The waitress here was the most sweetest lady. She kept coming by making sure my drink was full. She was very nice. The food was really good too! I’ve been to other Denny’s locations, but the service and the food are never as good as this location.

Excellent food and experience!! Being transparent Denny's can be a hit or miss, but the manager Mr. Ventura has done an excellent job managing his location. Every staff member was friendly and attentive. Sharee was our server and she was extremely kind, proficient, and had a great personality. The food was great! The burgers were phenomenal. We'll definitely be back!

When it's late at night and need some food with company, Denny's is the go to option. The food is actually surprisingly good when compared with some other higher end places. Of course my steak wasn't prime Angus beef, but it was cooked perfectly! I loved all the sides and nothing feels just as right as pancakes at night. The waitress working late shift is the nicest person and always guarantees a good time everytime. I recommend late night Denny's anytime!

Wonderful experience. Food taste was nice and good. Calories on higher side for sure but a good time to spend with family during vacation. For us we can even skip lunch after breakfast here. They can customize order based on needs (like no meat or egg) on most of dishes. Veggie burger was one of the best.

Carolyn's Review................ Our waitress was fantastic. SE was professional, yet personable as well. She engaged in conversation. She was polite. She answered all of our questions without getting irritated. She was great about topping off our drinks without us having to ask. We went at 7 am. There was hardly anyone there. But it was a pleasant eating experience as well as getting a waitress that was very kind. I would recommend eating here. Prices are very reasonable considering the amount of food that comes on the entrees. Plenty of parking. Right off hwy 75 just north of George Bush in Plano. Check it out!!!

Breakfast, lunch, or if it's dinner, the menu has a variety to choose from if you're coming in for pancakes or a burger to take care of your hunger. Seating is available right away depending on if it's a busy day but never disappoints. Staff helps and checks on your table often if you need anything to keep you comfortable and satisfied while you dine in. Definitely recommend it here for a quick stop. 👍

Good Food, Good Service. We came here for brunch and were greeted shortly after walking in. There were only a few other diners inside. Our server was great, she was friendly and welcoming, however we did wait quite a long time for our food. The server told us that there was only one person cooking and apologized for the wait. She kept our drinks full, and gave updates on our food as we waited. Our food arrived at the table hot and fresh. There were three of us eating and everything tasted great. Although the cook worked alone, I think they did a great job on the food. I’d definitely come back again.

The Guy serving us was complaining the whole time about his day and past customers to the Lady who came on shift. So much in fact that he forgot us numerous times. When he seen me get my own silverware he says ,”I was going to get that”! They also didn’t have bananas or the caramel crumb cake dish we asked for. Very disappointing.

The food was actually good for the value. However, the service was disappointing. It seems like we were avoided and only asked if we needed anything once. We also ordered an apple pie which never came or even baked. The waiter did not tell us that they could not bake the pie and left us sitting there wondering for 20 minutes. Finally we had to pay and leave. We also cleaned the table and gave the waiter an undeserved 22% Tip.

Occasionally I like to get breakfast from Waffle House. Ordered hash browns and got grits. Probably want order pickup again since they charge $2.34 for supply fees.

For the SECOND TIME IN A ROW, we ordered takeout and got home to discover multiple things left out. This time, it was the dressing and cranberry sauce from their Turkey & Dressing Dinner. Last time, it was the gravy for mashed potatoes and syrup for pancakes. I've got no problem with Denny's employing foreigners but they need to be trained on American dishes. We're not ordering falafel here. Any American would instantly recognize when a turkey dinner is missing dressing and cranberry sauce, and when mashed potatoes are missing gravy, and when pancakes are missing syrup. And how about you stop double-knotting the bag with stickers to seal it, when I'm NOT A DELIVERY DRIVER. I ordered directly on the Denny's website with my Denny's rewards account, so you know I'm the actual customer who is going to eat the food. By securing the bag so excessively, you're making it hard for me to tell that you've shorted me before I leave the restaurant.

​I had a ridiculous experience today due to an employee named Arri. When I walked in, she looked me up and down with a disgusted expression and deliberately ignored me. I stood at the register for a while, but she wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence—no "hello" or "be with you in a second." When I finally tried to be polite and said, "Hi, how are you?" she stared right through me and ignored my greeting entirely. ​She dismissively told me they were "working on the order" without even checking the system. 15 minutes later, she admitted she’d lost the ticket and hadn't even started it. I had to show her my phone so they could finally begin. Her behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and made me feel sub-human. I am left wondering if I was treated this way because I am Asian. Management needs to take disciplinary action; Arri is a massive liability to your customer service.

I have been coming in the last week or so since having a case in the neighborhood. Lady's who are working are lovely! Very friendly and attentive. Today i witnessed something very off putting and distasteful. Especially with Holidays around the corner and just how the world is. A male manger im assuming. Came in very hot headed talking to a older waitress about a drawer being short. Now I get it. I have worked fast food for 4 years. It's very important to keep things on track. She was trying to explain to him about what happened and he got very snappy and loud to her. He was standing in the kitchen door and she was about in the middle. Now it's not very busy maybe about 4 customers but I know everyone was listening due to him getting loud with her. As a manger and a man. You need to do better!! Does it make you feel better getting loud with a female? And older one at that? Im sure it made you feel real masculine. It very sad how it was handled. He could have talked to her privately and pulled her aside. Went into the office or literally anything else. But not he blasted this lady in front of a customers and her fellow colleagues. Someone needs to have a word with him about being respectful

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Overall, this is probably the second worst breakfast restaurant on Plano. Red Truck, on E. Parker, of course, is the worst. You walk out the door saying to yourself, "Boy, that just wasn't a $25 breakfast - it wasn't even a $20 breakfast. Was it even worth $15 ?". Lousey coffee not worth $3.99. Yuck taste, almost always served barely lukewarm. You are much, much better at Starbucks. Plus, it seems you are always waiting forever for a warm up. And they make it a point to be McFrugal with the creamers. How cheap can you get ? Lousey quality of food: They must be using pigeon eggs. A three egg omelet just doesn't look like a three egg omelet at competitor breakfast places here in Plano. Bacon tastes like cardboard. No other real choice other than their hash browns, for pototoe side. Not much better than fried horse hair. Stay away - unless want to throw your money away 😞...
