Love their milkshakes! 3 star rating because I went through the drive thru to place an order and purchase a bag of ice, I was told they sell ice after 5pm, so I sat for 10+ mins in the heat until 5, went to place an order and purchase a bag of ice and they said they don’t sell ice right now? 3 cars total went through the drive thru while I waited the 10+ minutes. If you don’t want to sell something say so, don’t tell me you’ll sell it in a few minutes without customers and then say you won’t sell it! 🙄🤦‍♀️

The wait time is the usual HORRIBLE, meaning if you have a half hour lunch, just pick something else. I was able to come here using the app to order my food before leaving, and pick it up with time to spare, but they SHUT OFF MOBILE ORDERING FOR NO REASON AT ALL. The prices are also the usual Sonic experience, outrageously high, to the point that you question your life choices. Note that I did still give them 3 stars, because I am harsh, but fair. Their popcorn chicken earned 2 of those and 100% cherry inclusion on the diet cherry Coke got the 3rd.

Lastly be prepared to show your ID or Drivers License because you wont be able to pay your order, ID and Debit Card name have to match, yeah my Wife and I have the same Name after this situation lol. I had to call my wife at home to send me a photo of her ID to show Proof???? Its a Corn Dog not a Passport Agency!! Ridiculous.

Asked for a corn dog with a packet of ketchup Ana a packet of mustard. Only got the corn dog. Simple directions for my money………. Ignored.

I've been to this location 3 times. Twice I parked and once I did the drive through. If you look at thd parking stalls it's very weird. At least half are not in service. Which makes me wonder why each 3 times I visited( including the drive through) why they are so entirely slow?? The 1st time I went I pushed the red button and literally waited 10 minutes for them to even respond, not to mention bringing my food out. Besides that the food was pretty decent and customer service was good.They just have a major logistics issue going on there

My husband placed an order through the app with a pick up time of 2:05 pm. We pulled in just a minute or two past 2:05, checked in through the app and the wait began. Finally at 2:20 I pressed the red button to find out where our order was. The girl answered and said she'd be right with me. 5 minutes later she finally came back and said we could order when ready. I told her we had placed an order through the app for an exact pickup time and it is now almost 30 minutes past. She was like oh yeah it's ready it'll be right out. Finally got our order and talk about disappointment in our order. The groovy fries were not crisp and it was like they were shoved down in the cup, the chicken tenders looked like they came from a cornish game hen, the straws were not for the route 44 we had ordered and they did not have the extra ice we had requested. There was a car in a stall when we pulled in and they finally just left, tired of waiting. This isn't the first time there has been screwups or ridiculous wait times. Don't reply with a sorry you had a bad experience. Do something about it!

Drinks are usually good, but their cooks just don't give a rip.... they regularly burn their Chicken Slinger buns black. Smells and tastes like charcoal. More recently, they gave us a burnt pile of onion rings that were congealed into one burnt chunk of charcoal.

Tried calling to give them a heads up I went to purchase a cup of ice on my lunch i used the ice for my coffee and drank some of it realised there was Styrofoam in the ice. Just an fyi the cups are probably falling apart? The girls were very nice no issue there just people can get sick drinking Styrofoam.
