Been here several times and always had great service at this Jack In The Box and it is usually really quick as well. The food is also as you would typically expect and I have no complaints about this restaurant. This is a great choice if you're looking for good, quick food served with a smile.

CODY was awesome! Very friendly. I or my wife get tacos there almost g Daily. There addicting! EVERY Time my wife or I go thru they always take care of us with perfect food and side sauces. Other employees are awesome as well. IN all the past year of us moving to princeton every employee has been fun and joking. Makes our day. Wife works at another food place down the road but after work she always gets me my tacos. Thank you for your service and hard work. Steven and Kathy

Went to this location a few weeks back and the customer service was absolutely amazing for fast food places. Unfortunately, these days when you go to fast food restaurants you cannot expect a whole lot. However, the manager and their family care is absolutely wonderful. I’ve never met a manager that is so respectful and customer service oriented !

I was really hungry and I brought a coupon. But after I saw that picture of the triple meat jumbo Jack combo for four dollars my coupon went back in my purse. They replaced coffee for my soda and the curly fries and burger was great. The employees are always respectful and sweet. Thank you for great prices and great employees.

This Jack in the box is pretty good. The staff is usually friendly and my food is always fresh. Obviously there's a hiccup every now and again, but we're human and it happens.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered, when I got to the window I wanted to add something but was told to drive to the front. I drove to the front but realized how the heck will they charge me so I went back through the drive thru and ordered I was in a rush so it was kind of an inconvenience but the food was made well and my son was happy.

Jack in the box!! You have a great staff. Burgers were well put together, fresh lettuce taste very well. Onion rings actually taste like onion rings. Staff was very professional, polite and timely with my family and I meals. Great job Only thing I would have to give a three stars is for the fact that it felt like the heat was on it was a bit hot as pretty as it was outside lol. Overall Great job!! @4:30pm lemonade was great as well! I definitely recommend this Jack in the Box location.

Thanks for breakfast Hi-5 (>'.')^ JITB is not the most amazing stuff... anyone can tell you that... But the people at this store keep it so happy and clean I'm always impressed. At some restaurants the managers don't shift enough people for the cooks to have coverage. I think at this place everyone watches out for each other and they don't waste time because it stays clean, too.

Went through the drive-thru around 9:00pmish A gentleman took my order & Veronica was at the window her customer service skills were superb!This is by far the best experience I have had at any Jack in the box! She & the team need some recognition 💞! Thank you for the sauces & extra crispy Tacos! Everything that I ordered was to perfection & Hot! 😊👏 Y'all knocked it out the park tonight please don't change! 🤘

There for a quick lunch. Aside from a misunderstanding with the order (promptly corrected I may add) the food was 5 star good. The missing star in this review was because of the dirty dining room. Few of the tables had been wiped down and the floor looked as if it had not been properly mopped in days. Jack would not be pleased.

Fast service. Order was correct. Restarant was dirty, but they fixed that immediately when I asked to clean the table. They went to the front and cleaned all tables and customer-left trash on tables with friendliness and a smile.

Its a good Jack in the Box. Clean and very nice workers. But the caveat to coming here is that you should expect to be left at the counter for your order to be taken for a couple of minutes. They took a lil too long to take my order. The place is SEVERELY understaffed. I only saw 3 people working there. But once they take your order. They whip it up fast and serve it to you hot and fast. That for me made up the wait. But yeah.. Good facility and food. Just a little patience is all it takes. 4 stars.

Had the midnight munchies and didn't want to eat leftovers. Only criticism I have on my last visit is the lady at the pick up window literally gave me over a pound of hot sauce and ketchup packets without verifying if wanted either. I didn't and it all got thrown out.

They took my order quickly and got my food out quickly. The only problem being that I ordered curly fries in lieu of hash browns but they still gave me hash browns. Then the girl disappeared and I had to honk the horn twice to get her attention but she quickly brought my curly fries....actually 2 orders of them. A minor issue but they rectified it quickly.

Jack In the Box just isn’t what it used to be. It used to be very good and now I only eat it if I want curly fries. Their curly fries are delicious but I am not a huge fan of their burgers. The drive thru area is dirty and the drive thru menu is broken and full of dead bugs. It’s just gross, if they don’t care about the outside, do they care about the inside? The employees are nice but the place needs an upgrade.

Food was fresh and good, BUT the staff ended up giving my order to someone else and caused it to take an extra 10 minutes to get my order. I will give props to getting my order fast and fresh the 2nd time around.

Restroom: dirty floor, couldn't see in the mirror it was so bad, no paper towels, a single roll of TP with a tiny bit left. Sign on door said it was checked at noon, it wasn't 11AM yet. Dining room: 8 of 9 available tables dirty, chairs not pushed in, floors not filthy, but not clean. Nobody touched the dining room in the 30 minutes I was there. Service time was good. Food was somewhat, but definitely not hot.

I normally love Jack In the Box but on this night things went a little awry! My order came out perfect but my husbands was completely wrong from top to bottom! He got everything he didn't want was on his burger including the wrong type of burger. I always check my food before I leave the parking lot but he didn't want to and ended up with a mess! I didn't judge them to harshly since my order was right but step it up Jack in the Box

I went through the drive thru and ordered two tacos and a large vanilla Dr pepper easy ice. She asked twice about the drink. So I get my food and leave. Then realized it's a medium regular Dr pepper FULL of ice. Why ask numerous times just to get it all wrong and charge me for a large?! There was barely any soda in it when it was full of ice.

April 20, 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stopped by Jack in the Box around 10PM ⏰ for some late-night food, and while the experience had its quirks, the food was hot, fresh, and super tasty! There weren’t many tables inside 🪑 — just a few scattered around — but since we were the only ones there, that didn’t really matter. Just giving some reference that there’s a lot more space than seating. Now, let’s talk about the temperature. It wasn’t just warm — it was actually 79°F inside 🔥🥵 while it was only 62°F outside ❄️. I took a picture of the thermostat 📸 because it seriously felt like a sauna. Not exactly a relaxing place to sit and eat. When we came in, no one greeted us 🤷‍♂️, and we had to wait a bit ⏳. Eventually, someone showed up and mentioned she was about to clock out, but she still took our order and apologized 🙇‍♀️ for the delay, which we appreciated. Now for the good part — the food was fantastic! • My wife got the #15 Teriyaki Bowl 🍚 and an egg roll 🥢. The bowl was super flavorful and hot, and the egg roll? Crispy and honestly better than what we’ve had at some Chinese restaurants 🥡✨. • I had the #4 Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger 🥓🧀🍔 with curly fries 🍟 — hot, cheesy, and packed with flavor. All the food was fresh, steaming hot, and clearly made to order — one of the big benefits of going late at night 🌙. Food was decent for fast food, but the cashier was horrible, we stood at one register not knowing where to place our order and she just walked over to another register and stared at us, didn't say a word. When we walked over to place our order, my husband had to repeat his 3 times because she either didn't hear him or wasn't listening. After paying we didn't even get a thank you.

Hungry and not much to select from in Princeton on this street atleast. Ordered grilled chicken with sauce on side. Didn't get any sauce and the lady was grabbing the fries with her bare hands and placing them in my bag. I threw my fries away. The chicken was the most boring plane Jane chicken you could imagine. Only reason I ate here was because people told me jack on the box was good. Never again.

Ordered and paid through the app. 3 out of 4 of us had ordered popcorn chicken and when we arrived the cashier told us that they were out of popcorn chicken and asked if chicken nuggets were okay. Normally, that’s fine but we already paid and the chicken nuggets were less. When she brought it up to the manager, the manager just said no can’t do anything else that is more (essentially to downgrade us to nuggets, which cost less). I think working in the food service for years and watching how my managers would have handled that made me really dislike that manager and as a result, this location. Normally, you comp up- not down. Minor grievance but if it’s the restaurant’s fault for the discrepancy… why are we paying for it?

I wish they would hang a flag out front when the tacos are fresh. I swear I think they cook up about 75 in the morning and pass them out thruout the day. They are usually cold and tough as a boot. The workers need to pay attention to the orders instead of goofing off with each other. I understand they want to have fun while at work but save that for when no one is in line. The older lady that works the window in the mornings is the hardest worker there. Give her a raise, she's doing the work of two. Edit; Here we are, 11 months later. Bought more tacos today. Still cold and tough around the edges. This place doesn't even try to improve. People are eating out less often these days and now with higher prices, people will be more selective where they'll go. The restaurants that serve the best and freshest food will stay busy.

I pull up to the drive thru, and order specifically, One Breakfast Jack Combo with a small Dr Pepper no ice. Then I get asked if I’d like the combo or just the sandwich and drink??? I said Combo again. Then was asked what size dr proper?? Again, I say small. I get to the window and my drink is packed with ice! No one else was inside, or inline and they couldn’t listen enough to get the order right??? Wake up guys!

My dear friend ordered a meal for me after I had surgery on my shoulder and was unable to prepare my own meals. The chicken was like rubber, there was this unedible sauce all over the soggy bread and they completely forgot to send the fries. SUPER SLOW service. Also, the wraps deal was 2 for $6, but on my reciept it was 3.29 each of them, and when I asked them, he took his time and they seemed as if they were just chit chatting. 7 minutes later, she opened the window and asked me if I had a question, so I don't even think he told anyone. And I asked her and she gave me an answer that made no sense. I just ended up leaving because they were already taking so long. Food isn't that great, especially for the price

I showed up at 11:45 Sunday morning Father’s Day to enjoy lunch to find a lock to lobby door. The mighty that came to the door to talk to me, said they were short staffed and she wasn’t gonna be able to run back-and-forth and take care of customers I ask if the store manager was aware that she locked the lobby and she said yes, It’s pretty disappointing when you get your family get in the car and drive to a place to eat and their lobby is closed when they’re supposed to be open. I did restaurant work 25 years and you never close the lobby unless there was a real emergency an emergency is not oh my goodness we’re shortstaffed. I’m actually gonna have to bust my butt today and break a sweat.

Mobile orders: takes them 30 minutes+ to prepare mobile orders. Yesterday evening, it took me close to 40 minutes to get my order.. I drove for 20 minutes due to traffic jam on 380 and when I got there, the order was not ready. The young/high school servers present were doing very less to even interact with me.. Taco Bell across the street had same slow response but has recently improved their mobile orders. Mobile drivers rely on quick delivery for our tips and customer satisfaction..

Ordered 2 jumbo jacks with cheese. Went out to my work truck and realized no cheese. Took burgers back in and they just threw cheese on Already cold burgers. For $14 I expect hot food that's correct.

Ordered at the drive-thru and received a wrong order. Then when I went to ask them to replace what they gave me with I asked for. The worker I ordered from told me it was my fault. He was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. They were going to make me pay for what I asked for a second time. They weren't going to make it right without me paying. That is the exact opposite of what should have happened. That worker doesn't deserve a job anywhere. I've never dealt with more rude and disrespectful worker, ever. I'm shocked at how horrible he handled that. Probably will never go to another Jack in my entire life. That whole thing rubbed me the wrong way. Pathetic.

Went inside to get 3 large drinks. Young girl standing at register wouldn't take my order. She said, she wasn't on the clock. Eve All the other employees were just standing around looking towards the counter. I asked if anyone was going to take my order. Finally a lady came and took my drink order. Then it took them another 15 minutes to get my 3 large drinks to me. Two of the drinks were Dr Pepper, which didn't have very much syrup in them. They were mostly carbonation. Will not go back there for anything.

It had nothing to do with the food but with the customer service and lack there of. The hours show to be 24 hours and there was an employer with a headset on in the parking lot smoking a cigarette but when I went to the drive-thru to place an order I was told "I'm closed for right now" and nothing more. It was around 2 A.M. so I had to then go all the way to Mckinney to get food from there where the customer service was great as well as the food itself but this ended up costing me almost triple in price with gas prices and not being able to use the coupons I had to use at the other location. POOR SERVICE CAN CAUSE DAMAGE BEYOND REPAIR

Always a long wait when no one is at the restaurant. The kitchen staff is too lazy to ever make fresh food. Always asked to park up front and wait for my food as if they are making it fresh but yet it is still old. The fact that you have to ask them to make it fresh or ask for it without condiments just for them to make it fresh is ridiculous. But that is the only way to get fresh food ask for it without ketchup and mayo and they will be forced to make you a fresh one. Or ask for the tacos without sauce and ask for the sauce packets for fresh not chewy tacos.

I went here in the morning the other day and the lady who was at drive thru was rude as hell. She was very unprofessional and didn't even tell me my total cost of what i purchased. I had to look at my receipt to find out. You could tell she didnt want to be there. I understand that but I also work at fast food and you have to be polite no matter what. She shoved the food in my hand and closed the window immediately. Y'all need to hire good employees.

Went through the drive thru bout 1 pm today 4/28 ordered 4 tacos , when we got to the window the girl told us we had to pull to the side because they are making the tacos fresh …? when we got the food the tacos looked like they were sitting around for a bit ! The Shell was hard and looked greasy they were gross , we put in the trash went to Taco Bell ! No thank you won’t be back

So I came here for lunch( I only have a 30 min lunch) I placed my order which came up on the screen as 13.00 for a ultimate bacon cheese burger meal and 2 tacos with small fries( not all for me ). And the lady give me a bag and then no drink for the meal . I ask her she said I didn’t charger you for the drink , but I can. I said no it’s ok and drove home cause I’m in a hurry to clock back in. I come home she forgot my whole meal for the ultimate bacon cheese burger and only had the 2 tacos and small fries. Worst jack in the box ever !

Stood at the counter about 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged us, then waited 15 mins for our food that ended up wrong. The drink machine is flat and warm. If you don’t want people coming inside, put a sign on the door or lock it.

Got my order wrong more than once in one day. Asked for a plain sandwich but got lettuce and tomato. Asked for curly fries but they gave me regular ones. Asked for a caramel coffee and they didn’t put caramel in it. Told them there wasn’t any caramel so they gave me a new one. Still didn’t get what I asked for. All because the girl who was taking my order wanted to go on her lunch break and eat tacos. And the floor is nasty. There is spilt soda on the floor and no one has come to clean it up. I’ve been here for almost an hour.

The employees they have working registers are probably the worst I have ever seen. Drive though you have to yell at the mic and the person behind it just to get a single item on the menu. I have had them mess up a lot. Not to mention the store itself always seems to be dirty, always. The management really needs to ether step it up and fix the issues, or quit so people who can take care of it can step in.

Placed my order. Got it and left. Got home only to see that instead of tenders they give me egg rolls. Went back to get it corrected (calmly) should have checked! Got home. Wrong again! Instead of 3 pc it was 2 with fries smashed in the box.

I would suggest when going through JIB drive thru to set there at the window and check your order. Theses people that operate Princeton JIB don't comprehend English. Of course they get your hard earned money,but you get shorted on food with your order. I guess this is why I only stop at the Princeton JIB maybe every 6 months now days. I guess once a year visit would be better for me since the management don't seem to care/change anything. EDIT: Lol I guess this is my once a year visit to Princeton JIB. Well they didn't disappoint me with their scam. Ordered a combo Ultimate Breakfast sandwich combo that the sign said $5.29 combo. They charged me $8.00. So I guess that gave the drive thru person a fairly decent tip by cheating me. Oh and conveniently he didn't put the receipt in the bag. Sure wished they offered negative star review.

I would always get tacos in the morning, so I stopped on Friday, and this girl said they didn't have any. I stopped again today, 2-19. I asked for two, and the guy said you could get four. They come in twos. I asked for sauces on the side, and the girl took over the mic and said you want like sauce on the side I said, no, just the packets. She's like, pull up to the window, remind us I said okay, thank you. I pulled up to the window, and the guy said I am so sorry, but we don't have tacos. They just went to get them. We just ran out; that's a lie. How will you say yes, then suddenly you don't have any? So I guess the girl doesn't want to give me tacos, lol. I think it's funny. I have never had a problem with this location. I went to another location and got my tacos 😃

Me and my aunt went here today and it was terrible JOHNNY the caucasian man that was cooking the food WAS VAPING!!!!!!! HE WAS SO RUDE TO US. He told us the lobby was not open even though the sign said 24 hours for both the drive thru and the lobby. He NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! They need to have a health inspector in there asap!!!!!!

I go to this location because it’s convenient when I’m out running errands by the house. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but the 1 star is for the poor customer service I received today. I went through the drive thru, ordered my food, didn’t have any problems until I tried ordering 2 peach teas. I could hear through the box that one worker said she couldn’t understand me in Spanish. I even had to spell out the word “peach” until the staff told me to come to the window. I had to repeat myself twice again in person. There were 3 ladies at the window and the lady that was helping me seemed like she had an attitude. When I noticed that, I asked if she could hear me talking clearly in person. She said something along the lines of, “None of us could understand you. I’m not sure if it was the box, but I can hear you now.” I felt as if every time I said something at this point, she would kind of roll her eyes. I know when someone is giving me an attitude and I can tell she just wanted to be done with me. I didn’t get any names at that point because I was already irritated. Food is decent but just like some of the other reviews, the customer service is lacking.

Well I went to get food. And my bill was $10.14. I paid with $20.14. And never received my $10.00. Girl at drive thru did not pay attention to what I gave her. And apparently calling them on the phone is a joke. So now I’m out $10.00 and had to eat a way over salted jumbo jack.

Today I went through the drive through and this gentlemen took my order then cashed me out, while giving me the order he replied if I wanted any condiments I replied yes please, ranch and he gave the bag to me and then this manger approached me named Graciella with an attitude a really rude attitude stating next time I order my ranch at the menu because they charge and she took my order back to remove the ranch then preceded to argue with me. I’m really disappointed I’ve never been treated this way I just got out the hospital with my daughter that is sick.

I have had it with place. I usually drive through and half the time my order is correct. But this time I had to order on Uber eats due to a situation at home, and I thought it would be correct… I hoped it would be correct. It wasn’t again and when I call the store I get a fax machine sound. I’ve contacted headquarters but I’m sure nothing will happen. These employees are horrible, management is horrible, And we have so little restaurants in Princeton that they don’t care. You suck!

We came through the drive through at 12:40am and order 3 shakes and a #1 combo. They gave us a cup carrier with our drink and when we came home (5 minutes away) and took out our shakes there was a roach crawling in the box. I’m sure they will try to say it came from our car but it in fact did not. Disgusting. We tried to call but they didn’t answer. I get most restaurants probably have roaches but it’s got to be an infestation if it’s crawling inside their cup carriers.

Worse service ever i order the jack wraps deal the girl that took the order only charge me for one when i pull up to the window i told them that it was supposed to be two wraps then the 2 girls started talking to each other telling the guy to tell me to go park in the fron saying rude stuff about me like if i wasn't there listening to them so i parked in the front and it took them 45 mins to get my order ready seriously these employees are the worst

Went to pick up mid day snacks. Ordered the loaded tiny tacos and curly fries. The tacos were very hard. Like they were cooked earlier and just sat under the heating lamp, I didn’t receive the fries and the avacado salsa had to have been expired. There was no date on the container but it smelt sour and looked bad.

Ordered a dozen tacos and got 10 without cheese or sauce. I called and complained to a woman claiming to be management. She said it was "weird" but in order to get my refund I would have to bring back the food. I said my lunch hour was over and didn't have time. She insisted I have to bring the food back, even if it was another day. I told her that's concerning you take people's food back as it is not sanitary specially during Covid. I asked for the corporate number and she hung up. I complained on the website and never heard back. Never ever going to this place again.

Went through the drive thru and ordered didn’t receive what i ordered Went back through the drive thru to ask them to please correct my order. They pulled me up and brought me out a sack that was a completely different meal. instead of the breakfast i ordered i ended up with someone’s burger and curly fries. SMH at this point is it even worth it to go back a 3rd time.. Tried calling but the line remains busy!

My experience was quite hilarious. Me the wife and kids decided jack in the box over Sonic. Long line no problem, detor no problem. Ordered food and as were waiting my wife notices a roach the side of an egg crawling up the wall. I say no biggie it's Texas.... I kid you not the drive thru floor was infested to the point we no longer were hungry. Trapped in the drive thru for 25 mins. IDK how all these other restaurants keep clean. But EVERYTIME I see a jack in the box it's disgusting from the parking lot to the lobby to the menu box outside. Never again in my life will I walk into a jack in the box location not even for a Doordash. You should be concerned even eating here

Came at 12:30 am, all the open signs are on. Drove through twice and it was available to order on doordash… yet NO ONE was there. It’d be one thing if the open signs were off but both were on and doordash pickup/delivery was available. STILL IS AVAILABLE! Another car drove up after us and went through the same experience. 0/10 would not recommend 👎🏼👎🏼

If you don't have the energy to work or don’t want to be at work then don’t or find you another job that is for you!! The one that help us out was Colin (thats what says in receipt) then the drink machine went out! Then when I told him our order was wrong he said oh well n rolling his eyes like a lil kid 🤦‍♀️ poor customer service. Do better!!

I went through the drive thru and they told me it was closed. It was 1 am but this location is open 24 hours. So i pointed that out. After i said that they just said “yeah its open 24 hours….” And then just stopped talking. Didnt say a word after that. Makes me think whoever was working just didnt want to work! Im a customer via Uber eats. The food has always been right and good, but I need to call and no matter how many calls back to back (8 so far, not gonna stop out of pronciple) they won't answer the phone. I can understand missing one here and there when busy, but there's no excuse to ignore calls from the same person being placed over and over.

Horrible. I ordered the new Deadpool combo and they didn’t give me the box. Had to turn around and ask for it. Then I get home and we didn’t get our fries and two of our tacos were also missing. The lady taking our order and register was on her phone the whole time. I have been calling and calling for two days and no answer. I also called and complained to customer service and no call from the GM about it. Horrible service.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!! This Jack In The Box franchised location in Princeton needs to either be shutdown or retrained! I ordered some sandwiches, a burger, fries, and tacos instead just got a bag full of tacos? With only (2)ranches?!?!? For 10 tacos?!?!? It’s clearly evident that the franchised owner isn’t making the correct changes. I will report to Jack In The Box HQ alongside all social media platforms yelp, Facebook etc… ! This is the third and final time this location has messed up my order big time!!! 😡🤬😡🤬 Orders are never correct here smh! I’ll be back in the morning for my refund!

Well didn't want to do this on here but since nobody is able to answer the phone....the egg rolls were burnt and the ingredients were spoiled. I absolutely do not recommend getting them from this location. Negative 3 stars for the 3 egg rolls.

I don’t understand how you can leave a good review about this place. We placed a mobile order with a few items. At the drive thru they gave me my munchie box and was telling us we had everything. THAT WAS NOT EVERYTHING! There were drinks and other items ordered for me and my girlfriend to eat. It was already looking bad on the workers at that point and definitely gave off a bad feeling.(Before I go on that munchie box that was handed to me was almost cold you could tell that food was not fresh.) Once they were aware we had more food we got the rest of the food and it was not right. I wish I had a picture to show but the lady bagging up the food gave me a bag with the fries just thrown in there with no container and the WRONG FRY! THE ORDER SAID CURLY FRY!!! We also did not get our mini churros. We walked inside and explained. The lady we were talking to at the counter explained to the lady that was bagging the food our situation about the fry. She said with attitude “then give them a large curly fry then, we don’t take back fries or food”. We also mentioned how we did not get our mini churros but what do you know the girl with all this attitude bagging the food already had our churros ready beside her and did NOT PUT THEM IN THE BAG! How hard is it to put curly fries in a container and to put our mini churros in the bag?? She had all this attitude towards the lady we talked to at the counter and in general. You could tell she is one of those workers that is ready to quit or just doesn’t give a crap about her job. I just don't get it whoever is in charge of this place for goodness sake fix up whatever is going on at this location. It will always be the worst Jack in the Box I have ever come to and the worst experience as well. 0 stars if I could

Worst location I’ve ever been too. I’ve got my order messed up twice like you guys can’t read a simple paper receipt to see what I ordered and place it in a bag, WOW SUCH A HARD JOB. They were gonna let me drive off with half my order missing and then you get attitude from the girl bagging the items when it’s clearly your fault these items are missing. This location needs to fire all these employees and get new ones.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews and normally try to resolve issues directly with a business first, but this experience at Jack in the Box needs to be shared. Tonight my wife purchased a taco box for our daughter. When we opened it, one of the tacos appeared to have a bite taken out of it. We were obviously concerned and disgusted. My wife returned to the store to speak with management, expecting at least a replacement or refund. Instead, the response was rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. She was told they could not offer a refund and was brushed off with “no one here would do that,” with no real attempt to resolve the situation or acknowledge the concern. Food safety and basic customer service should be taken seriously. A simple apology and professional handling would have made a big difference, but that didn’t happen here.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE DISGUSTING! THEY SOLD ME TACOS WITH BITE MARKS..YES THEY TOOK A BITE OF MY FOOD. They are tampering with your food and doing God knows what to it!!! Your employees need to get some customer service skills. Completely ignoring customers in the dining room. When asking the staff if we could purchase a drink we got no response from the male or the female working the evening of January 27th. Worst jack in the box ever. Rarely get our order right. Constantly out of items. And the straw that broke the camels back was ordering online then when you go to pick it up they tell you they are closed because of low staffing. They cant cancel orders at the store and it took 11 days to get a refund from contacting customer support and Noone ever reached out to even say sorry. As a long time fan of jack, its sad to say there are better options out there.

On New Year’s day around 3 o’clock in the morning we went to Jack-in-the-Box stood in line for almost an hour just to get up there for them to tell us that their systems were down very unappreciated. They could’ve came out and told us obviously they just didn’t want to walk to our car and let us know that their systems were down while everybody’s waiting in line and that’s very very unprofessional.

I posted this 4 days ago on yelp and called to store to get some answers but no luck so I’d rather have corporate see this review and fire everybody in the store At 7:20 PM, four days ago This location was is supposed to be open but the girl in the black shirt in the photos I’ve provided would not let anybody in when I asked if there was somebody higher up I could speak to. She went on to ignore me, but handled the DoorDash and Uber eats orders instead I was gonna do takeout, but she kept pointing at something but she wouldn’t answer anybody in the drive-through either. Honestly, the crew in these photos needs to be fired because if you were going to refuse somebody’s service and not give anybody a reason, then you do not deserve to work you are considered lazy and unethical and I honestly hope she sees this review. I have been waiting for management to call me back, but nobody will answer the phone. You have plenty of people who are trying to get jobs but yet you hired the most laziest people ever for this past week. Nobody has been satisfied with this Jack in the box because your crew is horrendous with not only serving people crappy food, but also refusing people service because you don’t wanna let anybody into the dining room or take orders from the drive-through that is how locations lose money don’t get me wrong. I love this Jack in the box, but this girl needs to be fired. All three of them need to be fired and honestly, I would like to speak to the manager in person to make sure that those three get fired cause personally it is the managers fault, even if y’all were shortstaffed this girl clearly had no respect and kept shooing away everybody who was trying to order.

This place used to be good, with friendly staff and decent food. Now its possibly the worst restaurant in princeton, along with McDonald's. A restaurant is only as good as the people running it, and the people/kids running Jack in the Box are among the laziest and clueless in the area. How hard is it to find people that will do their job correctly and without treating the customer's poorly? With the amount of one and two star reviews its a wonder how this place is still open. Any time someone asks if Jack in the Box is any good I just pull up this review page and let them see for themselves how there's almost nothing over a 3 star review with the vast majority being 1 or 2 stars. Just by doing this I have probably saved a few dozen people from the horrible experience of eating at the Princeton Jack in the Box.

Do NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THE PRINCETON, TEXAS location. Or any others owner by this franchise owner. I ordered thru the Jack in the Box APP. The food was made immediately after I ordered. The driver picked up my order, AFTER the time JACK IN THE BOX set to be here by the latest time, 40 minutes after it was made. Three restaurants decision to give our dinner to a LATE delivery driver, cold, without a drink carrier (we had 2 LARGE drinks and a medium and kids) had terrible consequences. The driver shows up 12-15 minutes AFTER the set time by Jack in the Box. He handed me the bag as fast as he could and at the same time was trying to hand me all 4 drinks?? I set the bag down next to me and took the drinks and asked my daughter to come help me with the bag. In the mean time I'm trying to tell the duvet he's very late and he's just laughing and smiling and shaking his head saying yes yes yes, he did not understand what i was saying. I asked who he worked for because they were late. He laughed my daughter said, door dash or uber eats? He shook his head and said door dash. Then the bag on the way to the kitchen was dripping. The bags bottom ripped open and wet inner bags and then food went everywhere. I tried to find a way to contact the restaurant, there's NO WAY. So we drive the food back to show them what happened and asked if they would remake the soaking wet, ice cold meal for us and explained what happened. I was SHOCKED to hear her say, "there's nothing we can do" I drive forward and explained to her and SHOWED her the bag bags and food and she said nope nothing sorry. So I ask her to call get mgr or owner, she called the assistant mgr. She tells me once the food is paid for leaves the location they're NOT responsible for it anymore. I say ok which company picked up our food? She said we don't know. WHAT THE HECK?!?! So I asked her, you his just let whoever want to grab people's food without proving who they are and work for, she said yes we do. So we asked for the owner to call, or general mgr about this. And we contact Door Dash, they tell us since we ordered thru the Jack in the Box app, they cant help us. It seems like this jack in the box location, at least, and Door Dash have a nice little scam going on. The owner isn't losing money on these kinds of issues because they let anyone who comes in pick up people's orders, whenever they decide to pick it up, even way after it should have been delivered, if the delivery person dumps soda into the bags, oh well that's not on the owners. And Door dash says, well it WAS or driver but you ordered your food thru the restaurant app and we can't help you. Nice scam.

WORST JACK IN THE BOX EVER!!!!! DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER IN PRINCETON TEXAS. THEY MAKE THE FOOD IMMEDIATELY AND GIVE THE DELIVERY DRIVER 40+ MINUTES TO DELIVER. Update Well we received our food 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be at my door. The jack in the box employees let the door dash driver take our food after it was already supposed to be at my door. And didn't give him a cup holder for 4 drinks. He dumped soda in our bag of food and handed it over to me without saying anything. The food dropped thru the soaking wet bottom of the bag and spilled every where. All the food was SOAKED AND RUINED. I took it back to jack in the box to just get it remade. Only they REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING. The asst mgr, Marbella tells me its not their problem?!?!, I say you sent my food out past the time it was already supposed to be at my house and she said nothing we can do. I hope the general Mgr sees this. They're supposed to call me tomorrow. Door dash driver delivered this inedible food knowing he food that!! Disgusting customer service. DON'T LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THE SCAM THIS JACK IN THE BOX AND DOOR DASH ARE RUNNING!!

I mistakenly went inside instead of the drive thru. No ice. No lids. Only 1 of 3 flavors worked in the machine. They didn't have anything in the back either. Fries are cold. Drink station is messy. And they didn't get some of the order right. Everyone's standing around behind the counter talking. Got home and found all the drinks we did get .. were totally flat. What happened to Jack in the box?! This used to be a decent place. Go somewhere else till you start to see good reviews. It feels like they are about to shut down or something.

I normally would not leave a negative review at a restaurant but since they cant answer the phone i have no choice. My grandson is a very picky eater so i ordered him a chicken sandwich and told them i only wanted chicken, ketchup and pickles on the sandwich and the DT employee even said it back to me correct. Should have checked my bag because when i get home the sandwich had cbeese and mayo added with the ketchup and pkckles and i have called several times to try to get it made correct but nobody will answer. I would like a full refund now.
