This is hands down the best starbucks i’ve ever been to. I use to come two years ago because it was very quick and they were always nice. I am glad to say it’s still the same. The customer service is 10/10. Jared and Ashlynn were super helpful with what I should order and gave me details on how the drink I use to order years ago got discontinued. They told me what I should expect they new order to taste like. I thought that was so sweet!
Decided to go inside, because the drive-through was backed up. The Girl at the counter was very polite and took my order. She made polite small talk with me, and seemed very sincere. It did not take long at all to get my coffee out. It was very impressed with how fast they got Orders out and how professional the staff is
I go to this Starbucks often. All the staff except one has been very kind and understanding standing about how hard it is for me to communicate. The one person seems to ask a bunch of unnecessary questions and makes it difficult for me. Other than that great coffee great service and great food! Highly recommend location.
Came through the drive-thru today and was helped by Jeremy. I was ordering a friend's (complicated) drink & he was extremely patient with me😅 . He even recommended a drink for me and i loved it!! First time at this location, if all the workers are like Jeremy, definitely want to make this my usual store
I had ordered a Venti drink but they gave me wrong size and the staff was professional and were able to fix the sizing issue.
The person who was at the window gave us a free drink!! Super nice of them I will definitely be coming back to this location again
Staff actually cares if you come in and are waiting on a mobile order. Greatly appreciated when locations care, especially when its a work day and we all need to get somewhere.
Just when I thought customer service was dead. Tonight at store 6275 I was completely wowed by Alex. He was so attentive, professional and simply happy to be at work. It was about 20 min before closing but his attitude was so uplifted and nice it was as if I was the first customer of the day. His shirt said, "Do what you love" and he clearly loves his job. He was a great representation of Starbucks.

8.16.2022 They are amazing! I almost come here every day for work lately and I saw they have staff meeting to keep impeoving user experience. So I was asked if I need anything by one of their staff on training. I also see they would remember frequent customer's name and ask some laptop customers if they need anything from time to time. I felt very warm-hearted! 🥺 So cuuuuute, they have initials display for pickup. The staff are kind and friendly
Absolutely love the girls here. From my last horrible experience at the Gessner Starbucks, I didn't want to step a foot in starbucks ever again but these girls here changed my mind. I only mobile ordered my son's drink and his banana bread since I wanted my drink a specific ways so I walked in and asked her if she can make the dink my way, and right away with a huge smile she said OF COURSE. Even with another girl who was making my drink was so sweet and double check to make sure she gets my drink right and it was PERFECT. My only regret was that I didn't get their names to thank them. I know it might be just a cup of coffee but these girls made my day. Thank you so much.
Our local Starbucks. Conveniently located on our way to work. Social distancing is definitely practiced here as seen in my pictures. Everyone is wearing masks. Everyone's always pleasant. And some even though you by name. Plenty of room outside and inside. Inside tables are actually not being used. Only outside available seating in regard to coronavirus.
I don’t usually hand out a five star review, but for a Starbucks location, and there are plenty to choose from, this is the best one I go to by a mile. Every morning there is a line, and the line moves efficiently and the folks there are always kind, informative and hasty. Several times, they’ve given my order to me on the house, and they have not ever made my drink wrong. Not ever. I go 5 days a week, sometimes twice a day. If Starbucks is your thing, this is the place.
Amazing service! Came here after a bad experience down the road and was so surprised by how kind the staff is Drinks were good and food was good tooo! Sometimes corporations are just the way tooo go.
I ordered via mobile app. After 10 minutes, it still said "Got It". I arrived at the Starbucks and had to flag down a Barista and ask why my order had not been pulled after some time. They were busy with drive thru orders, and said they'll get to it. This seems to be an issue no matter which Starbucks I go to. They are not pulling or checking the machine that generates the stickers for Mobile Orders.
I visit a Starbucks where ever I am. The young lady was pleasant ,however she was rushing to get the order. Once we arrived at the window she confirmed the order and realized that she had not added the 3rd beverage. She was still taking orders while trying to correct her mistake. This has never happened in 28 years of eating at Starbucks. I was clear and she was rushing to get me to the window. The manager stepped up and she stepped away. The line now had at least 6 🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗 behind me . It was resolved but taking the time to listen ,repeat the order and then telling the customer to pull forward is an essential process for great customer service the manager gets 5 stars but the young lady who seemed nice felt like my order wasn't a priority,and when it was incorrect she almost seemed like she thought I didn't order 3 drinks,she couldn't fix it and she kept taking other orders which is the issue ,she was struggling with multi tasking. I'm not upset I just don't want anyone else to experience that.🫣
I’ve never written a review before but I felt like this was being the bigger person than saying something in person because it truly just pissed me off. I did drive through and I got my normal,I guess I said jalapeño wrong for the girl taking my order for her to rudely laugh and stop like she knew she shouldn’t be laughing? I get I say it wrong but she could’ve corrected me or not laughed at all. I pulled up to the drive through, I put no tip because you’re not going to get a tip if you’re going to laugh at your customers?After I did that she looked at the screen and did a stank face seeing no tip. I got no straw no napkins and a dry have a good day. You’re not entitled for tips especially for bad customers service and at this point blush blindness.
very very frustrated with this location. I Picked-my kids up from school and we come to get a cool drink for an afternoon snack. As we often do at this location. There’s no signs that mention that they don’t accept larger than a $20 bill. I did not have change so I had to leave to get change made and leave the drinks that we ordered. I think that there needs to be some accountability for the store location and they need to have a sign stating that they don’t accept bills larger than a 20 to avoid this inconvenience. When I asked to speak to the manager she didn’t even Show any sympathy for the inconvenience that they have caused do better Starbucks.
Today I visted starbucks purchase a 2.76 coffee and ask for a cup of water shelby said the new rule is if she give me the water I couldn't leave Starbucks lol 😆 but she said she would do me a favor this time lol I told her no and went thru the drive thru its more then one way too skin a cat. I would like to know the owner that's responding to these comments
This is the second time they have sent my drink via UberEats like this. I even asked for an additional shot of the brown sugar syrup, so I paid an extra 1.50. 9 dollar drink and it was all ice, tasted like crap, I had to add my own half and half because it tasted so horrible. Can't believe they allow this. If I could give a negative review, I would.
