One of the most delicious meals I've had, the Crazy Spicy Skillet. I like medium to medium-hot spiciness and this was right up there - I even had to separate out a few of the jalepeno slices to let me cool down a little. The flavor of the special sauce was VERY VERY good, and the chicken was moist and tender.

Went to brunch after church, fellowship was awesome had a Grateful time!!

Very clean Denny's, the staff were very kind/quick/efficient and our waitress was very personable. The food was very good and cooked well - eggs over medium done right - thank you! Kids had a pleasant time, and it felt comfortable and not too stuffy. There was no wait to enter, and it seemed slow - probably the weather, no reason to be otherwise.

Went here a couple of weeks ago for my birthday meal. Despite knowing I had a coupon, my waitress was very sweet and attentive. My over medium eggs were cooked to perfection, something I find other places have a hard time doing. This is a locally owned franchise. Please support this business. They work hard and deserve it. Also, don't forget to tip on the amount of the check BEFORE any coupons or discounts.

This Denny's met all our needs. Our service waitress was Judy and she made us feel welcomed with her southern accent and charm. We chose to have a very late breakfast while traveling back home. Our food was delivered fast and was really good. Bathrooms were clean.

ANDY is the best server that I've had at this location! Go by and check him out please very quick and accurate when it comes to your order and he's very polite and helpful.

Always eat dinner anytime of day My previous visit was awful but it has changed a lot since my last visit. It is very clean but you can see with some changes that the pandemic is taking its toll. They offer dine in and carry out and seve all meals all hours of the day.. Well all hours they are open. The food was great and the people working were great! Go for it, just wear your masks when you are not eating and follow the distancing rules. That is easy to do for great food.

My friends and I came in at 1:30 am, our waitress Salam was exquisite! her energy is radiant and she was the best waitress ever ! even if it was 1:30 am in the morning she had a smile on her face and was ready to assist us! will be coming back just to visit her !!

I love the way Dennys makes their pancakes! Last time I was there I ordered the all you can pancakes. They start you with 3 pancakes and give you 2 pancakes with each reorder. I ended up getting 2 reorders for a total of 7 pancakes. Since I am a AARP member I get 10% or 15% off the cost before tax of you order. (It is cheap to join and there are many benefits). I usually like to sit near the front as I found it is easier to get a waitress to let them know I need more coffee, more pancakes, the ck, etc. I always tip on the amount before the discount. When they are busy and your sitting in the back, many times you have to be proactive to get great service.

I have had such a great experience at this location. I didn’t even sit down to eat breakfast I just walked in and from the time I walked in I was greeted with smile and great energy. I have to give props to Denny's. I was always an IHOP guy, but since having continued issues at the local IHOP (being ignored after walking in and always a dirty restaurant) I started going to this Denny's. I am always greeted immediately upon walking in and service is always with a smile. The food comes out in a timely manner and is always hot and fresh. Thanks for caring about your customers!

I came in during the morning mid-day shift and the customer service wasn't so great, waitress walked past me and never asked if I needed assistance, the vibe was wack, HOWEVER, I decided to come back later so I returned at 3am only to be be greeted by a nice and friendly waiter by the name of Andy. Excellent food and experience!! Being transparent Denny's can be a hit or miss, but the manager Mr. Ventura has done an excellent job managing his location. Every staff member was friendly and attentive. Sharee was our server and she was extremely kind, proficient, and had a great personality. The food was great! The burgers were phenomenal. When it's late at night and need some food with company, Denny's is the go to option. The food is actually surprisingly good when compared with some other higher end places. Of course my steak wasn't prime Angus beef, but it was cooked perfectly! I loved all the sides and nothing feels just as right as pancakes at night. The waitress working late shift is the nicest person and always guarantees a good time everytime. I recommend late night Denny's anytime!

Wonderful experience. Food taste was nice and good. Calories on higher side for sure but a good time to spend with family during vacation. For us we can even skip lunch after breakfast here. They can customize order based on needs (like no meat or egg) on most of dishes. Veggie burger was one of the best.

I'm from west Texas, and I feel I had to drop a quick rating on this Dallas Metro location. There is definitely more food choices here and the staff was super friendly!!! Also our food came out in a timely manor and all at once which is always a plus when my entire family goes out to eat somewhere!!! Overall excellent Job 👌 👏 👍

We went during the breakfast shift around 9:30a. There was only one server for the entire restaurant. The manager did help run drinks but we still did a lot of waiting for things. It seemed they were short staffed in the kitchen too. I had the strawberry crepes and they were yummy. I also got my discount for being an AARP member. I might return but will have low expectations for service. Don't be in a rush when you choose this location. I just can't recommend.

Insanely good. They gave me light butter, sugar free syrup, and decaf coffee all by request. Service was tremendous even late at night.

She answered all of our questions without getting irritated. She was great about topping off our drinks without us having to ask. We went at 7 am. There was hardly anyone there. But it was a pleasant eating experience as well as getting a waitress that was very kind. I would recommend eating here. Prices are very reasonable considering the amount of food that comes on the entrees. Plenty of parking. Right off hwy 75 just north of George Bush in Plano. Check it out!!!

Seating is available right away depending on if it's a busy day but never disappoints. Good Food, Good Service. We came here for brunch and were greeted shortly after walking in. There were only a few other diners inside. Our server was great, she was friendly and welcoming, however we did wait quite a long time for our food. The server told us that there was only one person cooking and apologized for the wait. She kept our drinks full, and gave updates on our food as we waited. Our food arrived at the table hot and fresh. There were three of us eating and everything tasted great. Although the cook worked alone, I think they did a great job on the food. I’d definitely come back again.

T-Mobile Tuesday deals had a free short stack of pancakes. Went late night to try and they were out of many items, luckily nothing I was eating. Service was decent, coffee was warm, not hot, but good enough.

The workers were friendly, but I didn't like that the zesty nachos came more like a dip instead of nachos.

When we walked in a discussion as to where to be seated.. our waitress was good.. there's one who has an attitude.. I was then kept waiting at the cashier desk because the hostess was busy seating others.. there were others that kept walking by but no one offered to help .. after 10 minutes of waiting was finally given the opportunity to pay for our meal... Not well organized.... October 26th .. had breakfast today but not happy with service... Walked in at 9:55 am...Malinda was great. Saw that our server wasn't attentive and got our drinks for us... Another 15 minutes went by before server even came to our table for order... Took another 20 minutes for food to be preped. (I believe her name is Hime..) In all it was from 9:55 to 10:30 before food was on the table... 35 minutes is a long time even for Denny's.... Moving forward we will ask to be served by Malinda only...

Came here to wait on my vehicle being fixed. Upon arriving, it immediately smelled faintly like wet dog in the building. Not sure what that was about.. But once I had my food in front of me, it all overpowered the smell. It was pretty barren here. Besides one other customer who was stranded, nobody else was there. Kinda nice honestly. I don't really care for a restaurant full of people. The floors were dirty, but I'm sure there is only 2 or 3 people working here so most likely no down time to clean up. My menu was also dirty. As far as food goes; it was okay. Nothing special. Not sure if the portions outweighed the price. 12.79 for just the meal alone and another 3.99 for the cheesecake. The toast was good, and i didnt expect it.  The mashed potatoes were bland, no buttery flavor, no garlic no onion. Definitely could have used a hint more salt. The steak was chewy for being medium rare. The broccoli and bread went lukewarm pretty fast. No fans on either, so not sure why. My server, Santiea was attentive, but I had to get up to give her my order. The food came out at a reasonable time. The cheesecake was okay. The whipped cream on top was a little watery, most likely from being outside of the fridge for awhile. The crust was a little dry and crumbly. Overall this was an okay experience. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, without many other customers ruining the ambience, this will be the place for you.

I went to Dallas for first time last week. I got out of an event at night after 10 and find this place to eat. The service is disappointing at those hours. It took them almost 1 hour to get my burger and despite I ordered with no cheese and pickel they put it anyway. You could tell that they had a mess with the tickets in there. If your going to go, you better do it during the day. 3 stars!

The Guy serving us was complaining the whole time about his day and past customers to the Lady who came on shift. So much in fact that he forgot us numerous times. When he seen me get my own silverware he says ,”I was going to get that”! They also didn’t have bananas or the caramel crumb cake dish we asked for. Very disappointing.

The food was actually good for the value. However, the service was disappointing. It seems like we were avoided and only asked if we needed anything once. We also ordered an apple pie which never came or even baked. The waiter did not tell us that they could not bake the pie and left us sitting there wondering for 20 minutes. For the SECOND TIME IN A ROW, we ordered takeout and got home to discover multiple things left out. This time, it was the dressing and cranberry sauce from their Turkey & Dressing Dinner. Last time, it was the gravy for mashed potatoes and syrup for pancakes. I've got no problem with Denny's employing foreigners but they need to be trained on American dishes. We're not ordering falafel here. Any American would instantly recognize when a turkey dinner is missing dressing and cranberry sauce, and when mashed potatoes are missing gravy, and when pancakes are missing syrup. And how about you stop double-knotting the bag with stickers to seal it, when I'm NOT A DELIVERY DRIVER. I ordered directly on the Denny's website with my Denny's rewards account, so you know I'm the actual customer who is going to eat the food. By securing the bag so excessively, you're making it hard for me to tell that you've shorted me before I leave the restaurant.

Been coming here since I was a child with no issues. That changed today, waited 45 minutes with our first cup of coffee and was never offered a refill. Come to find out from an different server that our food was never placed. Nevertheless, thank you Denny's but after COVID this location has been declining in service. ​I had a ridiculous experience today due to an employee named Arri. When I walked in, she looked me up and down with a disgusted expression and deliberately ignored me. I stood at the register for a while, but she wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence—no "hello" or "be with you in a second." When I finally tried to be polite and said, "Hi, how are you?" she stared right through me and ignored my greeting entirely. ​She dismissively told me they were "working on the order" without even checking the system. 15 minutes later, she admitted she’d lost the ticket and hadn't even started it. I had to show her my phone so they could finally begin. Her behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and made me feel sub-human. I am left wondering if I was treated this way because I am Asian. Management needs to take disciplinary action; Arri is a massive liability to your customer service.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Overall, this is probably the second worst breakfast restaurant on Plano. Red Truck, on E. Parker, of course, is the worst. You walk out the door saying to yourself, "Boy, that just wasn't a $25 breakfast - it wasn't even a $20 breakfast. Was it even worth $15 ?". Lousey coffee not worth $3.99. Yuck taste, almost always served barely lukewarm. You are much, much better at Starbucks. Plus, it seems you are always waiting forever for a warm up. And they make it a point to be McFrugal with the creamers. How cheap can you get ? Lousey quality of food: They must be using pigeon eggs. A three egg omelet just doesn't look like a three egg omelet at competitor breakfast places here in Plano. Bacon tastes like cardboard. No other real choice other than their hash browns, for pototoe side. Not much better than fried horse hair. Stay away - unless want to throw your money away 😞...
