Love their donuts , tastes amazing. I always go for the graze or normal ones. I used to get one free hot donut when coming through the door didn't have that last I visited so that was a let down. But Krispy Kreme is my favorite at the moment. Good customer service, though I think hiring older people is better because they have better hospitality and overall attitude not that who work there were rude or anything.
We went inside to grab a few donuts, then the fish ones started coming out! So of course we stayed and watched, tasted and ate! It was my son's first time inside and watching the process, he was excited!! Especially when they gave us free donuts to try! U can never go wrong with this place as your choice of donuts 🍩🍩
I came here on Sunday morning 11/5 at 8:50am. The lady was nice, and greeted me. They gave me the hot freshly made donuts on the machine. This is definitely a place I will be definitely going back to.
We were so happy we decided to go to Krispy Kreme this morning! The woman working the drive thru was amazing! Give that woman a raise! She was so sweet and on it! She is what customer service is about and I have worked in customer service for 15 years! The donuts were very good! Very pleased!

Wow ! I know I definitely deprived myself from a lot of restaurants around town. All that is going through my mind right now is where have I been and where have these donuts in all my life!? First time visiting Krispy Kreme ever, I was greeted with a smile by two ladies as they filled a huge order that was ahead of me , and attended quickly to my order. Will definitely come back again
Every time I go to Lubbock from Midland I have to take at least 4 dozens back home. The plain glazed are the best
They dealt with me fumbling around with deals and coupons like an idiot with grace and it was appreciated.
The man behind the counter was so kind and nice. The donuts were delicious as usual. we dined in, the place was clean and seemed organized and well taken care of. My daughter used the bathroom and said they were clean and tidy.
I'm genuinely perplexed by the lower ratings. After spending the week with an unshakable craving for a raspberry donut, I finally carved out time to satisfy the urge—and Krispy Kreme delivered. The moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by the nostalgic aroma of freshly fried dough mingling with the rich, inviting scent of brewed coffee. Even more memorable was the warm, sincere welcome from an employee whose kindness was arguably sweeter than any confection behind the counter. It's rare to encounter service that genuinely lifts your mood before you've even placed your order, but this was exactly that. Opting to take my treat to go, I indulged in the comfort of my car. The raspberry-filled donut was just as delightful as anticipated: tender, pillowy, and generously filled. If I were to offer any critique, it would be a wish for it to have been served just a touch warmer—an element that could have elevated the experience from excellent to sublime. Admittedly, Krispy Kreme has never been part of my regular rotation. But after this visit, I suspect I'll be back the next time that familiar craving calls.
A great place to stop! Super service, friendly staff ❤️ and Yummy food!!! The BEST smelling donuts ever and such a Big and Beautiful Valentine collection!! One might say Love is in the air! SO, were we ever shocked when a customer came in grumpy, bought a dozen and still left grumpy! Then a customer at the window got mad when the lovely employee took an extra minute to get to them and they asked for a complaint form?!? Seriously? Please know how thankful we were and how appreciative we are to be weary travelers and happen by such a Sweet place ❤️
In my opinion the best location in Lubbock if you want to get donuts. Their glazed are terrific and they have a wide selection of other types if pastries as well. Drinks; milk, juice, can also be found there On site. Very comfortable eating arrangement. Recommended locale !!

There's a girl that works here and she's super friendly and helpful. Really have enjoyed coming to pick up donuts since she's been working here. I think her name is Eli or something like that. She should be a manager and train all their employees to be like her.
Very nice staff and very respectful and friendly. This place was clean and smelled like fresh donuts since there was a batch being made. We got two dozen and they pulled them right off the assembly line! Thank you. Parking is never a problem and great location right off highway. Cheaper then the Krispy Kreme’s in Dallas and San Antonio area. We will be back.

Oh my gosh! we got there when they were coming hot off of the press I'll call it so soft so warm so delicious mmmm! The nice lady greeted us we didn't have to ask for it we didn't even know it's going on and she handed us the donut we bought two dozen My son does ask if you could please fix the homeless problem it scared him on their property.
Absolutely exceptional!! Been coming here for a decade! The quality and taste of the donuts & service are always nothing short of amazing and never misses!! I will ONLY go to Lubbock’s Krispy Kreme!! I’ve been to so many different Krispy Kreme’s throughout on our way to PA and all of them were terrible, just terrible tasting donuts, we literally threw them away and were so sad. So happy to be back in Texas & will never eat any other donuts except Lubbock’s Krispy Kreme!! The employees are always so warm, kind, and inviting!! Love love love this place!! 1000/10!
I haven’t been here in years, but I had to try the new cheesecake donuts (this was a couple months back already). They were so good I ate em all in one sitting! Yes you’ll get sick, but also yes, it’s worth it. The only con is that the prices are quite a bit higher than some of the local donut shops. Still this place is nostalgic and brings back childhood memories!
When they have the hot donut sign on it doesn’t mean that there’s hot donuts on. When you walk in, they rarely offer you a hot doughnut. They all look irritated me in there. I’ve been to this location, at least 10 times.
Don’t ask them when they serve fresh donuts unless you want a snarky, “When the light is on”, for an answer. I get it’s early, you probably get asked that a lot, and maybe some people don’t know about the light. But I asked nicely after waiting in the parking lot 15 minutes after they opened to turn the light on because I was mistaken thinking they made them fresh right when they opened. They make them fresh at 7:00am btw. And during other times in the day but I can’t remember the rest of what I was told the second time they answered. Still the best donuts around tho.
The mini glazed donuts are supposed to be chocolate with sprinkles on top. Clearly I got some glazed minis instead. By the way, we weren’t informed of any changes or shortage of donuts. The more I look at the donuts I notice one has a rabbit leg missing and one of the chicks is smeared and another is like squished like from a finger. Just disappointing.

Doughnuts were good but we ordered hot coffee and when they gave it to us it was cold!
I went by the store at 7:05 Sunday morning, and the doors were locked with 3 of the staff sitting at the backdoor. What in the world is going on with this business? How can a business like this not be available for morning donuts on a consistent basis. Of course Dunkin donuts were available to take morning customers. Come on Man! Get right, or get closed for good.
I'm so disappointed I went Thur the drive Thur got a assortment of donuts and 6 different filled I told them I want the filled one all different flavors I meant 6 different one they f gave me 2 different flavors mmmm and on my assortment I got 4 more filled with the same filling I'm so upset I pay 30 dollars for it to do better
Thrift donuts did not taste the same as I am accustom to eating. They were more dense and the glaze was not as sweet. Sorta disappointed.
I don’t have a Krispy Kreme where I live so I was excited to visit while here in Lubbock. I was quickly disappointed. The lady who helped us was not friendly and seemed to be annoyed that we had even come in. When I asked about some of the flavors she told me she didn’t really know. Then proceeded to put the inside of the box she would be putting my order into directly in front of her mouth and whisper something to her coworker while giving me the side eye. Immediately I think your talking about me while also getting you breath and spit all over the inside of the box your about to put my food into. I ended up throwing out the donuts because it grossed me out. I know sometimes people have a bad day and can make a exception if needed, but I was nothing but friendly so I don’t understand why she had to treat us poorly from the minute we walked up to the counter. I’m sure the donuts were fine, but overall the employee just ruined the whole visit with her attitude.
We walked in excited to actually get to eat these donuts. Well we waited and nobody greeted us for our order we just sood there until a lady stopped and said what do you need (not politely) we proceed to order we made 2 separate orders. As we waited the coffee was almost handed to some other people then they just sat it down, without trying to let us know its ours and the exact same thing happened woth the donuts, there was only 5 ppl there they did not try and get our attention or anything.
The donuts are always delicious. However, the employees are NOT welcoming nor are they even pleasant. They act like they don’t want to be there. I got my coffee long after our donuts were eaten. It’s Sunday morning, they were out of so many varieties, coffee was out and had to be brewed. Very unprepared. We will not be back.
Donuts were good, but customer service was horrible. Girl that helped me was very rude like I had offended her somehow. Very short and hateful with answers, walked away while I was paying, refused to help person behind me. Maybe pregnancy hormones. She made the transaction very uncomfortable.
Showed up at 10:30am. Lobby was closed with only the drive through open. Some guy had this place operating with some shoelaces and duct tape. I felt like they were completely unprepared to sell donuts. After waiting in line 20 minutes we finally got to the window to order (guy said on the intercom to just come to the window). There we proceeded in negotiation on what the guy could sell us and what he couldn’t. All of his machines are down for maintenance,of course. We got said donuts. Meh. Probably the worst KK in the country? Haha. If corporate could see this joint they would go into shock and coma. By the way, Man how I wish I had not negotiated that cup of battery acid that the fella said was coffee. My taste buds will never recover.
I ordered a dozen donuts ½glaze and ½chocolate. I got home and opened the box to an assorted box. So I had to drive it all the way back to get the order corrected. But when I got home and opened the box this time donuts were so small they looked like toys. The worker was pleasant and very apologetic, but it was a total inconvenience.
I went there to get a donut for my children. They all wanted the same donut, but they wouldn't sell me the same one, so I had to walk out with all my children sad. I just couldn't make the difference with my children. Give one child the donut they want and not the other, so we just walked out.
My second time going here to this location today in years. I thought it was just the first time I went but the donuts were trash and cold and hardly no icing. The same thing this time, apparently they don't make hot, fresh donuts
I am a huge Krispy Kreme fan, however, this was by far the worst KK experience I've ever had. They had very few donuts. A couple dozen of mixed donuts and ZERO glazed. Nothing being made. Myself and the two other customers there weren't even able to fulfill a complete order. The employees were less than apologetic and seemed more annoyed that we were even there. This seems to be a norm for this location. Once I got my donuts home, they were so stale my kids wouldn't even eat them (like hit them on the table kinda hard). This location is the closest to where I live, still 2 hours away. I stop relentlessly almost every time I travel in hopes it gets better, with no luck. I miss hot and fresh KK donuts.
Terrible attitudes & customer service. I was very disappointed with the hostile/aggravated attitude I received. Hopefully sometime down the road I will try it again and the appropriate actions to correct the service will be implemented and the experience will be improved. For now I do not recommend this place. Spend your money else where.
We came at 7:45am & Really sad. The hot light was on so my and my kids choose to stop by! Turns out no hot or ready donuts. The donut machine wasn’t working and they were nearly out of everything.!!! Stood at the front and noticed how dirty the inside was. Then I still got 2 donuts cuz my kids wanted at least one and ask for the glazed since the hot light was on and they tried to charge me for a 1/2 dozen. I corrected it and they did change and and seemed nice about it… but still Probably will not be coming back.
I ordered online for delivery the next morning. I ordered the "Tribute to Paris", consisting of 3 chocolate eclairs, 3 vanilla-raspberry, 3 creme brulee, and 3 of whatever for a dozen and a 3 piece order of one of each, chocolate eclair, vanilla-raspberry, and creme brulee. I ordered for delivery. When the delivery person arrived at Krispy Kreme, the Krispy Kreme personnel had him call me to say they only had 1 vanilla raspberry, 1 creme brulee, and 5 chocolate eclairs. I told them I would take what they had and whatever substitutions to make a dozen. There was no discount for not having what I ordered, but that wasn't what pissed me off. THIS WAS NO TRIBUTE TO PARIS!!!!! Never have the French served anything that was old and so sweet it was inedible! You do not slather on sugary icing and try to pass it off as a "Tribute to Paris." The only good thing about the experience was the GrubHub delivery person--and he was fabulous! For the love of God and your body, if you want French, go to La Madeleine! You won't regret it!!

The employees aren’t welcoming at all. The last time i ordered assorted dots online they called me and told they only had original.. I didn’t ask for them to refund me the difference I just went with it… and the second time i ordered them in person they were really cold and had glazed and powdered and that’s it.
This was the worst experience ever! I ordered donuts, they said the machine was messing the donuts up, and they came out way smaller and flat! The sign was on saying that the donuts were ready and I STILL had to wait another 10min. They could have added more donuts and I would have been ok with it, but I opened my box to see that. I told them I didn't want it, and they "gave me a refund" of $0. I will definitely be contacting my bank. Not to mention the girl at the front register ignoring all of the customers and being rude when they asked if she could take their order. That is ridiculous and I will NOT be coming back.
Felt really bad for the lone kid working both the inside register as well as the drive through all by himself…while I counted 5 other employees one of them being the manager I believe all laughing and chatting it up towards the back of the store while this kid has a line in the drive thru and people waiting (myself included) inside the store as well. Definitely not the kids felt though. Same exact story on several occasions. Told the kid if he were to quit the store would sink. Donuts are good but one kid can’t hold the store up by himself. Very poorly managed store.
I don't like leaving 1 star reviews. I don't. But if the shoe fits, wear it. This location housed horrendously deformed pastries that looked as if they had been ran over by my pickup truck. The donuts were overcooked and frankly, just were not enjoyable. Service was very rude. I was on a very important phone call, and had not yet approached the counter, when I was called out by the attendant multiple times. Could've been better.
Showed up at 7AM to find out that they are unprepared to start business. This place opens at 6am so I expected to be able to grab a few donuts and get back home. Well all the reviews are right it is probably the worst Krispy Kreme I have been too. Even the worst places still open and do business. This one had six people standing around inside an unlocked building but I was told there was no one there to open the registers… hmmm bad management
Very slow, unfriendly service. Was there at 6:15 a.m., and the donuts we got were clearly not made this morning. I haven't had Krispy Kreme in years (only came for the dozen for $1 promotion today, and they weren't worth $1). Will be going to Shipley or Jack n' Jill in the future.
It's been awhile since I've been to the one off south loop 289 in Lubbock tx and they use to sell maple and brown sugar ones, so I had asked and the worker was a smart ass about it, sometimes not everyone puts everything on the menu and it never hurts to ask but I guess in this aspect of it, I'll never go back and won't recommend anyone to a rude woman, it's not about what they do or don't sell it's about customer service and they have none
I wish I could review how the donuts tasted but my two visits in the last week have resulted in ZERO donuts. My partner and I pulled up around 2pm on a Thursday and the store was closed. The employees were inside but the doors were locked and there was a sign at the door saying the store was temporarily closed. We swung by again tonight while the hot sign was on and the indoor area seemed closed. We sat at the drive thru and no one answered so we had to pull up to the window. We were informed that there were no donut flavors that we wanted in stock, and zero glazed. I asked WHEN they would have glazed. I was told “maybe tomorrow like in the morning.” I will not be coming back.
1 star and that’s being generous. Pulled up to the drive through around 8:45 and waited for almost 5 minutes and no one came to help. Then proceeded to park and go inside and all doors were locked. Mind you they still had 10 minutes to be open. The 2 workers a guy and a girl just watched us through the inside waiting for us to leave. No hours are posted on the door or at the drive through, we had to go online to see hours of operations. Horrible! My daughter was so excited to get a treat after her recital and ya just ruined her night. Thanks a lot! Will be reaching out to your DM because I’m positive you are not supposed to close early.
I came to experience that amazing hot now Krispy Kreme experience, however what I experienced was quite the opposite all the employees were amazing except Linda. Linda came out after the man in front of me received cold donuts and yelled at him, asking what was wrong with them. After he spoke with her and convinced her to feel them she said you can purchase that hat you tried on as well. I've never purchased a hat somewhere you can't try them on. He didn't argue and agreed to purchasing it as well as another box of donuts. Linda displayed extreme unprofessionalism and horrible customer service do better Krispy Kreme.

absolutely horrible. i never leave reviews but i felt compelled to do so after my experience today. drive through closes at 10 p.m. i got there around 9:52 p.m. there were three workers and all of them pretended to not see me and hid. i drove around again and went up to the window. all three of them were standing there and said and in a laughing, rude manner “we are closed” and i let them know they weren’t and again, they open the window to say they were closed very unprofessionally. nevertheless, they denied my service so i took off. this is a prime example of poor service and horrible representation of this business. i will be calling management in the morning to let them know of my experience.
Bad customer service and attitude went in Feb 13@ 745pm workers said they gave my order away to someone else because after two hours they give the items to someone else they were not apologetic and acted like they didn’t care and they said I should have gotten a refund when that was not true I was charged already, we as the customers ended up finding our order ourselves on the shelf’s, workers didn’t even take to second to check themselves. I don’t like it when customers have to do the work for actual workers. Workers that night definitely need a training or two on how orders work and customer service forsure…
Placed an order online for some specific special donuts. Order went through but as I arrived was told they were sold out. They said they couldn't offer a refund because it was a hassle and I would have to call some number and it will still take 72 hours to get a response. I asked if I can substitute it so I wouldn't have to deal with all that mess the guy at the window was more than helpful compared to his manager counterpart. I'm not sure I'll ever go back just because of the supposed refund policy or the lack of communication within this company to assist the customers with these types of issues. Maybe it's just the lubbock location, idk. Either way. Won't be going back.
An embarrassment to the krispy kreme franchise. Doughnuts aren't even room temperature. More like refrigerated cold. And, them being out of stock of just the regular Doughnuts, she still charged full price. 6 dots for the price of 10, 13 minis for the price of 16 along with being charged for the assorted dozen when I only got 9 glazed. Not to mention, the raspberry and cake filled Doughnuts have no filling
Stood and waited for 20 minutes while one employee stood in the back and the other one kept tending to the window instead of helping the lobby. Didn’t get a hello or a donut in that time so I left. Some version of this has happened multiple times at this store.
Honestly horrible. The whole floor sticky and disgusting. Told staff and they can’t mop the floor cus it’s apart of the rules. Disgusting I can hear my feet stick each step. And don’t even get me started on the donuts. The most sweetest doughnuts ever. And not fresh. And the staff? LAZY. And unfriendly. I do not recommend this location at all.
So I went into the store with my kids and saw the "Hot Now" sign, so we stopped and got donuts. Everyone was super nice. However, when I felt the box, the donuts didn't feel warm. On the way out, I told the girl at the register that they were cold and that I wanted another dozen. I was fine with the cold ones but would pay for the hot ones. The girl was super nice! While we waited, I tried on a Krispy Kreme baseball hat and LINDA came out yelling, asking what was wrong with my donuts. I explained that they were cold, but it wasn't a big deal and that I would still pay for them. I just wanted another one that was hot. She insisted that they were hot, but eventually, I got her to feel them and she gave me another dozen, which I would have paid for. No problem. However, she was super rude and then she said, "Hey, I also need you to pay for that hat since you put it on." I said, "Okay, no problem." I buy hats all the time and try them on before purchasing them. However, I still bought it. Linda, the manager, was the rudest manager I have ever dealt with, but she can't ruin Krispy Kreme for us. I love Krispy Kreme and I'll be back!
Not good anymore taste really bad every time I come I wish there was another location here in Lubbock Krispy Kreme use to be my fav but not anymore too much money spent to only be dissatisfied every time and the lady at the window very rude not polite at all she was very disrespectful almost every time she said I was ughhh rude in the microphone !
This place has seriously gone downhill, went in at 3pm and the only option for a donut was chocolate. There are never enough donuts and no kind of options for selections when going here. This used to be our favorite place for donuts but for the last three years since being in Lubbock it is one of the worst. Please do something about it and serve the people who want to give you their business.
Rude staff, they all act like they would rather be anywhere but work. Cold donuts even in the morning. Donuts tasted old at 9am. Horrible overall experience. You should fire every single one of your current employees, shut down, train new employees, and start over.
I went to Krispy Kreme this morning at 9 am to get hot donuts as I am able to at other locations even at 11 pm. I asked if the donuts were fresh, and was told they were, to only receive cold donuts that felt as if they had been refrigerated. Donut holes were horrible as well. Not as advertised. The girl also struggled with my order. Since this location is the only one for in our area, please do better!
First and only time going to crispy Kream not a fan of their pumpkin spice asked for a hot coffee gave me luke warm awful and cashier today clueless about very limited coffee options and luke warm hot coffee really
Poor management... New to Lubbock, love Krispy Kreme but if you are used to big city Krispy Kreme then you will be disappointed here. This place is run down. On Sunday's (the only time my family craves donuts) they never have anything other than glazed and chocolate. The glazed donuts always look like they were made the night before. Signs all over saying "Try this new donut" but you can't because they aren't made because apparently they "opened 30 min ago" (it was 10am when I went) on a Sunday when their hours say they open at 6:30am. Also, the drive through speaker rarely works. So if you're going for glazed, make sure you go the night before and make sure you walk in. Otherwise go to a different donut shop. I will be from now on.
Went to get the limited Harry Potter donuts and they said they “ran out” like how do you run out of something you can literally make in store. Did you not do your research and expect a super high demand? We literally drove in from out of time just for this and for their response to be “we ran out” is very upsetting.
Put my order in online and I got something completely different I was passing threw v the town i live 3 hrs away and they got it all wrong i got stuff I didn't like it at all. So trash they went.
Everything was amazing when seeing the Harry Potter themed doughnuts. It only made me sad when I didn't get my house which is Gryffindor. Do better next time!😞
I should've listened to the reviews I read... Because I NEVER eat donuts unless its Krispy Kreme when I'm out of town, & I'm truly disappointed in how these donuts taste. They Do Not taste like Krispy Kreme donuts whatsoever! It's hard to explain but they just have the taste of a regular donut of some random shop 😔 they're bland, taste old, and they don't melt in your mouth...
It’s no wonder this place has 3 stars. Needs new workers! Lady at the window with dark hair and an attitude needs an attitude adjustment. She was so rude all because I didn’t pull up to the speaker first to say I was there to pick up an order. I’m from out of town and usually businesses say just to go to the window and not the speaker to pick up an order. Just ugly!!! Needs to be replaced if y’all wanna keep ur customers coming.

Management was horrible. The place was understaffed and the manager, she was terribly mean. I felt so unwelcomed and never in my life have I EVER experienced such horrible service. It is absolutely shameful to give customers that kind of treatment and I will never be going back to that horrid establishment. Also the windows were disgusting. The service, cleanliness, and price were horrible and not at all worth it with that horrible service.
Your staff was. sitting around and doing nothing at all and just sitting all together just bringing lazy and should be all beyond the counter and all doing there jobs. and that.s they are paid for and the coffee wasn't hot all was so cold 🥶 and smells so bad and taste so old and. smelled spoiled and l just left the coffee there and we'll never come back this place should be close down.

I wish I could give no stars. This place is terrible. The people working on Sunday December 7th was absolutely terrible. I am a General Manager and have been in customer service for 15 years. I've left a bad review before because I get we all have bad days, but I couldn't believe the disrespect and attitude they gave. My 2 year old son just wanted a snoopy donut and they were so rude at the drive thru and then I eventually went inside to get the donut and the black female doing the register, said are you the one that was loud? Which i wasn't l loud at all. I was very calm in the druve thru. I just seriously couldn't believe these people working. I feel really bad for this GM that runs this store.
Came in at 10:36 asked if they were fresh like hot , not cold , No one wants cold donuts if that’s what I wanted I would of went to another donut shop , Kinda disappointed, Therefor 1 star If I could give 0 stars ! I would , $1.99 for a cold donut when I could of just got one from my local dealer …. I wanted it hot , asked “ are they fresh “ young black lady said yes they are , she lied
Ordered donuts days before online thinking the order would be complete and they didn’t have half my order. Disappointing. I would think it’s first come first serve.
Front counter lady tried to give me half a cup of hot chocolate like I was going too just be cool with it it's not my fault your machine doesn't work I want what I paid for yes she did make a second one so I could fill my cup but it's ridiculous too have to ask
I walked to Krispy Kreme not once but twice they still had fresh donuts coming off the line. After purchasing both times and finding out they had given me cold donuts I asked if I could have fresh ones. They refused both times. Saying nope they can't . Wouldn't even give me a reason either. Both times they had hundreds of fresh donuts still coming off the line. This was at the Lubbock tx location. Horrible horrible customer service.
Krispy Kreme needs to fire everyone! We ordered at the drive thru. Whomever took our order didn't tell anyone our order. We got to the window and were greeted by another employee with an attitude. We repeated our order to him and he got it wrong. He then got angry because he had to fix it. The donuts were not even worth hassle. Shameful behavior. Zero work ethic and no pride in the product. Gross!
I used to love Krispy Kreme but the location in Lubbock has made me hate it. The customer service deserves negative stars. The employees are always so rude and unhelpful. I have so many stories of employees completely mistreating customers. Also, somehow they are always out of donuts even if you go there early. They either need to open a new location or try again with new employees because something is obviously not working at that location!
Brought the family for a hot fresh famous Krispy Creme. Customer service was not good or friendly. They overcharged us for our order and had to correct my refund to my card. I asked for a hot donut and they refused. A very poor example for the franchise. The cleanliness of the store was also not good.
I’d stop as soon as I’d fly into LBB, before reaching my relatives home for Glazed Raspberry Filled donuts. They used to be oozing with raspberry filling, which is why I’d make it my first stop, even tho I have a KK in the town next to mine which I will not go to. Y’all have fallen by the KK wayside! If there was a teaspoon of raspberry filling in Glazed Raspberry “Filled” I’d be surprised! I will never stop or spend my money there ever again to which my husband is thankful, because I’d drive him crazy with insisting on buying donuts before getting to our destination. Plus, the price is outrageous considering the quality. So long Krispy Kreme LBB! Pic shows how I ate my donuts before throwing the rest away. I bought 1/2 dozen but decided to post review when only 3 were left.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$! If I could give a “no star” I would. Spent almost $5 for hard and squished donut dots. I should have known when the guy grabbed a pre-package small cup of dots, that they were going to be horrible. Sure enough I got random number of 11donut dots crammed in a small cup. The dots were old, the glaze on them was starting to separate from the dot causing them to be soggy. The powdered ones were hard. Never again!!! 👎🏻
We love Krispy Kreme but this one is sad. We’ve been there three times in the past month and they had no doughnuts and no doughnuts on the racks and making little to no doughnuts. The store is filthy and the bathrooms are just as gross. Hopefully something changes with the management but we’ve been very unhappy.
