It's Taco Bell - you're going to get what you expect when it comes to the food. The vast majority of the time it is hot and tastes good. Some employees are a bit unprofessional (mind you, it's tacobell, I'm not expecting fine-dining service lol), but some others are spectacular. This is my go-to for midnight munchies

Nah this not every Taco Bell , the 🌮 🔔 on Plank Road in Baker is the spot , customer service is excellent it's always extremely clean add the food is prepared fresh you can't beat that..... So this Taco Bell is 10 out of 10.... And I can't speak for them other ones but the one on Plank Road in Baker Louisiana is lit

The last 2 times I've been to this location my hard tacos have stuck to the paper wrapper so of course it ends up splitting down the middle. I like soft tacos too but I don't want to have to order them. However, there is a man who works in the drive-thru sometimes during the day that always sounds like he's having the best day of his life. If I have the money to spare I of course round up for the donation, cause, how can I say no to that?

I've always liked this taco bell but lately the quality of service has gone down some. The food is usually good but sometimes it's a little frustrating seeing what I just paid for is not what it should be. One guy that works there..he is really dedicated to his job and always does his best to serve you up.

This is the second time I ordered the Steak Nachos Box and it's made horrible. The very first time had me in awe but as you can see from the picture, it was bad. They had no steak so I got chicken instead, its loaded with beans and it looks like a drop of Nacho cheese sauce they sprinkled regular shredded cheese that didn't melt good, so it's like a nacho chicken Mexican pizza cause its stuck together all the chips and beans.

This is the second time I ordered the Steak Nachos Box and it's made horrible. The very first time had me in awe but as you can see from the picture, it was bad. I order extra cheese and recive it for $1.00 more. The thing they don't give you anymore for your money the portion were to small for the money. I wil not be back. $14.00

This Taco Bell is not the greatest. The food was cold and not made the way we ordered it. The manager's name is Frank Boneno, he was very rude when I called as soon as I got home to let him know about the food quality he told me to come back when I could and he would take care of it. When I want back in ask him if I could have a refund because we were very unsatisfied I was laughed at by him and told I couldn't have a refund I didn't bring any of the food back with me. I said I have the receipt witch is how him but since I didn't have any of the scraps as he said with me that all he could do was give me more food. I would I want more food when I'm complaining about the food I got prior. As a manager you would think he would know how to treat a paying customer. Thank you Laura Lindsey

I was eating my tacos, and I thought I felt a thin piece of lettuce in my mouth, It turned out to be a dark colored hair from a human!! As I was throwing up all over everywhere, all I could smell and right afterwards was cat litter!! It smells like a used cat litter box!! It was in my nostrils in my mouth! I can still smell it!!! Never again will I eat here nor anyone that I know!

I ordered my food online in the parking lot ,then pulled in the drive thru expecting my food to be hot and fresh!. Unfortunately my food was cold and the nachos were stale and hard. Definitely will not be spending my money here again

So tonight 9/7 @11:20ish. This is what I witnessed. My husband placed an order and the young lady had such an aggressive tone. As we ordered, she replied with constant “what” and “what else” . At one point from the passenger seat I said “excuse me”. Then that triggered her to correct her tone. When we pulled up to the window, we can hear and see her yelling at a customer. The customer was yelling back “that she should get what she paid for”. The employee spit at the customer into her car. The customer got out and reached through the window and took her phone, told her to come out and get it. Of course she didn’t… but somebody need to lose their job tonight!!! We just pulled off after waiting for our food because the whole staff was fussing with the customer out of the window.

Have always been a good place to stop. Today wasn't. Waited 35 minutes on my order. While waiting I noticed that the lady preparing the food was not wearing gloves: so I brought it to her attention. She only put on one on her right hand. Seven customers came in after me were all served while I was still waiting on my #1.

If I could give the establishment zero stars I would .Worst experience ever, only gave me half of my order and refused to give us fresh food , then proceeded to tell me to get back in line to reorder the food so I drove back around to reorder so the food would be hot and they flat out refused to remake the food or give me a refund for the food. I will never give this Taco Bell business again
