaking his head, sarcastically scoffing and after I asked him to relax, he just said “we don’t have it” and walked away. How am I as the customer supposed to know what exactly the business is streaming? And why is the dude that is doing his JOB getting frustrated at a request to change the channel? Makes no sense to me 🤷‍♂️ mind you it was empty when we went so there wasn’t even a rush 😭 I love coming to DNB to watch games, crowds are usually great and service is usually pretty solid. But man that left a SOUR experience for me. Overall weird experience… The place itself is solid, service is usually good and bartenders are friendly. Place is clean and TVs are huge so gonna be missing that.

My friend and I had a really disappointing experience at Dave & Busters today. I usually expect the food to be standard bar fare, but the service we received was unacceptable. To start, our food took almost 40 minutes to come out after we ordered. The place wasn't even busy, so I don't understand the delay. When the food finally did arrive, it was mediocre at best, but that wasn't even the biggest issue. Our server was completely inattentive. They hardly ever stopped by the table. We actually had to flag them down just to get my friends drink as well as remind them of the order, and to ask for an update on where our food was. It was a bit frustrating to watch them checking in on other tables regularly while we were clearly forgotten in their section. Making matters worse, when I placed my order for nachos, I specifically asked for no jalapenos. When they arrived, there were some chopped pieces near the bottom of the dish. I had to pick them off, but by the time I got to the bottom of the plate, the chips were somewhat soggy, so I just stopped eating. My friend ordered a plate of nachos as well, the only difference was that his order had chicken and jalapenos. His complaint was that there was hardly any chicken and that the queso used for the nachos had no flavor. At the end of the meal, we paid for our food and left. We're not going to be rushing back anytime soon.

It started off bad, when I was questioned about my reservations of 8 the host said they had me down for 4. After 17 more minutes waiting for a seat two hosts came up and apologize for the delay. When we got seated I asked what was the hold up? The place was not busy as you expected for Saturday at 4pm. The waitress came up and ask was we ready, we let her know we just got seated by the girl with the colored hair. 11 minutes pass and I flag down another waitress and ask where is ours. The food was terrible 6/8 of us. The two pasta meals were good, the ribeye meal was not pleasant. The chicken club sandwich meal was okay. The Philly cheese steak meal was not settling my brother left 3/4 of the sandwich and bartered his fries.I had fish & chips, I got two and half fish more battered then cod cooked to long where I end up stripping the batter off, the fries were decent and my Dr Pepper was flat. When we got our meals on four trips the waitress said the Coke machine was out so was the Dr Pepper. The waitress debated with me just to get another fill I end up not finishing the drink. Our appetizer (Bone in wings Tennessee bbq) was late and over cooked! The urgency was not there the waitress didn’t care enough, I ask for napkins twice (she actually came back and said I know I forgot something. No refills were asked, she came with the check fast, I said you haven’t ask for refill nor taken the overflow of plates for a table of 8 I feel rushed. Afterwords we just went and played the games , good vibes, good selection for family type games, some games was not in use. Good looks around, when turning in the tickets for prizes the guy with the glasses didn’t seem to be friendly. I asked him how can we put the reminder balance of the cards into one, he points and said under the American flag which was not the location (you actually had to go down the flag line to the front.) I will not ever order food here, I rather eat in the eatery in the mall and come back with kids and friends.

We tried to sit for to enjoy a late Valentine’s Day lunch but the service was awful. We had our appetizer and kids meal delivered but I had ordered a salad as well. It took almost 20-25 minutes for my salad to come out. We were all finished eating, ready to go, looking for a manager to remove the salad so we can pay and leave and then the salad comes out. Our server, Katy, either had too many tables or just really needs more coffee, she spent almost 10 minutes at a table before finally coming to us to give us our check but stopped to help another table. Poor service, the ribs were good at least. Not worth the 80$ for 3 people. Ridiculous.

We have been a regular to this location of Dave n Buster's recently as our son loves the arcade games there. He asked us to arrange his birthday there and we visited the place to review options. The service staff showed us around but asked us to reach out to event consultant to get further details. That's where the experience went downhill. Event consultant Gabi was reluctant to answer our questions. We tried sending an email to her so that she can respond to our questions at her leisure, but she just responded a single line answer which did not cover any of our other questions. It is astonishing to us that there are employees turning away happy customers who want to spend money at the establishment. We are now hosting birthday for our son at a different place, and drastically reducing our visits to this Dave n Busters due to unprofessional behaviour from their event consultant.

Can't say about food but arcade experience was genuinely disappointing. There was hardly any game that doesn't have something broken about them. The non functional ones at least you can tell before you pay, but theres also the broken sensor, broken controller, out of focus projector which completely ruins the game, down the clown with 1 balls lol...and you only find out after paying.

The ticket system is a complete ripoff. They have games advertising thousands of ticket bonusses and when you win them they don't register on your card. You have to make a scene to get them to honor to the reward that their own game screen advertises. I don't like making a fuss to get what is promised to me when I am already paying for overpriced crappy food. This place is the worst type of big franchise casino style rip people off any way you can left and right and just make the experience not too shitty so they will come back, or at least not refuse to when a friend suggests going there. It would have been so easy to just pay out the amounts that the game displays. Instead of that some nickel and dime optimizer figured out that as long as you dont pay out on games that adults don't play such as a shooting game, in this case centipede, there won't be any complaints. Well I am complaining, and I am not ever going back. It is a matter of principle that if you rip me off once, and you are not doing anything to stop ripping off people like me, you will never get my business again.

I made dinner reservations for a birthday party of eight, only to be greeted with one of the worst business practices I’ve ever encountered. When we arrived, we were suddenly told there was a $10 cover charge per person because they were showing a fight on their TVs—something we were never informed of when booking. We explained that we weren’t there to watch the fight at all. We simply wanted to have dinner and play some games. It didn’t matter. They insisted on charging the cover anyway. We then asked if we could at least skip dinner and just play games since the TVs were in the dining area. Their response? We still had to pay the cover because we would “have to walk by the TV” to get to the game area. This logic is unbelievable. Charging people simply for walking past a television is absurd, and refusing to show any flexibility for a reservation made in advance is even worse. What should’ve been a fun birthday outing turned into a frustrating, disappointing experience. I will not be returning, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before planning an event here. Terrible communication, terrible policy, and terrible customer service.

I purchased the Unlimited Play card last Friday, looking forward to bringing my 6 year old back to enjoy the arcade games, something we were both genuinely excited about. Today, we returned before watching Gabby’s Dollhouse, a special outing I had promised her all week. To our surprise, we were told we’d need to pay an additional $10 per person due to a UFC fight being shown at the venue. We had absolutely no intention of watching the fight we were just there for the arcade and food. It’s incredibly frustrating to be charged for something completely unrelated to our visit, especially after already buying a premium play card. There was no clear communication about this extra fee at the time of purchase. When I raised this concern, the manager, Steven Nguyen, claimed a poster had been up since last Friday. Honestly, even if I had seen it, I wouldn’t have thought it applied to us since we weren’t there for the fight. This policy feels unfair and poorly implemented. If you're going to host special events, it would make far more sense to separate them from the general experience for example, show the fight in a dedicated area and only charge those who are there for it. Families coming in for arcade games and food shouldn’t be penalized. This experience has left me seriously reconsidering whether I’ll return or recommend this place to others. A little more transparency and thoughtfulness would go a long way. After reading past reviews, it’s clear we’re not the first to encounter this issue. There was a similar complaint three months ago. Steven, as the manager, if multiple customers are voicing the same concern, it’s time to speak up. Telling me “this is business” isn’t a solution. If anything, this policy is likely losing you business especially from families who would spend far more on food, drinks, and games than the $10 entrance fee you’re charging just to get in. I truly hope management reconsiders this approach. A more customer focused policy would make for a better experience and a stronger longterm business Note: The poster the manager, Steve Nguyen repeatedly pointed to does not clearly indicate that all guests would be required to pay an entry fee. It simply says “$10 Watch Like a Champ,” which implies an optional fee for those watching the fight not a blanket cover charge for everyone walking in the door.
