The drive-thru employee was very friendly and understood everything we ordered completely. She made sure we ordered everything we wanted and didn't seem to be in a rush to push us through like other Starbucks locations we have been to. She also politely reassured us that our items were made properly when asked. (We have been burned by a couple of locations when our drinks have not been made with almond milk.) It also was not a very busy location! So overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely stop back by this location again!
Baristas are really the only reason we continue to come back to this store specifically. Honorable mention to Shirley and Olivia. They remember our full order, our names, and always have a smile on their face. Always looking forward to seeing both of them here as it brightens our whole experience! :)
They can keep up with the order. They gave me the incorrect drinks and when I went to tell them they want me.to lay for the drink it was missing. Employees do not speak good e glish dow. So it was difficult to understand them

I stopped by Starbucks today for my usual chai latte, and I just have to give a shoutout to Natalia! Not only was my drink absolutely perfect—smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of spice. You can really tell she puts care into what she does. It totally made my day! Thanks, Natalia—you’re amazing!

My absolute favorite place to go! I moved and live an extra 10 mins out making my drive about 25-30 mins. And I STILL rather go here than the one close by. The workers are extremely nice. Even when they are being stressed out. Cause it gets a lot, but ALOT of customers. But even through the running around, they are respectful and cheerful to everyone. If you go, be kind to them. Remember, it’s not their problem that we are all rushing to go to work and school. Make time to get your coffee instead of being late to where you need to be and rushing them. I always order when I’m 15 mins away. So when I get to the window, my drink or food are always done. That way it alleviates the pressure on them against the wall in’s and drive thru traffic. Love the notes they leave on the cups too!
i wanted to try the new protein banana matcha but i realized it had dairy and i have an allergy. i ordered a normal matcha instead. i got to the window and was served by charlie. charlie was nice enough to make me a matcha with dairy free cold foam with the banana flavoring and didn’t charge me for it. Five stars to this location!

I always get the worst customer service from the morning team at drive thru. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house so I come here but when I have the option I go elsewhere. You get made fun of for being a frequent customer and they aren’t even discreet about it. I just get my coffee and go about my day. Not worth the effort to argue with kids that lack customer service. Edit: from my 2 star review. They have a new group of staff that are very friendly. I wish I knew all their names but thank you!

I got a venti mocha frappachino with extra chocolate. It was ok. Honestly I can make, and have made better at home for less than 50 cents if you break down the cost of each product by how much I used. I make extra strong coffee, cool it down then pour in ice trays to freeze then use those as ice for my frozen mocha drinks. This one from starbucks didn't seem to have any ice in it. It was more like a very thin mocha shake..almost watery. I don't think that is how they are supposed to be. The cost was a bit over $7, having been charged $1 for my requested extra chocolate. I will.continue to make my drinks at home...
A few days ago, I went to the café to pick up a breakfast I had ordered through the app. When I went to the window, the person there rather rudely told me that I had to announce myself at the drive-thru speaker before coming up. I found their tone quite rude, especially considering my order was already ready.

Kindness and a smile go a LOOONG way in this difficult world. I was leaving the radiation drs office and stopped here for my treat, to reward myself for getting through these difficult medical issues I have, and to finally eat.. I had to fast for 8 hrs prior to my Dr appt. As I entered no one greeted me, smiled at me, or even state “I’ll be right there” as they saw me standing at the counter. The lady who took my order was quick and nice but you could tell was in a bad mood by her face. Once again no smiles. Btw I’m smiling the whole time. Then when I went to pick up my large order, there was an extra coffee with it and I kindly (while still smiling per usual, it’s who I am) then informed the lady wearing a pink sweatshirt who had been working in drive thru, that this wasn’t my coffee and I didn’t want someone to not get theirs bc of a mistake, as she was standing in front of me. She rolled her eyes at me and said “well then it’s obviously for someone else then!” With a very sarcastic and rude tone and facial expressions. I was appalled, first off what an obvious fact to point out. Then I look up and the rest of the ladies are just standing behind the espresso machines smirking at and me. I felt so unwelcome and I WILL NOT be returning to this establishment. Honestly the atmosphere of this Starbucks and the level of customer service i received, is what I would expect at a gas station with a Dunkin Donuts inside. Sad and rude.

Waited 30 min for a drink. They have no indoor spaces to wait either. Also, a homeless person came up and asked for water and they turned him away.

This is by far the worst Starbucks i have been to. I ordered a venti refresher, light ice, strawberry açaí, lemonade, infused with dragon fruit. I usually do a mobile order for pick up through drive thru since I’m on my way to class. Super inconvenient being that I couldn’t come in, get a taste of my order before I drove away. Let me tell you, I didn’t ask for half cup of ice, which had no lemonade, no dragon fruit and no strawberries. It just tasted like sugared water! What a waste of my money!! Last time was the last time! I will not be returning to this location! And not willing to drive to the a target or far location. Is it that hard putting a drink together???
The quality here is far below what I’ve experienced at other stores. The supervisor, who seems rude and incompetent, made us drive around the corner after we were already at the window just to get our order because it wasn’t ready. This kind of unprofessional and absurd behavior has happened to me more than once. Thankfully the girl at the window is always so polite and kind, but they need a new supervisor.
Honestly disgusting a child is begging you for a cup of water from dying in the heat tbat I offered to pay for after making us wait 10 minutes at your pick up window denied a child some water disgusting company does not care about children
I asked for a Trenta green tea in a personal cup, light water and not ice for a drive thru, at the window they ask me if I want to use my personal cup because I try to give it to them, and then I receive my cup full of ice, the person on the window just left and close the window, I wait and I have to call them, I asked again politely that I don’t want ice, they brought me a cup full of water and I little bit of tea it didn’t even taste like tea, the service is terrible. At the end they brought me in my personal cup of 24 oz with 3/4 of the cup with the tea even though I paid for a Trenta drink.
This is updated for another occasion, idk how this location functions. I ordered a grande and used stars. After getting down the road I realized they gave me a tall. It'll be my last time at the location as they always mess up something Ordered my usual drink. Once picking up at the window I informed the barista that looking at it it was not made correctly. She told me to taste it, I humored her and tasted it anyways only to tell her it was incorrect, she TOOK THE DRINK BACK(breaking covid protocol) and had them dump half of the drink and top off with the correct things. Instead of having it remade. I wasn't looking for a free drink. Just for it to be made correctly. Very unhappy. Then once getting home and just accepting it the way it was I found a piece of plastic in my drink.
I ordered 1 caffe mocha and 1 white chocolate mocha. Terrible tasting coffee at this location. I didn’t try the coffee beforre driving away from the drive thru bc the cups were very hot! So disappointed to spend that money + tip only to throw out the coffees. Will not go back to this location.
Ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and added Gingerbread syrup. There was no vanilla syrup or gingerbread syrup and was just bitter. By the time I noticed was all the way down the road
Dear Jillian, I wanted to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had at one of your Starbucks locations today, which was unfortunately my first and likely last visit there. As someone who visits various Starbucks locations across Central Florida, I have always enjoyed starting my day with two tall drinks that I mix together to create my perfect coffee. However, the customer service I encountered at this particular store left me quite disheartened and concerned about the consistency of service across your brand. On this occasion, I simply requested a venti cup of ice so that I could combine my two tall drinks. To my surprise, this request was denied. I initially thought there might have been a misunderstanding or that the barista was new. However, after asking three different associates, all of whom refused my request, I was told that I could only receive a venti cup if I purchased a venti drink, even if I offered to pay for just the cup and ice. Shockingly this is the only Starbucks that I have visited that refused to give me a venti cup ever! This rigid response was not only surprising but also disappointing, as it contradicts the accommodating and customer-focused service I have come to expect from Starbucks. I hope this can be addressed and that future experiences at this location can better reflect the high standards of customer service that Starbucks is known for. I’ve been to other Starbucks in area and they made a chai Frappachino perfectly, This morning I asked for a gingerbread oat milk chai frappachino the frist one was not like a frappacino was to liquify . I asked them to make it again and all I taste is coffee !!! I’ve been across the USA and ordered it as a gingerbread Oatmilk frappachino. Before and after after ! I will not come back to this new opened Starbucks and not recommend it . Bad service for a store that remodel and just opening back up !
I have never ever been the type to leave a review but I guess the time has come. Today around 7:30pm I decided to order a Venti iced pumkim spice latte, pumpim cream cold foam with caramel drizzle. They charged me $9.03 and I paid cash gave them $10.03 and they gave me $1 back, very important they didn’t give me a receipt. I get my coffe and it’s a frozen coffe w vanila and within 45 seconds I was back on the line. I let Jullie know I got the wrong drink and she asked me what I had order and she puts the order in again and tries to charge me. I tried to explain several times what had happened and she couldn’t understand. All I wanted was my coffer that I paid $9.03 for. She had the audacity to tell me they were going to check the cameras and count the register I said go ahead. She comes back after 30 minutes and tells me that they didn’t see anything in the cameras and her cash register was not short. She kept staring at me straight in my face without any resolution.I was there I paid cash and came right back to the drive through window to inform them of the mistake when they just seen you at the window and had the audacity to tell me that I was basically lying. I spent my time and money for this garbage customer service they didn’t give me my money or the coffe. If it was up to me that’s a 0 star. If she was the manager she probably needs to do more training.
I'm rarely one to complain I usually take whatever I'm given even if its wrong but I'm just a little sad is all :( woke up extra early just to have a nice coffee treat in the morning before work so i didnt have time to stop and ask for a remake, which id feel bad about asking for anyways. i used to work at starbucks so i understand the annoyance when someone just orders shots in a large cup with just some flavor and a splash of milk i get it, but this is genuinely the way i used to make it for myself working here and is how i enjoy it. From the way they handed it to me they just poured the shots onto the sauce, then immediately filled the cup with ice then added the cream since it was completely separated like no mixing at all. which is typically fine i can mix the cream in i know its busy, but i also know the sauce i picked is very thick and hard to dissolve. if they had just stirred the bit of hot espresso in the cup with the caramel it couldve been mixed but instead they let it sit solid on the bottom so i couldnt mix it into the drink, and they didnt even add the cinnamon which is typically my favorite part :( syrup part wouldnt have even mattered as long as i had my cinnamon, im not mad just really sad i was so happy to have some extra money to treat myself today. hopefully it was just a mistake but im feeling very sad about it so decided to leave a review. lady at the window was very nice even though she seemed busy she still took time to be kind so i really appreciate that at least :)
This is by far the worst Starbucks i have been to. My fraps are always mostly ice here no flavor at all. I usually do a mobile order for pick up through drive thru since im always with my small kids and twice already i have been told that my order isnt ready and that i need to come inside to pick it up!? I’ve always been a fan of Starbucks, but my recent visit to this location left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, Jill, the manager on duty, set a negative tone from the start. When I greeted her with a "good morning," I received no response—just a cold stare as if I was inconveniencing her. It was early Sunday morning, and I was the only customer. I ordered oatmeal, but it was served with dried oats sticking up, clearly lacking milk. When I politely asked for more milk, Jill informed me that she would have to charge extra. I agreed, but instead of simply adding the milk, she aggressively threw the oatmeal in the trash. At that point, her attitude was too much, and I requested a full refund. To make matters worse, I noticed a roach near the bar station. When I brought it to her attention, Jill seemed dismissive, saying she’d "put in a ticket." Why open a ticket for a roach that’s right there? Why not wipe the area and ensure it doesn’t crawl into food? Especially with no other customers around, it would have been easy to address the issue immediately. Thankfully, I visited another Starbucks location on Osceola Parkway afterward, where the staff was friendly, there were no visible hygiene issues, and they served my oatmeal with sufficient milk. Starbucks, I expect better from your brand. This experience was one of the worst, and I hope improvements are made soon.

I ask for strawberry acai ,no ice, base limonade. They no put the base lemonade... for sure no the ice.. but horrible service! Ice dubai does not looklike what is in the menú

Then associates catch an attitude when you ask questions. Apparently TODAY they had a fight in the cafe and kept the doors locked after cops had already departed. Still no signage. Cannot wait for the one in poinciana to open up this one is very I’ll managed and becoming trashy Update : July 2025 Came back again on a whim they changed it to a pick up and again this is the WORST Starbucks, the blonde is burned, the proportions are off and they def are not adding everything as they should they gave me a super small instead of the tall and tried to gaslight me it’s the right size when pleasent hill Starbucks has given me the correct size for 2 years and I come to this one and I literally get half a serving smh THIS LOCATION has a crap manager it’s not the crew the crew is only as good as the store manager and this one is definitely skimming off the top a tall coffee with extra ice and vanilla foam ALWAYS fills the venti cup that Starbucks cup isn’t a tall it’s the extra small I know my falls and it’s bigger then this

The worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. They made both my drinks wrong after telling them they had them wrong on the board and correcting them and then had the audacity to be like “we won’t charge you.” when they needed to remake it as if it was a favor to me. Like WHAT?
They mess up my order, so I come back for them to correct it and they charge me again. I’m an everyday customer and this is how they treat me. Easy way to lose my business, I’ll take it elsewhere.
Unprofessional and rude staff. Specifically the lady with glasses she doesn’t know nothing about customer service or to be polite. Never coming back.
Do not go here, something is wrong with the espresso machine at this location. No matter what the drink is always tasting burnt and the espresso taste nasty bitter, something is wrong. The other locations it does not taste like this. Not saying it’s the employees fault, one time an employee slipped up and mentioned something was wrong with the machine. Other employees on different visits denied this, however. It’s kind of scary to think. Why is it making the drink bitter? Is it a health hazard?
We are visiting in Florida for our Disney trip. And every morning we stop for our morning coffee at this location. We stopped today, and we ordered a drink with a double shot of espresso, but the drink didn’t taste right. I called to let them know, and they said to come back right then to make it right. I explained that I already started driving to Disney, and I’m not coming back in this traffic, but can they make it right tomorrow, but they said it has to be the same day. Well, I’m going to Disney, I’m not coming back till night time. But this is the only time ever where a Starbucks employee tells me that I have to come back the same day. The service in our state is completely different! This is missed up! I don’t know if Imani l, the manager, made up this policy, or this is the service you get in Florida.
Came to this location 11/08 around 4pm. Its a new location I decided to try, they didnt have an inside, just drive thru and a pick up window. I went up to the pickup window to order because I don’t like ordering in a drive thru. I was interested in a reusable cup, and the employee (didnt get her name, she was white with glasses & light brown hair if i remember correctly) just repeatedly told me “no merch”. She wasn’t very polite and was huffing and puffing as I was speaking to her. She then asked me if I wanted anything else in which I told her no because her attitude was VERY unnecessary. I don’t know who ruined her day but not everyone will be rude to you. Always treat customers with kindness, or anybody in general. But especially dont let one rude customer ruin your day to treat every other future and potential customer that comes up to your window rudely.

The worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. They made both my drinks wrong after telling them they had them wrong on the board and correcting them and then had the audacity to be like “we won’t charge you.” when they needed to remake it as if it was a favor to me. Like WHAT?
