SABRINA!!! I can not express enough how valuable this staff member is to your establishment! She is amazing! People like her are hard to come by! Friendly Personality Efficient aka on point every single part of our visit. Knowledgeable Loving Honestly perfect from start to finish of our dinner and dessert experience! This is our 4th time to "a" Cheesecake Factory. I've never been in impressed until last night! Her service and the food was spot on! We will definitely return to this location and first and foremost to experience her service again. Cheesecake Factory is so lucky to have Sabrina on the team! Thank you Sabrina!!!!! You rock! MJ, Christy and Crystal 😃
Like many suburbanites, I’ve been anxiously awaiting the opening of this castle of trademarked dishes, grandiose marble accented decor, and sugary cheesecake slices. And let me tell you, dear Google review reader, this new Cheesecake Factory location did not disappoint. Whether you dine inside, outside, or you get take out, you’re sure to enjoy honestly surprisingly good food for a chain restaurant with a menu that’s so long it reads like a dissertation in which an exhausted grad student used extra spaces after each period to hit a page minimum. On this visit, I had the lunch carbonara and my husband had a platter that included a chicken salad sandwich, a soup, and a salad (I’m sure it had a catchy name but I didn’t catch it). The food was solid for the price, the vibe, and the style of restaurant. I’m seriously always surprised with how well Cheesecake Factory executes such a massive menu. Our server was very kind, and everyone who helped us was very attentive. They seem to have a few small hiccups, but the meal was smooth overall especially for a restaurant that’s been open for under a week. If you’re just looking for a cheesecake fix, you can head to the dessert counter and grab a factory fresh slice to go.
I have not been to a Cheesecake Factory in over a decade. I arrived at 3 pm and it was already completely packed. The restaurant has a massive menu, which seems daunting and overtly complicated. The service is attentive and pleasant though not perfect as they’ve just opened. Patience is kind and human, bring some. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the location and will be back. Tim the bartender gave incredible drink and food suggestions upon my request. Lauren & Denecia are both hard working bartenders. Travis was knowledgeable, kind and attentive. 2 managers came by to check on me. Well done.
I really enjoyed the Cajun Salmon lunch special. The portion size was generous, especially for the price, and it was flavorful without being overly heavy. I also tried the crispy crab bites, which were a delicious treat. I don’t think I’ve ever had a been disappointed with anything I’ve tried in the menu. The lunch portions were big enough that I didn’t have room for dessert. Also ordered a couple margaritas during happy hour and they were surprisingly strong.
Cheesecake has not disappointed so far. This brand new location was no different. 3 of us went on a BUSY Wednesday night, when it was COLD outside. We were seated in 15 minutes which I thought was fast. Daniel was our server, ask for him. The ambiance is pretty standard across the chain. This restaurant was SPOTLESS. The service was AWESOME and the food was DELICIOUS. The kitchen had a delay with my Crab Wontons, however, everything else went so smoothly and Daniel was so good about it. I will be returning.
We were impressed in many ways with our lunch at Cheesecake Factory. We arrived at 12:30 on a Friday. Outside, there was a lot of competition for parking around the restaurant. We had to park a distance away and walk a few blocks. Based on outside traffic, we were very surprised that only a handful of customers were present inside, during a period that should be the lunchtime peak. The decor is modern and upscale. The cleanliness is excellent. The hostess then led us to a table, passing a row of unoccupied tables along a long bench. The one thing we noticed was the closeness of the tables to one another along a long cushioned bench. It really gave a cramped feel, to an otherwise nice and attractive interior. Then the hostess showed us the table she wanted us to sit at and it was right on top of the only person dining at any table along the long bench. It would have been uncomfortable to sit at this table when so many others were available. The hostess did accomate us five table further down the row, after we asked. For our entire meal, no one took any of those tables in between. From that point on, our meal was enjoyable. Our waitress was polite and attentive. And, most importantly, the reason for the visit was to try the food and it was excellent. I will come back for the lunch salmon again. It was great. I am glad that the place was empty on our visit, because if it was packed, we would have been bumping elbows (or whatever) with those at the next table.
I always have a wonderful time at the Cheesecake Factory. Get the chicken stacked with nachos as an appetizer and I also will recommend the grilled salmon including happy ending dessert, Godiva chocolate brownie topped with icecream. Our waitress Morgan was excellent....
The atmosphere here is amazing, and our waitress Jada was absolutely phenomenal. I did have an issue with my burger being overcooked, but the manager came over personally to apologize and had a fresh one made. The chef even brought the new burger out to my table, which really showed the level of care they put into their service. I’ve been to many Cheesecake Factory locations in Florida — from Sawgrass to Boca Raton and Orlando — but by far, the one at the Promenade is the best. This was my second time dining here, and once again, the same manager came by to greet us and ensure we were having a great experience. I can’t remember her name, but Cheesecake Factory at the Promenade would be making a huge mistake if they ever got rid of her. Highly recommend this location!
We usually go to this Cheesecake Factory and the service is good but today we had Corrina and she was the best! Attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Also, she was pleasant. Sometimes these young professionals can be either too casual, telling you all their business, or they seemed annoyed, like they hate their jobs. However, that was not our experience with Corrina. I wish she could go around to other restaurants and teach them about customer service! Thank Corrina! Additionally, the food was on point as well!
Take out it food experience is totally different than eat in food. Broccoli was a bit crunchy than I like and the Rice was dry. The salmon didn’t have the lemon sauce I requested put on. Food was good but was better when I ate in.
Food and atmosphere was great. I ordered the vegan cobb salad. Tasty, and the quality was excellent. Weather permitting, I recommend to dine outside where they have a canopy.

Had a wonderful experience at The Cheesecake Factory Coconut Creek! The Skinny Asian Chicken Salad was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made the visit even better. Definitely a spot I’ll return to!

Amazing Amanda our server was terrific! We stopped by for a burger and slice of cheesecake at 2 pm on a Friday which I think is the best time to visit here!! Ciara M did a fabulous job and the Chicken Littles, Mashed Potatoes & Corn were outstanding!! 👍🏼😎🇺🇲

This is the new location in Coconut Creek...in The Promenade. We in Coral Springs are so happy they are here in our neighborhood! So my family and I just had lunch, we were greeted quite nicely and then quickly led to our table. There were 4 of us..and when we sat down..the table felt very sandy... There was salt and pepper all over the table..I do not think that the table was cleaned and sanitized. We asked to be moved and we were. our server was pretty good..we had that oh so delicious bread and butter and then placed our orders. The orders came out in a timely manner...well..we were there at 11 45 am...so not a lot was going on. Our son had the orange chicken and rice...he loved the orange chicken..but the rice was not cooked properly...my husband had the bang bang chicken and shrimp with brown rice...and our server asked him if he would like all chicken and we were surprised... because..for so many years we have been eating at CF and did not know this. It was a good dish and my husband enjoyed it. My Father in law enjoyed the fish and chips and I had the Miso glazed salmon and brown rice which was delicious. I had to get extra miso glazed because there never really is enough of it 😊. All in all ..it was a pretty good experience...I do believe that they have a couple of kinks to work out...like cleaning and sanitizing those tables and chairs after every guest. It is my hope of all hope that the kitchen is being run on ' a'tight ship'so to speak. And yes...I am from the industry and I also teach the industry. I will be back on Saturday CF...with one of my friends for lunch.
Amazing experience. This was my 2nd time coming to this location coconut creek. My 1st experience was actually horrible. From the waiter a the food . We returned due to celebrating someone’s birthday and surprisingly we ( my husband & myself ) were pleased. The wait time to sit was about 15mins even though I had reservations set for over a week once and showed up ON TIME and to wait to receive our food was long. Once the food came it made up for the long wait time.
I sat outside, which I love a nice outside dinner vibe. The food was good. I started with the calamari then I ordered the meatloaf, mash and corn. Which was good as well But my highlights were my customer service. My waitress name was Shea she was super nice and fast, very responsive and I like that. It's been a while since I had good customer service. ☺️
Double smash burger is delicious. Korean BBQ cauliflower is very tasty. Our server was great. Mai Tais aren’t bad either. Was told women’s restroom wasn’t as clean as it has been. I’m sure it was an anomaly Update 8/2/25. The Meatloaf is delicious. Our server was great. Had another Mai Tai
The food was delicious the portions are good. The service is great, Xena our server was really amazing. The lighting and the music needs some work though. It was a bit to dark to see the menu and the music seemed louder than it needed to be
Cheesecake Factory is very consistent. Because of the vast(understatement)menu, my company does holiday lunch there. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Da Vinci pasta, and was craving it after our holiday lunch. I order extra saucy, and they always comply with a Lil gravy boat of extra sauce. I love the flavor of the sauce, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner. My go-to cheesecake is the Dulce de leche, which I ordered in a to-go container to enjoy over the next day due to the massive size of the standard slice. The best part of my experience was the service. I sat at the bar at first, and after several minutes of not even being acknowledged by the bar tenders, I moved to a high top. My server, Isabelle, was an absolute sweetheart. Despite being a party of 1 taking up a 4-top, she was gracious and friendly throughout. I wanted the lunch portion, and missed the deadline by 4 minutes, but she got it for me anyway. They made it wrong the first time, so she quickly got it replaced and then brought me my gravy boat of sauce. With each hurdle she was professional and friendly, providing exquisite service. I truly appreciated everything about my experience with her. Every server should emulate her professionalism and warmth. Always highly recommend.

Love the menu variety at the Cheesecake Factory. Everything I’ve gotten has been delish and consistent the only thing that hasn’t been consistent is the service. They are extremely slow on service as the food and drinks take a while to come out even sitting at the bar. I’ve noticed there are only 2-3 bar tenders making drinks for the entire restaurant and they tend to get backed up all the time. They always seem to run out of bread too and have very slow bread service. A lot of times my bread had come well after my meal and it seems as if you need to beg for it. Other than that it’s been a fairly decent experience. These Cheesecake Factory is somewhat small and can get very crowded and noisy. Parking can be a beast as well on the weekends.
I am a huge Cheesecake Factory fan. I have been to several locations before, and love what they have to offer. This was my first visit to this new location. We had reservations and arrived early and were able to be seated early, which was nice. my first impression was the lack of cleanliness and the restaurant. The floors were super slippery and I would not be surprised if people fell down regularly. There was also dropped food on the floor (all over) that no one bothered to pick up. My menu had pieces of food within it as well. I will agree with other reviews that the service was lacking. It took about 20 minutes for our drinks to come out and the food almost an hour. The food portion size was large and tasted Excellent, but the service definitely needs work at this location. I get that they are new, so I hope they can work out the kinks...
If you are prepared to wait an extended period for your food, this establishment may meet your expectations. Our waitress, S., appeared more focused on socializing and engaging with other customers than on providing attentive service — something I have never experienced before. The bread was served simultaneously with the main course, and the coffee arrived more than 10 minutes after being ordered. When it was finally brought to the table, it was placed down abruptly, without offering milk, sugar, or any additional care.
Cheesecake Factory is usually my favorite, but this visit was disappointing. The cheesecake itself was excellent, as always. No issues with the product. The service was the problem. I waited about 20 minutes just to pick up 4 slices to go. Two staff members were chatting instead of serving customers. There was a long line of people waiting to be seated and only one person actually working. Overall, very slow and indifferent service. Felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority.
The Bistro burgers were very disappointing and not what we expected. In this menu, it is described as a burger with bacon, caramelized, onions, arugula, with a steak sauce, and a garlic aïoli. Two people I was with ordered the same thing, and the only modifications made to it was sauces on the side. The burgers came out dry with nothing on them but the arugula. We then ask for the caramelized onions only to recognize it’s missing in the bacon too. The manager said she can bring us the bacon jam because it’s not bacon, but actually a jam. Describing that a burger comes with bacon when it’s actually a bacon jam is misleading. On the other side, my aunt is talking about how salty her pasta is , and in my head i thought she’s just exaggerating. I go to taste the pasta… and I love salt … and it was not edible not sure if they spilled the whole bucket of salt but wow. It was a party of seven and the other four meals were OK . The best part of the meal was the appetizer we had the spinach dip, the bread and the crab dip. I had a Georgia peach, even though it was very weak. our server was very nice and attentive, despite the food that he couldn’t control.

This restaurant opened less than 2 months ago and there is still great interest. I was able to make a reservation quite easily online. We arrived early and we were seated fairly quickly. Our first impression was the lack of lighting. Made reading the menu a bit difficult not to mention seeing what your eating. Our server was polite and very professional. The menu is vast, reminiscent of a diner trying to appeal to every resident in town. The food was slightly better than diner fare. The rice and beans were bland. But aside from that all our dishes came out luke warm. The plates were hot but the food was not. We made mention of it and was told that the manager was made aware. Guess what, hide nor hair of the manager. Not even for an apology. We are not convinced that we will frequent this place.
And all the years I mean at cheesecake factory in various locations this was my most disappointing meal ever. To have an experience with the food like tonight disappoints me. The chicken and the Salads that were served to my table all seemed like the chicken was processed chicken and not freshly made at the restaurant. The texture was spongy and flavor salty and not fresh. Don't recommend ordering any process chicken dishes at cheesecake factory
This was the second time that my wife and I went to the cheesecake factory in Coral Springs. The previous time that we went everything went well. This time was the exact opposite. Both times my wife and I ordered Thai lettuce wraps. This time when we ordered we told the waitress that we both wanted lettuce wraps. When the order came out she only brought out one order and two extra plates. We didn’t understand why she brought out two extra plates. She went back in to the restaurant because we were sitting outside thinking that she was bringing out the other order. When she came out she had nothing with her and she went over to another table. We called her over and said where’s my order and she looked confused, and we told her that we both ordered the same thing. Not saying she was sorry her answer was” My bad” I went into the Kitchen. After about 10 minutes I asked her where my order was I’d like to eat with my wife. And she told me that they’re making it. After another five or 10 minutes the manager came over with my dinner and didn’t even say sorry can I do anything for you. Look very unconcerned and really looked like she didn’t care. When we finally finished eating we had to get the waitress to come over to the table and told her that we went through our bill. That was the last time we saw her another waitress came over and brought out the bill. And another waitress brought it back after I paid for it to sign my receipt. It was like nobody wanted has anything to do with us we were being nasty we were just upset. We made it very clear when we ordered our meal that we both were having the same thing.” My bad” Was like insulting us at the table. It just seemed like the waitress and the manager could care less and we don’t know if we’ll be visiting that location again. As for the food we’ve had Thai lettuce wraps numerous times This time when it came out there were five small pieces of chicken very unusual for the cheesecake factory. We never order that again at that restaurant

I went there with friends and our kids on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t busy so we were seated immediately. Everyone at the table received their meal expect for me. I ordered the Jamaican Spicy Shrimp meal, and I think the waitress never put in my order. When asked numerous times about it, she kept saying “it’s coming out, or in 5 more minutes” it never came. The manger attempted offered a complementary soup and slice of cheesecake but the cup wasn’t even full. We arrived at 3p and left at 5:15p, when we were leaving there was customers lining up outside. They services wasn’t effective regarding time management it took thirty minutes to get bread, and she brought our one basket out at a time. For a place that’s smaller than their other locations they need to work on their time management.
Got here at 11am because we had a party of 7, barely anyone here, but for some reason they packed us into a six spot, so one didn't purchase anything to eat so that there would be room. The restaurant was still empty when we left. Update: Owner leaves message to let management know "next time". So, I'm supposed to make a scene "next time"??? No! How about mentioning this to your staff, we had two handicap people with us too, they should be trained better to read the situation, and that they had plenty of room and empty tables to accommodate comfort. I will not purposly come back. The photo is when we were finished & about to leave, there are two different party of 7 pictured, the closest group was seated at an 8 top, had two kids and had plenty of room ours was packed in the corner and person on the end (in-between the tables) is not pictured as I was taking the picture, there was nowhere to have put my plate if I was to order food, so for the comfort of the elders in our party, I did not order, and stated that I was not hungry so that they were at ease. I'm not the only low review, this place should have much better reviews, and management should take notes.
This is the second time I ordered their chocolate truffle cake and the piece is so tiny. I thought it was a one time thing the first time but this happened again yesterday. Look at the differences in size and presentation from the piece from Sawgrass Cheesecake Factory and the Promenade Cheesecake Factory. And when I moved the whipped cream, cake was missing. Unbelievable. I can’t go here again.
Went here for my sisters graduation and the place was empty. We were seated quickly but it took a while for them to ask about our drinks, we didn’t think much of it. However, after we got our drinks, we waited over 45 minutes for the waitress to get our order. By this time, the restaurant was starting to get full. Long story short, multiple parties that came 35-45 min after we did got their food first. Food was mid and today my sister found mold in the Mac & cheese she took home.
I was in shock... The portions have been cut n prices are up.. carrots $12, waitress said there was plenty to share. That was far from truth. When we complained the manager said if she was a paying customer she wouldn't dine here due to the prices & portions.. good luck, I give them a few years n they will be wishing for customers . I will not go back n will tell others not to go. RIP off!!
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from The Cheesecake Factory. I specifically asked for the meat in my dish to be drained, yet when I got home, it was completely greasy and sitting in a pool of oil. This is not the first time this has happened, which makes it even more frustrating. By the time I checked the food, the restaurant was already closed, so I had no way to address the issue. On top of that, I used a gift card to pay, which feels like a complete waste. If customer requests can’t be honored, what’s the point of offering customization? The lack of care and consistency is unacceptable. I expected better from a restaurant of this reputation, but after multiple bad experiences, I won’t be ordering again.
This Cheesecake Factory was so disappointing. I ordered the four cheese pasta with alfredo sauce but instead just got plain dry penne pasta with alfredo sauce given to me on the side….even when I corrected it, they still brought it out the same only mixed up. None of the four cheeses or any basil in my pasta. Also they’re stingy with the bread idk if there’s a shortage or what but they used to give you three pieces and now there’s only two and you have to beg to get more. step up ur game cheesecake ur going down hill.
Never again. My 19 year old daughter’s birthday dinner was a complete disaster. They brought out the food, dropped one of the kids burgers on the floor (it was wrong by chance but dropped it anyway). 20 minutes later they brought out another burger which was completely wrong. Absolute disaster. This is not the first time we went there and had a problem like this, but definitely the last.
I waited over 30 minutes for a simple chicken Caesar salad. When I finally spoke to the manager, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. No apology, no refund, no accountability. I had a family gathering to attend and was made extremely late because of their incompetence. If you value your time, money, or basic customer service, do not come here. This place clearly doesn’t care about its customers.
What should have been a quick, straightforward order turned into a massive waste of time. After an unreasonable wait, I asked for assistance and was met by someone claiming to be the manager who was openly hostile and uninterested in resolving anything. No attempt was made to compensate, explain, or even apologize. I had prior commitments and this delay threw off my entire schedule. Businesses that operate like this don’t deserve customers, avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored and disrespected.
I can’t even rate the food this time because, once again, my wife’s “fancy chicken bowl” showed up while I was left sitting there waiting for my simple hamburger and fries. After a long delay, the waitress came over to tell us the kitchen was “backed up.” Really? A basic burger and fries takes longer than one of the more complicated dishes? This isn’t the first time something has gone wrong here — it’s always one thing or another. I came out for dinner with my wife to actually eat together, not to watch her halfway finish her meal before mine even shows up. Completely unacceptable. Time to pull the plug on the Cheese Cale Factory once and for all. I’m done giving this place second chances
DISAPPOINTING!! I went last night with my family and usually venture to the Boca location but this one was closer. We were greeted and then sat down. Ordered drinks and then got up with my daughter to use the restroom. The horror. Overflowing trash bin, 2nd stall with stool everywhere, handicap stall no toilet paper, and no soap. No soap! Left the restroom and alerted a waitress. Ordered our food and it took 45 minutes (usually takes Boca 20 on a Saturday), and this was a Wednesday. Food was OK. Will definitely not return. Boca from now on it is!
I brought my husband, toddler and aunt and uncle here and it was their first time. But my husband and I had been here before and it was great. This time we waited an hour to get our food. On a weekday and wasn't busy. By the time we all got our pasta it was all super hard. Not al dents. HARD. My child couldn't eat. I was embarrassed because my aunt and uncle were leaving the next day and it was supposed to be a nice dinner. The manager apologized and said she would comp everything except one plate and the cheesecakes. I ordered five so she agreed to pay for one. When the receipt came she only compted one plate .. it was the kids Mac and cheese. So I told the waitress she had told us she would comp everything BUT one plate and 4 cheesecakes. We ended up being there 2 and a half hours. With a fussy and hungry 2 year old. Ridiculous. I would never come back to this location
The server, Samantha was pleasant and attentive however, the manager was completely insulting and ineffective. Our cheeseburger was soggy and our ahi tuna appetizer seemed like tuna salad on a dried rice cake. We both have ordered these meals here before, but this time they tasted horrible. When we told our server about our experience; she retrieved the manager, Eric. That’s where things went terribly wrong. He told us that we had plenty of time to complain earlier about our meal to the server before we ate more of it. even asking us if our server had approached us in a timely manner to see if things were OK. We had just received our meal and hadn’t even tried it when asked. Eric offered us cheesecake, of which we declined as we really wanted to leave after the lengthy experience. Either way, he took the bill and our credit card and didn’t return back to our table for over 20 minutes. We asked our server multiple times for our bill to be finalized so we could leave! We decided to get up and leave and perhaps just call in the credit card stolen. We weren’t sure what to do; as we felt like we were being held hostage by our credit card and him not returning to attend to us. We weren’t asking for a discount in the first place, just pointing out that the food was not adequate. As we headed for the door, we were finally greeted with our card and a revised bill reflecting a discount for the appetizer. What an experience after going to Cheesecake factory all over this country for decades! Unforgettable! Poor experience and poor food.
RIP off!!
