My sister and I went through the drive through and she got a red bull strawberry drink and I got a iced matcha and it might be because I absolutely love matcha but it was so so yummy it genuinely lit up my day. The lady that served us was very soft smocked and very kind and overall very pleasant AND QUICK, very fast kinda shocking will definitely be coming back!!

Tried this place for the first time today and it was the best surprise I've had in a long time. The iced latte tasted like it was made with the freshest, bold, coffee ever. I will be going back.
The coffee wasn't the greatest thing in the whole world but the flavors are really good and I would definitely come here again on a day when I am wanting my coffee to also be a dessert. The staff was friendly and I never felt like I needed to rush or that I was a burden.

The staff there is always super kind and patient. And they don’t do that annoying thing where they interrupt you mid sentence. Weird comment I know but a lot of the drive thrus I’ve been too barely let you get a word out. But I’ve never had that problem at scooters, shows that they have good training.
The superior Scooters 🔥 the coolest, nicest staff and they always get my order right 🥰 I tried the new Scooters on Fredericksburg and they messed up my very simple order 2x—I ran back to my faves!! Y’all are the best 🫶

This has always been our favorite location, the staff is AMAZING and so kind. Today we came for coffee and decided to ask for a pup cup for our fur baby, it comes with a cute milk bone on top! It's so adorable! I'll always love this location and their staff!
Didn’t give me what I ordered. Repeated order back to me and proceeds to give me coffee instead of chai. Plus my drink doesn’t even have the taste of banana bread, so now I am convinced I just got someone else’s random coffee. Please pay more attention to what you’re doing. Glad I didn’t bother trying to correct it based on the review before mine.
I absolutely love this coffee shop and everyone is friendly except for that one girl that is there in the mornings at 6 AM. She is soooo rude ! You can tell she doesn’t wanna be there, she never smiles or says anything nice like the other employees, She specifically told me they don’t warm up muffins when clearly they have done so many times before .she always looks upset and She is the reason I started going somewhere else in the mornings . Like girl , we all have problems, why don’t you leave those outside of your work, it’s too early to be in a bad mood .

Just went here this morning and very upset because I bit into the tomato egg bite and had a piece of hair in there. The hair belong to the young blonde, whose name was Chloe, who handled the food, served it to me, and somehow dropped hair in the food. She did not have a hairnet on and when I came back for a refund. I told her her team you all need to have hairnets on when you’re handling food and she replied is not scooters policy to have hair nets When handling food, despite that being a food Handling and safety requirement. Chloe is not a good representation of the organization please address that because after her response was received now I have to report you all for a food inspection to make sure y’all are up to code. Chloe’s hair, though it was short down to her shoulders, and I was the young brunette who came to assist her with the refund. I will take my time and look into legal action for violating food safety and then replying to me that is not your policy
Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a hot latte with an extra shot of espresso, but I was given regular hot coffee instead. When I explained that this was not what I ordered, the employee told me that if I wanted a hot latte, I would have to pay for a new drink, even though I had already paid for the latte. Mistakes happen, but refusing to correct the order or remake the drink is poor customer service
I purchased the bagel sandwich. It looked disgusting. The cheese had disintegrated to slime. The bagel was so thin, it had broken in half and had slid off the top. It had a very strong pepper spice flavor that wasn’t advertised. The drinks (smoothly and chai) were mostly just very sweet not any distinct flavor. The lid to my HOT coffee was not anchored on before handing it to me so it spilled on my hand as I placed it my center console. One and done for me. Strong No.
First time here and I got a frappe caramelicious with a dab of vanilla and the mini donuts. It was all horrible. Customer service was awesome and fast, but not a fan of the beverage nor treat

Terrible we get coffee here almost every week. My friend got cut with a piece of plastic that was in coffee and we got a call back from the manager, saying that he will not get a free coffee due to his lip being cut that they looked at the cameras and they made “everything right” Terrible customer service they are assuming we are lying.

When I questioned it, she told me, “For Texas, this is considered sweet black tea, and you should’ve asked for more sugar.” That response alone showed a complete lack of professionalism. When I asked to speak with the manager or owner, she claimed she was the owner—but her attitude and customer-service skills did not reflect that at all. I strongly urge my veteran and military family to be aware: this Scooper is not customer-service oriented.
