Best Banh Mi I've had on this side of town yet. The bread was crunchy, the meat was well flavored and the service was excellent. Will definitely return for more.

Super cute decor. Love the food peridoic table on the wall. Boba teas are delicious. The gyoza and takoyaki are pretty amazing, especially to be made so quickly. Great service.

This place is definitely a hidden gem! They have sold me on the first day! The matcha green tea was so fresh and not overloaded with sugar and the food and service was exceptional!!!! I’m a “complainer” and this is a MUST VISIT!

Their milk teas are perfectly refreshing on hot days and i absolutely love their bahn mis, the sauce really makes it pop. Their potstickers are a must try as well. All great for quick, light, lunch or snack options!

I love eating their banh mi subs. I get the chicken teriyaki style and pair it with one of their smoothies. I go to this place before grocery shopping next door. Their prices are reasonable.

Big fan of their Bhan Mi sandwiches and vermicelli. Have purchased both over several months and quality of food is always high. Staff wears a mask and always has food ready for pickup when promised.

Love their iced coffee as a sahm this is my go-to place when im craving a delicious iced coffee. They also have tasty smoothies my children enjoy. They taste delicious. This time, I also ordered some wings and fries. Served hot and freshly made and tasted good. I will say for my preference, I needed some extra sauce on the wings, but overall, they tasted really good. About 4 tables inside and a small bar stools front view.

The owner even gave me a tip about ordering through Facebook to save on the convenience charge. I order the Okinawa Milk Tea and the Vietsub Special Bahn Mi and they were the bomb! This is definitely my kind of place where not only is staff amazing but the food is equally delicious. A must try!

Food: I got the beef pho and the Okinawa milk tea! The broth was excellent and full of flavor. No need for any sauces. The Okinawa milk tea will put some pep into your step. It was sooooo good. My mom got the fried rice & shrimp. She loved it because it was all fresh, full of seasonings, and had freshly cut & slices lettuce and tomatoes. She drank the Mango smoothie. She drank half and gave the other half to my daughter.

Clean space, menu had a good selection and the lady was nice. It’s definitely pricey (compared to other places) but you are in vintage park so it makes sense! I got the grilled pork vermicelli and a lychee tea. The vermicelli was as expected but the tea was way bigger than I expected! Tasty and refreshing. I was so hungry I forgot to snap a pic beforehand.

Did not rate the food because we only got a smoothie and a tea. I got the Avocado smoothie with boba and my girlfriend got the passion fruit green tea. Both were amazing!! Would definitely recommend!

Loving the coffee and boba tea. The Vietnamese Coffee is delicious and M1 is my favorite tea so far. The subs are very good, even better if you add a fried egg. So close to my work, I'll definitely be swinging by a lot.

Delicious boba & food and incredible service! Family-owned and the owners are super sweet. My favorite items to order here are the banh mi thit nuong (grilled pork sandwich), dumplings, takoyaki, and passionfruit tea or mango tea with boba — really all their drinks are to die for. Conveniently located next to HEB as well for your shopping needs.

We ordered the banh mi pork sandwich combos that comes with fries and a drink, with Cajun and regular fries. Those were pretty good and great serving size! Also, an appetizer of pork egg rolls that come 3 per order. Everything was super fresh! Fries, egg rolls and bread was lightly crisp!🙌 This place was VERY GENEROUS on the meat in that sandwich and that’s not very common! Flavors were on point too! Definitely going back.

Conveniently located in the row of shops in front the big HEB at Louetta and 249, Vietsubs is a small Vietnamese joint that does a variety of mostly small plates and Asian teas, with or without bobas. Picked up two banh mis, an order of chicken spring rolls, some Vietnamese ice coffees, and some Viet fries, which are a little like Asian chili cheese fries. Service was quick and friendly. All the food was decent, although the fries were lukewarm by the time we got home. Banh mis were on crunchy fresh rolls.

The girl was taking care of the register, making food and scratching her face and nose. Asked her to wash her if they have gloves or to wash her hands but she didn’t understand. I was watching closely and don’t think she washed her hands before preparing the banh mi sandwiches. Please have them use gloves when preparing food. Thank you.

The boba was hard and didn't have much flavor. The service was ok, there was one young sweet girl working doing her best but some older sounding female screeching in Vietnamese from the back. It made for an unpleasant experience and wait.

We love this place before but after what happen today WE WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! My wife ordered bahn mi sandwich and after few bites, she noticed the cucumber has an odd taste and not fresh. She showed it to the lady at the counter and told her about the food. The lady took the food from my wife. Then my wife is waiting for a replacement but the lady told her that they will not replace the food. So my wife left the store without her food.

This is my first time here, we were not greeted. I ordered the Matcha and it was not even decent quality. Wanted to go back in and ask to change drinks but after reading the negative reviews about employees, decided not to. The boba itself and hard and not that much flavor to them.

I want to give this place a better rating because the vietnamese coffee was fantastic, but I was treated very rudely and overcharged for a very tiny drink. The employee who took my order made me stand at the counter for 5 minutes while he finished his phone call before he took my order. I may give them a second chance but if I'm treated this way again I definitely won't be as nice as I was last time.

So I walked in right before closing and the lady in the front literally just stared at me, I had to speak for her to speak back, I asked “are you guys about to close?” She said yes and walked off.... usually most places will still take your order but she didn’t even act as if she wanted to so my son and I walked out! The reviews for their food seem good but their customer service is horrible & they don’t have to ever worry about me stepping foot back into their establishment!

First of all love the drinks, but my reasoning for a one star is because I’ve heard how bad they treat their employees. Geez they look so overworked, overwhelmed, and honestly I feel so bad for them. I wanted to apply a couple weeks ago until I went there and ordered my usual drink and I saw the lady with short hair snatch the blender out of the poor girl’s hand like? Really?? If she’s doing something wrong okay? Like there’s other ways to approach and help? We are all HUMAN WE HAVE FEELINGS AND WE MAKE MISTAKES..Geez I hope that girl leaves that toxicity behind. That was not my first time walking by and seeing that sort of behavior. It’s honestly disgusting.

we walked in at a busy time but the shop was empty. It was pretty easy to understand why when the entire boba smelt like the toilet overflowed. It was so bad we couldn't stay even if we wanted to.

The guy who’s there rn is super rude. Kept rushing me to place my order and I was on the phone waiting for it and he was yelling at me to get it multiple times when I was like the only one in the store. He also checked to see if I tipped before he made the drink. Regretting I did tip but I will not be coming back

Smoothies are terrible. The girls don’t know how to make it, need to re trained how to make it! The taste didn’t come out right., and I got a diarrhea after that. It’s terrible.

I tried waking into this place about 20 minutes before they closed only to get a drink. They were cleaning up, clearly ready to leave. One if the workers behind the counter rolled her eyes and said they are almost closing and asked if I was only getting a drink with the biggest teenage attitude. I turned right back around and left and will not return.

5/23/24 I ordered a banana & strawberry banana smoothie had a sip and instantly told the girl at the front that the artificial Banna flavor was so overpowering I felt as I was eating the powder they use. I asked them if they could remake the smoothie or give me a plain strawberry one the girl instantly told me I would have to pay for another one.I asked if I could speak to a manager and she told me their on vacation she couldn't help. I was then speaking to younger girl up front asking what number I could call the lady working in the kitchen who obviously makes the smoothies grabs the girl and pushes her out. I immediately told her to not put her hands on the girl and decided to leave cause the employee was already getting physical. I have never been treated in such a horrific way. Please save yourself and go elsewhere. Something shady is going on in this establishment. Update: it is now 5/30/24 and the owner has yet to call me back, do yourself a favor and save your peace of mind and go to a place you can enjoy yourself without any hassles

Came to pick up an order placed 10 minutes prior. They told me 5 minutes.. Meanwhile, 2 people walked in, made an order and walked out.. The mobile order that was ALREADY PAID FOR got pushed to the side.. They got their money so it's like "hey I got mine,, now you get yours" 15 minutes later I walked out with food,, NEVER AGAIN..
