My Card would not allow to be read by the credit card machine.The gentleman went above and beyond and every which way to get it to work but to no avail with my order already made I was not able to purchase my meal and just when I thought his patients should have run out,he gave me the drinks that came with my order for free. I say this to say that I am homeless and never once did I feel like it as this gentleman treated me like every other costomer with dignity and respect, Thank You!

Huge shout out to Steve! We come here for lunch often and I normally go through the drive-thru and have to park to check the order very often the order is wrong. I decided to go inside today and Steve helped the order was up quick and every single thing on our list was there. Thank you so much Steve You are wonderful. The same lady that always gets my order wrong was in the back putting the food together and she's the same person that always complains when she has the order wrong. She insists it's right. Anastasia corrected the order double checked all my bags and the cook in the back who always complains and has the personality of a paper bag was wrong again. Anastasia thank you so much for complimenting me on my upbeat attitude and friendliness and thanking me for being a returning customer regardless of the grouchy lady in the back. I thought by going into the store that would correct the wrong orders that this cook lady who usually runs the drive-thru is responsible for but apparently it doesn't. And she's so miserable. It's frustrating because we really like KFC and every other person in that facility that I have encountered has been nothing but pleasant and helpful and kind but not this woman she's miserable. She should not be allowed to speak in front of customers with her miserable self. I'm sure I'm not the only person who's had a bad experience with this drive-through dragon lady. I very rarely post a bad review because I know they can harm a business so I stand with 5 stars for everyone except this grizzly grouch lady who cannot accept that she is not just not perfect, but light years away from perfect.

The foods good, Love the chicken Pot Pie!!! The drive thru associate gave the wrong drink size, but quickly fixed it, while telling us it was our fault we said no to lg... We said yes both drinks large... She had an attitude about giving us a lg and wouldn't take the MD back... Most the people are nice and foods always fresh...

We always have a pleasant time visiting this KFC. The staff is always welcoming and the food is delicious.

We were really hungry and wanted something quick and simple. Truth be told KFC is never a option for us because it has just been sub-par. Chicken pieces are usually small like the birds used were pigeons and the flavor unimpressive. Eating a meal left you full enough after about 3-4 pieces and sides but left you feeling unsatisfied. Now our recent visit, fries were available, which was never a option before just those over cooked wedges. Fries were very tasty (could use a little less onion powder and MSG) and we at them all. Wedges were always discarded. KFC secret recipe must have gotten a makeover (or they actually started using it since KFC taste good in other countries) because it was delicious and the pieces were adequate sizes. I was satiated with only one piece. It was so crumpcious we ordered another bucket two days later.

I love this location. I have been to this location twice and the food was perfect both times. The dine-in area was extremely clean and the employees were very friendly.

What can I say? KFC is always tasty. Had a little trouble hearing the counter girl, but enjoyed a good lunch.

Close access to the freeway made this a delightful stop. Food items were served hot and tasted freshly prepared. Service was friendly and fast even though I had a large order. My order was complete and correct.

Online Order is extremely convenient just order then pick it up. I'm not sure how anyone would fail? Site was easy to use and the store had everything ready @ drive thru. Haven't been to KFC for a long time. I was so happy to come back for that well- known flavor, and it did not disappoint. The flavors are all there it was nostalgic too, looking at all the old days pictures of Col. Sanders on the wall. I never noticed that Kentucky is shaped like a chicken drumstick lol. (see the picture) mm! So delicious I went for seconds on the original recipe. I will definitely be back to this location 🍗.

Got our usual $5 fill up and then we saw a picture of a little bundt cake chocolate one so each of us ordered one I thought it was a little pricey for an individual size dessert at $3.47 and then they handed the bag out the window and it had three big chocolate bundt cakes in it they were full size Bundt cakes LOL we are laughing so hard we were anticipating it was just an individual size and then we got these big chocolate bundt cakes and let me tell you these things were so moist and delicious I would go back there just to get the bundt cake I told my mama and she's going to go get one herself!

Took longer then it should have to get my order and they got it wrong. The cashier had no clue how to serve a customer and had to be told by the manager what to do. Experience was un nerving to say the least.

I come here often and always use the drive thru. Never have problems and orders are always correct. I never eat inside so can't really recommend eating inside.

I had the regular chicken sandwich. Had to try it! The bun was fresh with simple mayonnaise and pickles. A little overseasoned for my taste, but not bad.

Hadn't eaten a chicken dinner for many years. Dissappointing, flavors just didn't taste the same. A bit over priced.

Always an experience to eat KFC...recently stopped here for lunch and tried their new nuggets, not impressed. They do still make some killer fried chicken and their sides are amazing.

I am always amazed with how fast food never looks like the pictured items ... As well as the portion size gets smaller while the prices get higher ... I will not go back without a coupon !!! They force you to take the high carb combo ... Mashed potatoes are standard ... You have to pay extra to get a healthier option like coleslaw ... :(

I purchased a 3pc meal. I didn't say white or dark meat. When I got home and ready to eat there 2 drumsticks and 1 thigh. I assume I would get a mixture. I asked for original. It taste awful. No seasoning on chicken. It needed salt. It was bland nothing like kfc of olden days. Mashed potatoes and gravy was good. Coleslaw too sweet and I never liked their biscuit. Too chokey.

the women was all alone in the drive thru besides that she did a good job seeing that she was alone and there was 8 cars in line they could use some help though other than that wait was 7 minutes everything was correct and fresh.

Saw that Google said they close at 10:30 PM. I pulled up at 10:00 PM and they shut the lights off. They were willing to take my order but didn't have anything available.

Original vs. Extra crispy. Extra Crispy shouldn’t mean all the way done. Maybe it’s corporate but why only 2 packets of honey mustard with a 4 piece chicken?? Maybe let folks know how many sauces you get when you ask us what we’ve want. Put it somewhere on the menu or the window. Either way, get real & give us some more doggone sauces folks!

First time visiting this location, seemed clean for a KFC. We normally love KFC fries but this place put way too much salt that I can't recommend. You're better off trying another KFC.

Review of drive through: the cashier was friendly as heck, but they forgot 2 of my items. I realized they forgot the 1st one while in the parking lot but didnt realize they forgot the other till I was home. I didnt feel like driving back. They also messed up my order. The wait was longer than usual too, despite the lack of customers there.

This place is hit or miss. I haven't gone to KFC in 14 years, until recently. I wanted to try the Chicken and Waffles and Nashville tenders. I went a total of 4 times in 2 months. On my first visit back I got the Nashville Tenders, which I really liked and my 2nd and 3rd times I got the Chicken and Waffles...everything was perfect the first time on the 2nd and 3rd times it was pretty good, the orders were correct and the food was still hot by the time I got home. I wish the waffles were crispier though. The chicken was better than I had remembered. As for my last visit I got a chicken sandwich and asked for No Mayo as well as chicken tenders. When asked for sauces I wanted BBQ and Buffalo. I got home, opened the bag and saw I had honey mustard and BBQ sauce. I didnt even ask for honey mustard and No Buffalo sauce... 😵 I unwrapped the chicken sandwich, opened up the sandwich and to my surprise there was mayo all over the bun and chicken. 🤬 I said no Mayo... Errrr.. ok well I can't eat the sandwich so I moved onto the Tenders... I bite in after dipping into the BBQ sauce, they aren't even warm.. and they are hard as a rock. Come on now!!! So I call up... the person who answered the phone was the same person who rang me up. She acted like I never said No Mayo and proceeded to say that she couldn't help me and instead said "Sorry" like 20 times. She said I could come back during a weekday when her manager would be present so I could get my money back. Yes, I turned down her offer for more food. I don't need more gross food that they couldn't prepare right. I went back got my money that same night ... From the manager. 🤔 Weird, the person on the phone said to come back on a weekday for the manager. I'm grossed out from the last visit. Maybe I will try a different location next time.

Waffle tasted old. Bathroom was disgusting - looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in WEEKS. The place really needs an update .. it was dirty and I hope I don’t get food poisoning.

Ordered an all white meat bucket but received I mix. was given the opportunity to exchange, but then would have to leave and go all the way back to KFC. Unfortunate that it wasn't correct the first time.

Had to wait 10 minutes for white meat which was fine, but when I made it home, I didn't know that the box and bag was full of greasy food that leaked through the bag. Very disappointed. Messed up my car seats. Lesson learned.

The last several times we have gone to KFC the order was correct a food was not good who is extra oily bird legs look like they were baby chicken legs not the normal chicken legs. We had to order the chicken bowl the pit potatoes tasted funny there was more more gravy which was good and corn and a few little chicken pieces on the top not like before they're cheating on the quantity that they used to give. And ever since they quit doing the regular barbecue chicken and they don't carry that sauce anymore or the regular honey mustard sauce I really don't care too much for the chicken

Had a bad experience. Not only did I not receive a receipt, but 2 items in my order were missing (2 pot pies). I called them, but they never picked up. The food itself was good, though; the grilled chicken was juicy and flavorable, and although a bit crushed, the biscuits were good. But the fact that they forgot part of my order negatively affected ny experience.

No extra crispy legs or thighs, at 925 Friday night. Chicken I did get are mushy greasy balls. Cole slaw is crispier but almost dry. I'll drive the couple of miles out of my way to another KFC next time(s).

Drive thru service is bad. Need to check your order before you leave. Girl forgot my drink and when I told her it was missing she argue that my combo did not came with a drink. I show her the receipt and she was oh. Gave me my drink small size instead of medium. Very rude.

I came to this kfc on Saturday 11, october 2025. As soon as I got inside the workers were trying to be funny with a different costumer and they were saying that they would give him extra food for free. It took them a bit to help me but when they did, they were definitely not professional since the guy and girl were flirting with each other very obviously. The guy left and after that the girl’s customer service was great. I went with my sister and I went to the restroom while we waited for the food. I come back outside and a girl is telling my 17 year old sister that a guy from the back (a worker) was asking for her instagram. This experience was beyond disrespectful, you shouldn’t be flirting while working, regardless of if my sister was a minor. The last interaction happened between 8:15 and 8:25 pm.

Very disappointed we have gotten food from here for years. I went to order our usual but wanted grilled chicken too. The menu online said they had it. Well they don't anymore. So went ahead and got food. I had to go somewhere else for un breaded chicken. Got home with food only to find the grave was already on the potatoes. So very annoying. Portion sizes have decreased and prices higher. We will most likely not be going here in the future.

Just left from ordering 2 famous bowls. I ate the mashed potatoes to show how many popcorn chicken I received. (5) pieces. I gave 2 stars because the food was at least hot but 5 chicken bites in each bowl…. So the price of food is up… and now getting what you pay for is almost impossible. If you guys where out of chicken to make the famous bowl correctly, I wouldn’t have mind waiting for fresh chicken and having a regular famous bowl where there’s more than 5 little bites of chicken….

The one off Fletcher is always dirty. The floor is sticky and the tables are gross. Last time we went they allowed transients in and it stunk like b.o. and piss. Than another transient in front of me was having a good old time eating his fries and grooving to his music, which was fine, but he was dirty as hell and that gross me out and made it hard to eat. I have nothing against the homeless but can u say HEPATITIS!

When you ask for a bowl without no corn and you get three of them with corn and then you call the manager and tell them that they put corn in your meal then they say what do you want us to do about it then the second order on we asked for honey and it was sticky all over the bucket this whole meal cost $28 and some cent. My recommendation don't go cuz they don't listen

You guys should update your closing time if you're going to close earlier than your closing time that's stated. People order on postmates because it says you're open and then you just go oh we're closed after they've already ordered and paid.

The chicken was greasy with too much breading. We threw it away. The area outside was filthy with debris scattered everywhere. I went through the drive-in. There were, what appeared to be, druggies or undesirable people walking around outside. It was scary. I will never go there again. The prices are too high also.

First i ordered chicken that was burnt and hard as a rock old and cold biscuits. I called and spoke to a manager and she was extremely sweet. And said she would replace our food . So today we go in the drive thru and the girl at the window was so rude she wouldn't let me ask any questions. And when i would should would ask someone else and they were just as rude. If you can't work with people you don't belong in customer service!!! Will never go back to them again.

I gave this place yet another chance at redeeming themselves, but yet again I was disappointed. Put in a order online to be picked up at 6pm. Got there at 550pm and order was ready. Got home and chicken was cold ! Plust I didn't get the chicken sandwich that was with my order. Going to have to drive a little further to a different KFC. I do NOT recommend this place.

Bathroom is absolutely disgusting. It's clear they haven't even thought about cleaning it in atleast 3 months. Looks like they open the door, stick a mop in for 5 seconds and call it a day. If that's how they clean the areas customers use daily, it makes u wonder how they clean the kitchen where they make your food. Won't waste my time calling an area manager or owner. One that cared would stop in their stores once in a while and never let things get to this point. Dining room was just about as filthy, kids highchair is covered in black filth.

Every time I get a wild hair and want KFC... I COME HERE... This is the last time because they can't ever seem to get it right how hard is it when I order it exactly how it comes and I add on something extra? Seriously.... Or the drinks are never right... Or they taste like they need to be refilled... oh and you tell them that and they act like it's some huge deal to change the soda machine.

Go to any other KFC. I am writing this as a driver for a delivery app and a customer. Do not accept an offer for this restraunt! They always have their lobby closed no matter what time it is. The drive through line is always wrapped around the building. I called to see if they would bring to door, but the worker refused and said I had to wait in line like everyone else, even though all they had to do was hand the order to me. This restaurant forgets that we represent their customer and if this is how they want to treat their delivery customers and their drivers, they will I will never go here again!

Don’t order any sides. They reheat them even if they’re waaaaaaay past their shelf life. I ordered Mac and cheese and tasted a week old. It’s true about what they do with their left overs. They reheat it!!! And if you know what awful tastes like? It tastes like KFC ALL LOCATIONS!!!

Service wasn’t so bad before the general manager started working the drive through window. She decided it was appropriate to make disregarding marks over a question I had, then at the window because I did not have my card thrown through the window the second she opened it she decided to close it and make me wait before paying and getting my food. Not the best leadership behavior.

I don’t kno what the deal is here, but on several occasions now, I’ve literally been the ONLY person here, and I had to wait literally half an hour for my order… I’m in here alone right now, going on 20 minutes already….. how on earth does it take this long when I’m literally the ONLY one here?

The general manager at this location has only showed how horrible she is in customer service and her position. She goes onto the speaker without basic communication skills or friendliness. She’ll have you sitting in silence than get mad when you don’t move forward because we are waiting for her to acknowledge she got the order or give a total. I went here a couple days ago and I got the 4 piece meal with 2 sides. When I got home with my food I found they gave me the complete wrong order. So the next day I try again and get the 4 piece combo with 2 sides and original style. I get home and they only have me 2 very small pieces of chicken and extra crispy and there was literally no meat just breading. They also only gave me 1 side. The food here is very low quality. The workers don’t even pay attention to what they are doing or even care about their job. Awful place to eat! I wish Boston Market was still open next door, they were way better!
