I was in town for Legoland and did want to eat at the resort so I ordered take out from here. Awesome food, portions and pricing. The server was helpful with my questions and I wish we had this restaurant in my city!

the food was amazing. i always get the nachos or the torta. they are delicious and the size is big. the prices are reasonable. the place is cute. the people are super sweet. come in and try it! 10/10 would recommend

Made the mistake of getting food at Legoland once... Thankfully we found this gem and managed to get food worth eating! The chorizo tacos were excellent, and based on my son's reaction to the (kid's menu) ground beef taco - they're pretty great too! I've never seen my son eat a taco so quickly before. If you're staying at Legoland, or are just there for the day and want lunch or dinner... it's worth the 5 minute drive. For darn near the price of a microwaved burger at legoland my entire family got outstanding food and great service - no mobile apps required.

You could drive by this place a million times and not really notice it, and that would be your loss a million times. This food is nothing short of great. I had the best bistec a la mexicana I’ve ever had and the service was great and very friendly. Great margaritas too. Definitely a must if you’re in the area.

4.5 stars. I’m taking half a point off because they didn’t include any utensils or napkins in the DoorDash order. The food is excellent, but it was a hassle for me to get utensils from the hotel I was staying in. The food is delicious, and much better than eating the typical amusement park food at legoland.

Great atmosphere. Small place. Real food. Good service. Great prices. Kids meal comes with ice cream. I want to come back every week and try all the menu items. Glad I found it. You should too.

The food was amazing! I ordered Torta and it was honestly the best I have ever tried. My mother ordered chilaquiles and she said that it was Great! So if you like spicy things then the chilaquiles are my recommendation. The price was fair for what we ordered too!

I've eaten here a handful of times. So far haven't found anything to dislike. Portions are plentiful, food is delicious and the staff is super friendly. Also, the taco salad is AWESOME.

The best Mexican restaurant in Orange County hands down! The place is small but the food is great and the cocktails are on point. It is family owned and has a very welcoming environment.

Omg what a great place. Food was amazing and such a fun atmosphere. Had the best passion fruit mojito. Alma was so friendly and efficient. I am going back every week. Great prices, great food, great people.

Exceptional food, very fresh ingredients, very reasonable, large portions, friendly service. Local atmosphere, nothing pretentious. Only criticism is minor; their refried bean recipe. I prefer beans with some liquid, theirs is all soup. Well worth trying!

This place deserves 5 stars and more. Went there for pre dinner before my new year’ eve. Food drinks and service were impeccable. True authentic Mexican place. I forgot the name of our waiter but he was wearing glasses, super kind super gentle and attentive. I would definitely come back to gochen just for this place

The best restaurant in town. People who say the chips doesn’t taste good are wrong because I seen them cut them fresh and fry them they are just use to eating bag chips that think factory trash chips are good. The salsa is so good I can buy the whole thing if I could which I also seen them make fresh and not just dump it from a store can. The food is fresh and made to order. You can see them cooking your meal with out them hiding anything. The best margaritas in town also. The best restaurant in Orange County. Thank you for being part of Goshen. We Love El Rancho

Best authentic Mexican food. We had to wait 40 minutes to be seated because there is not alot of space but it was well worth it. I had beef tacos and they were so good. We even got dessert and the flan and churros were delicious. I definitely recommend if you are looking for authentic Mexican food.

Traditional tacos and gorditas were so good. Al pastor meat was out of this world good. Chorizo was also very very good. Margaritas and chips after a long day in Legoland felt heavenly

Being from So. California, this was the best Mexican food on the east coast! It is a must go to.

Blown away by dinner here! We live in NYC and consider the Mexican in our neighborhood pretty good. This topped it, no comparison. The guacamole is so well seasoned and fresh, the beans and rice are perfectly flavored, and I had the Quesa-Birria special, which was incredible. I’ve always wanted to try Birria and now I’m afraid to eat it again from anywhere else as I’ll probably be disappointed. Also, the peach margarita was delicious!

Was in Goshen for the night and was so happy to stumble upon this place. I ordered pick up directly from the restaurant and our big order was ready within 20 minutes, included options for picky kiddos and was super fresh and delicious. Would 100% return.

Food was awesome. When the description said giant burrito I was skeptical. It did not disappoint it was the size of a small child and busting out of its wrapper. I wish I lived close by I would come all the time.

This little restaurant served the best Mexican food I've ever had in my life. Better than any Mexican food I've had in any major city or in Mexico! They have authentic Mexican dishes as well as dishes that cater to American preferences. Very generous portions. Great kids meals. Even the chips and salsa are fantastic. We had enchiladas mole, Mexican tacos, guacamole and some kids meals. Great service. The kitchen is open and it's very hot in inside. It was a long wait for our food, but with it!

This was stopover for us on our way home a few weeks ago. Very pleasantly surprised. Chips, salsa and flautas all really good. I ordered chicken fajitas (my favorite) and was not super excited when I saw the dish also had mushrooms. But OMG, it was amazing!!! Best, most delicious chicken fajitas I ever had. Also very nice and clean restaurant, friendly staff. Our server was new but did great 😃

This was the best Mexican Food I have ever had. We came after a day of legoland and everything was amazing. They also had a kids menu that catered to picky eaters. Definitely a must if you are in the area. Honestly, I would plan another legoland trip just to eat there. The staff were also attentive, quick and very friendly, the price was fair and after eating legoland food I would even pay more! I was more surprised it was not busy on a Saturday. Definitely a hidden treasure.

Amazing food! Found 'accidentally', thinking it was a different location and SO GLAD IT WAS EL RANCHO. Ordered a ton of food for my dad's birthday today, and no one was disappointed! Absolutely delicious. Cant go wrong with options, as we all had something different. From the huge taco salad, to the bacon wrapped cheese stuffed shrimp! Amazing.

One of the best Mexican Restaurants I’ve ever been to. I travel a lot and eat Mexican at least once a week, so I was due for a little Mexican food and came across this place. The food was amazing. The burrito was the size of a newborn and was full of flavor. The chips were warm and crispy and the salsa was so good I wanted to drink it. Whenever I go to a New Mexican restaurant I always ask for their homemade hot sauce, 99% of them have their own specialty, but you have to ask. This place had two a green sauce which was close to a tomatillo and a red. They both were loaded with flavor and had a little kick which I love.

J

Wow! I was floored by the quality of the food. I ordered the steak chilaquiles and they were complex: smokey, sour, spicy, and salty. I could not stop eating them. My partner ordered a combo platter. I normally steer clear of them because it tends to be "three versions of the tortillas + meat + the same red sauce". But HERE each component had its own unique spices and flavors. No two bites were the same. So yummy.

YUM ! As a frequent traveller to Mexico (Guadalajara, Mexico City, Monterrey just to name a few) I was honestly impressed by their dishes here . Many many options to choose from (which we had such a hard time deciding on), but we opted for the taco variety and quesadilla . Note: the quesadilla is BIG . And we were so happy that we brought a piece back home … easy delicious dinner ! It’s got the right amount of cheese , seasoning and meat (we went for chicken) . And let me tell you : typically in America tacos rule over quesadillas. But in REAL LEGIT Mexican establishments , quesadillas seem to rule over tacos . It just has more flavor profile !! But si , the tacos es bueno ! We liked the carnitas , as that had the right amount of smoky salted goodness with a tinge of sweet . I was super excited to get the churros and ice cream (because omg , authentic Mexican churros are by far soooooo much better than your Costco/Sam’s club ones) but sadly it wasn’t great . And the ice cream tasted and look like it was scooped out of a frozen tub . But generally , the Mexican food is super delish and on spot , so I was so happy to have found a good establishment in this area… as good Mexican food is hard to find in the east coast . I will def tell others about this place and will be back ! Btw the chefs are Mexican too ; which oomphs the authenticity factor . Ohh .. the waitress was a bit rude .. but not too bad . She could have been a tiny bit more helpful in helping us choose 🤣

What a gem!! We were in town for Legoland and this place is only 7 or 8 minutes away. Their food is outstanding. My kids loved their beans and tacos. My husband got a combo plate; everything was perfect. I got their chilaquilas, so spicy! Highly recommend!!!

This has become the place my friends ask to go to when they visit. " Can we go to that Mexican place you love?" Super nice staff, if anything they are really busy so just be patient with them. You can never go wrong with their Tacos- or really anything on the menu. Super accommodating and reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. Don't miss their Taco Tuesdays

I've eaten here a few times and every time walked away happy with the quality and flavors in the food and full. Excellent burritos and enchiladas to name a few. Also good if you are looking for gluten free options, on of my co-workers loves it for that reason alone.

Stopped here after Lego Land and had the Chicken burrito. It was very tasty and filling. Chicken, guacamole, beans and rice. It was kind of massive, so it seemed like pretty good value overall. Staff was friendly and kind. It took only about 10 minutes for this take out. Sat outside and enjoyed my delicious burrito.

El Rancho has the best Mexican food I have ever eaten! You can taste love and tradition in every bite. The owners are so kind and friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. I recommend the traditional Mexican tacos (especially with pork skin), the stuffed mushrooms, and the flan (if you can get it, it sells out quickly!). You'll want to come back again and again.

My daughter works in downtown Goshen so knows the lunch scene. I have Covid-19 so she brought me their chicken soup. It has a tomatoe based broth, is loaded with chicken, has avocado chunks, crunchy green onions, tiny pasta, mozzarella, and is very powerful. Along with fresh squeezed OJ, she knows how to make me recover fast!

For years we have considered looking for food outside of the Lego Land campus for the entire family. Today, I am happy to say we have finally taken the leap into Goshen and El Rancho was the best Mexican Food experience that we have had in a while, if not, ever. Everything we ordered was freshly made and full of flavor. Portions were considerably large without sacrificing quality. Their chips, salsa, and guac to start were a real hit. Our entrees -- Chicken Quesadilla, Steak and Ground Beef Tacos, and kid's chicken tenders were exquisite. My oldest son (9) said their chicken tenders were the best he's had. Their dessert menu has so many unique options and the two we had were amazing -- Tres Leches and Chocolate Mousse Cake. The ambiance makes you feel like you are truly south of the border. Uniquely hand-painted chairs add to the vibrant cultural motif throughout. The staff was grade A. If you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine at a great value for the entire family look no further than El Rancho. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the authentic Mexican atmosphere and the really good tacos. Our kids say its the best tacos they ever had and I do agree! The fresh made tortillas makes a huge difference. Only downside is the waitress says they don't serve water. You have to buy bottled water if thats what you want.

Excellent entrees and trupu outstanding deserts, great service and bright appealing decor. A real gem, I have few nitpicks and many reasons to come back. Having had authentic Mexican farmer mole I can say this is the best restaurant mole I've ever had. The Tres leches cake was also a massive stand out for quality and taste.

After a long day at Legoland we decided to have a good Mexican dinner and it did not disappoint. It's only 10 minutes away from the park and a great bargain. The food was excellent and it is an open kitchen. The decor is beautiful. I would eat here again and again! Our server was a sweetheart and I can't stop thinking about how good and savory the food is. Thank you so much!

Place to eat if visiting Legoland, we wanted to eat actual good food, sorry Legoland, your food is bleh...not even ten min drive from Legoland My family and I have gone to many many Mexican restaurants. We go searching for restaurants to try there food, style of cooking and seasoning of the food. I will tell you, this restaurant is now in our top 3. Decor is great here with the tradio Mexican theme and decor. Service was very good our waitress extremely friendly. 1. The empanadas are top notch, (coming from a half Dominican and El Salvadoran family, I grew up with a few ways of homemade empanadas. Flavor is good, stuffed well with just the meat, no other fillers like rice or anything like that, also good size , great crisp and fry. They make it fresh on the spot. 2. The shrimp we had in a tropical salad and with our El rancho platter with steak, great taste and cook on the shrimp. So falvorful. 3. The rib eye steak, very juicy and flavorful, next to my own pellet grill recipe I make at home, it was very good. 4. If your a chorizo person, very good cook, good taste 5. Just know for kids burritos, it's shredded meat, flavor was good, a little sweet sauce but good in general, just know they serve kids style burrito with sauce on top and melted cheese all over as pics shows. 6. The rice and beans very good, not over salted or too heavy in seasoning. Dessert was churros, yum, fried on the spot, warm and crispy outside.

Friendly and prompt service, delicious food, and a fun atmosphere for families. Since burgers were not on the menu, our picky eater tried something new that was well received. The meals were all delicious, and we had plenty of leftovers. The desserts are authentic - well worth a visit. Our kids asked if we could go again - that is, as all parents know, the greatest compliment that I can give to a restaurant.

Hands down, best Mexican food in Orange County. They deliver on portion, spice/flavors, and even aesthetic. We love the Pollo Borracho (try subbing shrimp sometime), the amazing jalapeño popper appetizer, the chicken enchiladas, and pretty much everything else! Overheard a couple from New Mexico saying this was the best spot they discovered for Mexican food while visiting- so you know it’s real. Great people :)

El Rancho is one restaurant everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime. Although small it is so intricately designed it will take you to Mexico itself in a flash. Its just awesome in every sense of the word! Food was equally good and we felt like we were in Mexico itself. Service was numero uno as well. Had the most wonderful time.

Food portions are large and quality amazing, staff very personable. My friend took me for my birthday and the entire place sang to me. They did not rush us to leave, as we sat and chatted. They said, "we're open until 10p". Highly recommend. Thank you!

Great restaurant, great food, they need one more server, the waitress was going crazy with only 3 tables but she manage. What happened to "unlimited salsa" at a Mexican restaurant? I got a little container of salsa for 5 tacos, more salsa is 2,50...

T

Very quaint little place, in a hidden corner part of town yet right in the middle of town. If you're not looking for it you'll never find it. Food was great, and service was good at a reasonable price. I would recommend if you want a quick home meal without long waiting and waiting for seating. I will revisit this establishment in the future.

Amazing food! Everything was delicious. Generous portions as well. We ate outside though cause the place was full. Not a super nice ambiance / terrasse, but OK. Careful with your bill cause they automatically charged us a 18% tip and then gave us a receipt with empty tip fields for us to add tip on top… Pretty misleading!

D
Debbie Gitner

Extremely busy between dine in and take out. There are also some outside tables. Probably could have used one more person waiting tables. I asked for a monitor that was in their specials board but they couldn't make it. Guacamole was excellent and they brought extra chips once they saw our basket was empty. Food very good. Lively atmosphere. Would order more often except they close at 8:00 a little early for our schedule.

It's a little pricey but the food is absolutely amazing. I love their family homemade salsa dip for the tortilla chips and their guacamole. If you're just looking for a small dish to snack on then that's definitely a good choice. There's also a bar at the restaurant if you're just looking to relax with a few drinks and good company. I love the ambience of the place and the staff are super friendly and welcoming.

Nothing but cheese on everything! If you love cheese you'll love this place. I had a combo platter with the stuffed pepper, taco and enchilada but all I tasted was cheese, cheese and more cheese!!!! Chips and salsa was great and that's why I gave them a 3!

3.5 stars ...We ordered food for pick up close to their closing time. Ordered steak fajitas. It was a decent price and size, good seasoning , well cooked. We were happy with the beef.. The rice and beans were not good at all. I would go back and try other things, just not the rice and beans .

Online photos of dining area are deceptive. The area is quite tiny. There were two of us dining. We both enjoyed our entrees. Very generous portions and very tasty. The service was competent, and the menu offered a wide selection. The refried beans were sub par. Watery with an odd taste. This was the only issue in a generally pleasant experience. I will definitely return. Overall grade B.

Update.. I came back with my mom and was upset that the waitress today decided to charge an 18% gratuity to our bill. NO WHERE on the bill does it indicate there is an upfront charge on the bill. The only notice is the upcharge if paying with a credit card. She also charged me extra for green salsa. I asked her for hot sauce and she brought the green salsa but did not mention it was extra. Mind you I had to ask for napkins and she didn't even serve us water. The drink was mediocre at best. The food is good but I dont like the fact they are not transparent with charges, included the tip. The first time we visited the waitress did not charge us the gratuity upfront which is why I was suspicious of the practice this time around. This will be the last time I return. Downgraded to 2 stars. We visited during the lunch window. It was busy and only one wait staff. Food was good. Mom liked her drink. My drink was okay. I suggest you bring cash, there is a charge if you pay with a credit card.

Waitress sweet attentive. Food oily chicken quesadillas overload of onions and peppers, barely any cheese. I ate some brought it home I felt nauseous very upsetting stomach pain. My friend had beef enchiladas she was not happy. I immediately called the restaurant to speak w a Manager was not there. I left a detailed message w Vanessa my return no. As of today no call? I will never eat there again.

Very nice restaurant atmosphere but unfortunately waitress was a bit rude. We think the cause of it could’ve been that she was the only waitress there. It took her 15 minutes to come to our table to ask if we wanted something to drink. We decided to leave when we realized she still had a group of about 8-10 people that still hadn’t placed her order. Cooks seemed nice but I think the restaurant needs at least one more waitress.

Charged me 5$ + tax extra when I asked her to make my dish spicy and if she could add some jalapeño to my dish please. Brought a whole side of Jalapenos grilled in a platter that I ate only two pieces from. Hate when they have the hidden costs like that. I brought it up to her, she said it’s listed as a side on the menu - i checked and it was not. I just asked to make my dish spicy is all.

Had dinner with my family in the back (outside). Service was not ok. They forgot a highchair for my 1 year old. I had my daughter get one from inside restaurant. Our food was served, we didn't have silverware. I told my daughter to get some from insude the restaurant. My daughter was told by the Rude Lady with short hair, to stop coming in thru the back. She has to use front door. We ignored that comment and continued our dinner. When all of a sudden it started raining. We were trying our best to make a good time out of it, but my baby got frightend by the heavy rain. It started pouring heavy and we decided to go inside the restaurant. Once again the rude lady stated "you can't come in thru here(back door). You have to go back outside and come thru the front door", I answered back, I was holding 2 dinner plates in my hands, with water on them from the heavy rain, my husband had a plate and was covering up my 5yr old, my mother was carrying my crying baby, my father was holding a fajita plate and beers, I said to the rude lady "it's raining, we're not going thru the front, she said "you have to go back outside and come thru the front, the refigerator door is opening" I responded back to her, no, we're not going back, it's pouring heavy rain, my son is crying and am holding our plates of food" she still insistes we go thru the back bc of a refigerator door being open , i responded "so hold the door or tell your employee to pleasehold a few mins before opening, were not going thru the back its raining (she was probably deaf and blind, bc clearly my baby was crying loud and with tears bc the rain had scared him) we walked away from her and sat at a table. We had 2 margaritas outside. No one offered a refill. And we didn't even drink halfway of it, and we still got charged full price. 2 of us chose to eat our wet food. No one gave us a discount, or a courtesy talk of how the situation was handled. They still had the nerve to add gratuity to our bill. We asked for them to remove it. They rude lady was arguing with us, she didn't want to remove gratuity despite the terrible service and lack of common sense. She had the nerve to say other countries there is no rain, why are we complaining. Sorry lady but we're not complaining about the rain, we're complaining about you asking us to take the long way into the restaurant with our crying baby while it is still pouring heavy rain. They refunded Gratuity. But Rude lady still had the nerve to say "Thank God we don't need your service, thank God our business is doing good" I believe she has regular costumers most times, and therefore since we were 1st timers, we stranded out, and she was too quick to judge the book by its covers. We are Latin American, with Mexican Roots, well manners and know how to Tip. This lady chose the wrong people. We will never reccomend this place. So if anyone coming from Legoland looking for a place to eat, Please don't come here. The lady and employees are all on the same side and don't believe in costumers being right. I am very disappointed with this place. We had bad service, we got wet, our food got wet, our margaritas got wet, and inside the restaurant were still the bad ones. They don't care about new comers. Only there regular costumers. Terrible place that don't know how to treat costumers.

We're not from the area so we came here with skewed expectations seeing 4.6 rating. They're not at all vegan/vegetarian friendly; they don't serve black beans and their refried beans use pork fat making even their so called "vegetarian" options NOT vegetarian. They were expensive; charging $8.95 for a bowl of guac WITHOUT chips. 🤔 The red sauce on some dishes tastes like cinnamon and were hardly spiced well. There's one waitress; she has too many tables, also functions as the bartender and food runner making the wait impossibly long - so forget getting another round of drinks! The only pleasant piece of this experience was that the chips and salsa were on the house, as is a mini cheese quesadilla for each customer (didn't eat it because I'm vegan but still thoughtful if you're into that). Overall, I would not recommend and would never return.

Food is great but it's a family own business and the customer service is bad and terrible. Owner lady was rude and disrespectful. we were out door dinning and started raining hard and we entered threw the back and try kicking us out with my kids and making us use front door. Like lady have common and sense it's raining hard.

The lady who works there & answers the phone is very rude! For no reason.

The food is good. But the young lady "manager" is the nastiest person I have ever dealt with. I tried Making an order on door dash based on the photo THEY provide to the site. She hung up on me and told me I should of ordered the correct item. I will definitely be going in person and handling the situation with the owner.

Extremely disappointed. Have been going here for 2+ years and the food has had its ups and downs but more downs than ups as of late. Today was the tipping point for disappointment. For the first time ever, the rice in my burrito tasted sweet, almost like rice pudding type of sweet. Someone must have used sugar instead of salt or sazón. The meat was also the driest it has ever been. After today’s experience, I can no longer recommend this place as it has made a mockery of Mexican cuisine.

Food portions are big but it wasn’t very good. The chips tasted like food coloring. The salsa tasted like bad store brought salsa. The entree wasn’t the worst Mexican food I had in New York but still not that flavorful. I have no desire to eat there again.

I’ve gotten food from el ranch since they opened and when I called in an order this evening I was told 20-25 minutes. I went in 35 minutes later and when I gave my name I was told my order wasn’t ready. After waiting another 15 minutes I asked the girl at the counter when my order would be ready as it had been almost 50 minutes at this point and she told me my order wouldn’t be ready until 8:15. I was so confused as I spoke to her on the phone and she told me 20-25 minutes. She then told me that I “ordered online and should have seen the time of 8:15” I was so shocked and looked at her and told her I never ordered online I called in my order…. She put my ticket in front of me and I told her that was NOT my name. There was another ticket with a name that also started with a “J” and instead of taking the extra time to confirm who I was and what I was picking up my food sat on the counter in front of me and for 15 minutes. I wouldn’t have been so upset if she didn’t just look at me knowing she messed up and doesn’t even say I’m sorry or that was my fault instead she goes “cash or card” then I’m going to assume spoke about me in Spanish. As someone who also works for a small business owned family restaurant in Goshen I would never treat one of my customers like this. A simple sorry goes a long way.

Went there specifically for bloody orange margaritas and they told me they out so I settled for peach and it was definitely not peach what I got plus it was really sweet and zero alcohol My boyfriend had regular margarita and asked for no salt and he got salt We asked for waters with lemon for everybody and I only got Poland spring in the bottle no glass no straw no lemon Food was the same standard Everything was wrong but we didn’t bother to say nothing because our waitress barely speak English 100$ down the drain Definitely not coming back there And we really wanted to love this place

I went here because of the reviews. Wow! This was the worst Mexican food I have ever had and the service was just as bad. The fajitas not only tasted horrible, they smelled terrible too. The quality of the chicken was the lowest grade allowed in the USA, the onions and peppers were barely chopped or cooked. If I could rate the place a zero I would. They don’t even give you sour cream, lettuce, cheese or guacamole with your fajitas. I don’t recommend and would never go again.

WARNING: Extremely shady business practices. I ordered takeout today for the first (and it will definitely be the last) time. I placed an online order and received an emailed receipt indicating that the subtotal was $25.85 (there's no option to pay online). My order included a request for extra sour cream, which I was told at the restaurant was an extra $2.95 - no problem. I also noticed a 4% surcharge for using a credit card - again, no problem. I handed over my card and upon signing the receipt, saw that I had been charged $39.75! I informed the cashier that this was incredibly higher than the total on my emailed receipt. She replied that lunch specials are sold at dinner prices on weekends and that I shouldn't have ordered from the lunch special menu online. Clearly there's an error in the website. I even showed her the receipt in my email, but she refused to honor the price that was confirmed with my order. Fast forward to when I get home and open the food -- they had given me the wrong order! Not worth my time going back and receiving the correct food that I had ordered. I ate the food I was mistakenly given and it was mediocre. I will definitely not be returning and I will advise everyone I know not to bother when there are other good options in Orange County.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times and usually enjoy the food, especially during my lunch break. Since I only have about an hour, I tried to call ahead to place an order, something I’ve done without issue in the past. This time, I was told they no longer take phone orders, due to concerns about  previous food orders being made and not picked up or paid for. I completely understand that, and I would’ve been more than happy to provide a credit card over the phone if that was an option. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to (who said she was a manager) was not only unwilling to help, but also quite rude. She offered no alternatives or solutions, just a blunt “No.” The dismissive way it was handled was really disappointing. This manager could really benefit from some customer service training , especially when it comes to how they speak to and handle customers. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

We only experienced take out that was disappointing. Besides getting your order wrong, they don’t provide basic condiments like salsa. The food is dry and bland no love is put into this. We had to cook a side dish and find Taco Bell salsa packets for disguise their entrees. Thumbs down.
