Quelle chance de pouvoir manger kasher en Toscane! Tous les plats sont faits maison avec des produits locaux. Ce sont des plats typiques de la région. Le service est rapide et très agréable. C’est une prouesse réalisée par le couple de propriétaire. Ce restaurant a enchanté notre séjour. J’espère que nous aurons la chance de revenir!

Une expérience en Italie inoubliable ! Quelle chance de pouvoir goûter à une telle excellence en casher au beau milieu de la Toscane. Une finesse et une subtilité dans les mets juste délicieux et surprenants ; le cadre, l’ambiance chaleureuse et le service qui ne sont que le reflet de l’exigence, l’authenticité et la bienveillance de Eli et Lara Gauthier ! Nous recommandons vivement !!

Nous avons diné hier à la cantina Giuliano c'est un restaurant super dans un petit village de toscane. Le service est friendly et la cuisine est vraiment superbe de la grande cuisine italienne. Le patron est aussi vigneron et nous sommes répartis avec de bonnes bouteilles de chianti

We loved our experience at Cantina Giuliano! We did the cooking class with Hila, we really enjoyed. She was great, enthusiastic, knowledgable and a lot of fun! The class included making pasta from scratch and a tour of their small farm, everything that they use is farm to table. Having taken cooking classes before I hoped that there would be more cooking, but we really just made the pasta, the rest was cooked in the kitchen. Still highly recommend because it was a great experience! Just important to know what you’re getting into. The food there was insanely delicious, I might say some of the best food I have ever had. The wine was also absolutely amazing, a unique wine made only in the region that was also one of the best wines I’ve ever tasted. It was definitely one of the more expensive things we did on our trip in Tuscany, but it felt well worth it! Highly recommend going!

Real authentic Tuscany culinary experience. I definitely need to come back here. The food was amazing! The ambiance was like out of a book. The service was outstanding. Definitely worth going out of your way to get here. And it's Kosher for added points :)

This was the third summer that I came to Cantina Giuliano. Each time didn’t disappoint. The food is excellent, probably the best kosher food you’ll get in Italy in terms of quality and flavour. I especially like the fact that the menu changes every day, which gives the clients an opportunity try different dishes each time we come here. The desserts are also delicious, I can tell that there was a lot of work put into them. There’s also a nice selection of Italian wines made by Eli, the owner of the restaurant. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is very friendly and welcoming. I can tell quite clearly that Eli puts a lot of work into making sure his clients have a great experience whether it’s at the winery with the wine tour, or at the restaurant. I wish Eli and Lara lots of growth and success with the future of this business. I hope to be back again soon!!!

We had an AMAZING experience at cantino guliano! Food was EXCELLENT! Both the meat and dairy. Steaks were insanely good, all vegt. And salads tasted fresh farm picked, and they were! Service was excellent and the owner, Eli is so nice and friendly. He came over to everyone, making them feel comfortable and like family :) We cannot wait to come back!

Had dinner there tonight. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. The waiters we're very nice. All the food was very fresh, tasty and perfectly seasoned. The wine from their winery is superb. It's amazing to have a Kosher authentic Italian restaurant in middle of the countryside.

Very cute outing and great food. Also amazing wine(tried the Merlot) I was curious to even see what people who were leaving bad reviews were writing and mostly bad because of the reservation situation which we handled beforehand so we had no problem. Also met the owner and he was a very sweet and talented man which made me more confident in the quality of the restaurant. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic meal at this lovely restaurant. Earlier in the day we had taken part in the cookery class hosted by Lara, making Tortellini and Fettucine which we later ate as part of our meal at the restaurant complimented by wines from the winery. Gorgeous ambiance and delicious food. Fully kosher. Highly recommend both the class and the restaurant. We also ordered food for shabbat which was delicious and plentiful.

Eli and Lara are wonderful people doing something unique and special in Tuscany. They own a delightful kosher restaurant and winery a little over an hour outside Florence. It's a great experience if you have the time (and a car) to visit.

We went two nights in a row, despite over an hour drive. On the first night we had meaty and the second night milky. How lovely to find a kosher restaurant with genuinely good cooks and local produce in the middle of nowhere. Highly highly recommended.

Cantina Giuliano was the best 48 hours of our 3 weeks in Italy! We loved the area and Eli and Lara are just amazing hosts. We ate there 3 times, went truffle hunting with Massimo and took Lara's pasta making class and wine tasting. All experiences were great! The food was delicious and Eli used the truffles we found in our dishes. We also ate the pasta we made with Lara for dinner which was so much fun. Their wines are delish and we went home with a few bottles as well. Oh, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is so lovely and the wait staff so sweet and friendly. Everyone wants to make sure you have a wonderful experience....and we did. Would highly recommend if you are traveling through the Tuscany region.

Even before the food—the restaurant is beautiful, set inside a charming Italian patio. Eli and Lara, the owners, were so kind and welcoming, and the service was wonderful! As for the food, the dishes were excellent—a mix of traditional, local, and modern. And of course, the wine… wow! Even as someone who doesn’t keep kosher, I really enjoyed the whole experience, and for those who do—it’s a real gem. Thank you so much!

This family-owned kosher restaurant in the heart of Tuscany is a true gem. The food is fresh, flavorful, and straight from their garden — you can taste the quality in every bite. We had delicious handmade pasta and everything is made with so much care and love. This is a must visit. They also offer pasta classes and a kosher wine tour nearby. In the afternoons they serve dairy and in the evening meat.

Absolutely delicious authentic Italian dishes! fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated with generous portions. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and Lara is an amazing host. We ate lunch (dairy) and dinner (meat) there every day and had a great experience. Also really enjoyed the cooking class and wine tour — such a fun part of our trip. Thank you — we’ll be back!

Cantina giuliano is a true gem in tuscany! The food is delicious, fresh and interesting: Italian but with a fresh take on it! The restaurant itself is set in a charming italian patio. The service was wonderful. A truly warm recommendation!

We went there 2 times already. For lunch Halavi and Diner Bassari. We just loved it. Never had such great and delicate plates in a kosher restaurant. Having this in Toscana is a bless.

We attended the cooking class, followed by dinner. Our first impression was that everybody was incredibly friendly. We were delayed by about half an hour due to the rain, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The class was lots of fun, and we were served our own pasta with dinner, which was great. What we didn't see mentioned on the website is that the cost of the cooking class includes a good chunk of dinner/dessert, so the price is really quite reasonable. Dinner service was excellent, the food and wine were delicious, and the ambiance felt relaxed but still high class. We chatted with some of the staff and waiters in between courses, and they were all really pleasant. We would absolutely come here again!

Wir hatten schon lange vor, an den etwas versteckten Ort in der Toskana zu fahren und in das authentische norditalienische Leben einzutauchen und dabei alles koscher zu haben. Außerdem haben wir erfahren, dass die Produkte aus der Region sind, vieles davon selbst angebaut und selbst hergestellt ist, wie z.B der Wein und der Käse. Auch das Fleisch ist regional, bio und koscher. Es hört sich alles zu gut an, um wahr zu sein. Es ist aber wahr und noch viel besser! Wir haben einen dermaßen herzlichen Empfang von dem das Restaurant betreiben Paar genossen. Special thank you to Eli and Lara! Das Essen und die Location hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Menü ändert sich täglich, sodass es jeden Tag eine großartige und sehr leckere und frische Überraschung gab. Auch im Bezug auf Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten wurde sehr liebevoll und kreativ reagiert. Das Essen ist mit großer Liebe zum Detail und Respekt den Produkten gegenüber zubereitet und serviert. Die Preise sind mehr als fair, die Bedienung sehr herzlich. Das Essen wird schnell aber nicht hektisch serviert, sodass alle Tempi des Speisens, sowie Kinder und Erwachsenen absolut auf ihre Kosten kommen. Alle Weinsorten, die in dem Weingut der Familie seit Generationen produziert werden, sind absolute Gaumenfreude. Sehr duftig und mit einem breiten geschmacklichem Spektrum. Es ist auch ein großartiger Ort, um einen Schabbat zu verbringen. Dass Essen wird vom Restaurant für alle Mahlzeiten vorbereitet, und es kann dann gemütlich im Hotel oder im angemieteten Apartment verspeist werden. Wir legen es ALLEN sehr ans Herz das Restaurant aufzusuchen und sich von der großartigen Küche begeistern zu lassen🍇

We ate at Cantina Giuliano three times during our trip to Tuscany! The menu seems to change daily and we never got close to bored. The vibe is so special. Eli made us feel so welcome! He also packed breakfast and lunch for us for the next day - delicious and so convenient! Also I have celiac and needed GF foods and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Even baked me bread and made me special desserts!!!! Unreal experiences. Thank you Eli and Lara!!

The restaurant is a boutique, authentic Italian (and Kosher) wonder! The chef is outstanding and after having eaten in a number of restaurants in Rome and Venice, the food here is top notch. It is located in a small Tuscan village about 40 minutes from Pisa and about 1 hour and 20 minutes hours from Florence and it is well worth the drive! Highly Recommended!

Amazing experience unlike any other. The Food, atmosphere, ambiance, all perfection! You will taste food that you probably have never had. And obviously the wine which is Amazing and makes evrething better 😊

Nestled in small village in the Tuscan hillsides is this small kosher winery and restaurant run by Eli and Lara. Come here if you want a genuine Italian experience with a kosher twist. The food is delicious, with my favorite being the homemade pesto pasta paired with his delicious white wine. I can’t recommend this establishment enough to those who want a kosher experience in Tuscany.

Cibo straordinario! Posto bellissimo, sembra di essere in Israele. Vino eccellente, infatti ne ho acquistate 2 bottiglie. Eli, gentilissimo e accogliente.

Food was okay. Major plus for opening a kosher restaurant in this beautiful area. It’s a small menu so if you’re with a group it’s best to order one of each; what we did. Salmon carpaccio was decent, caprese salad was good and the risotto was great. Waitresses were super friendly and efficient

Certes le cadre est magnifique dans la campagne Toscane mais personnellement nous n avons trop apprécié l amertume des raviolis. Le dessert des choux crème de lait aux chocolat a 10e qui na rien de gastronomique était décevant. Rien a dire sur les tagliatelles faites maison. Le menu halavi est un peu restreint.

Area is beautiful but the dining is in a courtyard so you cannot see anything. I liked my food but for what it was I found it quite expensive. It’s a kosher farm to table restaurant and focused on regional products. Some of the dishes did not appeal to the palate of the customers around me, but I liked my dishes- just a little pricey.

Fantastic wine, good and friendly service however food did not live up to the reviews or the high prices. Also I had expected the restaurant to have views of the winery not placed in a back alley.

Way to expensive compared to what you get. Food is good and the straff was nice but that still dont justify the prices with small appertiecers for around 20 euro. Ice cream that cost 10 euro was melted when it was served.

Il posto è una bellezza tipico della toscana, peccato il servizio, non si è rivelato un successo dato che alla carbonara della mia ragazza era sufficientemente carica di pepe e con carne che non ha nulla a che vedere con il gianciale, mentre il piatto della bambina ossia una cotoletta con patate, queste venivano praticamente nere dalla cottura, al momento del conto ho fatto notare "l'errore" e mi sarei aspettato uno sconto dato che le patate non le abbiamo praticamente toccate. Siamo rimasti un pò delusi in realtà perchè all'entrata ci aspettavamo altro.

It was a very poor experience. We had the Basari menu. First , the menu in the restaurant offers less than what is shown on the restaurant website. Second, we ordered steaks in “medium” and “medium rair” . All the steaks arrived made “well done”. They were all very dry and the look and taste was as if the meat was frozen beforehand. The knives and forks looked dirty. We left very disappointed and hungry.

The service was absolutely terrible. We had to ask for everything three times, and we only received our food after waiting 60 minutes. On top of that, the prices are far too high for what you actually get. To make matters worse, the receipt at checkout was incorrect. There are many better restaurants in the area.
