This restaurant is amazing!! The inside is very modern and welcoming. I ordered off of the lunch menu, got my salad within 2 minutes and my meal within 10 minutes. Presentation was beautiful, but what I was most pleased with was how SOFT and FRESH my fried rice was!!! It was, hands down, the best fried rice I've ever had. Thanks Monster Thai!!

Delicious and well priced. Had some vermicelli with tofu, not too salty which I appreciate. I would v loved to.sit outside with my dog but they didnt have enough seats out for my group. Lovely crew, highly recommend!

Monster Thai does a great lunch special. Salad, main dish and rice for a good price. It’s always hot and delicious. My kid loves the red curry with beef. I’m a fan of the cashew chicken. Thank you Monster Thai for providing an affordable lunch option on busy school days. It’s always ready quickly and on time.

Best Thai food ever! Tony greeted us immediately took our order and the food was served within 15 mins of ordering. Very very tasty. They have vegetarian options and offer shrimp, meat or chicken for nearly everything on their menu . I got the shrimp Pad see ew. Best I've ever had! Didn't taste oily or over seasoned just perfect. Tony was awesome! Definitely give this place a try.

Super satisfied with the quality and authentic Asian food. I live close by so walking over, ordering and after 5-10 minutes my order is ready. They have many great options, big portions and very good prices. It is a good neighborhood place to eat or pick up food.

This cute hole in the wall Thai place across from the Whole Foods serves delicious Pad Thai! The lunch special is a great deal and bursting with flavor! I recommend paying a little more and substituting your boring plain white or brown rice with the yummy fried rice. I will definitely go back and they deliver! Also their Thai iced tea is a great treat on a hot day.

Incredible thai food. I have been coming here for quite some time now, and I can definitely tell you guys their food is consistently yummy and fresh. Tom yum soup made of seafood is going to blow your mind! If in the area, must try... Bonus: prices are very affordable!

Lots of filling. $30 for everything and I've had 3 meals from it so substantial portion sizes. This is what I have left for my 3 meal.

I usually always get pad kee mao at Thai places, but Monster Thai’s pad Thai is soooo ridiculously good I have to switch my order! It is so so tasty and perfectly spicy (when you ask for it) and it’s just the best. Not to mention the huge portion size! 10/10 recommend. We get it way too often!

Relatively good quality food. Not overpriced, cool, small and cozy spot. Nothing fancy, or over the top. Chill spot to grab a bite with your friends.

The yellow seafood curry and Pad See Ew were delicious, but the pad Thai was very dry and sticky rice super hard and chewy.

This place may not look like much but don't be fooled, there is great Thai food to be found here. They have a wide variety of food on their menu and I have always had great service when ordering from here. The actual restaurant is pretty small so be aware if more than 4 are going to dine with you. The food tastes great and is fairly quick as well, love this place.

The food here is okay. It isn't bad, but just nothing spectacular. It's a pretty typical Americanized Thai restaurant. It would be a good place to eat for a local lunch special, but I had to drive, I would much rather go to Krua Thai or Sanam Luang a few miles north.

Food is not authentic at all, I ordered several pad thai, fried rice and dumplings and everything was very much below average. No seasonings and idk how they messed up fried rice but it wasn’t right or fried, they put steamed rice in a pan with vegetables and the meat, the pad Thai noodles were incorrect, the dumplings were clearly frozen before being fried. 6 plates of food wasted, very much disappointing (Saving Grace , the duck and sauce were good but we all ate that together which wasn’t filling lol)

And honestly the quality of food has been going down anyway. Service in general is average.

I ordered the pad thai to go. When I got home I opened the container and it was swimmimg in oil, the veggies looked old and the noodles were mushy. Worse yet, you could tell the oil was old!! Don't think ill go here again. Was disappointing bc it got great reviews on Yelp!

The food was terrible. The service was awful. Picked up for an office, the salad was chunks of vegetables not cooked, no flavor, no dressing provided. Another person's order of chicken was severely under cooked. Thrown away. Other's were missing rice supposed to come with the meal. One person found a STONE in their food. Literally a rock. Disgusting. They just lost 30 customers in one fell swoop.

I have only ever ordered Thai food from Monster Thai and have done for years. I always order the same 2 dishes whether it be a lunch special or a whole order of Mongolian Beef and Chicken Pad Thai. I also have always ordered it cooked "mild". Tonight I ordered it as usual, it was repeated back to me as I ordered it. When I got it home both dishes were loaded with red pepper flakes and they were both too hot to eat, and I don't mean temperature wise. When I called to inform them I would be coming back with the food and I wanted them replaced without pepper flakes I got an argument. That set me off. As an unhappy customer who has to make a return trip I was expecting an apology. The man I spoke with told me it would be 20 to 25 minutes because they were busy. I told him I would be there in 10 to 15 minutes and if my food wasn't ready I would leave the food and receive a refund. I actually sat in my car and came in 20 minutes after I called. The young man who took my order and a cook came out from the back and both began to argue with me that I ordered incorrectly and that was how "mild" food was made all the time. I insisted that I had been ordering for years and always ordered the same. What happened to the customer is always right? If they had only apologized I would have been less angry and less inclined to argue and defend myself. Oh and by the way, I had been put on hold when I called which just meant he put the phone on the counter and I heard an exchange with a customer who was complaining that her last order was too spicy. Now I have a dilemma because I like their food but I think I will be hard pressed to order from them again.

The food was okay, but what kind of takeout place does not give spoons and forks with a delivery order? They would not come back without a separate order. We're on the clock and I'm paying for the 20 minutes it takes to walk over to Starbucks to get some.

My review is not so much about the food but the delivery. Today we ordered our usual order and two Thai Iced Tea. The delivery was a cluster F. It started when we noticed that the drinks where wrong and we asked to please look again for what we ordered. That was corrected. We laid everything out and I saw a little brown box and decided to open first, and I proceeded to eat a few of the cream cheese croutons with the dipping sauce. What happened next was shocking, the delivery person came back and asked for them. I asked my husband wait you didn’t order these? And I proceed to tell the delivery person, That I was sorry and I had opened and eaten a few, he said no is not yours and took them and even asked for the OPENED and DIPPED INTO sauce and left. Over a half hours has passed and the delivery person comes back and says we gave you something that was not yours and I said, you know we already ate. My husband let’s them in and they look thru the food on our counter and they pick the item. Luckily we never even opened this item. Horrible and disgusting. How could you delivery to someone something that another person had already eaten. Called the restaurant and it was as if nothing was the matter. Manager is not here, I’ll tell the delivery person.

I used to love this place but I can no longer recommend them. They have a women who takes the phone orders who is beyond rude to the point where she has hung up on me multiple times just because I said they should fix their phone. Her response (do you want to order or don't you? I'm too busy to hear your complaint). I have never experienced worse customer service in my entire life!When you call to order delivery their phone has the most obnoxious loud static that it's unbearable! With customer service like this I don't know how they will stay in business!

Never again!!! This place has gone downhill and we are done! They get a 1 star for the lowest rating. Mind you we used to frequent and love this place but they no longer seem to care about the quality of food they sell. After ordering delivery and paying a tip (always) I called to attempt to discuss the order and what was actually delivered but they quickly tried to excuse it on someone in training... no need to get negative but sadly we won't be back after a 2nd attempt to return. Today i went and it was new workers im not sure who because they wouldnt give me their names after asking multiple times. anyways i sat down and the waitress ( a girl) came to me with a very thic accent that i couldnt understand and asked what i would like. I told her i would like the spicy noodles with steak (beef) and a drink and salad. She brought the salad and drink but when she brought the food it was wrong. She brought the thick noodles with green peppers. I told her maybe there was a misunderstanding and asked if i could get the spicy noodles that are very thin. She said she willl correct it and bring it. At this point i was waiting for nearly 30 min with no food..... she comes back a few min later with another kind of noodles and steak that were thinner than the ones before but it was sweet and not spicy.the ones before but it was sweet and not spicy. I than asked her again this is the wrong order and even showed the PICTURE of the menu of what u wanted. She said those are egg noodles eventho on the menue it doesnt say what kind of noodles so how is a customer suppose to know? She goes in the kitchen for another 10-15 min at this point my whole entire lunch break ive been sitting with no food and its been 45 min. She than comes back and tells me she spoke with the owner and he said that we can correct the dish anymore because they had tried to correct it 2 times alreadt eventho it was THEIR ERROR. Eventho i was waitinf for 45 they aaid the drink was free which i dont care for a 2 dollar cup of boba and that they cant correct the food basically telling me to leave. When i asked for the owners name and phone number the waitress refused to give it, i asked for a manager and no one came, u asked for the waitress name and she didnt give it. This is THE WORST EXPERIENCE ive had ever. Definitely not ordering from here anymore or putting in any big orders anymore. They have to get some workers that speak english and understand. DO NOT GO HERE
