By far the best Taco Bell in the area. One of the managers Frank is the best. He's always professional and friendly. If something is wrong, he will make it right. Every fast food restaurant should have a manager like Frank.

Absolutely fantabulous❣️ Not a hint or trace of cheese anywhere (tmi: it makes me barf) on ANY of my 4 tacos (2 hard, 2 soft #pleasereturnthedoubledecker). I called to thank the manager and team member. She remembered me and said ‘I made sure there was no cheese & I even had them open a fresh bag of lettuce (since cheese tends to travel over and cross into territory that is not theirs)’. I didn’t tell her yet how great and fresh the lettuce was❗️ That is so cool of her to go that extra mile just to be sure😎. This is one manager I trust👍👍! Thank you SO MUCH!! Will DEF return💯❣️

Team member was very patient while I was tryna figure out order. And he assisted well. They need to get paid more. Every time I go they are friendly and you know they really like their job and people

Frank is the best! He's our favorite!! 🫶🏻 We've been going to this same Taco Bell for a little over a year consistently and Mr. Frank has truly become the highlight of our visits. He deals with problems and is able to deescalate any issues that comes up with employee or customer— we've literally seen this man take down a situation on both accounts and he is great at keeping the system flowing smoothly. We ordered on the kiosk and seated ourselves, promptly got our drinks and when they gave us our food we ended up not getting an entire meal, (and mind, the luxe boxes and discovery boxes are supposed to come in BOXES— hence the name 😂,) but the guy who was supposed to put the meals in their designated containers failed to do so and our food got mixed up on the trays we were given... (But don't fear Mr. Frank gave the employee a stern talking to and when the man brought the meal we were missing out to us, he had made sure to put it in a box.🙌🏻) Overall, the employees are very friendly and welcoming, respectful and helpful. They promptly got the issue with our whole missing meal situation resolved. The floors and bathrooms are decently clean, it's rare that we find trash or smears of stuff just randomly on the tables, floors, and walls like other Taco Bells that we have dined at.

Nah this not every Taco Bell , the 🌮 🔔 on Plank Road in Baker is the spot , customer service is excellent it's always extremely clean add the food is prepared fresh you can't beat that..... So this Taco Bell is 10 out of 10.... And I can't speak for them other ones but the one on Plank Road in Baker Louisiana is lit

It is Taco Bell. Who doesn't like Taco Bell every once in a while? This guy, does. They seem to be out of Baja Blast in the drive through every other time I go, though.

I love the five layer burrito, but now the double chalupa box for five dollars is better.

Drive through was slow but food was hot and fresh

Expectations can't really be high with most fast food. Problem here was that no one actually didn't want to take an order or make the food.

Not good because the man was hollering he kept saying you want me to throw it away when I was not saying that all I asked was for him to remake it cause that’s not what I ordered.

Food is ok. Service is terrible depending on whom is working. For some reason the quality of food is directly related to the quality of service . Zachary was better.

The nacho fries just came out and of course I had to go and get! So I got the $1 fries and honestly they were really good and different. I am very picky about my fries, so the only other fast food place I'll get them at would be Arby's. The reason why I gave it a rating of 3 is because I expected for there to be more fries. Yes I did get the $1 fries, but it was only half filled and the pieces were really small.

Not sure if its always like this late at night but I had an uber eats order here with a lot of food and none of it was in stock. Ive been here before and didn’t have an issue so thats why I give it 3 stars.

I visited the Taco Bell on Plank Rd. in Baker. I've always check my order before leaving any fast food restaurant and the day I decided not to check my food once I made it home I notice I was missing part of my order but I don't understand how when I only order 2-4pc. Chicken Rolls I tried calling Taco Bell 778-0207 numeric time but the line STAYED busy so NO I want be visiting that Taco Bell again.

I ordered 3 Crunchy Tacos, but they gave me 3 soft tacos. I just need for the cashier to pay attention to what they are doing.

Staff too lazy to turn the menue boards to show breakfast offerings then gets an attitude if you can't order quick enough. Consistently the worst food service in Baker.

You will get what they give you here. Two weeks in a roll they gave us the wrong food.

I've been sitting in the drive thru window for several minutes, without there being a line might I add, to still be asked to wait more. I believe they are understaffed.

Went there for breakfast, but wasn’t able to get anything. The store hours stated online are from 9am-1am, but the actual hours are 10am-10pm apparently. Please change the times online if they are not correct. Customers should have to waste gas.

Don't go here they give you what they want not what you order. I am not happy. This latterly happened like 10 min ago. I've had bad Taco Bell experiences before, but this one beats all... As soon as I reached window, the clerk was leaned out window to see the line. He said "motherf**s act like this the only food in town" I was stunned. He went on to explain, all while cursing, how he doesn't understand how "we at this mess... I don't eat it. Even when we have to taste test.. like that Mexican pizza s**t; get it far away from me" When I suggested that he'd be without a job if we went to waffle house next door, he said he didn't care. During this lengthy exchange I was still waiting for my food. Conversation didn't end until I told him he was out of line... Other person working with was outside. When he returned inside the clerk walked over to briefly talk to him. Eventually the food came but the line was around the building. Then to get home and not be able to eat my food because order was wrong made this worse.

Messed up my order. Forgot food. Made tacos very poorly. Very rude. Didn't make my experience enjoying. I made a second trip to this taco Bell this morning to get breakfast and they tell me they're not serving breakfast. I told them that their sign outside says taco Bell breakfast. He told me that he didn't know it said that but they're not serving breakfast because of the virus. They're still serving tacos at 9:15 in the morning. What's so special about breakfast that you can't serve it. I will never come to this taco Bell again. 😡😠🤬

Every time I go to baker Taco Bell it is the worse tasting and worse looking food. The Mexican pizza pretty much anything with a hard shell has a burnt taste. It's so bad it will make u wanna throw up. Every time I call no answer or someone picks up and hangs up. They put a teaspoon of meat and a huge hand full of lettuce. The people are so rude. The restaurant opened for 9, and when I got there at 9:50 the MANAGER said “ oh we got here late so we won’t be open until 10. “ I then asked for her name and she told me to have a nice day. Along with this, every time I go at night, there’s a 30 minute wait on meat that should already be done since it’s your main product. The cashier was upset because I changed my order to from a combo just to the entre. I asked for a cup of ice, I was told they had no more ice at 11:45 in the morning. She passed me the other drinks and shut window and went to back. I was not asking for free ice, just some ice and I would have paid for. Very unorganized. Employee working drive thru was also working counter register and ones fixing food were unorganized and had long line of people waiting for there food inside and long line of cars outside. Should have 1 person at each register and the food preps should work on both sides of the food prep area. One group doing food for counter customers and other preps doing drive thru. One group cant keep up with drive thru and counter.

Worst Taco Bell. I'm watching the employees right now as they are playing around and yelling and screaming at each other. Not one of them is actually working or touching any food meanwhile there are three of us in here that have been waiting on our order for 20+ minutes. Cut up when you don't have customers to take care of...some of us have to get back to work!!!

I hadn't eaten at Taco Bell since October 2018 (food poison). In 08/04/19, I decided to take a chance, brought a nacho supreme, no beans and no chives. Took a few bites, it was bland and gross. I tossed it into the trash.

This Taco Bell is not the greatest. The food was cold and not made the way we ordered it. The manager's name is Frank Boneno, he was very rude when I called as soon as I got home to let him know about the food quality he told me to come back when I could and he would take care of it. When I want back in ask him if I could have a refund because we were very unsatisfied I was laughed at by him and told I couldn't have a refund I didn't bring any of the food back with me. I said I have the receipt witch is how him but since I didn't have any of the scraps as he said with me that all he could do was give me more food. I would I want more food when I'm complaining about the food I got prior. As a manager you would think he would know how to treat a paying customer. Thank you Laura Lindsey

As I was throwing up all over everywhere, all I could smell and right afterwards was cat litter!! It smells like a used cat litter box!! It was in my nostrils in my mouth! I can still smell it!!! Never again will I eat here nor anyone that I know!

I ordered my food online in the parking lot ,then pulled in the drive thru expecting my food to be hot and fresh!. Unfortunately my food was cold and the nachos were stale and hard. Definitely will not be spending my money here again

At one point from the passenger seat I said “excuse me”. Then that triggered her to correct her tone. When we pulled up to the window, we can hear and see her yelling at a customer. The customer was yelling back “that she should get what she paid for”. The employee spit at the customer into her car. The customer got out and reached through the window and took her phone, told her to come out and get it. Of course she didn’t… but somebody need to lose their job tonight!!! We just pulled off after waiting for our food because the whole staff was fussing with the customer out of the window.

Have always been a good place to stop. Today wasn't. Waited 35 minutes on my order. While waiting I noticed that the lady preparing the food was not wearing gloves: so I brought it to her attention. She only put on one on her right hand. Seven customers came in after me were all served while I was still waiting on my #1.

Have always been a good place to stop. Today wasn't. Waited 35 minutes on my order. While waiting I noticed that the lady preparing the food was not wearing gloves: so I brought it to her attention. She only put on one on her right hand. Seven customers came in after me were all served while I was still waiting on my #1.
