Saturday, a day off, we were unsure what to do and where to go, especially since we had the dog with us. On our way to Lake Garda, we stopped at this restaurant right after the Mantua Sud exit, recommended by Maps. I must say the location was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and friendly. At the waiter's suggestion, we ordered a robiola flan, chickpeas served on creamed spinach and crispy onion, a first course with mussels, shrimp, and calamari, and a stuffed calamari for the second course. We were very pleased with the taste and flavor. Everything was truly delicious. To finish, a dessert based on a white chocolate base with strawberry mousse and topped with a Campari jelly. Formidable. Definitely worth returning. Well done, and congratulations.

Sempre un piacere fermarsi a mangiare in questo posto dove la cucina mantovana si fonde con altre esperienze. Ottima a ricca la carta dei vini e dei liquori a fine pasto. Personale gentile, attento e discreto.

We've been here twice on a business trip, and the food is excellent, no complaints there, and the menu is also very nice. I'm giving it 4 stars because I don't understand how, with fairly priced first courses and side dishes, I ended up paying €26 in total, or just €8 for a cover charge and water.

A place just outside the Mantua outlet. A welcoming place full of items, with helpful and attentive service. The food was good, but I didn't like the broth. We had a good lunch.

The place wasn't as warm as it deserved, I'm talking about temperature. The risotto was good and plentiful. The off-menu appetizer was quite expensive; I don't recommend the off-menu option.

Found it while passing by, very nice place. Everything we ate was very good, starting with the bread... generous portions for the first courses, a little less so for the appetizers... and a slightly larger glass of wine wouldn't have been bad. The only thing, I'd advise the waitress to smile every now and then or exchange a few words, as they don't cost anything... And honestly, €6.00 for a bottle of water is a bit of a steal! But all in all, I recommend stopping by if you're passing through.

Welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Good food, generous portions. Excellent value. One star less (debatable, as always) for the wines by the glass, which aren't up to par with the rest (the red was slightly oxidized and warm, the bubbles a little better). Still, appreciated and recommended.

Good, very good: it's just a shame that our frugal lunch didn't allow us to try more... Anyway, I was satisfied with everything I ate, from the bread basket included in the price to the excellent Bottega platter, from the sobrir d'agnoli to the Merlot del Mincio. The maccheroncini with donkey stew and the sea bass in salsa verde ordered by my companion were also excellent. Friendly service, low prices, especially considering the quality, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, nothing to complain about. Very welcoming and unique location. I came with my boyfriend and we had pumpkin tortelli, which were very good, a fillet steak, and a stew with polenta. The stew wasn't very flavorful, while the fillet steak was tender and tasty, and the side dishes were good. The only thing I would recommend is changing the prices on the menu: for a side dish, €4 instead of €3.50, the difference is minimal, but it still requires consistency and precision, because even the smallest details make a difference. For dessert, a tiramisu was nothing special. Excellent value, we had a great time.

Nice cosy place, vintage decoration. We were 4, opinions were divided. My food was very good, the other in the table were not so convinced. For a pasta + glass of wine, it costs around 18 Euro per person; a meat dish + soda , it costs around 25 Euro per person.

We stopped by for lunch on a Sunday, and since the tables were booked, they seated us in the adjacent area called "La Luma." This bar, perfect for aperitifs, also serves as a restaurant, with a modern and informal feel, overlooking the outdoor summer terrace. The dishes are traditional but with some modern twists, like the pike in sauce we ate. Overall, there's nothing to complain about, especially since the (tasty) dishes are reasonably priced.

Unfortunately it didn't go as I thought, having read several positive reviews, today, October 26th, I ate in this restaurant, arriving at 12.05pm, we were practically the first customers. An artichoke starter with practically no artichokes... tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms... no salt, no oil, dry. My wife had spaghetti with pesto and burrata. The spaghetti on the plate were floating in a blender-style minestrone-style broth... the two first courses were terrible... the two second courses were average, I was the first and they served the second courses last, at 1.50pm after telling them I was leaving... maybe it was my bad day! Anyway, 88 euros was good, they got a bargain, I didn't.
