Had a pizza delivered, BURNT ! Told the delivery girl, she than replied call the store I cant take it back. Called the store twice spoke with Liza the manager. Who has the odasity to say after i said the last yime i ordered pizza from there its was burnt also, she replied and i quote " if you ordered food and had bad service, why you coming back here ? " i than replied ok your general manager is gonna here about this. And here is the begining and ending of bad service from this Dominos. Worst pizza experience ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. The pizza I was given it was a joke. It had little to no cheese on it (and I ordered it EXTRA CHEESE) Are you in the mood to get your hard-earn money robbed? GO THERE! I called Thursday night at 7:55pm for delivery I was told delivery would be about 1 hour and 10 minutes I said that was fine. At 9:05pm I called and was told the order went out and it should arrive shortly. At 9:45pm I called again to check the status and receive no answer. I left my house and arrived at the store at 10:08pm I noticed the receiver of the phones were off the hook and I asked to speake to a supervisor and was told there was no supervision on shift. When I asked about my order the employee who was high as a kite with a headphone in his ear, checked the status of my order and then proceeded to laugh in my face and informed me my order was never going to arrive at my house because it was placed for carry-out. He did nothing to defuse the situation. He informed me that people call and place orders and the orders are never picked up. I asked him oh so people call all the time amd leave their orders paid and never pickup? I asked if they call customers about orders that have sit for over 2 hours he said no. The $37 of food that I placed was reversed and I went to Taco Bell and spent $45. I spoke to a manager named Kenll today and did his best to make up for the lack of customers service I received last week.

On February 5,2026 at 12:45 pm walk in to do a order an the store Manager Sandra that took my order had a attitude and was more rude when I ask her to charge me jalapeños but couldn’t not be on the pizza. Told me that she was not able to charge me for the Jalapeño to be in the side. But the other lady was very nice

This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I’m still waiting for this issue to be properly resolved. I expect better customer service and more attention to billing accuracy.

I come to this dominos once a week, i do my order pick up overtime. And every single time the same person guessing he is the manager because everyone is scared of him with glasses came to my car give me the best and extremely rudely spoke to me like I was 2 years old and walk away. I never complaint when my order is messed up, or i get the wrong pizza notice once i am home but i am done with this disrespect. This person always has the nastiest attitude and I AM TIRED OF HIS RUDENESS. Like i told him IF YOU DONT LIKE WHAT YOU DO, DONT DO IT. After then he refused to give me the dip for my cinnamon. I am done with this place. Teach your manager or supervisor whatever he is. That thanks to us the clients he has a job, and no one put is forcing him to work for the public. Get a job from home and hide your face and attitude SIR.

Avoid ordering from this Domino’s franchisee. They could not be more incompetent: They delivered the pizza 90min late. They won’t answer the phone. The tracker won’t update. No way to cancel the order. Very efficacious, though, in collecting your money!

5 pizzas 2 litters of coke ordered at 1130 am Pizza arrives at 1:40pm after calling back twice. Only 3 pizzas were delivered with no care as to our order being messed up. Called Andres at the store and he really had no solution but to void the order and redo with 3 pizzas. We wanted the pizzas because some staff did not eat. Now 3:47 pm and still no pizza. We called and Andres has not rectified the situation. Will never order from that location again.

The driver OSMEL never completed our delivery on the app and left our food on the balcony railing outside of our door and didn’t knock. Absolutely ridiculous. We’ve been sitting here waiting on the food and the idiot left it outside.

Literally at the store as we speak, was delivered the wrong pizza that was missing 3 slices, after several calls and being placed on hold/hung up on, decided to come in person (while still on hold). Got here, and waited a min while the two ladies were chatting away, no customers, and the phone off the hook. They definitely did not expect me to be one of the call holders, couldn’t explain why was on hold for the last 20ish mins even though no one there. Neither can look me in the eye and blamed the poor driver for the issue with pizza. Sucks cause this location used to be decent. Was never a fan of dominos but it’s around the corner and used to get it fast (nice and hot) and always right. Major drop off in service, looking for new pizza place as we won’t be ordering here again.

Terrible service and never delivered our food. I waited over an hour before calling to see why the order was taking so long and was told they didn't have that order in even though I had an order confirmation. Then after arguing for 15 minutes they were magically able to find the order. Since the pizza was for my employees staff meeting, we needed the pizza here for the meeting. But when we were told they weren't going to be here for another hour we tried to cancel our order. They wouldn't even cancel our order and when I asked a second time to do it the person on the phone hung up on me mid call. This is by far the worst experience I've had ordering a pizza which is something that should be simple.

The only thing that went right with my order tonight was the delivery driver, the food I ordered was severely under top. I only received 12 pepperonis on a three topping large pizza. That’s Less than literally half the amount they’re supposed To give you as a three topping large, I should have had 32 pepperonis. Attempted to call the store eight separate times no one answered a single time.
