Just went thru the drive thru. Food was quick to come and fresh to eat. Drive thru attendant was compassionate and I would highly recommend. My personal complaint, and this is more of a nitpick, but I tried the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip sandwich, and it tasted a little dry, as if there wasnt enough sauce. But again. That's only a nitpick. Don't let that stop you from going. Please, by all means, stop by
On this visit, my daughter and I went in to try the new Meatless Whopper. We ordered a regular Whopper and a meatless Whopper, ended up ordering with the manager at the cash register, he cut the burgers in half for us and then covered them with new wrapers so we couldn't see which were which and did a blind taste test. Quick Service, friendly and the meatless Burger was actually pretty good.
Best burger ever. The milkshakes are eye popping thickness and the fries hot. Great for family dinner. Love this place. Super friendly. Always clean. Try a Monterrey melt. You can thank me later
My first visit to Whataburger, good chicken sandwich (I don't eat much beef), good milkshake, friend says good burger. Very nice cashier!
We are not from the area, so this was a treat for us. The burger I ordered was the exact way I ordered it! Hold the sauce/ sauce on the side great job kuddos to these young people at the drive- thru.
Very disappointed this trip. I hope it was a fluke. Fries were over cooked and soggy. Should not have been served to anyone. Burger was good. Service was very slow. Ordered to go, and after a very long wait, discovered they have our other to another customer, who was good enough to let them know. So we could get our food and back on the road. Really like this location. First experience that wasn't really good .

What a Burger is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The burgers are made with fresh, never-frozen beef, and they are cooked to perfection. The buns are soft and fluffy, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. I had the classic cheeseburger, and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the cheese was melted and gooey. The toppings were the perfect complement to the burger, and they added a touch of sweetness and crunch. The fries at What a Burger are also amazing. They are hand-cut and fried to a golden brown. They are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They are seasoned with just the right amount of salt, and they are the perfect accompaniment to a burger. The staff at What a Burger is friendly and welcoming. They are happy to answer any questions you have about the menu, and they make you feel right at home. Overall, What a Burger is a fantastic restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone. it was very busy we had to wait a while but the lady gave us a cinnamon bun for the inconvenience that's a lot more than a lot of places! food very good too!

I give all stars because Alexis Z. She was beautiful and polite and patient with me as I ordered for my brother who wanted a Whataburger and had been recently with a stroke. I explained to Lexy what he liked and she referred me to the number #1 combo and I choose lemonade for him favorite. Excellent customer service: when onion rings arrived and we weren't happy with the portion, they brought us an additional large at no extra cost. Attentive employees with a clean interior. An enjoyable sit-down fast food experience.
It's Whataburger. The food is pretty good and it's consistent. You know what you're getting which is good. Service is getting better too. Used to be pretty bad and order might be wrong from time to time but they are getting much better and fixing issues with a smile which I like. Use the app and you can get free stuff but make sure they scan it before closing your order because there's no way to do it after and you'll miss it on collecting your icon for a coupon.
My Honey BBQ Chicken Strip sandwich was great. Seems that the staff was overwhelmed with a 12 midnight rush from the Formosa plant. They ran out of tomatoes and pickles.
Everything one would expect at a typical Whataburger. The food is good but this store has chronically long lines. Using curbside pickup to avoid the lines is rarely a timesaver and sometimes equivalent, if not more, to the time spent in their endless drive through line. The second drive through lane is not utilized as much as it should be. Shout out to the female employee taking orders for customers with a tablet, in the heat, that are waiting to get to the speaker! Great establishment but would definitely check the contents of my bag to make sure it’s correct before leaving the property! The person taking the orders will confirm your order on the spot but some of the cooks will consistently jack up the small details with your order.
I ordered a Cheese and Bacon Whataburger and it was great. I would give them 5 🌟 but this restaurant is very busy and it took 20 minutes to get my order and it was moderately warm. They need more kitchen and counter help. I will still go back but will allow for the wait time. The burger was great, one of the best restaurant burgers I have had.
Everything has been correct my last couple visits, but the lines!!! Which has nothing to do with Whataburger, just be prepared to wait. I ordered ahead and went inside to pick up, and still had to wait about 5 minutes for my order. But that's still MUCH faster than waiting in line, which was so long I couldn't even park in front, because the cars were wrapped around the building.
I loved my chicken fajita taco, but my husband thought the hamburger lacked any flavor. This was our first time to a What a burger, we don't have them up north.

I am thankful this location was a 24-hour place. It allowed me to grab food after midnight for my family visiting the coast. The one person running out to grab orders & bringing them back out was very kind & understanding of the wait, which I am also grateful for. That's the best part of the review. I highly advise being prepared to wait 30+ minutes to get through the drive thru any time about midnight or after. With at least a 6 person crew that I saw including the kind gentleman who got my online order to me, it is insane how long it took just to get an order sent online 20-30 minutes ahead of pick-up. On top of the long wait just to pick-up, I was missing 2 items from my order for my nephew's. I had to give up my food so they could eat & I was not about to drive 13 miles back there & back to the beach. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE LEAVING!
Sometimes they mess up on the order but all you have to do is let them know and they kindly fix it. No need to cause a scene. They are great at making sure the orders are correct and fixed. And they are a nice staff. Even late at night.
While I applaud hiring special needs people, them yelling out in the restaurant continually was bad. Something has changed in the quality of service, not for the good. The fries were cold and under cooked after waiting 15 minutes for our meal, my wife's burger was over saturated with mustard.

Walked in at 1108. Walked out with yesterday's reheated chicken strips. Unfortunately, I was home 15 min away. Couldn't even eat. Grease and dried out chicken jerky. Fries were good.
It was packed the day I was there. We had to wait well over 30min for are food. Very short staffed. And the food was cool when it got to us, like it had been setting for to long. Didn't add things to my burger I asked for. And my Dr pepper milk shake was melted. Very disappointed in are meal. But the costumer service was wonderful. Prices was good. Nice clean dinning and restrooms. And easy location to find.
I LOVE Whataburger... But this new restaurant is below expectations. The lobby is always messy, the staff always seem like they're scrambling to keep up. No straws, dirty tables, ice dispenser overflowing... Regularly. We shouldn't have to endure this lackluster experience for delicious food. Hopefully management will address these issues so that we can enjoy the typical Whataburger experience.
Ordered a patty melt combo. Burger was good Not fresh. But the fries need attention. Please clean your oil. Fries look brown and dirty. We want to enjoy the whole meal.
The food here is generally hot, tastes good and on occasion is missing an item here or there. The employees are generally willing to help correct problems and the only thing I've ever had an issue with is trying to get the managers to just change the soda syrup. I usually order Dr. Pepper and sometimes it's out so I let them know but the employees seem to have to run down a manager to get them to put a new syrup in the machine. When the managers do they usually offer to toss the carbon water and replace it with a new soda. Overall a nice place to eat, my favorite dip is the spicy ketchup 🤤
The food is great but the service is poor. We sat at the speaker for ten minutes one day without anyone coming on and asking us what we wanted and just pulled around to the window. When I ask if the speaker was broken she looked around and then put the headset on. And we have always had to wait along time for our food. Like I said, the food is great, they just need to work on the service.
As long as they have been in business they are extremely careless. Bought a meal and an apple pie. The apple pie was so hot that even being careful it burned me badly. It burned the skin off my face, leaving a nasty wound. If they can not figure out how to heat a damn apple pie, take it off the menu. Will never order an apple pie again. Not worth the risk of injury.

Prices were steep for fast food. Not a huge selection. The time waited was beyound expected, considering the place was not very busy. The food taste was fairly sim. to that of Sonic Drive In. While in the bathroom the automatic lights went out on me after 3 min. No warning, no note...just poof...Over all not impressed one bit.
Don't get me wrong - I love Whataburger, however, we waited about an hour in the second lane and by the time we got our food, it was room temperature. You could tell that they were short staffed and if that was the case, they should close the second lane to focus rather than rushing, which it didn't even seem like they were rushing. It seemed like they're focused on quantity rather than quality when it comes to customers, hence my two stars.
It was 11:29 pm when we arrived and sat un drive through until 12:10 am. Cars were just sitting there. No movement. Finally, they started serving us. The fries were cold. The burgers were really greasy and had black stuff burnt pieces inside. The people serving us were extremely nice but I don't know what kind of chaos was going on inside.
Decent burger. Took 30 minutes to get food when only one other customer was there. An employee sat down, got food and started eating - all after we had ordered. We asked about our food after waiting for 22 minutes and were told "it's being prepared". We ordered 3 burgers and an order of chicken tenders, so it's not like it was a lot. Nobody said another word to us. The chicken tenders were horrible and tasted like fish. Gross. Bad customer service too.
We love Whataburger and visit them often, all over. This one in Port Lavaca was sorely disappointing, in many respects. They were unbelievably slow (yet not busy in the least). The hash browns were soggy not crunchy. We ordered some flour tortillas, as we often do and they were warmed on a dirty griddle. They had grease and food particles all over them. My son's hamburger looked like it had been sat on (squashed beyond recognition). When they brought our order to the table, no mention of condiments or anything. Just, here's your food and that was it. We asked for and did receive some condiments, but they sure had no interest in offering them. Just not what you expect from Whataburger. It appears they are poorly managed.
We decided to take it easy this morning and enjoy dine in breakfast. BIG mistake. Our order was taken immediately and it took 30 minutes to get our food and that was ONLY after the man with 2 kids nwxt to us firmly inquired after his 20 then 25 then 35 minutes in wait. The manager was listening to him with a grin. His order was incomplete My honey butter chicken biscuit and hash browns were not even warm and biscuitwas hard?? The drive thru always has a long wait 15-20 minutes This was not a staffing issue, we saw at least 7 workers
Waited at drive through to take order over five minutes. No one answered so we went around and back to drive through. There were about three people inside of restaurant, so we figured they were probably busy. We finally got our order taken and drove to window to pay. Line quickly filled up and although we were first in line, we still Waited over 25 min to get our food. Drove home only to find our order was not what we ordered. Very disappointing.

The point of order ahead on the AP ,is to order ahead, pickup and go. Not here. Order ahead means either : "OH, we lost your order". Or, " we just put down the hash browns" . This establishment has nothing but slow minded kids working here, giggling in the back instead of maintaining a steady flow of business. Bring back the good days of Great Service at Whataburger.
They have great food, but the employees need improvement, haven't been there in a while because every time I go, they ask questions I've obviously stated in my order, and continue to get the order wrong. I will always love Whataburger though. But please train employees to do a better job.

47 minutes in the drive thru. I was stuck with cars all around our I would have left. Thug at the window handed me the first drink with lid half off and it spilled everywhere. The he tried to hand me the second one the same way. Then mumbled "my bad". Once I got to the window it was quick. There were only 3 cars in front of me that took 47 minutes. Tea was fresh at least.
Had to wait for 55 minutes and 43 the time before, then the food was cold. They had too many people working to have such bad service. I have seen a lot of people complaining lately now I understand why. I love What burger but until things change I will not be there. You must do better.

After traveling 10 plus hours with children and elderly we were excited to stop here for dinner. One order came out timely. The second order took almost 20 mins. We came here for "fast food" when the manager came out (Jesse A) she was very rude. She turned the corner and said "what's the problem here" as we explained our long wait she said "well is your food cold?!" Very poor management skills. As we sat and ate there were 4 separate orders messed up.
I would put zero stars if available. This place is beyond slow. We ordered online this past Sunday, arrived when out food was supposed be ready and still waited 30 minutes. When we got our food it was cold, which means it probably was just sitting there. Also, my wife went inside to the restroom, said the lady taking orders couldn't even figure out how to do that. AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE. The service is horrible.
Can NOT get my order correct to save their lives! I believe in being kind to the people who make your food but MY GOODNESS!! I’ve gone there literally every. single. day. 2 weeks STRAIGHT. They’ve gotten my sandwich correct maybe 4-5 times. AT LEAST THE FRIES ARE GOOD.
Waited at red line for over 15 minutes plus the time in line to pay. Shouldn’t take this long and please don’t add free fries and pies when I’m ordering low calorie choices. Insult to injury! BTW this experience has become the norm. My suggestion is to offer the customer more Transparency by communicating your grilled chicken melt will take longer than expected would you like to make a different choice?
Unfortunately this is my local Whataburger. The only thing that is consistent about this place is that your order will always be wrong. I cannot remember the last time my entire order was correct. If it’s not the wrong food, it’s the drinks. Yep. You read that correctly. I just love getting home and taking a sip full of carbonated water when I’m expecting root beer. Don’t get me started on the drive thru. If you enjoy wasting 30 minutes in a fast food line by all means...this is your place. We usually order curbside because of this. I need to tell my family to stop giving me Whataburger gift cards. That’s honestly the only reason we still go. May the odds be ever in your favor.
I went Friday night on my trip towards Galveston and stopped here to eat had a number 7 and something about it wasn’t right. Well I ended up getting food poisoning that night! So horrible to go through that ! I don’t wish it on my worst enemy.
Bad customer service and cold food
Waited 25 minutes for my food. Got up, walked to the front, gave the nice lady at the counter my receipt and plastic number. My lunch break had ended. I didn't get to eat. There was 2 or 3 cars in the drive-thru. And one customer inside. The wait was insane for a fast food place, and hardly any customers. Ordered at 14:30 left at 14:55... #5, no tomato, a whole jalapeno and a side of gravy.
The wife and I stopped by for breakfast and no one was behind the counter. So we waited for a few minutes and while we waited there was to employees sitting in the dinning area and didn’t take a second to let anyone know we were waiting to order. So we waited for about 10 min and no one helped us. So we walked out.
Usually we stop here as a meeting point with family. Most of the time the food and workers are okay. Today however, workers seemed too busy to do their job, they were calling out the dine in food at the front counter instead of bringing it to the tables and just handing the food without trays to us. The ice machine was also out. Once I got my food, the chicken strips were old and stale and the bread was crumpled up with stains and had a bite out of the side. It looked like a kid bit out of it. When we went to get a new one they were extremely rude about it and told us we were lying that it was bitten out of when it clearly had a bite mark and mustard stains on the bread. No refund was given.
Not a big fan anymore! I've had countless bad experiences at this location. My wife and I got sick from the Dr pepper shake while eating in. An employee then gave us his whole feloneous history while we tried to eat, a bit intimidating to say the least. Last night I waited way too long for an order that was never made. The "manager" then gave me a very generic apology, like it happens often. This establishment should be closed down, it's an embarrassment to Whataburger history.
*Online order took an hour. *ICE, from machine to new cup, HAS A BROWN COLOR!? *Tea was sour. *Fries were almost raw. *Emploees overworked? Short-handed? All look ready to cry.
Terrible attitude from the teenager working the window, ordered two kids meals with sweet tea, was given scolding hot tea with no ice. Ended up being unsweet tea. The young kid working the window had the worst attitude of worker I’ve ever seen. Terrible, find a better job.
Window person said she “owed” me 3 cents because she didn’t have any pennies. This happens EVERY TIME I pay with cash. Is this just something they’re told to say? You don’t make enough money, Whataburger, that you’re reduced to taking our PENNIES? Also, she served my drink without ice. Said they don’t have any ice, but the drink from the machine is cool. 🤬 VERY poorly done.
Patsy P who checked me out was very rude and surely acted like she does not like her job. When I asked if they did Military discount she said in a loud tone “No”. I said ok thank you. She rang me up and asked what I was drinking at which time I replied sweet tea. She gave me a small container. I waited 25-30 minutes for a biscuit and gravy meal. She handed it to me and never asked if I needed any condiments as she walked away. I asked for ketchup as I walked back to front counter from coke machines. Again she was rude saying what you need! I replied regular ketchup as she pulled out tray with condiments and napkins. I asked her for napkins at which time she dismissed me pointing at napkins over by coke machines. I replied I guess I can’t get any from you as she turned away and walked back towards grills. This is a shame she acted this way especially when there wasn’t but maybe 6 people including myself in the dining area. This is Texas we don’t act that way. She certainly needs some retraining but maybe management doesn’t care especially since she was counting nasty dollar bills by food preparation area. What a terrible experience this was in customer service or lack there of. Whataburger Look at internal cameras and verify what I am complaining about. Ever since whataburger was sold to northern investors it has gone downhill quickly
Lately they've gotten my order right about 70% of the time (an improvement over 10-15% before), but cleanliness and speed-of-service still leave plenty to be desired. Last time we attempted to eat here, we left without ordering because there was trash stacked almost a foot high ON TOP OF both overfilled trash cans just inside the door.....completely disgusting!
Absolutely the worst customer service. The order was wrong. Attitude was horrible when approached about the mistake. Several orders have been wrong in the past. Go to Burger King or McDonald's. Updated: Absolutely horrible service. Attitudes attitudes and more attitude. Constantly getting the order wrong. Do yourself and your family a favor and go to Burger King. Port Lavaca TX location is horrendous for customer service and correct food orders. They honestly don't care about you or your order.
Sat in line forever, no one ever took my order in lane 2 so I had to back up and go around while 2 other people cut in front of me then they had me park and wait. Complete incompetence. Took nearly 23 minutes for one biscuit and coffee. When I get the food the hash browns were just dumped in the bad and handed me the coffee and the lid immediately popped off while she's handing it to me and spilt. Not sure if that's on purpose but this is an absolute show going on over here.

First visit took about 10 minutes to get a bagged up to go order that was specified as dine in so of course no courtesy tray offering catchup followed. While sitting close to the door behind what seems like the designated break table one employee dropped his drink while getting up only to place a cone nearby and go outside to finish his break, leaving someone else to clean it up once it was finally discovered. Last visit is taking place as I type, 15 minutes to get another bagged up dine in order after hearing "are y'all going to take that order out" coming from the kitchen for several times. Again, had to chase down catchup for what ended up being cold sponge-like fries that I didn't bother eating. Burger couldn't even melt the cheese. With what seems like 2-4 employees standing around and visiting at all times you can imagine my discontent. Watched a girl come out with broom and dust pan... She made it as far as the "break table" and then returned to the kitchen after visiting for a few minutes with her fellow employees. There's still a napkin in the isle two tables up and fries around the back door floor mat. With the slim selections that exist in this town and myself being a huge Whataburger advocate, it's extremely disappointing to know that I won't be visiting this store anymore....I can get cold food and anger issues for less than $10 anywhere.
Ordered 2 #1’s only got one. Took over 20mins to get my order then when I got my order it was wrong. They said they didn’t have onions or mayo.
No line when we got there.. But some how still Waited about 30mins for food people had ordered behind us and got there food first..Didn’t get her name but young lady that took our order was super rude and aggressive. Never again. After she came to argue she never came back with drinks.
I went here tonight with my dad and ordered 3 burgers and a large coke instead they changed us for 3 combo meals. The girl working didn't repeat the order to make sure we only wanted the burger. Since my dad didn't want to be an inconvenience he said it's fine but the fries and burgers were literally COLD. I do not recommend going here unless you want cold food and wrong orders. We will not be coming to this place anymore.
Sadly it's all true, Whataburger is not what it used to be and corporate does not care. With a heavy heart it's service overall is trash . Now I remember why I stopped coming to WB overall. First time in this particular establishment they took over 30 minutes and they weren't that busy and didn't care. Second time the scramble egg looked like it was the left overs and mixed with the scraps from cleaning the grill.. now with my surprise they don't take phone orders anymore .. I went in here with my family…my father ordered for us we had to tell the lady THREE times OR MORE what we wanted and when we finally got our order it was wrong we grabbed the employee and let the young lady know she then took our order to correct it then came back and asked for the receipt and we gave it to her she handed it to the manager who then gave my father attitude and fought him on giving him back his money and still wanted to make him pay for the cheese he originally asked for in the first place….smh would not recommend going here
Food was decent, however the cashier working the front does not have the hospitality gene that you want in your business. She kept on complaining and wining about who knows what… I was there 5/14 1pm… The restaurant did not have ice and we had to wait for our drinks, which tasted flat by the way since the ice was out. Restaurant was also full of flies, not a good experience at all and I will explore my options moving forward.
That was the nastiest Whatachicken sandwich I've ever had, and quite possibly the nastiest chicken sandwich I've had at any restaurant. The chicken was rubbery. The lettuce was wilted. The fries were also unimpressive, because they were cold and limp and obviously cooked in really dirty oil. They couldn't even get the drink right, because I requested easy on the ice and it was loaded to the top with ice so I was left wanting for lemonade before I was even done with my meal. Rest assured that when I come back to Port Lavaca to complete my work that I won't be dining at this dump for lunch. This is the worst damn Whataburger I have ever experienced.
ordered two burgers took 25 minutes to make on top of that the burgers were so overcooked and when I asked about why it took long for the order, the manager Maggie rolled her eyes and walked away without answering while I was talking and they were carelessly talking about another employee badly. this was one of the worst experience in a fast food place.
Worst whataburger ever food took 25 min to get out. Employees were rude and the manger Maggie had a disgusting attitude and was also talking bad about another employee out loud.Dont come to this location!!! And to top it off my burger looked like a Burnt coal.
Slowest Whataburger I've ever been to. Update- Ordered online and still received my order 20min after the time it said it would be done. Still the slowest Whataburger ever. Make sure you order 1 hr before you want it.
I have to say, this is the WORST experience we have ever had at Whataburger! Let me start with the number reason why I am leaving this review to begin with, PATSY that took our order was absolutely RUDE from the second we placed our orders, the way she talks and the attitude behind every word that comes out of her mouth, makes me sick considering we just came back from vacation , stopped to eat good food. We ordered our food and only one meal comes out, my partner waiting until he noticed that 5-8 people already received their meals. He had to wait even longer because they messed up his food. He asked for a refund and Patsy said he cannot get a refund because they will make it. When I received my meal, Patsy literally dropped the tray of food in front of me on the table. I’m still trying to wrap the thought, How do you run out of grilled onions?? It’s 2pm!
Ordered through phone. Went to drive thru and told them im picking up my order. They told me pull up to curb and theyll get out food when ready. 40 MINUTES LATER I go inside and ask and see the bag was sitting there on rack. Food was cold and they messed up my order. Holy moly that was the worst experience I've had at any whataburger. Stay away from this location!
We waited for 30 minutes for our curbside order. I finally went inside to check on the status and waited another 30 minutes. So, a total of an hour. I was inside and there were hoards of other folks that have also been waiting 30+ minutes. I think management needs some training.
Ordered online in store took forever. I told them we were here waiting. Took a long time. Many people who came after us got served first. Got our meal finally, not quite hot for the wait. Hey you forget the cheese we paid for. Gave us a couple of cold slices of cheese to put on our burger. This experience was not worth the over 20.00 for 2 we paid for. We are from outbound town,just visiting.
The atmosphere of this place is absolutely terrible. Got people cussing and talking about going to pound town as in sexual behaviors and yelling across the restaurant and talking crap about one another and everyone being so negative and grumpy and whining and complaining about having to work while neglecting the customers at the front. Got employees on the phone cussing each other out and it takes 45 mins for me to get a simple burger and onion rings. I probably will not be coming back to this location in port lavaca Tx. Not the first time it’s been like this.
Working nights so this is the only place to eat late. So my review is not based on 1 visit. Every single time the staff is more worried about chit chatting and playing around than doing their job. Be prepared to wait if you stop here. Definitely not "fast food". Then manager will bribe you with a cookie to give it a 5 star review🤣
I went through drive through at 4:30pm on Saturday. I waited 15-20 minutes ( which is okay at Whataburger bc they make their food fresh).. Thats why we go there right. Not today.. I waited that long and my French fries and burger were cold. So cold my cheese wasn't melted. This my second bad encounter with this Whataburger and I new to the area..
From making a pre-order online for 12:15 to 12:20. Arrived at the store while waiting and seeing 2 folks come and go with 10 to 15 min waiting time when they arrived after me. Once 1st person got their order, i mentioned my name again. Other person left. Still slight eye contact with manager with no response until the last minute. I asked for pies, something. But she said none were ready. At 1258 is when my order came up. (New management, hire more, anything to make these times come down.
Today 03/22/2025 about 1:30 I ordered a #4 Jalapeño burger and asked to make sure there was plenty of jalapeño’s on the burger. When I got to my destination to eat there was 8 slices of jalapeño not even an entire jalapeño on my burger. Ever since Chicago bought Whataburger the service and amount on the burgers has gone down in quantity and quality! I have been eating Whatabutgers since I was 1 1/2 years old that’s over 57 years. And I can tell you that when the Dobson’s owned this restaurant there would have been 15-20 pieces of jalapeño on the burger, they took Customer service seriously and they made sure that if you had an issue with their product that it was solved and you knew that they appreciated your business! I can’t say that about the current corporate bullshit owners. Below is a picture for all to see!
Went to this whataburger twice this week; once for lunch and once for breakfast. My lunch came with mostly over done fries and the coke dispenser tasted bad. Worse than diet coke. Breakfast came with my hash browns all garbled up. See photo. Update: came a 3rd time. It took them 30 minutes to serve me 2 taquitos. 1 star max. Won't be a 4th chance.
