Great place to study. Morning staff are great. I'm always greeted by them... the night staff are horrible though. They fight and yell at each other. Every unprofessional. I took my son with me so he could get something to eat and the woman behind the counter dropped an fbomb right in from of him

AS FAR AS EINSTEINS GO WELL IT'S AN EINSTEINS, YA GOT UR BAGELS AND UR OTHER STUFF. PRETTY SPEEDY THOUGH!!!
Super dirty bathrooms, and grouchy staff. But, they had an Asiago bagel which is what we wanted.

The staff serving the drivers is rude.
I ordered online using the screen and was surprised when I opened my sandwich. I had an Albuquerque Turkey, which I had specified as being on an Everything Bagel, "thin", and with added avocado. The sandwich came on some other bread, not 'thin', and there was no avocado. I went back to the counter to inquire about it and was told, "them sandwiches are premade", as though I was an idiot for thinking my specification of bread as an everything bagel, thin, and the addition of avocado, was do-able. I inquired as to why I would have been able to make a specific bread choice and have an add-on if they were pre-made, and the service professional at the counter said, "I can't control the computer". My friends, don't go here unless you are ready to be served something different than what you order, with attitude that you don't deserve.
I been on 1250 Miller The cashier was disrespectful, she shouted, in addition to charging me for more. She was hysterical. I Order 2 bagel she charged me 3 and when asking for my return she refused even though the order was still in process. It was his mistake. I suggest her immediate dismissal is a danger for customers. SHe seemed to be under the influence of some substance.
The service here is horrible, those women are rude and slow. is a shame that such a great law faculty only have this opción for food .

avoid their ice coffee - had so much sediment in it made my tongue turn black! They serve really old iced coffee so beware.
I came at 8:30pm and they were closed!!!!
