This was the absolute best experience I've had at any Chipotle. The line was long, being as it was a convenient location during the work-week at lunchtime, but I only waited about 5-7 minutes before it was my turn. Despite the high volume of people that needed to be served, each of the employees helping scoop food was so nice, smiling, and the cashier, while we were waiting the 2 seconds for my receipt to print, even asked me how I was doing. My food was delicious and I received a hefty portion (so much that I wish I had a scale to weigh how much food I was given). I will definitely return to this Chipotle in the future. Thank you so much for making my day a little brighter.
They can work on having there tables floors and drink fountains a lil more cleaner....Food was great 👍
Best bowl I have ever had. Absolutely delicious. Wish I was a local so I can enjoy the taste of this chipotle several times a week or maybe even a day. There was the perfect amount of everything which left my stomach comfortably happy and my tastebuds jumping for joy! I am determined to be back soon because the way my toes curled with every bite is something I need to experience more often.
I just want to say thank you to this chipotle for helping me in such a big way! I work for Girls Inc. A girls empowerment program. We were in the area for a field trip and we weren’t prepared for lunch. Stuck on a time constraint, I asked the manger at 11:10/15 if he could make 30 burritos before 12PM. he said he could and began to bring together his team on the food line while still maintaining great service with the oncoming customers. He and his team were EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING and helped me bring the food to my girls at the field trip location. Very shorty after I realized that we needed to stay at the restaurant to eat the food. I then brought 30 MIDDLE school girls to the facility and packed the place out 😭 the team helped me in SUCH A BIG WAY. I am VERY VERY GRATEFUL. This team works very well together the manager was professional yet compassionate towards my situation! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
Come get your burritos, tacos, and rice bowls from your favorite mexican chain restaurant. This location features the standard interior decor with concrete floors, tall ceilings, and tables/booths for eating in. There is no outside seating so leave the sunscreen at home. The parking lot is an awkward in that you can only move one-way, so be prepared. The only downside is that this Chipotle is right on a busy road, so pulling in and leaving are challenging.
The server was nice and the place was clean. I ordered veggie bowl w/ brown rice and chicken bowl with brown rice. Brown rice was either old or very undercooked Me and my child had hard time digesting. We definitely did not enjoy the meal. I wish they cook the rice to proper tenderness.
I had a hankering for some Chipotle, I wanted it to go, but my daughter wanted to eat in. Ordering is a test of mental prowess as you fire off orders and sides and fixings... You may have more than one person asking you a question, repeating commands or fixing something that was heard incorrectly. Luckily the staff was excellent and there were no mistakes.

Ok update! After contacting corporate and 3 orders later our last 3 experiences have been very positive. The food has been tasty, good portions, rice cooked properly, we recently had meats and fajitas veggies - they were all done right! I'd definitely recommend giving this location another chance!! Previous post: Lately this location is a mess. Last 4 orders were a mess. Tonight they gave us raw rice. Sending a message to health department since half raw rice isn't the best to ingest. They always run out of items when you're in the line ordering. The staff works hard and they're good. The management needs to be retrained or replaced. No excuse that the multiple goofs the last few orders point to manager failures

Can't really say anything positive/negative because I was there 30 minutes before closing. Can't comment about the food.
Food was what you expect, but location appeared to mainly be used for pickup/take-out. The dining area and soda station was not taken care of or stocked - no forks or napkins - was messy and cluttered.
I am not sure what happened to the service at this Chipotle but it has gone downhill. They used to be organized and quick with orders, especially pick up orders, but it has taken longer and longer each time I go back. Today it took almost 30 minutes to pick up my order. They also have all the mobile orders behind the counter so you can’t even grab it and go, but the person on the register basically ignores you until you get their attention to see if your bag is on the shelf.
To be honest the food was good but there was a girl named Melissa and she through my food the worst attitude ever you guys should fire her the worst person ever and in my opinion the only good person that was there is Marisol she is so nice and sweet
I ordered a salad and theres a ton of water in the bottom of the container it was served in. The food tasted good, but not sure why it was so watery....was the lettuce not dried appropriately? The staff was super friendly. Not sure if I'll be back.
Let me start by saying I eat chipotle almost everyday, today I got here at 11:15 am and there is only one person running the counter. Young guy with a attitude. There is no white rice corn to start. I always get chicken steak double. Talk about half scoops of meat . And stingy on sour cream guacamole and cheese. There is a clear mess on the counter. Chairs are still up on tables. Some customers had to take chairs down to sit down. Hope fully someone from corporate gets some training down to this store.
I have been going to this location since they opened however my experience today was HORRIBLE. We walked in around 9pm and there was no other customer. We ordered 4 bowls to go and the guy did a good job taking his time to put the food nicely. As we were about to pay, my kids sent us a text that some of their friends came over and we will need 4 more bowls. A second guy came in to help and he was SO SLOPPY and uncaring that I really felt like walking away. The sides of the bowl were messed up and the lid was not even closed when the girl started to put them in the bag and I had to stop her. I will think twice before going back there and definitely walking out if I see the same kids behind the counter.
I put in an order online and I arrived 10 minutes later. My order wasn't ready yet so I waited for them to finish. There were 8 or 9 people working when I got there and there were only 4 people actually working on the line. I could see three others playing basketball with a tin foil ball in the back. The remaining employees looked pretty lost. After about 15 minutes I asked where my order was, only to find out that my food was sitting in the back room.
Past few times I have been here this place looks like a bomb has hit it and won’t be coming back until they make some real changes. The area where they make the food has food scraps all over the counter, there are food bins laying on top of other bins and the floor area is dirty. In the restaurant the tables are either filthy or closed off with chairs on them even though the restaurant does not close for another 2 hours. The soda machine area is disgusting with water all over the counter and the condiments and utensils just laying in it . This is all occurring while the staff is just hanging around and talking to each other.
Portion size here is horrible especially when you order thru the app. The app ask for a tip. This time I figure I tip and maybe I get a better portion and I still get nothing. Chipotle is closer to me but from now on, if I have to order via an app, it will be Qdoba because the give decent portions.
It was pretty good but there was Barbacoa in my sofritas. Seeing other reviews I noticed the pictures of their line being messy. That's probably what happened, dropped some meat in a vegetarian dish. I'll be going to a different chipotle from now on.
I've been going to this location for over 4 years now. What once was a very consistent positive experience has since downgraded to a consistent dissatisfaction each visit. Food is poorly, or incorrectly prepared as well as lacking in quality. If it weren't for the promptness of online orders being fulfilled and the employees efficiently getting through a long line, the rating would be 0. Having said that, perhaps if more time was taken to fulfill each order, quality would improve.
Weekday dinner time: The place had no brown rice in stock, no pico, no ice in the soda machine, and to quote “no napkins in the building.” Was given bathroom hand towels as napkins. Half prepared bowls would sit on the counter for minutes getting cold, while staff would step away from the counter mid order. Sour cream and food all over the serving counter. Absolute CHAOS.
Workers were pleasant but I could see the store was short staffed and very busy. A woman who seemed like a manager kept bothering them from time to time (without helping at all) and pointed out things that could go better. But when she ringed us up, she didn’t even say courtesy “hello” or thank you” nor ask if we wanted a receipt. It looked like she was having a bad day and taking it out on employees and customers.
lady at the register was rude, lady giving the food in the bowl, doesn't wanna be there. doesn't matter how long the line is no one comes and helps give people there food faster horrible service at best a 2 star.
So messy and unorganized lol whoever “manages” this location must never be around. It would take maybe 3 min for one of the staff members to clean up the dining area and train staff to be more respectful to one another. So crazy how poor management can really do a number on staff and service.
This place needs to work on the staff shortage. There allways a huge line in lunch hrs. This place is dirty & messy all the time. I see forks spoons napkins & even food on the floor plus over fill garbage bins . Drinks & Utensils counter is not checked in intervals. Dinning area are always dirty with food and spills
They are beyond stingy with food here. You need to constantly ask for more to get what you’re paying for. One of the worst Chipotles. I got three different bowls. One was double meat - steak and chicken. They gave me the full serving of chicken but then tried to get away with giving me half a scoop of steak until I asked for more. I also got a veggie bowl, they gave maybe 4 pieces of fajita veggies until I asked for more. I got another bowl of just rice and beans and they gave an insanely little amount until I asked for more.
Friendly staff and despite this review I've seen worse Chipotle locations and I've seen better. Location was a mess out of Guacamole and peppers and onions were black burnt mess. Chicken in my burrito had shards of bones that I'm glad I caught before swallowing. Dirty kitchen filthy floor I should have ran but at 10 pm there are limited options locally
I notice it is always a hit or miss with Chipotle. We ordered on their app a Garlic Guajillo Steak Bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, tomatoes red chilli salsa, sour cream and cheese. Picked up, drove home, and this is the bowl we got when we opened the top. I just dropped my fork! $15!!! No. I did not eat it yet, I scraped around looking for the items in my order description. This plate of prepared food is just disappointing.
Food is great but I hate they don't give priority to the customer who order online thru the app. I always order online because I have to get home early for online classes but always I ended up regretting my decision. Customer who doesn't order online get faster service..... There is no point on ordering ahead ....
Terrible chipotle.. always dirty can’t never sit down to eat and always 1 person working. Food is good because it’s like every other chipotle but I’ll steer clear from this one. Employees aren’t happy.
Line was to the door, one employee working the front counter. After a bit 3 others punched in. However given the customers waiting, there wasn't a sense of urgency to clear the line. $7 for a half of spoon is quite pricy. Slices weren't large ad advertised. In fact the only item they dished out better was the rice. Definitely won't be visiting any of their other stores either🤨
I would first like to mention I am not hangry while writing this review. Let me explain my review grade. I ordered a burrito with beef barbacoa. They had a soup of fat brewing. There wasn’t enough beef. They took a plastic cup(that has been soaking in it) and took some beef out and dumped the soup onto the wrap. The portion was rather small. The guac was also empty and looking sad. I should have skipped it before saying to add it. I find a place to sit down. I cleaned my spot because the few tables and all were uncleaned. I unwrap the burrito in the restaurant and my hand was covered. Not a very enjoyable experience. The other items on the burrito made the burrito very cold. I wasn’t satisfied. Food rating as two. It was edible after wiping all the fat with many napkins. Service is 3. I can’t blame the cooks for the beef issue but I can judge them on serving the stew of beef. Atmosphere is lowest you can get. One star. Half the restaurant is a wooden box and the other side is crumb city. Overall, would I come back? No. Just too many weird things taking place at this location when the East meadow location is so much better and professional. TLDR, don’t serve sloppy seconds of beef that had to been scrapes off the bottom of the metal container. I can wait.
Ordered a brown rice, pinto bean, double barbacoa, guacamole, lettuce, corn and tomatoes. But it didn’t even fill half the bowl. This is more like a snack than dinner, it wouldn’t fill anyone up.
Bunch of kids running the show that just tell you sorry we ran out without trying to make the effort to get the ingredients from inside. Very rude just throwing stuff on your burrito or bowl making it overly large while the chicken is barely seen.

Food is fine, service is absolutely terrible. Would much rather go to the Hicksville location. I was waiting for a mobile order pickup, the cashier made eye contact then fully ignored me to ring up 3 walk in customers in a row without acknowledging me further. Not one word spoken to me, not even an “I’ll be right with you” or something to that sort, absolute silence. Understood it was busy at the time, but shouldn’t the walk in and mobile customers at least be alternated? Ended up grabbing the order myself from the counter, would have been nice if the cashier took 2 seconds and informed me my order might be there and not on the usual mobile take out shelf behind the register.
Don’t even consider ordering from here. Every time I order online they mess it up. Every time for the past 8 months consistently. Aside from that, the employees act like they’re doing you a favor when they cheap out on you protein portion sizes. Unpleasant and 1 stars all around.
This place is the most disgusting chipotle I’ve ever experienced. Sticky floors, food crust everywhere, the kitchen looks nasty, on top of that I had a huge long hair in my burrito. Avoid at all costs.
I’ve ordered here many times from the mobile app or Uber eats and the last 3 times my extras that I’ve added into my bowl are not added. I unfortunately don’t have time to go back so I just eat the cost but it’s starting to become very frustrating. Please do better
They back at it again with the fun sized burritos I see. -_- $12 for this half assed burrito that I got is criminal. I mean I tasted how i expected but damn at least make it worth the money in spending on it.
Worst service I’ve ever received at a chipotle. Seemed like the employees didn’t wanna be there. The girl prepping my food had a mess all over the counter and she just didn’t know how to serve or even roll my burrito. The guy at the register didn’t say anything, didn’t give me the price or tell me if my card when through. I haven’t tried my food but just the service ruined the whole experience for me. Terrible service!!!
The tall white man who works the cashier was so rude. I politely gave him my name and said I was picking up an order which I assumed was on the shelf because I came about 20 mins late. Instead of looking at the shelf he just says “It’s not ready” and continues to ring up the walk-in orders without paying attention to the people waiting for their mobile order. I end up having to wait 15 more minutes until a different employee asks for my name and finds out my food was sitting on the shelf the ENTIRE TIME. I thought this was just an isolated incident, but judging from the other reviews at this location it looks like it’s the same guy being rude. I won’t be going back to this chipotle unless this guy gets fired. Terrible experience.
Do yourself a favor and do not come to this restaurant in Syosset. First off, the staff here are extremely rude and second you can save yourself from getting food poisoning by not eating there. I waited over 45 minutes to pick up 1 bowl for an uber eats order and when I asked the staff if they had the order multiple times they just ignored the question. If you are looking to get chipotle please go to any other location!
bruh first of all they had to redo our order cause they were rushing everything. like girl. i ordered 3 tortillas on rhe side with the 2 steak bowls and they didn't give the tortillas to me ??????? like excuse me. girl. they messed up my sisters order and gave her queso blanco when she clearly said cheese on the side. they then proceeded to give us the bombastic side eye when we said redo it. i actually cannot with this chipotle. she also got my bowl all dirty with sauce all over the top. then i waited 5 minutes with the cashier literally standing there. this cashier was literally joking and talking to a customer. he literally knew i was there like come on. also the person making my food kept giving me an attitude. AND THEN GET THIS someone of her race came in to order and all of a sudden she turned into this nice kind person that didn't rush his order. excuse me. literally what. like literally what do u have against me im literally js hungry ordering from here. anyways that's my review this chipotle sucks 💕 + the person serving me was an indian girl and this white man with the beard was my cashier so

The guy at the counter (tall, white ginger colored hair man) is rude and ruins my experience when I come into the store. I do mobile pickup and he stares at me like I’m a disgusting monster but speaks to white customers so friendly and greets them with a friendly hi. I told him my name for my order and he glanced at the pickup shelf and said it wasn’t there. 10 minutes later he asked my name again and I said my name and he grabbed it off the shelf. It was there the whole time, I stood there waiting for no reason. He wasted my time, his attitude stinks, and he seems to treat non white customers in a rude manner. I come here all the time, never coming back. I can’t believe chipotle would allow their customers to be treated like this. I come here so often, no anymore.
This evening i visited this chipotle location which I never have had a problem with, but today the environment was uncomfortable for me and many other paying customers when a male employee (not sure the name, i could only see he had a green marker) was yelling at another female employee while me and many others were waiting online. The lady making the food was very kind and professional but the male worker yelling made me very uncomfortable and nervous.
Burrito was very poorly wrapped, and fell apart right away, friend almost threw up twice by how bad the burrito was. Had 7 people and everyone didn’t like their food. As soon as we walked in one of the workers made fun of us by imitating fixing a tie and acting fancy because we were wearing suits and ties because we just came from a school concert. The place was very dirty, kitchen was dirty, bathrooms were horrible. The guy that made fun of us has orange hair with a poorly kept beard and mustache. Never going back.
I ordered burrito bowls for takeout last week and the portion size was like a third of what I used to get. The meat was almost non existent. I got a lot of rice compared to other ingredients. I also ordered large chips and only got a handful (the bag was almost empty). I’m not sure if they ran out of food since I ordered it during dinner time around 6 pm but it still didn't make any sense how little food I received. I didn't even expect/need a big portion. And I went to Moe’s today for their burrito bowl and it reminded me how bad Chipotle’s food was compared to Moe’s. :-(
Sadly I had to stop coming to this Chipotle location after several years. The staff here make the experience too uncomfortable, and the food never seems to be consistent. I've had many bad experiences here. Don't bother using the extra or light options in the app for takeout or delivery. If you do choose extra something, they will give you less for some reason. Ask for light cheese, they will give you extra instead. Either the child employees are all in on the prank, or they simply have yet to gain basic literacy in reading english. The tall white ginger man was just the cherry on top. He's rude and goes out of his way to make you feel as miserable as him. Bye
I would give zero stars if possible. Every order for the last year has been wrong or missing items. Regardless if i pick up or drop off. The food is soooo expensive now and they still barely fill the bowls. SO SAD ABOUT THIS CAUSE YOU GUYS USED TO ROCK!! GET UR ISH TOGETHER
Very slow service, I ordered ahead 20 min before, said it would be ready at a certain time, and they didn't start making my order until I arrived and asked to pick it up. A different time the garbages were over flowing with trash in the garbage cans. I won't be coming back to this locations. Plenty other taco places to go to. 🤷🏻♀️
This is the worst Chipotle in all of Long Island, every time you order something online, there is something wrong, EVERY TIME. The last four times I ordered from this place every order was messed up. I even had a single order that had three things messed up in it. You speak to the manager, they blame the staff or you get no response. Qdoba in Plainview is vastly superior in every way.
Visited for my birthday; just wanted to get some bowls Got; - Completely wrong bowl meant for someone named jennifer - completely wrong bowl meant for someone named Carl - ONE bowl correct out of 3 The food was fine, it’s chipotle, but the fact only ONE bowl out of THREE was put into the correct bag is insane. *The bags were labeled properly, the bowls inside were the wrong thing.
Hey! I know have to take this up with ubereats but how do you let an order leave your store looking like this. I submit an order for three things, I get literally half of what I ordered. How do you only get 1/2 of an order when you order three items, I get half a burrito and one item completely left out of the bag. Seriously I think this was like 17 bucks through ubereats, I know you would prioritize these orders less….. but come on how do you let this leave the store like that.
Horrible experience here . Most don't speak English and don't understand what you're asking for and then the guy who is serving has an attitude! And if you ask for just a tiny bit more ( not a full serving more ) they argue with you sad then try and charge you for a double serving when they don't even give you a double serving ! Then if you tell them you didn't ask for double a serving they just throw your whole dish away infront of you and make you start a new order ! Horrible experience! Definitely won't be returning or anyone from my office .
I don’t know what happened at this location today. I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for over a decade. I ordered takeout. I ordered double protein, and the bowl certainly only had a single portion of steak. I got guac and, again, the portion size was unacceptable - basically half what it should be. I paid EXTRA for these things! Fix your takeout prep because today’s quality was wayyyy below acceptable. Also, if I say I want the tomatillo hot sauce, I dont mean a single drop of it. Out of 100s of meals from Chipotle, this is the first and only bad experience I’ve had. The store wasn’t even busy.
The service at this location is absolutely awful. They treat their customers terribly, serve very little portions and argue when you want more. And they tend to overcharge many times even when argued based on their policies that they cannot. Everything is very uncoordinated and they never run on time, they are always late and close randomly. This location probably opens on average 10-25 minutes late everyday and is closed one time every other week with no reason. Would never come to this location, the Hicksville one is much better so do yourself a favor and go there.
Food portion compare to other chipotle locations is way too less Service is extremely poor as the attender mix my order with others I got big chunks of guacamole in food not properly prepared Hygiene is poor. The dustbins are filled up to neck and no one was there to clear the mess.
Ordered a quesadilla through the app because the specific one is an app exclusive only and order the kids build your own taco. Waited 20 minutes for it to be ready and when I got there, they didn’t even start the order after the app told me it was ready and they went on to tell me that I had to file a complaint in the app to get my money back because they were out of all the ingredients But they still said that my order was ready. we stood there for another 30 minutes, trying to get my money back either a gift card or store credit or back to the app and they were unable to do all of those options and a day later. I am still dealing with trying to get my money back. This was the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in any franchise.
Most worst meal I ever had. I have a lot of meal ok fine below average but this own. I think an employee mistakenly some sauce with vinegar. Taste source as hell the whole bowl.
What’s the point of ordering ahead of time if you still have to wait 25 minutes for the order
Slowest location I went to. I had a 40 minute break and spent 20 of it waiting on line. After ordering, someone walked in from outside n told the guy at the register that he’s in a rush so he needs help. Instead of the gentleman taking care of who was in line. He stopped and started assisting him. I waited a few minutes before speaking up because I was in a rush too. What makes his rush more important than mine? After telling the cashier that m I’m in a rush as well, he turned to me with an attitude n told me that it is busy and he will get to me eventually. At this point I asked him for his name but he told me that he can’t give it to me. I left and called to speak to a manager. The same young man answered and said he was the manager. He told me over the phone that his name is Javier. I will definitely be making a a trip back to the store when I get off of work!
We went today here for take out . The person who serviced us was good and attentive . But the person next to him was laughing loud and can see his saliva was spraying out . He was also noticed putting lot of sauce on an online order, laughing and making fun on that order to his colleague . About food - there was big chunks of onion in the chicken bowl ( not cut properly or prepared careless ) ., food was not tasting good too . I can say that the crew is careless about their job . Disgusting !
Not sure what happened to this location but it’s literally the dirtiest chipotle I’ve been to. They’re spraying the glass with cleaner without the food covered. The service area is always a mess with almost all the ingredients mixed with others. The drink and sauce area as well. The staff needs to be educated in food service because it seems like not a single person working there knows proper food safety. In addition, even 2 hours prior to close they don’t restock anything. What a shame
Walking in the store was a mess, garbage bins were over flowing with trash, tables were messy so was the food section. Servers were scrambling around. Got a chicken bowl only to get raw chicken.
I’m really disappointed with my recent Chipotle order. I ordered two veggie bowls, but the store was out of black beans, cheese, and fajita veggies. Despite these missing ingredients, I was still charged the full price as if I had received a fully loaded bowl. It doesn’t seem fair to pay the same amount when key components of the meal are unavailable. Chipotle should reconsider their pricing policy when significant ingredients are missing. Overall, this experience left me feeling unsatisfied and overcharged.
I have been to this location a bunch of times and was not ever inclined to write a bad yelp review; however, I am so discussed at my recent experiences here. They were out of almost every item at 6:00pm and while I understand this happens they gave extremely little portions of what they did have. The chicken looked extremely undercooked and was very chewy I had to throw it away after spending almost $40 on two meals. Not to mention the entire store was filthy with no napkins, overflowing garbage, no hand sanitizer and different foods were mixed in all the other toppings. I must say I wouldn’t be writing this review if it wasn’t for the incredibly nasty employee. All I asked for was a quesadilla and she audibly scoffed and rolled her eyes. While I love chipotle and am sorry to be writing a bad review - I am disappointed and will not be going to this location until there is a major change.
Used to be the cleanest, freshest, best serviced Chipotle on Long Island. This place changed over the last couple years, and not for the better. I understand that fast food establishments cannot expect to retain most of their staff long-term, but it is unbelievable how the current staff treats the place. The past three times I have been there, the place was filthy, no ice in the soda machines, apparently understaffed based on how long it took to serve me with just 3 people ahead of me in line...management seriously needs to reevaluate how this place is supposed to be run. And of course, my meal costs me much more than it used to at the same time.
Took way too long. We placed an online order at 11:42 and to be ready at 12:00. We waited 19 minutes to receive our order.
Horrible experience at this location, employees sitting in window eating 15 minutes after open, saying I cannot be served until they are finished, once being let in took over 25 minutes for a burrito bowl, horrible customer service very rude and unwelcoming. I hope you can improve on your lack of accommodation and overall service.
I come here maybe twice a week and can’t stand this place. I’d say everyone should be fired but it seems like new people every time I come anyways. Manager should be fired and get his eyes checked because if your just standing there literally bagging burritos and can’t see the overfilled garbage and food all over the counter literally right infront of him then that’s a massive problem. I think during the job interview they should ask if they have any pride because there is none. These guys couldn’t care less about their jobs and need to be trained and supervised differently. Cant go anywhere else because they all suck but the food is pretty decent. All people ask for is a clean store and better portions…
Do yourself a favor and go to another location. I have yet to receive an accurate order from this location in the last 6 mos. The last 4x I ordered quesadillas from this place they have forgotten to include cheese. Yes… the cheese. Literally received a folded up plain cheese-less tortilla. It’s either intentional or incompetence or both. Either way, I would avoid at all costs. An extra 10 min drive in either location will save you a lot senseless aggravation and wasted time.
Really bad location. Carne Asada is on all the biggest signs yet when I asked the lineman if they had steak coming anytime soon he said no. No steak on the line and no steak on the empty grill in an empty restaurant. The guy did not seem to care one bit. I just left, I didn’t want to spend my money there.
Dont get why they re so stingy. Ordered a chicken burrito which was 70% rice. Next time I ordered a rice bowl with double protein and got the same amount of meat with double the rice. The photo is after I ate half the rice and the bowl was still full of rice. Service is non existent. Not sure what hourly wage workers get out of skimping on the protein byt must be coming from management. Never going again. Other Chipotles dont do this, just close to my house so I won't, but not again.
Walked in for a quick bowl. Left an hour later feeling like I’d aged a decade. Rice guy scoops like he’s counting grains for a science project. Asked for extra? Got the death stare. Salsa lady used a spoon the size of a baby fingernail, three flecks total. Guac? “Out.” At dinner rush. Sure. Chicken portion was microscopic. Paid $18 for sadness in a bowl. Cashier ignored me while debating fantasy football on her phone. Ate in the car, staring at the steering wheel like “why do I do this?” This Chipotle isn’t fast food, it’s a hostage situation with optional sour cream. DoorDash anywhere else. Or eat cardboard. Same speed, less judgment.
I am a big chipotle fan but this location is horrible. Always a mess and not stocked and they always run out of main ingredients like super early. Seems like the employees here don’t care that much
disappointing visit, lady was really rude , they ran out things, lot of people just standing around doing nothing. food was bland , no jalapenos or spicy sauce .
Our office moved to the area near by and wanted to try here. I’ve been here a couple of times and every time I come, there is one person making the food and then ringing the register. The wait time is unacceptable and it seems they always run out of lids for drinks or small bag of chips. I’d rather drive a little longer to the one in Hicksville as their food/service is excellent compared to here
Always had the best food of local Chipotles. Now our order is never ready on time. The guy behind the register was NASTY. If you order and it says a certain time it needs to be done by that time. Going down hill.
Food quality control at this location is UNACCEPTABLE. Due to staff shortages, servers are required to handle payments and then immediately return to food preparation. This means they are touching cash and the register which are known to carry germs and then handling food items like cheese and lettuce without proper handwashing or glove changes. This is a serious food safety concern and frankly disgusting!!! The staffing cuts are also causing long unnecessary lines (20+ mins of waiting) and a clear decline in service standards. It is disappointing to see how far Chipotle has fallen due to poor management decisions and staff cost cutting. Portion sizes have noticeably shrunk as well. Getting a reasonable amount of rice now feels like a negotiation whereas it used to be a standard portion. The restaurant itself is poorly maintained. The soda machine area is messy dirty and clearly neglected. Overall this location reflects extremely poor restaurant management.
I don't usually leave reviews for chain restaurants, but this was DISGUSTING. The portion I received was laughable it looked like bird food. To make it worse, my guacamole came in a tiny cup that was clearly underfilled, and to "make it look full" they shoved two random pieces of meat in there. Absolutely unacceptable. I paid real money for this and felt ripped off. Honestly, I wanted to drive there and put this back in their face just to ask who thought this was okay. Just because a customer can't see you making the food doesn't mean you can do whatever you want with it. To the staff: if you think this is acceptable, you should be ashamed of wasting people's money. I won't be ordering from this location again get help.
Poor service from unhappy workers, frequently out of supplies and they can't change a $20 bill. Constantly messy with overflowing garbage cans and drink dispensers that are constantly empty. Poor effort, owner should quit.
UPDATE 9/8/2024: I posted the review everywhere and no one contacted me to discuss the issue!! I am very disappointed!! Oh my gosh! I sometimes go to that location (Syosset, NY) and I've never seen it so bad! Three of the food metal baskets were empty. Food was all over the counter, even next to the cashier. Also, in the front where you can get napkins and straws, it was a complete mess! The garbage was overflowing! I'm never going back there again. That's why Chipotle gets cases of e-coli!!! Also, they put way less cheese on my cheese quesadilla. I paid $26.78 for disgusting food. It was horrible!! I took pictures. I can't believe that place looked like a trash can!!!
