EXCELENTE! Great mediterranean druze restaurant. A gem in the city beneath all ordinary food that we all familiar with. We ordered the vegetarian Gazala plate which was very big and delicious, and the spinach burekas, which was perfect. The portions are enormous, overall great great experience. Don't miss this place, a must go in NYC!

PHENOMENALLY flavorful middle eastern (Druze) food. There want a single item we had that was truly delicious. For a group I recommend the Gazala Sampler Platter, which you can request vegan, vegetarian, or omnivorous. It comes with an assortment of hot and cold mezze plus their super fun and delicious homemade flat bread. We got hummus (what? How was this so good), babaganoush (smoky but not too much so), tabouleh, falafel (huge hit with my 8 year old), potato “cigars” (almost like a small cannoli filled with spiced mashed potatoes), tahini, hot chutney, and vegetarian grape leaves. Also a must is the Karnabeet: a head of cauliflower stewed in a tahini and onion sauce and served with Druze rice and a cabbage/corn/lemon salad. Truly one of the most savory, umami bombs I’ve ever tasted. Literally drooling typing this! The check came with complimentary special house/made Druze cookies. It’s a bit on the pricey side for some items but as a special lunch or date it is WELL worth it.

Incredibly delicious authentic Druz cuisine. Excellent selection of fresh, healthy and clean food. Loved the open kitchen, the homey atmosphere, huge portions and warm service. The chef is PHENOMENAL!!!! Felt like I was visiting with that aunt, everyone knows is the best cook in the family. DEFINITELY going back. This is a must try in NYC, (without the NYC prices) !!!

Love Gazala's. Enjoyed their big mezze platter and lamb kebab. They accomodated us on a reservation last minute on NYE and service was excellent. This was my 2nd time here and the food is fantastic. Their pita bread is very unique and delicious.

We had a great meal at Gazala’s Restaurant! We ordered the Gazala’s Platter, which gives you a sampler of all the signature dishes—everything was fresh and full of flavor. The Moshakal (mixed combination) was also delicious and a perfect choice if you like variety. Shoutout to our server Marco C.—he was friendly, attentive, and gave spot-on recommendations. Great food, warm service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

I love mediterranean cuisines and this druze-israeli restaurant was very nice. The food and service were good, but the prices were very expensive for what you get. The hummus plate with shawarma was a very generous dish that two people can share (we did). The salad had too much parsley in it and was pretty small for its price.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a $100+ delivery through their website to try to support the business. Order was half an hour late, I called the restaurant to ask about it. I was given no information as to where the food was and no apologies for the delay. Food arrived almost 2 hours after my order, obviously cold and disappointing. Don’t order deliveries from them.

Fix the toilet The seat shakes four inches in every direction. It can injure someone . It's obviously been this way for a long time and ignored. Excellent food though
