Neat fruit stand with lots of farm fresh products. Sells old fashioned apple pies among other varieties. Has a big pond and picknick area and swing set. Very relaxing and a nice spot to relax for a big.

Chadly, the man at the payment window, was rather insufferable. All he wanted to talk about was the nutritional differences between Crest toothpaste and Listerine. I tried giving him my shoe, but he would not accept it, stating, "What the hell would I do with a clown shoe, and why are you only wearing your underwear?" When I go to a Sonic drive-through, I expect the service to meet my quite reasonable standards, yet Chadly had a beard and consistently refused to quite his job. I am unsatisfied.

Always an amazing experience. I ordered a breakfast burrito almost an hour ago and it's still warm. I'll drive from Merced for this great service and food.

I wanted to get some milk shakes for my family but I didn't want to break the bank so to SPEAK. It was after 8pm and the shakes were larger than most other places that I have gone for a lot less than 50% of what other places charge .THEY WERE THE BEST SHAKES THAT WE HAVE GOTTEN IN AWHILE . Food here is pretty good. I especially like the bacon cheeseburger and of course, the tater tots. It can take a while to get your order, especially if it's busy. The one BIG minus, in the drive thru, the speaker covers part of the menu, so it's best to know what you want beforehand. Overall, I'vebeen satisfied with my food.

I love corn dogs. Sonic has 'em and, to be honest, I have never had anything else. Good. Not Texas State Fair good, but good. My wife eats different items and she likes it all and loves their frozen slush drinks. I did have iced coffee and it was best I have had in drive thru. The workers, this applies across the board, are really polite and work hard. Note the goodness does not apply to the Gilroy, CA Sonic. They have stock shortages, broken equipment, and it is kinda irritating. Good stuff, that Sonic.

Placed my order through the app, had it delivered to me within minutes of pulling up and checking in. My wife wanted a specialty drink but was unable to order it through the app and the staff fixed it quickly and with no issues.

The best slushies. However they need to change the straws, they are too small of an opening. The fruit always gets stuck. I have to use old green straws from Taco Bell. Thank goodness I kept some, and wash them all the time.

In the past if I ordered something to eat the order was always wrong now I only eat their corndogs because they are good and as long as they are cooked properly you can't screw them up

Food wasn't fresh, ordered a large onion ring and it was more like a small, and the staff wasn't nice about having to redo oder which they dint they just reheated what they had given us, over cooked them.

Cash only but if you go to the drive in stalls you can order from there ok so we pulled in pressed the button and waited 10 mins then ordered two rt 44.slushes one strawberry mango and one strawberry pineapple and paid for it with our cc 15 mins go by all the cars that were ahead of us were long gone so finally I push the button They didn't even know we had placed an order their were no drinks coming we could have stayed there all night and never got a drink so then the lady says I'll have them right out she apologized and in 5 mins here come two drinks I asked which one is which and he replied I don't know so I gave them back and asked him to figure it out and let me know so he comes beck after we've told him the lady who answered and took the original and three times to the last lady I talked to all while being super nice and not being rude at all and then the guy came back and said this ons strawberry and this one's pineapple and once again we had to explain the flavors we wanted then after ten more mins he finally got it right...really I've been eating at sonic since 1985 and this is the worst most incompetent service ever..

Save your money go elsewhere, ordered the family blast and they give you a cup full of vanilla icecream with a spoonfull of toppings on top, should be mixed in like a mcflurry. 24 bucks for 4 crappily made blasts.

Used the app to order ahead. When we checked in the food was delivered in about a minute. Everything was made correctly and tasted great. No complaints. Update: Early April '19, I tried using the app to order some dinner, but could only get error messages. After I got home, without going to Sonic, I found out that I'd been billed for the food I never got. I've called four times to get this issue resolved and still have not got my money back. If they can't get this fixed, I will never go back.

Always a strange experience at this location I would rather drive to merced than come here. The crew is unorganized, rude and always seems confused. Went to get ice cream around 9pm and was informed that they were not serving any ice cream products because they close at 10pm and everything was already put up and cleaned. That's ridiculous. I've tried multiple times at this location and the service every time was awful. Getting completely ignored in the stalls after pushing the button then watching multiple cars who arrived after you get served. And why do they stop serving everything but soft serve and slush once it hits 10:30 pm? Is it normal in Atwater?

Horrible manager! Came in 3/15 @10:30 accidentally ordered a “Coney” dog when I wanted the “All American “ dog. I EVEN corrected my order BEFORE I left the speaker at drive through, and she sounded irritated cause he had to change the order. She asked “ Well you said Coney”. I replied “ I’m sorry, I meant All American”. She still asked one more question as if that wasn’t enough…I get to window give her my card, she then hesitated a second, just to I.D me to use my BANK card!? I’ve been here a dozen times and they never done that…the cherry on top ….”you have another card, I swiped it 6 times” I asked if they have a manual way to enter numbers, she said no. Not an ambassador if want representing my company especially at a family friendly establishment. She must be on an authority high, cause she yelled cancel order and gave me a disgusting glare as I drove off. Get her out of there. My card worked perfectly fine at Burger King across the street.

Long wait times which isn't a big deal since its like that everywhere in Atwater in the evening since Covid hit but what is disappointing is waiting over 10 mins to place your order, waiting another 15 mins for your food, only to get home and it's all burnt to a crisp. Has all sorts of weird crumbs on it like it was dropped on the floor or cross contaminated and no condiments at all. My pretzels are hard as rocks.The girl who brought my food out was nice and apologized for the wait but it looks like literal laziness the way they sent the food out. For the amount of money I spent I would think my food would not be burnt and I'd get some basic condiments. I wish I could upload the pictures of how horrible the food looked. My dog wouldn't even eat it cus it was so burnt.

Came on 8/17/2022 at 4:15pm. Got a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and it was spoiled. Tasted like expired milk. I opened the cup and looked inside and it was a clear layer of slimey milk at the bottom. If I get sick I plan to sue.

Just order slushes and drinks and the guy that was taking the orders was just sneezing and touching the lids of the drinks without gloves, like discusting if we get sick I know from where my kids got it. Why have workers work ill not cool for the customers.

They messed our order up like crazy we had to ask for a bunch of stuff they missed at which point they brought out a receipt wouldn't let us see it and made us pay for half of it again. Even once we got the food it was not good, very icky, literally a dubious meal. Very bad service very bad food (I mean it's sonic so expected but this was worse). Do not go here, no good.

I would give zero stars if I could. We drove all the way from Merced because on your website it says you were open until 11:30 PM on Friday night. We got there at 10:30 PM on 6-11-21 and Kendall tells us the kitchen is closed so we couldn’t order food only ice cream. So we go ahead and got ice cream, but it wasn’t even made good like in Merced.
