Hadn't been in a few years, but was always a fan in the past. The staff was kind, but they seem understaffed. Normally I wouldn't leave a review for a single mess up, but not only did they forget our salads, but also did not provide meatballs on the pasta as requested. Not a huge deal, but I probably won't be back. Except for the bread sticks. Edit: these guys saw my review and reached out to fix the error. Joseph who helped me out when I picked up my order was great. I'll definitely be back.

The manager was telling us that the lobby closed at 930 but was so nice about it. The manager was really cool and the food was nice and hot and delicious will definitely be back and it's very affordable for what you get. Doesn't feel like fast food at all it was delicious! I was impressed with the service today. I was in a time-crunch and had 2 restless kids with me. I appreciated the politeness and patience of the 2 employees I interacted with. The timely service and clean environment helped ease my evening's stress. And of course we love the breadsticks!

I feel like Fazoli’s is a very underrated restaurant in College Station. Their food is cheap, but tasty. I feel like a lot of people are hesitant to go here because its an “italian fast food place”, but honestly to me, Fazoli’s food is above fast food quality. Their staff is very friendly and polite, and very diligent to keep the restaurant area clean. I highly recommend Fazoli’s to anyone looking for great italian food for a low price!

I grew up with Fazoli's just a mile away, but it closed down years ago. I started going to the College Station location, and the people are wonderful. We drive out of our way to stop here each time. The breadsticks are addicting, the price is right, and the people are great over a span of 15 years.

I wished you guys open some locations in NE side of Houston. I guarantee the business gonna do well. I had it in Odessa midland and I’m so obsessed about the foods is great. Now I live in Houston and when I want to eat here I have to drive 100 miles away over one hour. When I found this place nearby Olive Garden I prefer order from this restaurant and get more with the price that I paid in Olive Garden. If ppl complain about the sizes of the dishes or about the taste, why don’t you go make it on your own and make it stronger taste like the way you like. Because restaurant cooked for you and charged you with decent price than Olive Garden and also the restaurant cannot make it strong taste or salty like the way you eat it in your own home, because other people have health conditions cannot eat over salt because that’s why the table have salt and pepper to satisfied your strong taste. I need to let them know that the way we run the business, this is the reality. I’m sure this chains restaurant has the recipe standards and they have to meet the requirements on portions. I am planning to drive 100 miles from Humble,TX sometime in February break taking my teenage son to eat there again and I definitely will buy toons of foods to take home with me. I easily spend $80 in Olive Garden just two of us. But the quality and taste definitely we enjoy this place better. It might sound crazy of the driving but worth it.

I went through the drive through today and ordered the chicken broccoli penne because it had no bacon or pork as I am extremely allergic. My order was made with bacon. So I went inside to see if I could get the order remade. I replayed with kindness my issues because people can make mistakes and I don’t know what it took for the employees to be there today especially if they are having any hard things they are dealing with outside of work. Food is still good but not the quantity for price that I remember.

The food isn't spectacular. It's basically "Italian" fast food. It's good though, for the price. The best part of my Fazoli's experience was definitely the customer service. My daughter and I stopped in on a Monday night for a quick dinner. We were promptly greeted and served by Jordan. He was quick, polite, and really sweet. Customer service makes or breaks a place for me and he definitely made it. Give that guy a raise! :)

I used to eat Fazoli's all the time but have not seen one in a while. So I was on a road trip and saw a sign and had to stop. The outside of the building looked just as I remembered but the menu has had a few updates. That said I picked my lunch and was as happy with it as I had hoped to be. The staff was effective but low energy. The inside looked like I remembered just dark. To say as I remembered is good and bad. It was good as I knew what to expect but bad as it looks the same as the last one I was in 12 years ago with no modernization. All and all it was a good visit and I would recommend them and wish they would grow again, I miss them.

The trio for 2.99 is a crazy amount of food for the price. We ate in and it was nice, their AC is a little broken right now though but we'll definitely return once it's up and running again. The free bread sticks for dining in were good. I ordered the meatball sub and it was great.

Tuesday/Thursday deal is amazing! Food is always hot and fresh, and breadsticks are unlimited. Gave four stars instead of five because on the last visit sauce on spaghetti was the size of a tablespoon, and there was no garlic butter on the breadsticks.

Food was 5-star but the fountain drinks were let down by some of the raunchiest tasting water I’ve ever had. Please get a filtration system! Place was clean, including the restrooms and service was quick!

Went through the drive thru and it was pretty quick. We had chicken Alfredo, spaghetti with red sauce and salads. The "house Italian " salad Dressing was way too sweet but every thing else was good.

Simple and fast Italian food. If you just want pasta quick and don’t have the patience to wait at a traditional sit down restaurant, this is the place for you. The food wasn’t bad (between mid and fire). The service was great and the restaurant was clean and well kept. I like how they give you a slice of pizza as part of the meal deal.

Grabbed baked pasta from the drive through on the way out of town after a swim meet. Better than expectes--especially for fast food.

For fast Italian food, Fazolis is pretty good. My husband never wanted to visit because he didn't think fast food italian would be any good but he had the Oven Baked classic sampler which he enjoyed and said he would come back again and I had Chicken Carbonara and broccoli was cooked perfectly. Im not one for change, but tonight I did, and I'm really glad I did. We both added the combo. Which includes drink and a side. He got the salad and I got the pizza. Pizza was surprisingly good. Breadsticks also came with the meal, which were soft and delicious. Fazoli's have great prices with special during the week. Give them a try, they might surprise you like they did us.

My salad was pretty good! I don't really have any complaints about it. It was reasonably priced and came out quickly.

Mediocre, low-quality Italian food...I guess you get what you pay for. Prices are low, quality is the equivalent.

It's about as nice as you can expect for fast food Italian. Great and unlimited bread sticks when you dine in.

Last time, good food, however, their Garden Salad was only lettuce and cheese. When asked why it didn't match the description on their board, they gave excuses instead of offering to give our money back. The bathrooms were also not clean! This time they were supposed to be open by 10:30 bit weren't. Not even their drive thru. We had to wait a bit before we finally we served. They also failed to give us our receipt and the pumpkin cheesecake didn't look like the picture. It was good just no dressing on top.

Food is ok but not the cleanest place. Condiment area and most tables not clean along with dirty floor.

Fazoli's Italian food is fine. The pasta is okay. The pizza exists. Nothing stands out. But the boneless hot wings? Incredible. Perfectly crispy, perfectly spicy. Better than they have any right to be at an Italian restaurant. It’s weird, but I’m not complaining. Skip the spaghetti and get the wings. Trust me.

We travel a lot and have eaten at Fazzolis many times. The food is pretty consistent. What makes each of them different is their employees. This one fails on that respect. They are not very friendly, slow, and act like they do not want to be at work. UPDATE: The district manager for the corporate office called me. He showed a real concern. He wanted as much information as he could get to identify the employee. He was visiting the location next week and wanted to discuss the problem with the management. He offered a free meal, and we declined it. The review was not meant to get something free.

This is okay for what it is. I cannot say much other than it's okay for fast food and I did like the mozzarella fried cheese. I would not recommend if you want an authentic Italian meal but good after a hangover and to satisfy a craving!

The pasta was too salty. The pizza was good, the cashier was super friendly, helpful, and nice.

Staff messed up to-go order and when I called they accused me of forgetting my cake. When I called to complain to the manager they said they were too busy to give me a refund and that I would need to call back the next day. They did eventually refund my money but not the customer service I was hoping for.

Atmosphere people! This place was ROCKIN on Wednesday night after youth service at the baptist church down the road. We were feeling the lord in this Fazoli's tonight. It started with the FREE (I said free) margaritas on tap, followed by exceptional service from Tammy, a longtime veteran of OUR proud American military. The food was mediocre, one could call it. I think I gave the rest to skips (my 13 year old golden retriever). While tammy was a hoot and a holler, she ended the night hitting on my husband Terry (marriage of 31 years on this Tuesday). Customer service was ok. Food was good just wish they would give more of the ravioli. A few weeks back I ordered the pick 2 and chose a slice of pizza with ravioli and they only gave me 3 pieces of ravioli which was a bummer. Yesterday, I went again and decided to get with the pick 3 for $7. I chose double ravioli in hopes of getting a tad bit more and a side salad. One, they gave my bf and I creamy marinara which we did not ask for. Second, the amount of ravioli was disappointing. Third, the tomatoes in my salad had mold.

Came across this sign today at Fazolis. I have always enjoyed this restaurant for the service and the food has always been great for the price that you pay. Always tasty, affordable and and good size portions.  Today just seemed not normal for this place. They had a sign ar the counter as a station for pepper flakes and grated cheese. The justification given was  that people are stealing them and well why not screw the other customers that dont steal. Keep in mind that your food gets brought to the table, then you must take your very hot plate might I add, and take to counter add your condiments and return. Not well executed. What if it's for kids.  This is an unnecessary inconvenience. Management needs to rethink this. I asked the cashier to allow me to bring the two bottles to the table. She said no, that's why there is a sign. Really???. The value of the customer is really put on display here. This is my opinion of course but, honestly I do believe the customer should not be the one to pay for the actions of others.

SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I work right around the corner so we VERY frequently eat here because we do like the food but due to the service our entire work center is about to not go at all anymore. They ignore you when you first walk in to order. They act like they are having to go way out of their way to place your order like you are a nuisance. They huff and puff at you if you ask for a Togo box. I honestly believe that this is a management problem. It's not a single employee it is almost ALL of them. This implies to me that either management needs to be dealt with or new training protocols implemented. This is not the fault of a singular bad employee but a bad establishment which usually starts at the top. Such a shame to waste such good food because of lack of service. I have never complained before but today was the day. We waited for 10 minutes before someone even ACKNOWLEDGED we were there even though they were standing right in front of us. Turns out the card machine was broken so we asked if we should go somewhere else and we're very rudely told we should definitely do that. Then they told our coworker in the drive through that her card fried the system (it's fine she used it right after that somewhere else). When my coworker asked if they wanted the diet coke back since her card didn't read they told her I can't take it back and slammed the drive through window in her face. Just absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Left an ID there and let them know I’d be back to pick it up. I live an hour and a half away and I’m always working. I kept in constant contact with the restaurant asking them if it was still there… I asked if they could mail it. “No.” So I and let them know I’ll be there to pick it up. Came back a few weeks later, about 1.5 weeks after the last call, to pick it up, and was told they threw it away and that I need to buy another one. She then got on the phone with a customer and I politely waited for her to finish the call so we could continue the conversation … which apparently made her mad. I’m not so mad about it being thrown away, I can get another one. I’m disappointed in the attitude of the employee… and on how I wasted my time coming here to pick it up, letting them know I would, just for them to toss it in the trash.

The girl working the drive-thru at 5:40 on 12/31 was awful. She didn’t listen and had an awful attitude. I told her I wanted 2 kids spaghettis and she only gave us one.

When I went to this location I was not impressed. As soon as I opened the door I noticed problems and wanted to walk right back out the door. There was a woman at the counter waiting for her food when the worker started asking about an add on the woman was confused the worker littrally snapped at her and was rude. The woman did try to defend herself but the young girl just kept talking ugly to her so the lady left. when she came to take my order she was also rude but I decided to keep quiet. I paid way more then the food was worth I ordered 2 fettuccine alfrado plates and 2 drinks. when we went to get drinks the drink station was dirty and not maintained when we sat down the chair cushions were so dirty we stuck to them. I personally will never go back to this establishment and would never recommend this place.

Unfortunately I found a piece of plastic in the baked spaghetti.

Be real careful when ordering family meals. Neither option includes meat. Nor was an add on offered. 30 bucks for noodles and sauce is criminal.

First time. I tried the pepperoni pizza. The ingredients tasted very cheap. The best way I can explain it is cheap butter and a lot of it in their pizza and breadstick. It was very much like fast food that was Italian as far as the quality of food and the service.

We won't be back. First of all it's not affordable anymore. The food has zero taste...especially the fettuccine ,which barely had any sauce. I honestly understood the quality when the food was cheaper but you can't raise the prices with the food being bland and dry. I wasn't happy at all and I choose to spend money elsewhere

I ordered the chicken carbonara and specifically ordered it without bacon because of religious purposes of not being to able eat pork. Everything in my order came with bacon and we were unable to eat anything in the large $170 order. I spoke with a cashier about getting a refund and they said I would receive a call from a manager later about this, however I still have not received a phone call or any information on a refund for my incorrect order. I am very disappointed with the service i received.

The pizza was horrible! Alfredo way too garlicky and the bread stick way to oily.

I’ve never eaten here until today. My toddler will only eat Fettuccine Alfredo right now and I saw they had a drive thru. Well I sat there at 9:30PM (after a holiday event we attended) on a Friday. No one ever came on the speaker. I typically am by myself with my toddler so the drive thru is easier. Thankfully I had someone with me who could go inside. I watched the girl come out from the back and log in to take his order. Where was she that she didn’t come to the drive thru speaker? I hope the food is at least okay. I’m definitely irritated by the lack of customer service a lot lately. So if someone even does a basic job I’m tipping well because this I don’t want to work but I still want to get paid attitude going around is really frustrating for a mom with a toddler! Not helpful.

Alfredo is like water, not thick. Prices are absolutely outrageous. Nice people but the food quality for the price does not match.

Yuck! Salty! Way too Salty. I came in with a can in my hand to toss in the trash can. But the trash cans at 5:30 at night or closed. A young guy comes and takes it to the kitchen, then starts our order. We asked if the Lasagna has Italian Sausage or just Beef. He tells us it's just meat sauce. Umm .he keeps on until he says it doesn't have sausage it has Pork. Then...

A picture is worth a thousand words! Please see the pictures of what we ordered vs what we actually received. Revolting! It tasted as bad as it looked so right into the trash it went. Edit: I'm adding this after reading "Response from Owner." I did call immediately after I opened up the food to give them a chance to make it right. I spoke with Jeanette and she was the rudest "manager" I've ever encountered. I was polite and simply explained that this was unacceptable and we would like to return the food for a refund. She refused. So my review is to warn others before they get fooled by the appetizing photos. We'll never set foot in there again! Did I mention, it tasted as bad as it looked?
