I don’t kno what the deal is here, but on several occasions now, I’ve literally been the ONLY person here, and I had to wait literally half an hour for my order… I’m in here alone right now, going on 20 minutes already….. how on earth does it take this long when I’m literally the ONLY one here?

The cashier Chay was rude. I got the 12 piece family dinner chicken meal and when we got home we were missing a biscut and a wing. Check your food before you leave.

Came here evening of 12/03/25, service was terrible. Lady at the drive through was extremely rude and had an attitude from the get go even though we were respectful as we placed our orders. Asked for hot sauce and was handed 2 packets for the amount of food we ordered. Famous bowls were basically just mashed potatoes with literally 3 pieces of cut up chicken. Trash food and even trashier service. Take your money to another KFC where people don’t hate their lives.

the honey BBQ chicken flavor is not good. the flavor from back in the day was the bombbbbbb!!!!! This honey BBQ flavor has bad after taste. Just horrible im so disappointed in KFC fake advertising the nasty flavor. stop with the new stuff. Just give us the old honey BBQ flavor.

Horrible service. Te tratan super mal. A young guy with blonde long hair is super rude. Hope management do something about it. Now I prefer to go more far to 2nd street instead of deal with this kind of attitude.

Most disgusting KFC joint ever - staff looked forced to be there so… I understand. I paid around $15 for a 2 Dinner meal chicken combo! Most oily looking chicken you would think Diddy swam in it. Colonel Sanders’ should come see this!

The general manager at this location has only showed how horrible she is in customer service and her position. She goes onto the speaker without basic communication skills or friendliness. She’ll have you sitting in silence than get mad when you don’t move forward because we are waiting for her to acknowledge she got the order or give a total. All the other employees are 1000x better on their worst day compared to her.

manager (MS ANNE), was disrespectful as I could not eat in peace, the chemical she used as she was cleaning the door was strong I couldn’t eat my food, my before who is 6 was very uncomfortable as well. She constantly mumble slurs under her breath, I’m very disgusted and disappointed in WAY that KFC has hired to represent THEM on fletcher parkway in El Cajon ca. I’ve served this country and DONT tolerate the disrespect! I’m so disappointed!

The general manager was unpleasant, unprofessional, and The food was a d- the chicken was an f+. I asked if I could try the new soda. Mrs. Anne told me she did not have water cups. She was disrespectful. The chemicals used to clean the door while my child and I were eating caused us to feel uncomfortable enough to take our food and eat outside.

I went here a couple days ago and I got the 4 piece meal with 2 sides. When I got home with my food I found they gave me the complete wrong order. So the next day I try again and get the 4 piece combo with 2 sides and original style. I get home and they only have me 2 very small pieces of chicken and extra crispy and there was literally no meat just breading. They also only gave me 1 side. The food here is very low quality. The workers don’t even pay attention to what they are doing or even care about their job. Awful place to eat! I wish Boston Market was still open next door, they were way better!

Went through drive-in got home was on my second piece of chicken and there was not 1 but 2 blonde hairs on my chicken 😵. Resturants need to start making employees wear hair nets.
